Leadership and influence

-Together with her husband Mark, she is the Associate Director of Hillsong Conference, the annual music and leadership conference of the church.
-Darlene is an Ambassador for Compassion International.

-Darlene and Mark also head up Mercy Ministries Australia.

-Mark and Darlene initiated "Hope: Rwanda," a global endeavour designed to bring hope to a nation since the horrific genocide of 1994.
