Current mood:  accomplished
standing in the vaccuum
screaming unheard cries
The blanket covers
the darkness inside
the new death's eternity
lapped with waves from sorrows tide
souls sucked backward into nothing
yearning....
something

Current mood:  artistic
You think you have what you have not
and yet you still believe
You wake up at 1:00 am with a dream
but have nothing but tears on a sleeve
They type you things to make you mad on purpose
they hate your very breath
and yet you still believe
The attention you get isn't attention at all
and yet you still believe
They don't know how to make you go away
and yet you still stay
They fall asleep your wide awake
and yet you still believe
They use you like the countless numbers before
and yet you still believe
your the essence of hope, the depravity of nope you are
naivety

The silence rings loudly in my ears

As I sit and wait

Time passes so slowly

The clock cries

Wanderlust fills my head

as I think of places roamed long ago

Sand and Sun

Mountain and Snow

The Click of the train on the tracks

The smell of pine and orange and fresh mountain air

wanting to go and never come back

missing the roads far away

places and friends

tucked in long ago days

Tears roll down my dried out cheeks

knowing I'm missing them

and their never missing me.

A million beats kept

Click Clack

Sit Still and listen

To the next track

None of it sounds the same

not as sweet

without you

smiling and laughing at me dancin to the beat

Hate sitting here alone

turning the radio down

at every ring of the phone

hoping it's you saying your comin home

Whose pillow do you want your tears to be on?

Tears of joy

Tears of pain

Tears only washed clean by the rain

Whose shoulder will you lean on?

When your on earth

But you mind is  in the clouds

Who do you think of during the day

and those cold lonely nights?

Who if one more day you go without

Would your soul shiver in fright?

It could be anyone

or even possibly none

Let it dry out in the sun

Where the wind will blow it home

Where these mere words are just another

and sweet little curls

hands open wide

a friend to the world

things you'll never see

ripped right away from thee

straight from your mama's arms

into sweet heaven above

enjoy your newfound wings

fly like the doves
