So here I am to write once more and put the world to right

So what comes to mind, what takes my fancy in being discussed?

To begin with, today being the 6^th November it was Guy Fawkes Night last night.  Meaning it was a year ago that I was writing in discuss about how Tower Hamlets Council decided to change the celebration to a Bangladeshi festival, stating that they did Guy Fawkes the year before and felt like a change.  But it is Guy Fawkes every year!

The 5^th of November is a British tradition in remembrance of events of the past.  The meaning of 'Bonfire Night' seems to slowly have disappeared, it seems it is that it is classed as just another thing.  People seem to use it as an excuse to just go out.  Yes it is all good looking at the pretty flashes in the sky and the large flames of the fire.  People should take a second while stood their looking, and think to themselves, why am I her? Who was Guy Fawkes?

People seem to forget that Guy Fawkes was the ringleader in a Papist plot to overthrow and blow up the Monarchy and Government.   People seem to forget that they are their remembering that justice withstood and that a terrorist plot was foiled.  At he end of day that was all Guy Fawkes and his band of Romanist's were terrorists.

With Great Britain, and England at the time, being a Protestant county as per the monarchy, and then later in history and still to this day constitutionally being Protestant, it is not then surprising that we have come and do come now under attacks from other religions. 

Now taking time forward and it is a diverse world we live in, and a diverse country indeed too and with Britain seeming to let every Tom Dick and Harry as way of immigration with open arms what do we expect, as to terrorists attacking us.  As being a friendly and receptive people through out history, we seem to have become more and more diverse.  It seems to be that we have now allowed many a person who others would not accept.  From Karl Marx, to Islamic imans, that even Syria have banned from their country.

So what does that mean, it means that we have to be more vigil, people have to not trust many a person.  For example, if I get the bus to the shops – how do I know that the person that gets on and sits next to me is not a trained suicide bomber?  This is what I believe we have been left to have to worry about.  The problem being it seems to be, that the government now will bend backwards thou to allow these people everything they wish almost and that if we speak out against them we are the racists.

So what can we do, well I believe that we cannot sit still – we have to make a stand.  We as a country, and that means every honest person no matter what their race or creed.  To step aside no matter what would be a dishonour to the people that we will be remembering this Sunday on Armistice Day.  So every one should speak their mind and speak out, no matter what anyone wishes to call them, everyone should show their defiance and say 'We will not lie down to terrorism'. 

So on that note, I hope as we have a knew threat that you all had a wonderful November 5^th, and remembered as always, we do not break in ever to terrorism.

Something that occured to the other day after watching the show Stargate for quite a while. 

Are the Ori that are shown in the show late on in the seris' based of Islam?

The Ori are seen as a new alien race, that believe in total obediance to their religion and if you don/t like it well tough you are going to be killed. 

Is this based of extreame Islam.  The timings on recording this and the new world threat seem to coincide. 

Well I just hope that like in the show we win out in the end!

Blah, the curse of PC crashes and hardrives dying has meant I have lost something I have been working on for a long time. 

But I decided to basically give a synopsis of what I have found. 

That is that Our Gracious Majisty Elizebeth II is directly related and descended from the Kings of Dalriada.  The line traces through the Scotish Royal family and then goes right the way through the Royal Houses of the United Kingdom.  This is true and I was just about to relay the fact before the hardrive went with time I may once more create the family true to show such. 

But the one thing that I wanted to say is that she is the rightful Monarch of Northern Ireland by blood and I have seen the lineage to prove this with my own eyes.

I am writing to make complaints in regards to the current cases that I have with you. 

The first complaint is in relation, with the reduction of my hours at work and how this has been handled by the CSA.  The reduction in my hours occurred firstly because of the Easter bank holiday.  I am currently working temporary and only get paid for the hours in which I work.  I contacted the case worker, looking after the case for ***** ******, before this happened and they advised me to contact again once I had received payslips showing the reduced earnings.  This I did do and supplied them for a change of circumstances to be calculated.  On doing this I was told once the calculation was done, that the reduced amount would then be forwarded to my employer to change the Attachment of Earnings accordingly. 

Once the calculation had happened I waited for the reduced amount to be taken from my salary, on this not happening immediately I contacted the case worker once more to be informed that the difference was now to be taken from the arrears.  On hearing this I was astounded on how I could be informed one thing and then a second to happen.  When an error was made previously and the wrong amount sent to my employer the amount was their fore reduced and the reduction taken from my salary.  I am still awaiting a full explanation why this has not happened again as I was informed it would be. 

I have since also due to the further bank holiday faxed across to you, another payslip with a reduced amount of earnings, and am still waiting for a response regarding this.  Due to this reduced amount of earnings you are attempting to take from my net salary 36%.

My second complaint is in connection with my other case regarding ***** ****.  The circumstances regarding this case changed on the 1^st March 2007.  These were that the amount of nights the children stayed with me was changed from one night a fortnight, to two nights a fortnight and their fore bringing me under the shared care.  I have on several occasions, requested that a change of circumstances be done on this and was advised that the details would be passed onto the case worker .  I requested numerous call backs to which I never received.  Once I started asking to speak to her Manager I then managed to get hold of her, to which she advised me this was the first message that she had received.  Now the other case worker is the person who I left messages with, and she advised that these were being passed on.  Now if your calls are monitored and recorded and the system records times of when I have called due to notes being added to my cases this would easily be traceable. 

The position as it stands as I am aware is that due to a technical fault with the system, when attempting to do the change of circumstances it could not be done.  This although has at the moment taken over four weeks to correct to which I am further told will then become a paper/admin case and would taken longer to once more correct. 

My concern regarding this is the situation as shown above of how it will be finally dealt with.  You have been taking the wrong amount of deductions from me now since 1^st March 2007 although I have informed you of the change.  Hence I have been paying more.  I am worried that this instead of coming back to me will once more be taken from the arrears, which I am paying back an amount of. 

I have made my concerns known to the members of staff mentioned in this letter but with out any satisfying response or explanation for the problems and now eagerly look forward to your reply and the now speedy resolution of your errors.  

After 10 years of restoration following an arson attack, Brownlow House in Lurgan was reopened on Saturday.
The building served as both the headquarters for the Orange Order in Lurgan and the world headquarters of the Royal Black Perceptory but suffered substantial damage in a malicious fire in August 1996.

The reopening ceremony was conducted by Orange Grand Master Robert Saulters and the re-dedication by the Rev Martin Smyth, former Grand Master of Ireland.
A parade attended by 14 bands and over 2,000 people marked the occasion.
District Master John Crozier said: "March 17 is a very special day for all the people of Lurgan.
"I encourage everyone to join with us in celebrating our achievement in returning Brownlow House to its former glory.
"Hopefully 2007 will be the start of a new era when attacks on historic buildings will cease, and everyone can live in harmony and enjoy each other's culture and identity."

Orange Halls are religious buildings, belonging to a religious organisation the Orange Order.  It is being attacked frequantly and it's building are being slowly eradicated due to these attacks.  Although the top article shows a hall being opened, it is one of few to be truly restored after being attacked. 

These attacks are taking place by Republicans and are a symbol of the respect or lack of it that Republicism has the heritage and culture of the PUL community.  Republicans talk a good talk, of a equal and just Ireland.  How can this be when the evidence shows that behind the doors, behind the blanket of the mainland media these attacks are going on.  These attacks continue to go on even till today.  This was the most upto date list and most comprehensive one that I could find.  Although I believe it shows my point very true. 

Orange Halls like mentioned to this day are still being attacked.  Orange Halls to this day are still being destroyed by Republicism.  The same Republicism, that is now to be trusted in shared government.  How can it be so when this is happening.  All it does is push the PUL community closer and closer to it's links with mainland UK, and give the people the sense that their right of being British is just all the more. 

This is what the people of Northern Ireland want, this is what the PUL community wants, to have it's ties with the UK maintained.  It is easily shown by the fact that the DUP were the largest party at the election within the last few weeks. 

The people have spoken.

People must be getting bored of this now, but it is something I feel very passionate about, and they really are starting to wind me up more and more with their goings on, especially with me. 

So here we go, my latest addition leter to my Member of Parliment, not the first, but hopefully the first to which their will be a reply.

Dear Sir,

Not so long ago I wrote to you with my concerns of the Child Support Agency(CSA).  Now that my case has been dealt with and that everything is in place, I find myself in a position to do so once more. 

The CSA have gone now to make a deduction from my earning's of 30%.  This is made up of 25% due to me having 3 children, and also 5% arrears.  I have been advised that this 5% is a normal and that I will not be able to negotiate it.  So on top of my normal income tax and insurance, this will make me paying over 50% of my weekly salary directly to the government.  This is due to the mother's of my children claiming benefits.  Once more a situation i did not create and have no control over. 

Let me make it very clear, that I have never once shroud away from my responsibility as a father, and take great pleasure in the access that I have to my children, although I wish it was more it is not a situation that I can control.  I have always maintained myself ready to see the children, and help in the upbringing of them as much as i am allowed to do.  I have supported financially to the best of my ability until the CSA became involved and have always made sure as I can that they have not had to want for anything.  This although is a situation that I can no longer maintain with the CSA against me.  I feel due to the CSA the children will suffer more than they would of done without the CSA. 

I have heard the arguments, that due to them being on state benefits, I should contribute towards them.  I see this as a mute point, due to the fact that I pay my income tax, and national insurance towards the welfare state.  Whether it be towards the pension of an elderly person, or towards a single mother, who is struggling.  At some point we all need help and this is why we all pay towards it.  It enrages me then the fact, due to situations out of my control, that the government of this country see fit for me to subsides this a further 30%.  How can this justified when people have to live themselves.  As stated I am all for my contribution to the children's, upbringing and keep - but at a level that is fees able and affordable. 

I believe the CSA is an arm of the government, who are looking to penalise people that are an easy target.  Myself I am such a target.  It is people like myself that are being punished, who are willing to try and do as much as they can but to some. i.e. the government, this is not good enough.  It is people like myself that are being targeted by the government, to compensate against their failings.  The CSA should be used, to find and make the estranged parents who do not wish to contribute and enforce them to help towards the upbringing of their children.  It should leave people that are trying to their best, like myself well alone. 

Due to the CSA, I have had to move back to my parents house at the age of 27 this is not quite correct.  I should be a valid member of society, with a home of my own.  Unfortunately due to the CSA this will never be attainable with the payments I have to make to them.  Now also with these forced payments against me by the CSA, I am finding it all the more of a struggle to get to work.  It is becoming to the point, where I may have to give up work.  So by the aid of a government body, I have been forced from a home, basically onto the streets if it had not been to my kind parents and now it looks ever more realistic, onto the unemployment list. 

What government can force a person to become a statistic?

Well it is coming roound to that time of year again the 12th of July is nearly upon us.  So I thought I would get the ball rolling. 

Well writing once more about this, is getting monotonous, but I am finding a great way to get my frustration out with the system as it stands. 

Yes it's the ugly little monster that is called the CSA.  The unfair and improper way of this government to falsely and wrongly enforce extra taxes on people like myself.  Like I have said before in my eyes I am doing everything I can to support my children as best as I can whilst also being able to live myself. 

By life, what am I meaning?  I am meaning, to be able to live above the bread line. To be able to sustain myself to a standard of living that we all deserve.  By this I am talking about ones, own home rented or bought.  Just live anyone deserves.  To be able to pay my household bills, to be able to put food on the table for myself.  From any job one would hope to be able to do this.  One would not expect to be thinking of trying to dodge paying train fares, to put an extra meal on the table.  One would not expect to miss paying one bill, to pay one that they couldn't afford last month.  I know a lot of people are in this sort of situation.  But my problem is that it is being imposed on me. 

Now, with what they call arrears, and as I write this I have been awaiting a call for the last 4 hours to explain what these are – the amount as a percentage of my salary has been increased to nearly 30%. 

Now I am going to use some examples to try and make this a little clearer exactly what has happened, and exactly what the government in my eyes, are falsely imposing on me.  For example give or take on an annual salary of £15,000, the monthly after tax salary would be about £1,000.  Now let's see if I had a mortgage or rented privately (instead of as I have said before, being forced to move back to my parents, due to this) it would roughly for figure sake be about £450 per month.  Now let's add their 30% on top and that would make £300.  Now also I when you see that I have travelling costs of circa £150 a month to work, that is just to go to work nothing else, on the train.

That is roughly £25 per week, left to me. That is to pay for my council tax, pay for my food, pay for my electricity, pay for my gas, pay for my television license, pay for my water rates.  As you can see that I have given myself nothing above.  That £25 a week, is £30 less than what I would get if I claimed Job Seekers Allowance.  See where I am going.  

The government of this country with it's improper, underhand tactics, to tax me an extra 30% of my salary, on top the 20% they already receive, have basically forced me to move into my parents to stop me from being homeless and now are forcing my to stop working.  They are forcing me into being a statistic; I will be unemployed, as I am better off being that way.  Although to them it will not be seen that way I would be looked at as if I was a person who did not wish to work.  That is not true, as I am their doing that now.  I am a person who wishes to work, but will not work for a loss, where I a as such can gain more from being unemployed. 

It is not a fault of my own that this is the circumstance that I now have to look at, but the government's greed that has caused this. 

Wait a minute, the British government is not in prison! These are the true murders of Billy Wright, the ongoing slow move on the inquiry will find nothing, as it will also be covered up by the government.  No matter what happens the truth is known.  As the Labour government slowly sells, it's most loyal and bravest sons, the men of Ulster down the river and into a undemocratic United Republican Ireland, they sent out a clear messege to all Loyalist leadership the day it sanctioned the murder inside one of it's prisons of Billy Wright. 

'Do not conform to what we say, and the same will happen to you'

Yes they destroyed all possible Loyalist leadership, with the murder of Billy Wright.  Labour, you have let down the people of Northern Ireland, part of your country.  Part of the constitutial belief of the land, these people have backed the mainland through thick and thin, when ever the need for help has been the call they have been their, and now you are about to throw them to the hungry wolves.  You disgust me. 

Billy Wright, State Sanctioned, State Murdered.  We deserve the truth.

Now yesterday was meant to have been seen as a historical day as SF/IRA, voted to support the PSNI and the British Courts in Northern Ireland.  A major as it was said swing from their hell bent in distruction of these very same institutions. 

Now don't be led into believe these false promises that have been made.  This is nothing more that a pliy in the greater scheme for SF/IRA to move more to it's goal, and the undemocratic unification of the two countries on the island. 

Firstly this is not an unconditional offer.  SF/IRA, have placed conditions on this, basically they want it to be thier police force, they want it to be lead the way they want it to be, they want it to be as they should see it should be.  Support for a police force should come in no uncertain terms as a police force not one that answers as such to a political movenment.  This will if they get their hands on it as they so wish be the IRA but with another name.  Harsh reality but yes, they will change laws and sanction to suit themselves, and so that the police force suits their needs. 

Also this descion is not fot he eyes of the British people.  It has been taken very conviently in time for elections in the Republic where SF/IRA, are expected to put up candidates for a number of areas.  Now this has been taken, so that it seems and gives them a better perception in the Republic to gain them more votes, and then give them a greater footing in the Republic and an unfair swing in the say of Northern Ireland.  They are doing such to try a different route, they have realised that they can not get their overall aim of a United Ireland by normal politics in Northern Ireland, and are trying to gain a bigger foothold in the Republic.  They do not move for a peaceful situation in Northern Ireland but hold underhand tactics to try and subdue, and surpass the people of Northern Ireland. 

What ever is said, it is another lie that they fully support the PSNI, they will not and it is soley as stated for properganda views only

Well here we go my thoughts on the enforced foul payments of the Child Support Agency in the UK. 

If you have got this far, then obviously you will realise that I have three children.  Those who know me closer will know that none of these actually live with me.  Before people jump to conclusions and think, that I have just not cared and move around easily, just look at the picture and tell me how that does not look like a proud father.  On both occasions the descions for the relationships to end has not been my descion.  It is not my fault that the children now do not live me but I am the one who is punished. 

Now that I have explained the situation more clearly people should understand how I am able to come to my conclusions about the CSA.  Now let me explain some facts.  The CSA or Child Support Agency to give it the full title was set up by the Government to claim monies from what they call non-residental parents when an agreement could not be met by both parties.  I agree with in principle when a non-residental parent is not willing to contribute then help should be provided.  That isn't a problem. 

The problem I have with the CSA, is the fact that when an agreement is in place, as it has been with me and the mothers of my children, it should be left alone.  This is not the case.  Because they both claim, income-support (not supriseing with young children) they are forced to make a claim through the CSA, or they will loose a percentage of their benefits.  Now like I said a workable and acceptable agreement was in place by all parties, but now the CSA are involved it has broken.  The mothers see a fraction of what is paid to the CSA, the rest in given to the Secretry of State. 

Now like any good citizen, I contribute to the well being of all in the country by paying my income tax and my national insurance.  Surely this covers these payments that they recieve of income support.  Why am I through no fault of my own being pushed twice?  Why do I have to pay doubley through no fault of my own? 

The ridicoulus amount of money they are wanting to take from me is 25% of my net earning.  How any government call caliously let this happen is beyond me.  How they can expect someone to progress in the country, to go out and educate themselves, better themselves, to earn more, to buy a property and get themselves on to the houseing ladder is beyond me.  All this does is give that person disgust a bad taste in their mouths. 

The CSA has been set up by the Government as another tool for them to take more money into their pockets.  I believe that this has been done in away so that the Government can basically re-issue an extra tax on people.  This is being done in away that looks legitimate but in fact is causing hardship on many people like myself.  Fortunally I graced enough to have parents that have taken back home.  If not their would of been but one option in the long run.  With these forced payments, their by no means that I would of been able to survive with a morgagte or renting a property, this at the end of the day would of led to me being homeless.  Yes thank you,  you would of forced me onto the streets.

Well what a day I had yesterday

Went into work not a problem, it was a bit blowy but not a problem.  We got to about 12 and were watching from the 6th floor and could see a works crane beginning to rock in the wind, some people were no feeling to good about it but I thought it would be ok.  Thankfully it was .  But the day was still to get worse. 

Well I went on my lunch about 1pm, and couldnt use the stairs because their was a panel that was falling from the train station and they were worried about it crashing into the building, had to go out the back door to because they had closed all the front off because of the wind. 

Now when I came back from my lunch about 20 minutes later.  The panel had gone and into the side of the building, smashing the bottom three floors windows.  On my way in I heard a rumour they were going ecacuate us.  Great early finish.  Little did I know.  Well I went back up and 30 minutes later the offical word came round to get out the building on police orders. 

So I left and began to make my way to the train station it's only next door to work ,so thought great be home in a hour or so.  Well I got to the station their was an announcement over the tanoy all trains were suspended due to the weather great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No way home !!!!!!!!

Well I had nothing else to do but wait, make a few phone calls and see if their was anything else I could do.  The trams were shut, bus not a chance all the roads were blocked or chocker.  So I sat tight, and a sat tight. 

Thankfully a friend who lives on the same road as me finished work and made his way to the station for about 5:30.  At least after three and a half hours a had a wee bit of company.  Well we quickly heard at 6pm that their was a train at 6:24 and made our way to the platform.  A waste of time already you couldnt move on it, we couldnt get on and hug tight some more. 

We had a few beers to try and kill the time, nothing else to do really and listened out for any announcements.  We were beginning to think we were going to be stuck in the station.  We were trying to work out alternitive routes. 

This was when an announcement went up that their was a train via Chester to Llandudno.  Now Chester is closer to home than Manchester but still 15 miles away.  But cheaper in a taxi, it was getting on for nearly 10pm and we were getting desperate.  So we made the descion to get that train and try for it.  So we got on a train just before pm.  Thats eight hours I sat in the station waiting for a train home. 

Remember that train that was full earlier, well we heard someone on the train say it got stuck after another tree fell onto the track and was sent back to Manchester.  So thankfully we never wasted that journey.  When on the train we found out that it stoped at Frodsham which is only just under 10miles to where I live.  That was it descion time.  Yep we got off at Frodsham at 10:30.  Found a taxi in 5 minutes and began makeing the last part of our journey, hopeing that none of the roads were blocked. 

Thankfully they werent and the taxi dropped me off at 10:45 last night.  £15 between the two of us, but better than a platform bench for a bed. 

Anyway I am home after going to work today and leaving two hours early.  What a day, I should of been home at 3:40 roughly not 10:45.
