in my dream last night I was speaking to my daddy and he told me to get my affairs in order. i'm not sure what that means but i will have to say it scared me somewhat. only because i have a lot to do and say and hopefully i will have time to do both but if not it's been a bumpy but good ride. those that are closest to me know how i feel about them and the rest well i can't speak for them but i know my feelings.
happy new year to all and know that i wish each and every one of you peace, love and understanding.
hugs, zissy

it
yes it's right there
sits in the room
is anyone aware?
am i that much
of a freak
can this really
be my legacy?
i arrive here
from infancy?
it's right there
sits in the room
is anyone aware?

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate; Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that frightens us. We ask ourselves, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?" Actually, who are you NOT to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that others will not feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine – as children do. We are born to manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just some of us: it is all of us. As we let our own light shine, we give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others from their fear. May we all give ourselves permission to shine today so that the truth is reflected in all of us. - Nelson Mandela 1994 Inaugural Speech

Our boy Ross was loved by many and he shared his Love even though humans were his worst enemies in the beginning of his life. He was a true friend and will be missed very much. Thank you Ross for Loving us.
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together.... Author unknown...

A Mother's love is something that no on can explain, It is made of deep devotion and of sacrifice and pain, It is endless and unselfish and enduring come what may For nothing can destroy it or take that love away . . . It is patient and forgiving when all others are forsaking, And it never fails or falters even though the heart is breaking . . . It believes beyond believing when the world around condemns, And it glows with all the beauty of the rarest, brightest gems . . . It is far beyond defining, it defies all explanation, And it still remains a secret like the mysteries of creation . . . A many splendoured miracle man cannot understand And another wondrous evidence of God's tender guiding hand.

talked to my sister tonight and found out that her father died on Tuesday Feb. 5th, 2008. i feel so bad for her because they didn't have the relationship that she wanted with her dad and now she never will. she is a very strong woman and will get through this in her own way and i respect that strength in her. she has had a lot of strikes against her but she has never let any of that get her down and she has fought kicking and screaming to get everything she has worked so hard for and i am proud of her. god knows your heart sweet girl and your daddy knows that you loved him and you know that he loved you. sweet dreams.

i'm sitting here watching supernanny and i don't even have children in my life. i think everyone with a child in their lives should watch this show. i so wish they had shows like this when my son was a youngster. i had no idea how to handle so many things and went to bed a lot of nights in tears because i didn't feel like i had done a good job that day raising my son. if you have a chance to watch it please do. Hugs, Zissy

I just got my service back up about 10 minutes ago and while we were down all night apparently a mass email went out to everyone in my address book. It wasn't me and instead of writing another mass email I thought this would be the best way to get the message out.
Sorry for the trouble.
Hugs, Zissy
