Animal laws that limit the number of animals allowed in a household or vaguely define a “bad smell” in the pet owner’s home are intended to make it easier to prosecute individuals.

Many dog owners in recent years have faced the unthinkable; a knock at their door that has heralded the arrival of an Animal Control officer with a complaint about your dog(s). In some cases that visit has been concluded satisfactorily to both the dog owner and the animal control officer; in others it has meant the heartache of either seizure of the owner’s dog(s) and/or facing stiff fines for various reasons in an abuse, neglect, or number limit citation..... With animal ownership laws now undergoing radical evolving changes throughout the country, the result is now a ‘perverted’ evolving animal “activist” produced animal care and control law now being used. Animal rights ‘extremists' some of which are in fact, animal control officers, and others working in animal rights group legislation lobbies are the new means for dog owner 'harassment.' The constant upgrade of these radical ‘animal controlling’ laws drastically increases the ‘real’ possibility of a visit to your door on your own private property from Animal Control Authorities becoming ever more of a specter to haunt you and also every dog owner in the nation..... Specifically targeted by legislation ‘activists’ are creating the laws that 'limit' the number of dogs, cats, pets, and animals allowed in a household (by an unsubstantiated arbitrary pet ‘limit’ number) which is intended to make it easier to prosecute individuals who are thought to have "too many," according to this arbitrary standard put into the animal law. Even more sinister is that these ‘activist’ pushed animal laws are also applied even to those people who are not in violation of health, nuisance and humane laws..... These dog or animal "number limit" laws are now being joined by various other anti-pet ownership restrictive laws, such as mandatory breeder permits and licensing requirements (being pursued for example at this time in Iowa legislation) for even a single one time litter of any dog and the owner is now faced with major state intrusive inspections for a kennel or breeder license for having more than 3 pets in the home, or having a single litter of puppies. All of this being “PAINTED” as the need to stop alleged puppy mills, which of course in most instances is “bull”. Other totally vague animal control laws that can threaten responsible dog owners who are not in any kind of notable breeding or kenneling business are those ‘activist’ lobbied animal laws that allow the animal control officer to ‘define’ the offense of “BAD SMELL” in the home as a violation in animal control care and control laws. Many good and loving pet owners whose dogs are well cared for and kept as their extended family members are suddenly in violation of an animal control officers “definition of “BAD SMELL” in the home, based upon the pets living in their homes, rather than caged outside alone and exposed to the climate, like a beast..... Why, there are many people, who object to a ‘single turd’ in a field that can be smelled downwind from 3 miles away, and object to that smell as a “BAD SMELL” under animal law or other people who are obsessed, compelled or driven to use massive amounts of dangerous cleaning products (by the liter or gallon) in a home (that are dangerous to the health of the animals and humans alike)to kill any and all ‘bad’ smells; so take into account an ‘activist’ animal control officer, who is this described ‘clean freak’ inspecting pet owner homes, using this vague and intrusive animal law as a criminal, abusive, or neglectful animal law violation according to their ‘definition of a ‘BAD SMELL’ in the pet owners home..... This vague and intrusive ‘unbalanced’ definition of tyranny control in the animal law begs for fees, fines, confiscations, seizures, and ultimate adoption or euthanasia of properly maintained pet owner animals in their home. Tyranny at its core to allow an ‘activist’ animal control officer to ‘harass’ and ‘intimidate’ virtually any pet owner in their jurisdiction, based solely upon a “BAD SMELL?” Please! These ‘activist’ animal laws have completely gone over the edge of the cliff in dealing in ‘reality’ and ‘common sense’..... 'Animals C.L.U.B.- Freedom' National Organization Incorporated (Nonprofit) is actively opposing all restrictive legislation limiting the responsible pet ownership of all dogs, cats, and other pets. Unfortunately some 'perverted' anti-pet ownership laws have still made their way onto the books. Just take a look at the 94 + page anti-pet ordinance of Louisville, KY by its Metro council, or the tyranny animal control laws with a three strike violation rule, taking away any right to owning any pet or animal in Omaha, Nebraska, or the 3-strike violation rule in Mills County, Iowa if your little 'fluffy' is caught off your private property 3 times. Your little "Fluffy" will be declared a "dangerous dog" according to their animal care and control ordinance for the county. How’s that for success in animal control laws stopping animal crimes in the midst of a rural county? These ‘activist’ based and promoted animal tyranny laws are occurring all across the nation as we speak. Ever more intrusive and controlling by the day..... For all dog owners, do we need reminded that it is important to promote the need for responsible freedom in the care and ownership of your dog(s) and pets in order to prevent tyranny from overcoming common sense in dog ownership matters? Or is it going to take a ‘knock at your door’ and an unlawful dog confiscation without any ‘due process’ for the dog owner to open your eyes to the truth in animal law "tyranny" now days?.... .. .. Breeding even a single dog litter is now the ‘target’ of license laws.... There is great value to society in the historic preservation of all our pet ownership of our chosen dog breeds as extended members of our family, and in the selective, planned breeding of our pets, for desirable and predictable traits in our chosen and favored dog breeds as well..... Claims that the organized dog fancy or local backyard hobby dog breeders contributes to the problem of homeless dogs in shelters cannot be supported by any alleged evidence from any Animal Rights activist groups, such as PETA, ELF, ALF, HSUS, ASPCA or any local humane society through facts that are real, not manufactured like liberal propaganda..... Above all else, dog owners, backyard dog hobbyists and dog fanciers must all become aware of the animal control laws in their own locale, and must also be aware of their 'rights' if faced with that ‘intrusive’ visit from an Animal Control Officer or Law Enforcement Officer regarding your pets and animals, and their ability to ‘harass’ you with vague and ‘interpretive’ definitions of the animal laws..... It is necessary for all dog and pet owners to be familiar with all animal identification regulations for your dogs in your locale, as the future to continued further 'restrictive' local, county, state, or federal animal care, control, or identification regulations are potentially, only a 'stroke of the pen' away from being amended to include identification of many non-farm related pets and animals to be further controlled and cared for by government laws, due to any potential future transmission of a communicable animal disease in dogs or other pets or animals that may arise..... At that time, you and your dogs, and animals will then have to deal with Federal, State, and local animal control regulations on your private property, called a premises. Not only will you have a real possibility of 'animal control' showing up with restrictive regulations and ordinances of your dogs and your ownership freedom, but you will also have to deal with the 'dog-ma' of inspector police from the USDA animal and agriculture authorities or your state controlled 'dog-cops' checking your animals on your private property premises as well..... ALWAYS, Always, always, educate yourself and learn your animal control laws for your area and 'stand your ground' in knowing your 'rights' in responsible dog ownership. Always insure you have a name, and contact number for an Attorney at Law that is familiar with ‘Animal Law” in order to represent you and your dogs, not if, but when, the ‘activists’ in animal control come knocking at your door..... Remember when it comes to freely owning your dogs, pets and animals in an area frequented by Animal Rights Activists or Animal Control, "The truth is rarely pure and never simple."....  Dog Licensing Is An Outrage
Your Pet Belongs to You, Not the Governmentby Dean A. Ayers
The erosion of our freedom to own dogs, pets and animals, rings true of the current political climate in the USA Today. We the People who own dogs, cats, pets and animals are especially struck by the public’s statements concerning agreement or apathy towards all the various government licensing to include that of our pets and animals. Definition of Licensing and the Misconceptions: Most people seem to believe that a dog or pet license is a freedom, when in true fact, it is a taking. A license is a temporary, revocable permit issued by government that allows the holder to have something or to do something that is otherwise illegal. For example, in the USA the licensing of firearms has virtually removed our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. Any time a license is issued, a freedom is jeopardized. By the very act of licensing dogs, the act of owning or even possessing a dog has been made illegal. Animals are traditional property, now legally having “Intrinsic Value:” Animals are human-kind's most ancient and traditional property. Before ever we settled down to a plot of land and threw seeds in the soil, we numbered animals as our most valuable possessions. Wealth has always been associated with the number of animals that a person owned, and kept. Now animal ownership, use, and the ancient, honorable practice of animal husbandry are under global attack by dog laws, animal ID laws globally. It was initiated by the animal "rights" movement, and adapted by local, state, and federal governments throughout the world.
A Dog's life has 'intrinsic value,' New York judge finds:
Finding that a dog "is somewhere between a person and personal property," a New York trial court said a pet owner whose dog died following unauthorized surgery may seek damages beyond the purchase price of the animal. "[A dog] is not an inanimate thing that just receives affection; it also returns it," the court wrote, citing Corso v. Crawford, 97 Misc. 2d 530 (N.Y., Queens County Civ. Ct. 1979). Doing Away with Dog Ownership: All the dog legislation, animal control laws, dog ownership licensing, animal breeder licensing and animal ID programs will effectively do away with all but the largest commercial breeders and providers. When the small traditional owner and holder have been the basis for our animals and economy world-wide, it soon will end with all animals owned being controlled through licensing of many types and behaviors, as well as the food we all eat for life will be controlled by the seed products being copyrighted thru large commercial concerns like Monsanto, and those of us who have traditionally grown our own food or owned animals personally for various reasons will be locked out or the owners will be locked up literally, also known as “Jail” or animal shelters, etc.

 A Culture of Pet 'Ownership' Death and Evil Clowns in Society....By Dean A. AyersLead Investigative ReporterNationalDogPress News ©....16 July 2009.... Some people have likened the growing grass roots Pet Property Ownership movement all around the Earth, to a relatively small animal welfare lifeboat wheeling in an incredibly vast sea of perverted unstoppable Animal Rights (Evil Clowns) dog-ma of sea water filling the Titanic..... If you also think this way and that the sinking of the Titanic was a sad disaster, you will be heartbroken over the tragic devastation when this sort of occurrence happens on a planetary scale to your very own freedom to simply own an intact dog or cat, (let alone several pets in your household), without tyranny and intrusion by government animal control entities using mandatory anti-pet animal control laws..... Recently, I read an article about the death of birds, bats, bees and butterflies across the world. It didn't surprise me. Indeed, we can add to the list ever so many other species, also, heading towards extinction, including Asian elephants, frogs, toads, assorted big cats, polar bears, penguins, tunas, coral, vultures, chimpanzees, apes and dolphins. Indeed, the list goes on and on. Shockingly, there is, seemingly, no end to it or the reasons for it. Only now the next extinction will be your own -- right to own, raise or breed an intact dog or cat in your extended family on your own property called a premises..... This sort of happening in mind, our current perverted Animal Rights culture is, doubtlessly, a covertly brutal one, oriented towards razing the world for ever higher donation financial gains from an endless stream of manufactured propaganda campaigns and without concern for damaging side effects of radically perverted animal control laws and ordinances in every town, city and state in this Union..... As such, so-called humane animal shelters, animal rescue groups, and the Animal Rights society in general consisting of these perverted humans, keep ravaging ever further regions of the Earth, obliterating everything or anyone that gets in the way of their propaganda, monetary, legal or legislation goals as a culture of pet ownership death and "Evil Clowns" destruction in society..... All considered, perhaps our Animal Rights problem is capitalism, itself, as it is just too hard to forgo seeking ever greater donation revenues totaling millions, in an aim to deliberately protect the Perverted Animal Rights Activist environment. Thru their enacted laws of mandatory spay/neuter, pro-euthanasia, and pet ownership limiting animal quantities along with requiring mandatory intrusive licensing and inspections according to Animal Rights mandated laws; Animal Rights people ensure their perverted culture of the maintenance and care of the dog and cat species can simply stay alive in their dictated minimal quantities. At this point in time, you will then, only be able to obtain a dog or cat via the Animal Rights humane society shelters, AR animal rescue groups, or major AR corporate breeder businesses that could meet the massively intrusive and expensive law requirements of kenneling, crating, breeding, licensing, inspections, Vet. Care, etc. being put into place by Pro Animal Rights Control Legislators..... Put another way, obtaining donation BIG money in exchange for your freedom to own personal premises property with INTACT pets is ever more greatly dismantled on the Earth in an irresistible temptation for far too many AR and "Evil Clowns." It's a sad day in the United States when Animal Rights radicals think they can affect every pet property owner in this way. We the People need to be the advocates against anti-pet laws, against Breed Specific Legislation (BSL), against Anti-Pet quantity limiting "parent-guardianship" against mandatory spay/neuter altering, mandatory animal ID, such as the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) and any canine or feline laws that We the People consider unconstitutional..... Anyone who knows anything about canines or felines realizes this is simply ridiculous, inconsistent, and hypocritical. Yet the AR activist extremists push it because it gives them power over "animal control." They use it as a stepping stone. Animal Rights Extremists have infiltrated many animal pounds, rescue agencies, and shelters. Achieving a 'NO BREED BIRTH NATION' IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER WITH MANDATED ALTERING--if you don't know what "No Birth Nation" is, Google it and it will lead right to PETA and similar AR organizations..... .... The Quiet Deception:.... First they say eliminate this breed. Then, eliminate all breeding. Then, eliminate all dogs being sold. Then, eliminate all dogs as pets. It's not that difficult to figure out..... The Problem is not the Pet Owners; it's the Animal Rights (Evil Clowns) Propaganda agenda..... In TRUTH and the REAL WORLD:.... 1) THERE IS NO REAL ANIMAL "OVERPOPULATION".... 2) SHELTERS THEMSELVES ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM IN FAILING THE ANIMALS AND NOT FINDING THEM HOMES FOR MANY REASONS..... Recently the evidence has shown that "re-homed" dogs and shelter dogs are responsible for a substantial amount of the fatal attacks across the country. Nearly 40% of the dog attacks have been attributed to "altered" (meaning neutered) dogs, despite the false 'theory' that that altered dogs make a dog "non-aggressive" to people..... Another study done in attempting to categorize dogs which bite children showed that 93% of the dogs which had bitten children were altered. This was surprising to the people doing the study, as many believe that altering a dog will render it non-aggressive. This is not true and only in some instances it might reduce some dog-dog aggression, whereas in others it may have little and no effect at all in a positive and constructive manner..... .... Perverted Animal Rights and Animal Protection Organizations:......It is no wonder that We the People are losing our freedom of pet property ownership freedom as the majority of people who own pets in society are sitting on their hands of in-action, and allowing the Animal Rights perverted agendas to maximize their assault thru enacting perverted animal control laws across this Nation. ..You can see the AR agenda spreading world-wide. In searching Google, I was able to instantaneously bring up 248 Animal Rights Activist listings by USA state (city), and Animal Rights Activist organization listings for other countries. In our Nation that comprises the 50 States, it is no wonder they are a culture of pet ownership death and destruction in society..... These people are extremely sick and want to do away with your dogs and cats. Kill the sport of owning, showing, breeding, and hunting etc. And of course they will succeed because some people just don't get it yet... It doesn't matter if it's the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS). The HSUS, International Society for Animal Rights On line, or a PETA group, they are all essentially the same. Even your local animal shelters think this way, presenting mandatory spay/neuter, euthanasia, limiting pet quantity, and massive animal control laws and enforcement as a so-called good thing which allows for a sustainable supply of dogs and cats to be regularly seized from owner's (like yourselves) with perverted animal control laws, to be adopted out or rescued in the name of humane treatment by animal control authorities..... .... Animal control in the name of humane?.... That of course is truly just their propaganda spewing out. Their ends justify their means, and it is truly one of a perverted outlook on pet property ownership with one goal. Total tyranny control over the animals which totally controls you. Almost every household in America has a pet of some type. That is a lot of control power. The AR Agenda is: Establish with the law and maintain a culture of pet ownership death and destruction in society..... .... The "Animal Rights" Activist Problem:.... There are people so addicted to exaggeration they can't tell the truth without lying. ~Josh Billings.... A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest..... The laws of necessity, of self- preservation, of saving our country and our people, to include our extended family pets, when in danger, are of higher obligation..... To lose our beloved pet animals, our family units and structure, an ultimately our freedom in this country by a unscrupulous adherence to written "anti-pet" ordinances and laws would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property, and all those in our family who are enjoying them with us. The Animal Rights perverted legislation animal control agenda is an absolute absurdity sacrificing the end to the means..... The "Perverted" List of Anti-Pet Ownership Proposals and Laws:.... This is a list of proposed legislation and ordinances designed to take away your pet owning rights, little by little, one perverted step after another, making it so difficult, expensive, inconvenient, and legally risky to even own a dog, cat or any other pet:.... 1. Mandatory Spay/Neuter.... 2. Breeder Licensing (destroys hobby breeder who produce some of the
best and well-socialized purebreds).... 3. Kennel Licensing w/Privatized Inspections.... 4. Differential Licensing.... 5. Potential Dangerous Dog Laws (High Risk Animal Designation).... 6. Breed Specific Legislation/Registration
(higher licensing fees, mandatory insurance minimums, breed-banning,
mandatory muzzling, length and style of collars and leashes).... 7. Anti-tethering and anti-crating Legislation.... 8. Pet Limit Laws.... 9. A parent-like 'Guardianship' Designation.... 10. Husbandry Limiting Laws (FLORIDA tried to make it where only a vet could worm dogs!).... 11. Animal Control attempting to force 'euthanasia' on owner's pets or be charged with criminal animal abuse for maintaining old age pets with 'naturally' failing health issues.... 12. Anti-Hunting Laws.... 13. Anti-Fighting Laws (actually used to legislate hunting, coursing, by
animal on animal being considered fighting).... 14. Mandatory RFID "Chip" Micro-chipping.... 15. Pet Licensing Public Data Bases (The whole world can read all about
your pets and know where you live!).... 16. Legislating Unreasonable Medical Care Responsibility.... 17. Mandatory Temperament Testing.... 18. Purely Positive Training Methods
Criminalizing Training Devices (training collars) or methods that include corrections.... 19. Containment Restrictions
(height and type of fences, size of property, kennels, crates).... 20. Mandated Care Requirements
(dog must be walked 30 minutes each day).... 21. Greater Police Powers by Animal Control Agencies to Enter Your
Property and Seize without warrants.... 22. Private Citizen/Agency Seizures ("BAD" Samaritan Laws)
(allowing a private citizen or agency to remove an animal from your
property that they consider at risk).... 23. Size limits and 'pet quantity' limits when no dog problems of care and maintenance exist.... 24. Anti-Cropping/Docking/De-clawing Legislation
(but yet they will carve out your dogs internal reproductive organs!).... 25. Out-lawing "Deformed" Breeds (English Bulldogs, Basset Hounds, etc.).... 26. Legislation based on faulty research studies -- correlation studies
rather than causative (Did you know all people who drink water die?
Therefore we need to stop drinking water!) Correlation is not Causation!.... 27. Some European Countries, it is illegal to have a dog pull you that is not a northern breed?.... 28. Limited Ownership of Dogs by Convicted Felons (that makes it illegal for even Martha Stewart to own a dog)..... 29. Defining dogs as Weapons and making it illegal to use a dog as a
"weapon" (so long home protection).... 30. Mandatory Animal Reporting and Identification programs (local, city, state, and federal systems).... 31. ALL Breed Anti-Pet Ordinances (first used in Alta, Utah, and now in Louisville, KY in a 100 page ordinance, controlled by essentially one man (director of Animal Control) over every citizen with a pet or animal)..... 32. It seems that the conventional wisdom among conscientious dog pet owners is that keeping dogs on chains is cruel and abusive. This attitude probably stems in a large sense from the tendency to humanize dogs. People are not chained; therefore, dogs should not be chained. We will make a case here that generally keeping dogs on chains, given that they get proper daily exercise off the chain, is not only reasonable but actually better for at least working dogs. As appealing as the idea of equating humans and dogs is, we need to recognize the undisputable scientific fact that we are two different species with different needs, perspectives and patterns of behavior. Dogs are basically a product of instincts, developed from the days when the dog was a wild predator, and patterns of behavior, installed mostly in their youth by environment through repetition; not greatly different from humans except that humans have greater ability to change in later life. Dogs as adults are happiest if their life involves consistency, regularity and as little change as possible, not to mention the obvious requirement of fulfillment of their basic needs (food, exercise, companionship and sex). Therefore, to be kept on a chain along with consistency and satisfaction of their basic needs is as acceptable to a dog’s psychic as living freely in a small enclosure. Furthermore, there are a number of advantages to both humans and dogs in a kennel with tethering as opposed to runs. These include the following: (1) Dogs on tethers get more and better exercise. A 6-foot tether offers a dog about 113 square feet of living space; a 7-foot tether offers 154 square feet. Contrast this to a 5 x 20-foot run offering 100 square feet, or if two dogs are in it, only 50 square feet per dog. More importantly, dogs on a tether can move (run) continuously forever, albeit in a circle. Dogs in a run are limited to the length of the run, usually not long enough to even allow the dog to break into a lope. The end result of a tethered dog is a dog where the body is physically developed uniformly; muscles in both the front and rear get exercised. A dog in a run develops strong rear leg jumping muscles from jumping against the fence at the ends of the run, and his front end essentially withers away from lack of use. (2) Dogs on tethers get more and better people socialization. People are more likely to move among and touch dogs in a tethered set-up simply because it is easy to do. They can easily move in and out of each dog’s area, smother some dogs with attention, and make just a peripheral contact with others. People are discouraged from entering runs with free dogs because gates have to be manipulated and special attention has to be paid to keep dogs from escaping, and this has to be done repeatedly with every dog or two. Thus, a kenneled dog’s extra human contact often just consists of a lot of finger tips sticking through chain link squares, compared to the tethered dogs getting a complete person. (3) Kennel clean-up is easier when gates and escaping dogs aren’t present. (4) Dogs socialize better with each other and their environment in general when there are not partitions (fences) between them. (5) Dogs get better rest when they learn that no other dog can get into their space. In a run with a companion, or even without a companion but with a dog in an adjacent run, a dog instinctually never lets the thought of the other dog out of his brain. In a tethered set-up dogs seem to quickly recognize that no other dog can get into their circle and that there they are totally safe. Furthermore, dogs learn over a period of time to respect their companions’ areas. When dogs are released to the exercise area, they are quite careful about moving only between or on the fringe of the remaining dogs’ areas. Should a dog accidentally get loose, immediately everyone else roars their disapproval, so all dogs, sleeping or otherwise, are forewarned of a possible intruder which increases their feelings of security over time. (6) Dogs on a tether develop dexterity and agility regarding moving around a line. This is very helpful for sled dogs, whose work involves just such abilities. Although a tethering kennel set-up is good in itself, I strongly believe that it should be accompanied with a regular free running exercise routine. Compatible groups of dogs should be turned loose at least once a day to run free in a pen of enough size to allow the dogs to really stretch out at a full gallop without fear of crashing into a fence. I recommend at least 1 acre, and a release time of anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours. Of course, free exercise can be reduced or even eliminated on days when a dog is worked. It is interesting that tethered dogs released to exercise, really do exercise. Kenneled dogs so-released often tend to not do much running, but just lay-around like they are still in a run. The tethered kennel set-up that I have described here has a lot in common with the life of a predator in the wild, presumably the basis for a dog’s basic instincts. First, there is the stalking, then the wild chase and kill, followed by food gorging. Finally, there is a long (20 hours) rest. Then the process is repeated. Liken this to the tethered set-up with a daily free exercise period. Dean A. Ayers

While local, city, county, state, and federal entities pay lip service to the dog as man’s best friend by passing tyranny dog limiting ordinances and laws, We the People as a whole community allow fear and politics to determine the parameters of dog ownership based upon emotions not logic and common sense in law making. .... We the People, spend hundreds of millions of dollars on premium foods, veterinary care, toys, kennels, pet sitters, training classes, and more even while limiting the number and type of dogs an owner can house. We use dogs to aid in catching criminals, search for victims of crimes and natural disasters, help handicapped humans, and provide emotional support even while barring dogs from communities if they exceed a certain weight, certain breed to be banned, or limits to the number of dogs allowed in a home even if they are properly cared for and loved as family. .... The disadvantages of dog number limits in homes are: .... Dog owners in some communities face a limit on the number of pets they can own, but these limits, too, are counterproductive. .... Laws that criminalize pet ownership based on numbers alone have been declared unconstitutional in some states because they do not address the need to control nuisances or provide for the health and safety of residents. .... The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the state’s highest court, has declared such a law unconstitutional in that state, citing a precedent in Kadash v City of Williamsport: .... “What is not an infringement upon public safety and is not a nuisance cannot be made one by legislative fiat and then prohibited.... .... “Even legitimate legislative goals cannot be pursued by means which stifle fundamental personal liberty when the goals can otherwise be more reasonably achieved.” .... A dog or pet limit ordinance is difficult to enforce without increased presence of animal control or police agencies and often leads to a decrease in pet licensing to prevent cross-referencing of license records. If the law is enforced only upon complaint, it becomes just another law for people to circumvent and further erodes confidence in legislative bodies. .... Numbers have no relationship to nuisances. A person with one dog that runs loose or barks all night is a greater nuisance than a person with a dozen dogs that are quiet, clean, and kept at home. .... Limiting people to four dogs (or fewer) puts an unreasonable strain on people who raise show dogs, compete in performance trials, participate in canine rescue operations, foster dogs for service dog organizations, etc. and can lead to those responsible dog owners leaving the community. .... A number limit causes dog deaths by forcing people to give up dogs they own, thus causing crowding in local shelters; denying people the opportunity to buy an additional dog from a shelter or a rescue; and adversely impacting rescue groups and foster homes that help find new homes for dogs whose owners cannot keep them. Alternatives to number limits are:
- Passage and enforcement of strict nuisance laws.
- Use of an arbitrator to mediate neighborhood disputes about animals.
- Use of alternative sentencing such as community service at the county animal shelter or attendance at a full obedience training course for those who violate nuisance ordinances.
- Periodic programs or mailings about responsible dog ownership or city sponsorship of a Canine Good Citizen test to encourage residents to be responsible dog owners.
.... Animal laws are not always a result of state and federal battles. Squabbles between neighbors often erupt over animals, squabbles that often spill over into law enforcement or animal control filed complaints to local governments. .... As an emotional result the local government greases the squeaky wheel complaints by citizens with even more stricter ordinances or other tacked on to the zoning code or the criminal codes to existing animal ordinances. .... Dog limit ordinances are often passed out of frustration, with little consideration for the consequences or valid and factual basis to make any “positive or constructive” benefit to the community dog complaints, other than a government official “feel good” action giving We the People even more tyranny in our local animal control ordinances. Nearly
every Christian is keenly aware that the Bible warns of a certain "mark of the
beast" that must never be accepted. Yet few Christians are aware that they have
already accepted government identification and licenses for themselves and even
their own dogs in “RFID” identification “chipping” that are the slippery slope
leading to the final "mark" of the beast.
Revelation 13:17 explains that
in the end times people will not be able to "buy or sell" without "the mark, or
the name of the beast, or the number of his name." The name and number of the
beast are already an accepted part of every citizen's daily business, and
wholeheartedly accepted by mainstream Christianity.
The "name" of the
beast is a person's name spelled in all capital letters. It is a distinct
identity created by government (the beast). A state issues a driver's license to
John Doe in all capital letters — JOHN DOE. The same is true of a credit card, a
bank checking account and the Social Security card. The created "person" does
not have the same God-given rights as the flesh and blood man or woman (you)
when operating under their given Christian name.
The "number of the
beast" is the government assigned number that is attached to the created
"person." For example, Mr. JOHN DOE applies for a state driver's license, and
government creates JOHN DOE, #123456789. JOHN DOE signs the license, and agrees
to operate in the system of commerce as JOHN DOE, #123456789. In effect, he (or
she) assumes the identity created for them by the beast.
Throughout the
world today it is already extremely difficult to "buy or sell" without the
created (all capitals name) and its assigned number as identification. A bank
account, credit card, driver's license and Social Security all use the "name"
and "number" of the beast. Accepting the beast's ungodly money system and
surrendering your God-given rights instead, for beast issued privileges is how
you are lead to unwittingly "worship the image of the beast." While the subject
of how you "worship" is hotly contested by those seeking to justify their
position, Romans 6:15 puts it rather succinctly:
"Know ye not that to
whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey;
whether of sin unto death, or obedience unto righteousness."
If you
study this passage, you'll see that either option is "obedience," but one path
is sinful and leads to death, and the other is associated with righteousness and
leads to life. While a lengthy exposition of the much distorted 13th chapter of
Romans is beyond the scope of this present article, the simple fact is this
verse in Romans 6 states that one form of obedience leads to death.
The
bad news is that the entire world is preparing to accept the final "mark of the
beast" — the one that brings God's condemnation and eternal damnation (see
Revelation 14:9). Worse yet, they will do it while quoting from the bar-coded
NIV Bibles we carry, which are allegedly copyrighted in publishing by only one
man, and it’s not Christ, mind you. Putting religion aside and speaking about
reality, just what will our hope and change in reality be
like?

A worldwide
identification card with microprocessors and even under-the-skin microchips will
enable a totally cashless — and Godless — beast society.
The United
Nations is currently considering a plan proposed by ....Belgium....'s Pascal Smet for universal
identification and registration of every person in the world. Mr. Smet points
out that the European Union is considering a fingerprint or eye scan to identify
every European. "There are no technical problems. It is only a question of will”
by the government, according to Smet.
Since the beginning of this new
beastly identification age began in the year 2002, more than 100 nations have
some form of national ID system in place. In ..Spain.. an
ID card is required at age 14; in ..Argentina.. at age 8; in ..Germany.. at
age 16; in ....Belgium.... at age 15. ....Kenya.... requires national ID to be carried at all
times by all citizens. In ....America...., a Social Security number is
required in order to receive a wage at almost any place of employment. In ....Texas.... if a law enforcement officer requests to see
your identification and you fail to provide it you can be charged with a
criminal offense of “failure to identify.” The very concept of working for a
living implicitly embodies "buying and selling" — vis a vie exchanging your
hours of effort in return for a financial remuneration.
A poll by
the ....Pew.. ..Research.. ..Center.... showed that 2/3 of Americans support the
mandatory display of a national ID card on demand in order to "feel safe and
secure." So-called Smart-cards, an identity card with embedded chips are already
in use by 120,000 ....U.S..... military troops, and the goal is to issue 4
million cards within two years.
This technology has already been proven
by Applied Digital Systems (ADS), the inventors of the so-called digital angel.
ADS holds patents on “RFID” chips which are currently implanted in more than one
million pets and animals to track and identify them. The embedded chips are
already in voluntary use in many humans, such as heart patients with pacemakers
or artificial valves, and even knee and hip replacement patients. An “RFID” chip
implant is now required for all convicted sex-offenders in ....California.....
Richard Sullivan, the CEO of
ADS, says the chips will shortly be in widespread use in children, the elderly
and employees at secure facilities. He believes society will quickly accept the
“RFID” chip in place of ATM and credit cards. ADS are actively lobbying congress
to force the implanting of an “RFID” chip in every foreigner admitted to
the....US.... in order to identify and track them. The
company expects approval from the FDA within 18 months for unlimited use of
their chips in humans.
Plans for the massive databases and infrastructure
needed for "the mark of the beast" system are well under way. The American
Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators is working to link all state
drivers’ license databases with high-tech licenses using biometric identifiers,
bar codes and computer chips. Currently in ....America...., state and federal police
authorities use the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database for
identification purposes on vehicle stops. The US Department of Justice and the
General Services Administration have admitted working on a standardized national
ID system based upon the state driver's license. The Air Transport Association
wants a travel card/ID system with biometric
identifiers.
....America....'s War on Terrorism is spreading
throughout the world. Fourteen of the nineteen terrorists that attacked ....America....on 9/11 had forged ID papers.
Obviously, standard identification papers and cards are easily forged. The
desire for safety and security makes the world population willing to submit to a
unified system of identification for every person in the world.
The
technology is already in place, so this is the obvious governmental beastly
solution to the "problem" of identifying the undesirable elements among us. And
the beast is ready to mandate it. A facial scan or hand scan are the quickest
systems yet devised, and require the least digital storage.
What is
truly startling is how few Christians have actually thought through the decision
as to where they will draw the line. Most just vaguely say that they will refuse
to accept any “RFID” chip implant while they take their dogs and cats to the
Vet. the same day to have the animals implanted with the exact same “RFID” chips
used for humans by the beast.

A few
Christians have already publicly stated they will immediately accept any
imbedded chip because Jesus "will forgive even that." These usually cite
Scriptures speaking of submission to governing authorities and that God is all
love and grace with no accountability by our own actions and decisions for us
sinners who fail his teachings.
Others have
recognized the spiritual nature of submission — and how the decision to abide or
not to abide within the edicts of the beast is precedent to any final numbering
scenario. These believe that their present refusal to function within existing
political and commercial parameters is crucial to recognizing where the line
will ultimately be drawn. These non-conformists are already resisting on a
variety of levels, including renouncement of the Social Security number and a
refusal to be licensed to drive or pay taxed licenses on pets. Not an easy thing
to do in a society where driver's licenses are mandated to even get to a food
store from home, or to even legally possess a dog or cat in your county without
paying an animal “Tax License” or you risk being apprehended and your pet
confiscated for being in violation of the county law (example: Mills County,
Iowa Animal Care and Control Ordinance, passed 1 March 09).
Vast numbers
of Christians confidently believe they will be raptured before the final
requirement to receive a beast sanctioned identity is implemented. The simple
truth is, the "mark of the beast" system has already ensnared significant
numbers of "believers" who will simply continue to readjust their
rationalizations as the beast slowly but surely tightens his grip on an already
undiscerning Christian church. And still no rapture has saved them, nor ever
will, from the beast.
"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and
poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their
foreheads;”
"And that no man might buy or sell, save he had the mark, or
the name of the beast, or the number of his name." (Revelation 13:16,
17)
So my question to you all is? Subject: Mark of the Beast – Will you
choose Christ or the Beast? – When the time comes? - Or have we already gone
down that slippery slope of the beast by allowing our dogs, cats, pets, and
animals to be “chipped?”

Give ear to

Newly Proposed Animal Care and Control Ordinance for Mills County, Iowa
MILLS COUNTY, Iowa, June 28

On 28 June 09, this Lead Investigative Reporter was
personally contacted by an individual who requested anonymity and advised the
following about animal control in ....Mills
County.., ..Iowa....:

On this same date, a neighbor was visited by an officer
with the Mills County Sheriff Department regarding a complaint of a dog at large
chasing a horse. Upon contact with the neighbor the deputy (not named) allegedly
informed the neighbor that any dog running loose off the property had
better be licensed per a new animal ordinance in Mills County or
the Deputy could issue a citation for dogs at large and confiscate them, sending
them to the "ARF" animal rescue shelter. The Deputy allegedly continued stating,
“a dog license would have to be purchased from the ‘ARF’ animal
shelter”.....

The person requesting anonymity advised this
Investigator they were unaware of any such ordinance or of any animal shelter in
....Mills..
..County...., and this was the
first they had heard of it from the neighbor or Deputy Sheriff. This
Investigator was asked to investigate whether ....Mills County.., ..Iowa.... in deed has this type of ordinance or
animal shelter in force now.....

Upon receiving this information, this
Investigative Reporter conducted an inquiry into the validity of this ordinance
complaint and the following information was disclosed. A review of the following

animal care and control ordinance dated from 2008 in PDF format.

appears to be 2 June 2008 and it appears to be unsigned or approved in the PDF
document· However, the proposal notification on the ..Mills.. ..County..,
....Iowa.... web site
dated 28 June 2009, reflects this animal control proposal is renewed and is now
a current animal care and control county ordinance
proposal. ....

Dear President Obama, and the ....U.S..... Congress,....
.. .. This country was built by honorable people who got dirty, but in a clean way. Dirty old men with calloused hands and dingy overalls and women with food stains and baby spit-up on them were responsible for this nation's Golden Age..... .. .. This nation is no longer remaining the “land of the free, home of the brave” but this mother land is now destined to be the new Socialist America by all the liberal starch-collared, manicured Socialist and Marxist influenced presidents, political czars, congressional members, financial law makers, bankers, car makers, commodities traders, and especially the animal rights activist lobbyists, liberal animal control activist mayors, and animal rights activist groups "perverting" the natural God given ‘green’ laws of constitution and private property ownership..... .. .. While these dirty dirt Socialists sit at a computer all day and steel our nation’s wealth by increasing “cap and trade” devastating regulations to break our national electrical industries, free trade ordinances, environmental laws, and animal control; regulations about our pets, dogs, cats, horses, cattle, sheep, goats, beans, gold, oil, timber and other things, these "PERVERTED" law makers and animal rights groups have no idea how to even produce an ounce of freedom or wealth for this nation and people..... .. .. Yet “We the People” of America (the free and the brave) use clean dirt in our daily lives to produce animals or produce on farms or in loving pet owner homes, in a traditional and natural God given “green” manner, independent of government intrusion or violation of the U.S. Constitution by tyranny..... .. .. The best people I've ever known had hands that looked like well-worn leather with cracks and crevices that crisscrossed their palms with tributaries of topsoil with a bunch of loving pet dogs running beside them thru the fields and in their homes, and towns where they live and own their private property without government handouts or welfare. They are traditional pet owners, farmers and producers, pet lovers and animal breeders, family people, who work all day in the fields or at their jobs and get so dirty when they come home at night they have to undress outside because they have a quarter-acre of soil in their boots.
These conservative Americans may be what some might call dirty. But it's a clean kind of dirt, acquired in honest work. I guarantee once they get hosed off with soap and water they are cleaner beneath their rough veneer than the bungling Socialists controlling America, Congress, manufacturing and industry owned now by the government, the USDA, PETA, Animal Rights Groups, Animal Humane Society (HSUS), or City, State, and Federal Congressional bureaucrats and paper-pushers who waste away in offices all day with hardly a need to wash their hands..... .. .. These Socialist and Marxist liberal people and politicians are too good to get their hands dirty with the truth of the Nation being destroyed, or even a simple pet dog at their side at home or in the field, called pets and working animals protecting their owners, not just lying unattended for show in an office chair somewhere for show..... .. .. Where's the evidence the Socialist and Marxist economic paper law pushers or even the animal rights perverts pushing Socialism in animal ownership did anything that day worth bragging about, except to destroy this Nation's military, economic, industrial, and food security..... .. .. At the heart of the whole scenario is the simple God given right of pet ownership in a loving family unit, and American's civil rights and freedoms to be free from government intrusion and violation to freely raise their "OWN" pets and animals on their "OWN" property without tyranny from the many proposals or federal, state, county, and city pet ordinances, let alone the freedom to earn and spend our own hard earned money from working in clean dirt in this nation’s affairs.....
Now We the People only have a Socialist proposal not even completed or enacted, yet thousands are being spent in 50 states to implement this perverted Socialist ways of thinking in economic and control laws, ordinances and “green” programs of "Stamping Out" our incomes, lives, and even our pets and animals, at the choosing of the Socialists.....
.. .. These Socialists have started to destroy ....America.... by instituting regulations like the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) in the USDA with "animal death squads" or Metro Animal Shelter Storm Troopers, or animal activist citizens stealing pets from private property by perverted “Samaritan Laws,” to allegedly stop disease or save some Socialist agenda, not really true, accurate, or substantiated..... .. .. The Socialists of this new America killing this nation like the euthanizing and killing of healthy pets and animals taken from a loving owners home, because they had a large number of healthy pets in the home, and openly burning or disposing of euthanized and dead pet carcasses is going to stop a disease or change people..... .. .. The name of this disease in ....America.... is the prions of Socialism, and it's the newly developed mad cow disease affecting our country and every citizen in this land..... .. .. This disease of Socialism can't be stopped or killed when it is allowed to burn and fester in the heat of ‘dirty dirt” politics and perverted Marxist economic policies and regulations like “cap and trade” of our nation’s coal fueling electrical plants of the ....USA......... .. .. The embers and smoke of these Socialist policies can still carry the disease of economic disaster into the air to spread to the next farm, home, or even state government. The Socialism of economic spending without controls is the same as the forced euthanasia of all owner’s pets stolen by perverted seizure of animal ordinances, and just lead to unjustified killing of healthy loved pets, for the sake of enforcing the “green” laws, without thought, proof, justification or merit of the SPIRIT of the law, only the letter defined by Socialists. We the People have become devalued in human form to just a pet of the Socialist dictators and their agendas of economic destruction of private property ownership..... .. .. President Obama, and the members of the United States Congress, I give you all a letter "F" and "S" for Failed Socialist’s thinking about the economic direction of this nation, our freedom and security to survive with a constitution, and our safety even involving the simple family pet ownership of a dog, cat, or any other animal. Where has all that good ole fashion "common sense" in lawmaker's gone? To Hell I guess, in Socialism!
There is no good solution now for We the People, except to “resist” by any means possible to defend ourselves from all the perverted Socialist thinking and we must stand our ground to “take back our constitution and honorable laws”, to restore them to natural God given common sense laws..... .. .. Because killing healthy people in their hopes and dreams, killing our economic businesses, farms, and people’s jobs, and even their the killing of private ownership of our homes that contain our pet animals… killing them all like blood-sport, or a “green” scorched earth policy of a Nuke strike, is NOT a solution either..... .. .. You Socialists should think like conservative common sense folks with intelligent college educated people, mayors, councilmen/women, state governors, congressional members, and even animal Vets, to use their "Brains" and still save lives, not "destroy" them with like dirt.
The collective conscience of the Socialist Big Agri-Biz sheiks, monopoly Agro- CEO's and incarcerated agricultural energy traders, AR groupies, or legislators following perverted animal ownership thinking groups, wouldn't come clean with a box of Brillo pads and a high pressure hose. Your tractor mechanic or pet owner down at the small country garage fixing things, may be smeared with grease but at least his/her dirt will clean off with a little Lava and hand cleaner, and the dog playing in the mud will clean up too. Not so the dirty government agency Socialist dictator(s) making Anti-Pet ordinances, spay/neuter laws, who live like a pet-porn King in a mansion with fifteen bathrooms and a bidet, but not a dog in sight, in that house inside. He/she may not have dirt under his/her fingernails but he'll still be dirty when they step out of their gold encrusted shower.
The bloodstained independent farmer or local farm producer, iron-smudged welder, soot-covered fireman, saw-dusted carpenter, pet owner working on his/her home, repairing a dog house in the city, farmer's barn and coal-smeared miner digging coal(not "data-mining" the Internet and private information of the American Pet owners and animal owners), are all cleaner than the Socialist stylish and well coined Marxist businessmen who steals from his/her neighbor's pet dog, cat, or horse, or the shareholders and lays off the agri-biz farm workers just so he can get filthy rich on his/her stock options. That's filthy all right. And the smooth-skinned, payola packing, perfumed Congressional Federal, State, and city or town politicians, he/she has in his/her pocket of the Big 3 car makers, or many Agri-Biz and Animal Rights PERVERTED "profiteers" smells far worse than the tar splattered laborer, the septic tank pumper or the hog farmer, pet owner with 25 pets in their home on an independent traditional farm, kennel, or private property premises.
Like I said, there is clean dirt and there is dirty dirt. Soldiers do our dirty work in jungles and deserts all over the world. They may not shower daily, get pedicures or moisturize, but the dirt they wear is a badge of honor. I guarantee that even the most hygienically-challenged soldier is cleaner than the Socialists in government, or animal rights pushing Socialist politicians with blood-sport "profiteering lobbyist’s money on their hands..... .. .. Their hands can never come clean. So, to those Socialist and Marxist folks who look down their snooty noses at We the People who get dirty working for a living, I'd suggest that if they wanted to feel the cleanest they've ever been that they should go get dirty.
Get filthy farming or playing with your dog in a mud puddle; muddy up your life by producing something of value; work so hard that you smell; clean up someone's mess and in the process get dirty yourself.
I think you'll discover what the soiled among us have always allegedly known:....
That dirt acquired in honest labor has the power to cleanse the soul and wash away Socialist blood-sport "profiteering" filth, beginning with the various animal rights activist groups, the National Animal Identification System (NAIS), and their Socialist "Oppressors" of freedom, liberty and the demise of the U.S. Constitution in the name of Socialism.....

My definition of Socialism: The demise of a great nation called the ....United States of America.... beginning with anti-pet ownership of all citizens by Socialists who make “perverted” regulations, ordinances and laws as a result of one thing, Socialism..... .. .. In summary President Obama, and our U.S. Congress, note….... .. .. People in authority of 'perverted' agendas, are so 'addicted' to exaggeration in everything they do or say, that they cannot tell the truth without a lie.
