AMC:
Okay, so what is it that I like about AMC right now? Amanda! I like
that she is staying with Jake and Tad and helping them with the girls.
I like that she and JR seem to be mending fences. I like that she may
be out of David Hayward’s clutches. I hate that sneaky bastard Hayward.
Although, there is some poetic justice to his drugging and manipulating
Krystal “With a K” into marrying him even as he clearly switches his
attention to Amanda as his next “victim.” Serial adulteress KWAK might
as well put her snapping turtle vagina back in the shell!
OLTL:
One Life to Live continues to bring its A game, even as individual
storylines fail and others flounder to find solid footing. I don’t know
why they have to mess with success, but proving that no one knows how
to leave well enough alone, they introduced a scheming, new, wannabe
Snatch-a-Loup into the mix as Gigi’s sister Stacey proves that no good
deed goes unpunished. In exchange for Gigi welcoming her back into her
life with open arms, the nasty young whore is setting Rex up and
drugging him. I’m trying to look on the bright side; we may get some
shirtless John- Paul Lavoisier sightings out of it!
GH:
I would LOVE to see Monica playing the role that was last occupied by
Head Nurse Lucille Weeks, that of an almost bitter, chronically lonely
professional who finds love again, unexpectedly late in life, and who
struggles to recognize and accept it. If Patrick was to be intrigued by
Elizabeth and they formed a friendship that was “thisclose” to becoming
romantic before Robin gets her head on straight, that would be fine by
me. We need nursing students and doctors in training and we need
General Hospital staff teaching them. We need Night Shift to come back
to daytime!
