Iran tested advanced nuclear warhead design – secret report
Exclusive: Watchdog fears Tehran has key component to put bombs in missiles

The UN's nuclear watchdog has asked Iran
to explain evidence suggesting that Iranian scientists have
experimented with an advanced nuclear warhead design, the Guardian has
learned. The very existence of the technology, known as a
"two-point implosion" device, is officially secret in both the US and
Britain, but according to previously unpublished documentation in a
dossier compiled by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA),
Iranian scientists may have tested high-explosive components of the
design. The development was today described by nuclear experts as
"breathtaking" and has added urgency to the effort to find a diplomatic
solution to the Iranian nuclear crisis. The sophisticated
technology, once mastered, allows for the production of smaller and
simpler warheads than older models. It reduces the diameter of a
warhead and makes it easier to put a nuclear warhead on a missile. Documentation
referring to experiments testing a two-point detonation design are part
of the evidence of nuclear weaponisation gathered by the IAEA and
presented to Iran for its response. The dossier, titled "Possible
Military Dimensions of Iran's Nuclear Program", is drawn in part from
reports submitted to it by western intelligence agencies. The
agency has in the past treated such reports with scepticism,
particularly after the Iraq war. But its director general, Mohamed
ElBaradei, has said the evidence of Iranian weaponisation "appears to
have been derived from multiple sources over different periods of time,
appears to be generally consistent, and is sufficiently comprehensive
and detailed that it needs to be addressed by Iran". Extracts
from the dossier have been published previously, but it was not
previously known that it included documentation on such an advanced
warhead. "It is breathtaking that Iran could be working on this sort of
material," said a European government adviser on nuclear issues. James Acton, a British nuclear weapons
expert at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, said: "It's
remarkable that, before perfecting step one, they are going straight to
step four or five ... To start with more sophisticated designs speaks
of level of technical ambition that is surprising." Another
western specialist with extensive knowledge of the Iranian programme
said: "It raises the question of who supplied this to them. Did AQ Khan
[a Pakistani scientist who confessed in 2004 to running a nuclear
smuggling ring] have access to this, or is it another player?" The
revelation of the documents comes at a time of growing tension. Tehran
has so far rejected a deal that would remove most of its enriched
uranium stockpile for a year and replace it with nuclear fuel rods
which would be much harder to turn into weapons. The Iranian government
has also balked at negotiations, which were due to begin last week,
over its continued enrichment of uranium, in defiance of UN security
council resolutions. There are fears in Washington and London
that if no deal is reached to at least temporarily defuse tensions by
the end of December, Israel could set in motion plans to take military
action aimed at setting back the Iranian programme by force, with
incalculable consequences for the Middle East. Iran has rejected
most of the IAEA material on weaponisation as forgeries, but has
admitted carrying out tests on multiple high-explosive detonations
synchronised to within a microsecond. Tehran has told the agency that
there is a civilian application for such tests, but has so far not
provided any evidence for them. Western weapons experts say there
are no such civilian applications, but the use of co-ordinated
detonations in nuclear warheads is well known. They compress the
fissile core, or pit, of the warhead until it reaches critical mass. A
US national intelligence estimate two years ago said that Iran had
explored nuclear warhead design for several years but had probably
stopped in 2003. British, French and German officials have said they
believe weaponisation continued after that date and may still be
continuing. In September, a German court found a German-Iranian
businessman, Mohsen Vanaki, guilty of brokering the sale of dual-use
equipment with possible applications in developing nuclear weapons. The
equipment included specialised high-speed cameras, of the sort used to
develop implosion devices, as well as radiation detectors. According to
a report by the Institute for Science and International Security, the
German foreign intelligence service, the Bundesnachrichtendienst,
testified at the trial that there was evidence that Iran's weapons
development was continuing. The IAEA is seeking to find out what
the scientists and the institutions involved in the experiments are
doing now, but has so far not been given a response. The agency's
repeated requests to interview Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, whose name features
heavily in the IAEA's documentation and who is widely seen as the
father of the Iranian nuclear programme, have been turned down. The
agency has also asked Iran to explain evidence that a Russian weapons
expert helped Iranian technicians to master synchronised high-explosive
detonations. The first implosion devices, like the "Fat Man" bomb
dropped on Nagasaki on 9 August 1945, used 32 high-explosive hexagons
and pentagons arrayed around a plutonium core like the panels of a
football. The IAEA has a five-page document describing experimentation
on such a hemispherical array of explosives. According to a
diplomat familiar with the IAEA documentation, the evidence also points
to experiments with a two-point detonation system that represents "a
more elegant solution" to the challenges of making a nuclear warhead,
but it is much harder to achieve. It is used in conjunction with a
non-spherical pit, in the shape of a rugby ball, or explosives in that
shape wrapped around a spherical pit, and it works by compressing the
pit from both ends.The IAEA has expressed "serious concern" about
Iran's failure to give an account of the research its scientists have
carried out. Descriptions of "two-point implosion" warheads
designs have occasionally appeared in the public domain (there are
extensive descriptions on Wikipedia) and they were first developed by
US scientists in the 1950s, but it remains an offence for American
officials or even non-governmental nuclear experts with security
clearance to discuss them.

Did Black Panther make secret White House visit?
Chairman gives no reason for his name on guest list

Malik Zulu Shabazz, national chairman of the radical New Black
Panther Party, refused to confirm or deny to WND whether he visited the
White House since President Obama took office, despite his name
appearing on a recent administration disclosure. Among the famous names that stood out on the brief list were Shabazz, Jeremiah Wright and William Ayers.
The White House blog claimed all three names were "false
positives" – names that make you think of a well-known person, but are
actually someone else. Added the official blog: "In September, requests were
submitted for the names of some famous or controversial figures (for
example Michael Jordan, William Ayers, Michael Moore, Jeremiah Wright,
Robert Kelly, and Malik Shabazz). The well-known individuals with those
names never actually came to the White House. Nevertheless, we were
asked for those names, and so we have included records for those
individuals who were here and share the same names." Other famous names confirmed to have visited the White House include Oprah Winfrey and George Soros.
Asked by WND to confirm or deny he had visited the White House, Shabazz replied by e-mail "no comment on that one."
There is no known record of Shabazz visiting the White House.
WND previously broke the story
that Shabazz's New Black Panther Party, or NBPP, endorsed Obama on its
own page of the presidential candidate's official site, which allowed
registered users to post their own blogs. The NBPP labeled itself on Obama's site as representing
"freedom, justice and peace for all of mankind." It linked to the
official NBPP website, which contains what can be arguably regarded as
hate material.
Shabazz's NBPP is a controversial black extremist party whose
leaders are notorious for their racist statements and for leading
anti-white activism. Shabazz has given scores of speeches condemning
"white men" and Jews.
His NBPP's official platform stated, "White man has kept us
deaf, dumb and blind," referred to the "white racist government of
America," demanded black people be exempt from military service and
used the word Jew repeatedly in quotation marks.
Shabazz has led racially divisive protests and conferences,
such as the 1998 Million Youth March, in which a few thousand Harlem
youths reportedly were called upon to scuffle with police officers and
speakers demanded the extermination of whites in South Africa.
The NBPP chairman was quoted at a May 2007 protest against the
400-year celebration of the settlement of Jamestown, Va., stating,
"When the white man came here, you should have left him to die."
He claimed Jews engaged in an "African holocaust," and he has
promoted the anti-Semitic urban legend that 4,000 Israelis fled the
World Trade Center just prior to the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
When Shabazz was denied entry to Canada last May while trying
to speak at a black action event, he blamed Jewish groups and claimed
Canada "is run from Israel."
Canadian officials justified the action, stating he has an
"anti-Semitic" and "anti-police" record, but some reports blamed what
was termed a minor criminal history for the decision to deny him entry.
He similarly blamed Jews for then-New York Mayor Rudi
Giuliani's initial decision, later rescinded, against granting a permit
for the Million Youth March.
In a 1993 speech condemned by the U.S. Congress and Senate,
late NBPP chairman Muhammad, lionized on the NBPP site, referred to
Jews as "bloodsuckers," labeled the pope a "no-good cracker" and
advocated the murder of white South Africans who would not leave the
nation subsequent to a 24-hour warning.
All NBPP members must memorize the group's rules, such as that
no party member "can have a weapon in his possession while drunk or
loaded off narcotics or weed," and no member "will commit any crimes
against other party members or black people at all."
The deceased chairman of the NBPP, Khallid Abdul Muhammad, is a
former Nation of Islam leader who was once considered Lois Farrakhan's
most trusted adviser. Muhammad gave speeches referring to the "white
man" as the devil and claiming that "there is a little bit of Hitler in
all white people."

British nuclear expert’s 17th floor UN death plunge ‘was not suicide’
Death: Timothy Hampton was involved in monitoring nuclear activity
A British nuclear expert who fell from the 17th floor of a United
Nations building did not commit suicide and may have been hurled to his
death, says a doctor who carried out a second post-mortem examination.
Timothy
Hampton, 47, a scientist involved in monitoring nuclear activity, was
found dead last week at the bottom of a stairwell in Vienna.
An
initial autopsy concluded that there were ‘no suspicious
circumstances’. But it is understood that Mr Hampton’s widow Olena
Gryshcuk and her family were deeply unhappy with that verdict.
Now
a doctor who undertook a second post-mortem examination on behalf of
the family believes she has found evidence that Mr Hampton did not die
by his own hands.
Professor Kathrin Yen, of the Ludwig
Institute in Graz, Austria, which specialises in traumatology research,
said she had more tests to complete on Mr Hampton, who had a
three-year-old son with Ms Gryshcuk.
But she said one
possible theory was that Mr Hampton was carried to the 17th floor from
his workplace on the sixth floor and thrown to his death.
Professor
Yen used new forensic techniques to detect internal bruising caused by
strangulation which would not be visible to the eye.
She
said: ‘In my opinion, it does not look like suicide. My example is that
somebody took him up to the top floor and took him down.
‘At
the moment I don’t have the police reports. We did a CT scan. From the
external exam, I saw injuries on the neck but these were not due to
strangulation.’
It is expected to take three weeks for blood
test results to come back. Austrian police said they believe Mr Hampton
committed suicide.
He had been working for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organisation (CTBTO) at the UN building.
CTBTO
staff monitor tremors in countries worldwide to uncover illegal nuclear
tests. It has been suggested that Mr Hampton may have been involved in
talks discussing nuclear testing in Iran. The UN has strongly denied
the claims.
Doubts: Mr Hampton's death at the UN building is under investigation
His body was discovered last Tuesday at about 8pm. Friends said it
was usual for him to work late into the night. His widow, a weapons
inspector for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), was
working in Japan when her husband died.
A source close to the family said life had not been easy for Mr Hampton, who was often away from his wife and son.
But the source added that he was ‘not the suicide type’. He said: ‘Tim was rather introverted. He changed his life many times.’
Trained in Britain as a bio-chemist, Mr Hampton worked in a bio-lab before moving into construction.
He then worked on nuclear test-ban projects before joining the UN in 1998, said the CTBTO.
The
IAEA, an independent and separate organisation, inspects nuclear plants
worldwide and is based in the building next to the CTBTO in Vienna.
Under
a year ago, an American died at the IAEA in strikingly similar
circumstances, his body being found at the bottom of a stairwell.
A UN spokeswoman said an investigation into that case continues, though Austrian police have concluded it was suicide.

Science bulletin: 'Sun heats Earth!'
Russian research forecasts global cooling

In a sharp rebuke to climate alarmists who believe
human-generated carbon dioxide is responsible for causing catastrophic
global warming, a Russian scientist has issued what amounts to a news
flash announcing, "Sun Heats Earth!"
Habibullo Abdussamatov, the head of space research at St.
Petersburg's Pulkovo Astronomical Observatory in Russia, has published
a paper in which he tracks sunspot activity going back to the 19th
century to argue that total sun irradiance, or TSI, is the primary
factor responsible for causing climate variations on Earth, not carbon
dioxide.
Moreover, Abdussamatov's analysis of sun activity data has led
him to conclude that the Earth is entering a prolonged cooling phase
because sunspot activity is currently in a phase regarded as a
"minimum." "Observations of the sun show that as for the increase in
temperature, carbon dioxide is 'not guilty,'" Abdussamatov wrote, "and
as for what lies ahead in the coming decades, it is not catastrophic
warming, but a global, and very prolonged temperature drop."

As historical support for his theory, Abdussamatov cited the
observations in 1893 made by the English astronomer Walter Maunder, who
came to the conclusion that from 1645 to 1715, sunspots had been
generally absent, which coincided with the middle and coldest part of
the severe temperature dip known as the "Little Ice Age" that stretched
from the 14th to the 16th centuries.
Abdussamatov also observed "the most significant solar event in
the 20th century was the extraordinarily high level and the prolonged
(virtually over the entire century) increase in the energy radiated by
the sun," resulting in the global warming that today climate alarmists
believe is man-made phenomenon. (Parenthesis in original text.)
"The intense solar energy flow radiated since the beginning of
the 1990s" is decreasing "and, in spite of conventional opinion, there
is now an unavoidable advance toward a global decrease, a deep
temperature drop comparable to the Maunder minimum," he wrote.
Abdussamatov warned that more precise determination of the date
of the onset of the upcoming deep temperature drop and the depth of the
decrease in the global temperature of the Earth may not be available
for another eight years. He awaits measurements of the form and
diameter of the sun currently being made from the Russian segment of
the International Space Station and the calculations underway in the Russian-Ukrainan project"Astrometria" that Abdussamatov is now directing.
"The observed global warming of the climate of the Earth is not
caused by the anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gasses, but by
extraordinarily high solar intensity that extended over virtually the
entire past century," Abdussamatov wrote. "Future decrease in global
temperature will occur even if anthropogenic ejection of carbon dioxide
into the atmosphere rises to record levels.
"Over the past decade, global temperature on the Earth has not
increased; global warming has ceased, and already there are signs of
the future deep temperature drop."
Abdussamatov concluded the Earth is no longer threatened by the
catastrophic global warming forecast by some scientists, since warming
passed its peak in 1998-2005.
"The global temperature of the Earth has begun its decrease
without limits on the volume of greenhouse gas emissions by industrial
developed countries," he wrote. "Therefore, the implementation of the
Kyoto Protocol aimed to rescue the planet from the greenhouse effect
should be put off at least 150 years."
In 2007, National Geographic published
Abdussamatov's explanation that the global warming observed in the
shrinking of the carbon dioxide "ice caps" near Mar's South Pole was
caused by reduced solar activity.
"The long-term increase in solar irradiance is heating both
Earth and Mars," Abdussamatov said in the National Geographic article.

I don't wonder anymore, it just goes to show the disconnect between our educational system on how our Constitution works and the electorate applying it to the people they vote for.......................................
After all, a "Constitutional Lawyer" who from the very beginning was quite open about his ignorance of the Constitution was elected by a majority of the voters.I see this educational ignorance all over the web - there is a major difference between "War" Law and "Criminal" Law. Article 1, Section 8 says it all:

It quite clearly says Congress shall have the Power.

TEL AVIV – President Obama's presidential campaign focused on
"making" the news media cover certain issues while rarely communicating
anything to the press unless it was "controlled," White House
Communications Director Anita Dunn disclosed to the Dominican
government at a videotaped conference. "Very rarely did we communicate through the press anything that we didn't absolutely control," said Dunn.
"One of the reasons we did so many of the David Plouffe videos
was not just for our supporters, but also because it was a way for us
to get our message out without having to actually talk to reporters,"
said Dunn, referring to Plouffe, who was Obama's chief campaign
manager. "We just put that out there and made them write what Plouffe
had said as opposed to Plouffe doing an interview with a reporter. So
it was very much we controlled it as opposed to the press controlled
it," Dunn said.
Continued Dunn: "Whether it was a David Plouffe video or an Obama
speech, a huge part of our press strategy was focused on making the
media cover what Obama was actually saying as opposed to why the
campaign was saying it, what the tactic was. … Making the press cover
what we were saying."

Dunn was speaking at a Jan. 12, 2009, event focusing on Obama's
media tactics and hosted by the Global Foundation for Democracy and
Development, which seeks to promote collaboration between the U.S. and
the Dominican Republic. The event was held in Santo Domingo and was
attended by the country's president. Fox hit back this past Friday, releasing a video of Dunn
speaking to high school students last June in which she lists her two
"favorite political philosophers," including Communist Chinese leader
Mao Tse-tung, whose draconian policies are blamed for the deaths of
tens of millions of people.

Have you heard of this one yet???H.R. 45: Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009 SEC. 2. FINDINGS AND PURPOSES.
(a) Findings- Congress finds that--
(1) the manufacture, distribution, and importation of firearms is inherently commercial in nature;
(2) firearms regularly move in interstate commerce;
(3)
to the extent that firearms trafficking is intrastate in nature, it
arises out of and is substantially connected with a commercial
transaction, which, when viewed in the aggregate, substantially affects
interstate commerce;
(4)
because the intrastate and interstate trafficking of firearms are so
commingled, full regulation of interstate commerce requires the
incidental regulation of intrastate commerce;
(5)
gun violence in the United States is associated with the majority of
homicides, over half the suicides, and two-thirds of non-fatal violent
injuries; and
(6)
on the afternoon of May 10, 2007, Blair Holt, a junior at Julian High
School in Chicago, was killed on a public bus riding home from school
when he used his body to shield a girl who was in the line of fire
after a young man boarded the bus and started shooting.
(b) Sense of the Congress- It is the sense of the Congress that--
(1)
firearms trafficking is prevalent and widespread in and among the
States, and it is usually impossible to distinguish between intrastate
trafficking and interstate trafficking; and
(2)
it is in the national interest and within the role of the Federal
Government to ensure that the regulation of firearms is uniform among
the States, that law enforcement can quickly and effectively trace
firearms used in crime, and that firearms owners know how to use and
safely store their firearms.
(c) Purposes- The purposes of this Act and the amendments made by this Act are--
(1)
to protect the public against the unreasonable risk of injury and death
associated with the unrecorded sale or transfer of qualifying firearms
to criminals and youth;
(2) to ensure that owners of qualifying firearms are knowledgeable in the safe use, handling, and storage of those firearms;
(3)
to restrict the availability of qualifying firearms to criminals,
youth, and other persons prohibited by Federal law from receiving
firearms; and
(4) to facilitate the tracing of qualifying firearms used in crime by Federal and State law enforcement agencies. SEC. 3. DEFINITIONS.
(a) In General- In this Act:
‘(36) The term ‘qualifying firearm’--
‘(A) means--
‘(ii) any semiautomatic firearm that can accept any detachable ammunition feeding device; and
‘(B) does not include any antique.’. SEC. 101. LICENSING REQUIREMENT.
‘(aa) Firearm Licensing Requirement-
‘(1)
IN GENERAL- It shall be unlawful for any person other than a licensed
importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or licensed collector
to possess a qualifying firearm on or after the applicable date, unless
that person has been issued a firearm license--
‘(A)
under title I of Blair Holt’s Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act
of 2009, which license has not been invalidated or revoked under that
title; or
‘(B)
pursuant to a State firearm licensing and record of sale system
certified under section 602 of Blair Holt’s Firearm Licensing and
Record of Sale Act of 2009, which license has not been invalidated or
revoked under State law.
‘(2) APPLICABLE DATE- In this subsection, the term ‘applicable date’ means--
‘(A)
with respect to a qualifying firearm that is acquired by the person
before the date of the enactment of Blair Holt’s Firearm Licensing and
Record of Sale Act of 2009, 2 years after such date of enactment; and
‘(B)
with respect to a qualifying firearm that is acquired by the person on
or after the date of the enactment of Blair Holt’s Firearm Licensing
and Record of Sale Act of 2009, 1 year after such date of enactment.’. SEC. 102. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
(a)
In General- In order to be issued a firearm license under this title,
an individual shall submit to the Attorney General (in accordance with
the regulations promulgated under subsection (b)) an application, which
shall include--
(1) a current, passport-sized photograph of the applicant that provides a clear, accurate likeness of the applicant;
(2) the name, address, and date and place of birth of the applicant;
(3) any other name that the applicant has ever used or by which the applicant has ever been known;
(4)
a clear thumb print of the applicant, which shall be made when, and in
the presence of the entity to whom, the application is submitted;
(5)
with respect to each category of person prohibited by Federal law, or
by the law of the State of residence of the applicant, from obtaining a
firearm, a statement that the individual is not a person prohibited
from obtaining a firearm;
(6)
a certification by the applicant that the applicant will keep any
firearm owned by the applicant safely stored and out of the possession
of persons who have not attained 18 years of age;
(7)
a certificate attesting to the completion at the time of application of
a written firearms examination, which shall test the knowledge and
ability of the applicant regarding--
(A) the safe storage of firearms, particularly in the vicinity of persons who have not attained 18 years of age;
(B) the safe handling of firearms;
(C) the use of firearms in the home and the risks associated with such use;
(D)
the legal responsibilities of firearms owners, including Federal,
State, and local laws relating to requirements for the possession and
storage of firearms, and relating to reporting requirements with
respect to firearms; and
(E) any other subjects, as the Attorney General determines to be appropriate;
(8)
an authorization by the applicant to release to the Attorney General or
an authorized representative of the Attorney General any mental health
records pertaining to the applicant;
(9) the date on which the application was submitted; and
(10) the signature of the applicant.
(b)
Regulations Governing Submission- The Attorney General shall promulgate
regulations specifying procedures for the submission of applications to
the Attorney General under this section, which regulations shall--
(1)
provide for submission of the application through a licensed dealer or
an office or agency of the Federal Government designated by the
Attorney General;
(2) require the applicant to provide a valid identification document (as defined in section 1028(d)(2) of title 18, United States Code)
of the applicant, containing a photograph of the applicant, to the
licensed dealer or to the office or agency of the Federal Government,
as applicable, at the time of submission of the application to that
dealer, office, or agency; and
(3)
require that a completed application be forwarded to the Attorney
General not later than 48 hours after the application is submitted to
the licensed dealer or office or agency of the Federal Government, as
applicable.
(c) Fees-
(1)
IN GENERAL- The Attorney General shall charge and collect from each
applicant for a license under this title a fee in an amount determined
in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2)
FEE AMOUNT- The amount of the fee collected under this subsection shall
be not less than the amount determined by the Attorney General to be
necessary to ensure that the total amount of all fees collected under
this subsection during a fiscal year is sufficient to cover the costs
of carrying out this title during that fiscal year, except that such
amount shall not exceed $25. SEC. 103. ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.
(a)
In General- The Attorney General shall issue a firearm license to an
applicant who has submitted an application that meets the requirements
of section 102 of this Act, if the Attorney General ascertains that the
individual is not prohibited by subsection (g) or (n) of section 922 of title 18, United States Code, from receiving a firearm.
(b)
Effect of Issuance to Prohibited Person- A firearm license issued under
this section shall be null and void if issued to a person who is
prohibited by subsection (g) or (n) of section 922 of title 18, United States Code, from receiving a firearm.
(c)
Form of License- A firearm license issued under this section shall be
in the form of a tamper-resistant card, and shall include--
(1) the photograph of the licensed individual submitted with the application;
(2) the address of the licensed individual;
(3) the date of birth of the licensed individual;
(4) a license number, unique to each licensed individual;
(5)
the expiration date of the license, which shall be the date that is 5
years after the initial anniversary of the date of birth of the
licensed individual following the date on which the license is issued
(or in the case of a license renewal, following the date on which the
license is renewed under section 104);
(6) the signature of the licensed individual provided on the application, or a facsimile of the application; and
(7) centered at the top of the license, capitalized, and in boldface type, the following:
‘FIREARM LICENSE--NOT VALID FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE’. SEC. 104. RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
(a) Application for Renewal-
(1)
IN GENERAL- In order to renew a firearm license issued under this
title, not later than 30 days before the expiration date of the
license, the licensed individual shall submit to the Attorney General
(in accordance with the regulations promulgated under paragraph (3)),
in a form approved by the Attorney General, an application for renewal
of the license.
(2) CONTENTS- An application submitted under paragraph (1) shall include--
(A) a current, passport-sized photograph of the applicant that provides a clear, accurate likeness of the applicant;
(B) current proof of identity of the licensed individual; and
(C) the address of the licensed individual.
(3)
REGULATIONS GOVERNING SUBMISSION- The Attorney General shall promulgate
regulations specifying procedures for the submission of applications
under this subsection.
(b)
Issuance of Renewed License- Upon approval of an application submitted
under subsection (a) of this section, the Attorney General shall issue
a renewed license, which shall meet the requirements of section 103(c),
except that the license shall include the current photograph and
address of the licensed individual, as provided in the application
submitted under this section, and the expiration date of the renewed
license, as provided in section 103(c)(5). SEC. 105. REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
(a)
In General- If an individual to whom a license has been issued under
this title subsequently becomes a person who is prohibited by
subsection (g) or (n) of section 922 of title 18, United States Code, from receiving a firearm--
(1) the license is revoked; and
(2) the individual shall promptly return the license to the Attorney General.
(b)
Administrative Action- Upon receipt by the Attorney General of notice
that an individual to whom a license has been issued under this title
has become a person described in subsection (a), the Attorney General
shall ensure that the individual promptly returns the license to the
Attorney General.

1. Iran does have the Bomb. 2. Saudi Arabia's government will fall. 3. Pakistan will fall to the Taliban and India will undergo almost constant attacks and civil unrest, thereby causing it to nuke Pakistan. 4. China's government will fall after massive, massive unrest and many, many massacres by it's military. 5. A major U.S. religious leader will be prosecuted for hate speech. 6. Oil drilling bans will be in effect her in the U.S. again by May. 7. The military will face major, major cuts and "Star Wars" will be stopped as Obama "balances" his budget. Soon after we will be hit by a terrorsit missile fired from a "tramp" freighter in the Atlantic. 8. Israel will be abandoned by the Obama administration. 9. Housing prices will continue to be unstable for decades due to the "low cost" loans advanced by the nationalized Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae's attempts to reduce inventory of foreclosed homes. Many of these loans will be proven later to be worse than the current situation of people being loaned money they can't afford to pay back, thus continueing the cycle. 10. Property and State taxes will skyrocket as counties/schools/states try to make up for the loss of income on housing and sklyrocketing energy costs. 11. Electric bills are going to skyrocket. Even worse than the gasoline run-up due to carbon taxes and mandates for "renewable" energy. I'm talking 1000%. 12. Since there is no replacement for plastic that is economically viable yet, our oil consumption and use will not fall even with renewable energy mandates. Oil prices will continue their upward trend. Our economy and national security will continue to be at risk. 13. There will be a major diplomatic row with Canada over our attempts to shut down their Oil Sands projects due to "Carbon Emissions". Canada will tell us to "go blow"................ 14. The "Fairness Doctrine" will be reinstated. Since "News Programs" and "Newspapers" are exempt, there will be no conservative voices again............. 15. The Supreme Court will find the "Fairness Doctrine" legal after Obama replaces 3 justices who retire. leaving a leftist agenda in place for centureis to come. 16. In an attempt to get around the 2nd Amendment, cities/states/federal will impose a confiscatory tax on ammunition. The Supreme Court (after 15 above) will find it legal. 17. The "welfare class" will grow by 20% and unemployment will remain above 10% for a decade (just like Europe). There will be food riots in several major cities as farm subsidies are cut to "balance" the budget and food prices will skyrocket even worse than during the oil price run-up. Most American citizens will then get to see the "Socialist Utopia" up close and personal. 18. Citizen births will fall dramatically as abortions skyrocket. Illegals will be "amnestied" and their birth rate will soar (just like Europe). They will all be granted government benefits. The flood across our borders will soar as South and Central America's economies tank even further. 19. The "Stimulus Package" will fail. The American consumer will be the ones proven to have ended the recession in 2013. 20. It will be proven that Obama was really tied into the Rezko/Blagojevich corruption. But, it will be page 30 news, and only after he does not get re-elected. 21. Kim Il Jung will lose the election in North Korea, but the generals will maintain their grip on power........... 22. The American people will sit placidly by as socialism finishes creeping into place even though it will transform us into a second rate/tier power and reduce our standard of living considerably. One benefit of this though will be return of some of our manufacturing base due to the reduced standard of living and wages. 23. There will be at least 2 attempts on George Bush's life when his Secret Service protection is withdrawn in 8 years. 24. Al Gore will be prosecuted for fraud after his "Carbon Credit" company is proven to be a fake............... 25. George Bush will be proven to have been one of our more "moderate" presidents and rank accordingly. Thus shall it be................. Comments please...........................

Will the last Conservative in the room please turn out the lights when you leave?
In watching over 50 years of Presidential elections and the Congressional elections that occur during the same and also the off years, I have come to the conclusion that there really is NO difference between the parties. They all get into office and continue on with the process of getting re-elected and spending our money, never ending any previous programs. The "throw the bums out" routine just does not work.
After first becoming interested in Presidential politics when John Kennedy was running for President and paying close attention up to this current election, I am resigned to the fact that the country I love and support is no more. I feel it is no longer going to survive as the free and vibrant land of opportunity that I was raised to believe in. I have watched Presidents come and go who have promised the world to and for us. The only ones I have seen deliver anything have been the Democrats, who have only delivered us more socialism, never less, delivering more towards what they promise and believe than any other party.
Eisenhower gave us nothing, except an attempt to nationalize some industries (steel and railroads) - not very Republican nor Conservative.
Kennedy gave us tax cuts - a more Conservative act than most so-called conservatives today and actually used a balanced budget. (This was a Democrat?) Interestingly his term was cut short before we could see what else was in store. He did open us up to the possibility of being radiated to death tho........................
LBJ gave us the Great Society and the War on Poverty - both, as usual, were and are failures because whenever the government gets involved, failure is almost always guaranteed. Poverty rates were actually falling faster before these programs and have actually risen since their inception. Absolutely not Conservative.
Nixon gave us the Imperial Presidency and opened up Red China. Nothing like trading with our enemies and selling them the rope to hang us with. He also attempted to institute wage and price controls. (This was a Conservative?)
Ford did nothing - perhaps for the best and pehaps making him a better President than most people give him credit for being.
Carter - His name should actually be four letters! Creator of the Misery Index and one of the biggest cutters of our military, causing us to be helpless to do anything with a 2-bit country that actually has declared war on us and refusing to do anything about America's National Security crisis with energy and it's deadly effect on our National Welfare and Security.
Reagan was a great talker as a Conservative. But please name ONE socialist program that he did away with? Name one budget that he balanced, or one spending increase that he didn't allow? He did have a major hand in ending the Cold War, but look at the spending needed to do it. (I am not saying I don't agree with this part, but take his terms as a whole)
Bush One was a blue blood patrician Republican. The exact same type as the ones that gave us our current Presidential candidate on the Republican side. He raised taxes instead of cutting spending. He did however show a 2 bit dictator what it means to cross the United States and what the consequences can be.
Clinton taught us all about "the Lewinsky" , the "peace Dividend" and the meaning of "is". He did serve up some semi-balanced budgets and a roaring economy and welfare reform, but these were mostly forced on him by a Republican Congress that had actually turned Conservative. Howerver, the budget surpluses weren't real, they were from the tax increases he put in place on Social Security and were never labeled as such by a biased media and the economy ultimately only turned out to be a bubble. He also gave us NAFTA, sending our jobs overseas and gave our nuclear and space secrets to our enemies and allowed America to be attacked again and again without consequence to our enemies other than a few criminal indictments. But he did ruthlessly kill Americans who had different beliefs, because he could. (Waco, Ruby Ridge) This President also signed all the laws making energy independence for America impossible by making Wilderness Areas of the most energy promising areas of the United States. (Alaska, Calfornia, Wyoming, Utah etc etc etc etc)
Bush Two - Mr. Compassionate Conservative himself!!! Has done more damage in two terms to our Constitutional Rights than any other President. He cut the First Amendment by signing McCain-Feingold, Instituted the Ted Kennedy plan of No Child Left Behind (remember his effort to reach across the aisle and let Kennedy write the education bill? NCLB is Teddy Kennedy's effort, not George Bush's, ending your Freedom of Choice on the Education of your children. He then made one of the largest expansions of our government towards Socialism - the Medicare Part D Drug plan, 700 billion a year not paid for and certain to never be cut. Adding more entitlements and not paying for it, and also creating one of the biggest new government programs of all - Homeland Security. Oh, yes, he did give us tax cuts, but where were the budget cuts to match? Not to mention , hanging all his friends out to dry and failing to discipline and control our intelligence agencies for their very obvious failures. (Instead, let's give them medals!) Compassionate maybe, but no Conservative.
Next?
McCain? Law of the Sea Treaty? Giving away our sovereignty and right to travel the seas freely? Heard this one mentioned during the election? He's for it. How about the Kyoto Protocols? He has said he is for it. Can our economy withstand it? NO. Immigration?
He is still waffling since he hasn't been elected yet, but I will bet you that if he is elected, he will sign anything the Democrats send his way on immigration since it would match his previous positions. He says he would keep the tax cuts in place though, but hasn't explained how with the Democrats in control of both houses. Good thing he says that he will only serve one term, as the Democrats will do everything they can to destroy him (even worse than Bush, because they can smell the blood in the water). And before I forget - Carbon Credits. Think your electric bill is high now? How about your gasoline bill (yes it will affect cars). Just another code word for higher bills and higher taxes. Says he will give us Conservative judges, but can't explain how he will do it through a Democrat controlled Senate. And by the way, do you think he will pardon Bush? You know, the Democrats will immediately put him on trial for "War Crimes" immediately after the election. Yes, he will "reach across the aisle" - "More of the same McCain".
Obama? 800 Billion to Africa for the Global Poverty Act. Another 800 Billion for Healthcare. This bill is currently being written by Ted Kennedy as one of his last acts. (Probably with Hillary in charge - a campaign promise?) Who will be able to resist passing this one? (Do it for old Ted!) Says he will do away with Bush's tax cuts.........welcome to 11%, 14%, 50% increases in your taxes, all at the same time your house values have plummeted, your utilities and property taxes, and school tuitions have skyrocketed and your 401k is on its way to being worthless (OH, and also plan on it being taken over by the government - not bought, or borrowed - TAKEN - it's already being talked about in the House Revenue Committee, and the Democrats are said to be "intrigued" with the idea.) But yet he is offering tax cuts to 95% of Americans. (before or after he raises them by doing away with the Bush tax cuts?) There is also the reason he wants us out of IRAQ - he can then declare another "Peace Dividend" and slice our military to shreds again, making it take even longer the next time to ramp up when the threats come. Then there is his "weath redistribution".
If he is going to give 95% of us a tax cut, then the other 5% had better be prepared to become American Exiles just like they have in any other country that has raised confiscatory tax rate. Once all the rich leave, who will he have to tax to pay for his "lofty programs"???????
Be prepared to become even poorer. Oh, and don't forget, all the new Supreme Court judges he will get to appoint. Will even one of his proposals be found unconstitutional? NO.
Can we also say "Fairness Doctrine" ? Along with the Socialist Triumvirate of Obama, Pelosi and Reid. (Happy Halloween!)
You say, but.............but.........................
I have consistently voted for my beliefs and convictions thru the years. Have You? Or did you just vote AGAINST someone or AGAINST something? Each one of these Presidents listed who served during my lifetime have participated in the socialism agenda. Each one has done unconstitutional acts or allowed them to continue, by not cutting or doing away with them, much less, the ones that actually proposed them and passed them.
But......But............some of you will say, The Supreme Court said they were OK............................................
Does that make it right?
Does that absolve your conscience?
Does that allow you and them to ignore one of the most amazing and fantastic man-made documents ever written?
Do you continue paying your Social Security taxes, even though there is the likelyhood that you will never collect (you younger ones), or that your children will not be able to afford to pay it? Or that you are paying it twice? (You pay once, they spend it, and issue T-Bonds which you then have to pay again as the national debt)
Do you continue to pay your income taxes? The 19th amendment does not mention unequal rates, nor does it say that it denies you the most fundamental right under the Constitution - Equal Protection under Law. What is equal about me or you paying more percentage wise than your neighbor, or even your neighbor paying none, while you pay throught the teeth?
Do you continue to rent your land from the government? If you pay property taxes, you are renting your land and acknowledging the governments rights as owner of your property. You want proof? Try not paying them, and watch them sell your house out from under you.
Are you allowing cities and states to tax your utilities? They mandate these items - sewer, water, garbage etc, then tax you for using them. If you don't pay the taxes on them, they will shut them off and then say your house is unfit for human habitation...............Double jeopardy?
Do you accede to the governments power to tell you who you can associate with? Remember, that with Handicap, racial, sexual preference protection comes restrictions on freedom of association, another Constitutional Right.
Does the government have the right to tell you what lightbulbs to use in your home? (remember incandescent lightbulbs are ILLEGAL after 2012) What car to drive? etc etc
These are just a few examples. You have gone on like sheep and participated in these unconstitutional acts and permitted them to continue by your acquiescience to them.
You have allowed the voting system of this country to allow the non-producers to be able to out-vote the producers because of "equal votes" , when it should be if you are a "producer" towards our economy and nation, you should have more of a say than a "non-producer" after all, the "producers" are the ones paying for it.. There will be more to come, just look at the recent Supreme Court cases - they took away your land rights and the original definition of Eminent Domain, they took away States Rights in a continuing series of decisions from the 1930's to today. They have superseded the President's War Powers, yet nobody says a word except that the Presidency is too powerful now - never being balanced. They've allowed a non-government agency to spend billions upon billions of our money with nary a peep (the Federal Reserve) and start owning major portions of our economy.
Where are the marches and the outrage? Where are the boycotts? Where is the Civil Disobediance? It only seems to occur from the left and only for items that don't advance the socialist agenda. While you have done the responsible thing and gone to work and paid your taxes, they have advanced and advanced. You have condoned these outrages by your silence. Yes, you write and you call your congressman, but does it really stop or change it? NO Only taking to the streets works as the left shows everyday. You will have to scare this government into any changes.
They can not put ALL of us in prison - there is not enough room or money - and the government is absolutely terrified of Jury Nullification, which is why they try so hard to keep you uninformed about it and unaware of it. Research it and start using it. Sure, it will cost you a little time and money, but start serving on those juries and volunteering to do so. It's one of the last places where you can keep your freedom from the government. Right now, with the election almost over, the Liberal Left are already writing new laws to withdraw drilling rights and everything you thought you had stopped.
Remember, they don't stop, it's continually advance, advance, advance. Anything to the contrary is only a temporary setback to be counteracted at the next oppportunity.
You are a fool if you don't start fighting back. It might be a little uncomfortable doing without some of your "comforts", but it is either that or become a Socialist Slave to the "Non-Producers".
One last thought: You always hear how the Communist/Socialist program creates a "classless" society. In a way they are quite correct - everybody becomes poor, except for the ruling elite.
We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure the domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Very simple, but very eloquent. Amazingly ignored. Where is the justice? The blessings of Liberty? And especially note: Promote......................NOT, provide the general welfare.
Who will I vote for? How am I going to vote? You may be very surprised. I will give you my answer on November 3rd.

Congress: 1. "Earmarks" be proved to have a "Federal" role and any legislation likewise with proof how it abides by the Constitution.
2. Appoint all former Presidents and Vice Presidents to the new office of "National Advisory Cabinet."
3. Mandate non-partisan redistricting for House elections to enhance electoral competition - by Amendment if necessary.. 4. We demand Congress only write bills pertaining only to one subject per bill, no "Omnibus" bills - by Amendment if necessary.
5. By Amendment - Establish term limits in the House and Senate to restore the Founders' principle of frequent rotation in office.
6. We demand a Balanced Budget Amendment to encourage fiscal fairness to future generations. With the Social Security fund completely separate from the General Fund.
7. Withdraw all funding and participation in the United Nations until legitimate and permanent reforms are instituted to prevent fraud, nepotism and despotic dictatorships from having any say about anything.
8. Stop all Foreign Aid unless it has a direct and provable interest for the National Security of the United States
9. Authorize the C.I.A. to do whatever is necessary to get "Humint", by allowing them to deal with whoever is necessary to get that intelligence or cooperation or undercover agents.
10. We demand the loss of all Federal dollars to any city, county, state, or school system that violates the letter or the spirit of immigration law or blocks military recruiting. (after all, they are the ones that provide for your freedom of expression and speech). Any religious or charitable institution that provides "safe Haven" or violates immigration law would automatically lose tax exempt status.
11. We demand a Fair Tax - (Flat) and the right to trial by Jury in Tax Court. A: to repair inequities and unfairness in the tax codes. * The top 0.1% of taxpayers by income pay 17.4% of all federal taxes (earning 9.1% of the income). * The top 1% of taxpayers, gross income $328,049 or more, by income pay 36.9% of all federal taxes (earning 19% of the income). * The top 5% of taxpayers, gross income $137,056 or more, pay 57.1% of all federal taxes (earning 33.4% of the income). * The bottom 50%, gross income 30,122 or less, pay 3.3% of all individual income taxes (earning 13.4% of the income). B: Everyone should pay the same percentage. It is only fair that you must pay something for your share of ownership in the United States C: Remove all tax breaks and subsidies and tax shelters for Corporations that Outsource American Jobs and Reward their competitors who do not.
12. .Repeal of the 14th Amendment's Birthright Babies and demand the creation of certification systems for employers to verify immigrant status, any employer found in violation will be fined a minimum of $100,000 ......per occurence.
13. If Congress will not do true immigration reform and enforcement with closed borders, pass a Constitutional Amendment codifying such.
14. By Amendment, add a clause to Amendment 5, stating that no property will be seized for private use.
15. Repeal the asset forfeiture clause of the Federal civil code. Allow asset forfeitures only upon conviction of a crime involving the assets as required in the 4th Amendment.
16. Repeal the protections of bankruptcy and against lawsuits for companies whose pensions have been taken over by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. The same for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. If the Company directors caused the failures, their pay from when the faillure to pay or abide by the contracts began, should be forfeit. Presidency:17. We demand prosecution of any person in our government who without authorization of the President (the constitution says he is in charge of foreign policy) travels to an enemy or known adversary of the United ....States and represents themselves as spokesman for the government.
18. Give the President a line-item veto by Amendment if necessary.
19. We demand that the Monroe Doctrine be reinstituted. 20. Eliminate the Department of Education and return that function to the States, with set National Standards for diplomas.
21, Pull out of NATO and close all bases except two........one in Germany and one in Britain (to continue for the treatment and forwarding of our wounded.) They are quite capable of defending themselves and we do ......not need to be subsidizing their socialist governments with our money any longer and to let them continue stabbing us in the back while still taking our moneySupreme Court:22. Eliminate lifetime tenure for federal judges in favor of non-renewable 15-year terms for all federal judges.
23. Congress must codify a mandatory retirement age for all federal judges.
24. The Justice Department must review all Judicial decisions of the Appeals courts and demand the removal of judges who are overturned by 50% margin or greater on review by the full Appeals Court of that district or by the Supreme Court. This is consistent with Article III. - Section 1 - The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior.,
25. Give federal judges guaranteed cost of living increases so pay is never an issue.
26. By Amendment if necessary, require that the Senator's present (as directly worded in the Constitution) vote up or down on the nominations of judges. No filibustering or parliamentary moves to foil same. Also ......require that no questions on the nominee's religious views be allowed as our Constitution states quite clearly that "No religious test" will be allowed. Politics:27. Adopt a National primary system, for Presidential party nominations to avoid the destructive front-loading of primaries, with two National Primaries. The top three winners of each party of the first primary advance to the second and final. These primaries should all be held on one day for each primary throughout the States (for instance, one in Febraury and one in July).
28. Reform campaign financing to return power to the people (repeal the odious sections of McCain-Feingold and close the 527 loophole).
29. Adopt an automatic registration system with ID for all qualified American citizens to guarantee their right to vote is not abridged by bureaucratic requirements.
30. Require that all unions, trade guilds etc respect the members wishes on political campaign contributions ie: if a member specifies a party, or none, that party is donated to by the percentage of the members dues as all others, or none, depending on that members wishes.Universal National Service:31. Create a Constitutional requirement that all able-bodied young Americans devote at least 2 years of their lives in service to the country, (Peace Corps, Military, Americorps, Red Cross etc..........) as a requirement towards ANY Government aid of any kind whether it be Scholarships, Grants, Welfare, Social Security - whatever.The basis of our political system is the right of the people to make and to alter their constitutions of government.
