Current mood:  adventurous
Hello everyone,

I wanted to just let everyone know that I am offering as part of my 12 month challenge FREE EFT Sessions to everyone who is desirous of raising his vibration by using EFT and letting go of limiting beliefs.
I extend my offer of 3x30 min EFT sessions to all who are desirous of growing and learning how to use EFT either for themselves or to use in their coaching practice.

You learn how to apply the process and developed a routine that is helping you to tune into your own emotions and beliefs.

It is a very powerful process and those of you who have already experienced my sessions are welcome to comment.

I call it the L.O.V.E. process and it actually stands for

  • L - Letting go of limiting beliefs, of which you have not been aware.
  • O - Opening up to consider new options, which you had never seen.
  • V - Begin to feel victorious rather than being a victim, regardless of circumstances.
  • E - Emerge beyond the comfort zone that's holding you back.

Any negative belief has been created by thought patterns over time. The thoughts which build this set of beliefs or belief system may have been forgotten. Yet, your experiences have created an energetic imprint on the body's energy meridians. In using EFT to overcoming resistance and to aid in the process of regaining clarity and emotional freedom.

My days are filling up quick but there are plenty of moments in which we can schedule your 30 min. sessions.

    More about it here:

    Dear reader,

ever since The Secret is out, there is no more secrets to tell.

Hence, I have assumed that people knew what there was to know about the law of attraction. There are fantastic books, plenty of things to read, and so I thought, I can save the energy and don't need to write yet another blog about it.

    I was wrong.

Just the other day, I was in a conversation about how "the law of attraction doesn't work". I know you will be chuckling with me, it's like saying "the law of gravity is not working for me."

Unless you're floating and need powerful magnets to keep you down to earth, you are - just like all of us - exposed to the law of gravity. The same goes for the law of attraction.

Yes, I do use the law of attraction in my coaching but NOT exclusively.

What I am doing is I get people out of their own way, help them be aligned with their purpose and direction and then, surprise, they are in line with their goals, achieving all they ever wanted to achieve and this in full force because they are using the universal laws, ALL of them. Not just the law of attraction.

    What other laws are there?

    Well, there is …
    …The law of Perpetual Transmutation

…The law of Vibration and attraction (LOA)

    …The law of Polarity

    …The law of Rhythm

    …The law of Relativity

…The law of Cause and Effect

    and last but not least…

…The law of Gender/Creation or Gestation

All these laws do NOT need our help to work. The just do.

What happens is, we tend to ignore that

…the invisible transforms into the visible…

… that we are all made of energy and as such have a vibration…

…that this vibration is influenced by our polarity…

…that there are ups and downs in everything…

…that it matters alone that we know that everything is relative…

…that every circumstance we experience is an "effect" not a "cause" …

…that no matter what it is we are trying to create: TIME and patience is needed…

So, when being "in the flow" nothing can happen to you or your goals. But watch what happens when you're off track.

Suddenly the law of attraction doesn't work (lazy buddy).

OK, here is to the giggles (I have tons of humor to share with who wants it):

What most people are in tune with and practice today is

    The Law of Distraction

This law says that anything is just good enough to be used as an excuse as to why we can't achieve what we want to achieve.

Well, so what is it that you are currently doing to achieve your goals? What are you doing that takes you away from them?

Make a list for each question and perhaps you have the answer whether you are in tune with

The Law of Attraction or The Law of Distraction.

    Enjoy a sparkling day!

    the change

    U

    want

    2

    C

Some people think that the fierce and forceful men of war will bring about change in the world. Well, yes they do. But is it really the change we want to see?

I know that if the "action - reaction" balancing of forces actually has any validity in this universe then this simply cannot be true.

Let's assume that scientists are right about the findings that there are

4 fundamental forces in the universe:

    strong interaction

    electromagnetic force

    weak force

    gravitational force

I don't have to be a physicist to see that this all SCREAMS "RELATIONSHIPS".

Strong interaction is needed in order to be inter-connected and once you have established these strong interactions ALL the universe is GRAVITATING towards you!

So, you have the gravitational force that is actually ACTIVATED by the strong interactions:)

But how does the electromagnetic force come in to play?

Well, when I had my neck in a brace because I woke up one fine day with a stiff neck and my arm feeling numb, I understood where the electromagnetic energy circulates. I had to take more than one EMG and scan to finally find out that a nerve might be stuck between a vertebrae and a tight spot:)

And what I realized was that the juice we are living on (H2O) simply needs to be an excellent conductor for electrical charge so that it can set things in MOTION. That's where I feel the E (for electrical charge or energy) is right at the onset of MOTION. I love how it all falls into place. EMOTION, based on the findings of Candice Pert, PhD, have molecules.
In her book, "Molecules of Emotion" she writes about the peptides and how they are the main ingredient in our body cell's great bowl of energy minestrone.

Our nerves have a habit of triggering the muscle reactions that take care of whatever it is our body needs to do, either voluntary or involuntary.

Well, this is what keeps us alive, is it not?

Most remarkably, most of these processes we're not consciously aware of/controlling, still they continue doing what they need to do and we take them for granted.

Candace Pert says that "We're hard wired for bliss."

    http://www.candacepert.com/

I guess, when you put this in relation, the dictionary describes electromagnetism as "electrical charge in motion"... isn't that what EMOTION is?

It's all over us and our human body has the emotional receptors all over and who can now still deny that our meaty parts heavily (especially when we over eat on festive occasions because we're happy or when we pig out because we're depressed) depend on our EMOTIONS being in balance or we jojo up and down the scale without remorse, for when we conquered the over weight for some time, we're happy only to see that we're not happy enough for a long time and continuall because - $h!T happens sometimes - and then we fall back on the chocolate diet which we love to find excuses for, isn't it?!

(BTW, there is an awesome exhibition in Brussels for the moment www.körperwelten.de)

Could that be the weak force? In your opinion, is the weak force the relationship we entertain with ourselves ...? Let me ponder that thought.

I already now apologize to every physicist who reads this as I am messing with your science. But even YOU do have a sense of humor, don't you, Mr. Einstein - BTW - there is no such thing as "the environment". We all are the mixed vegetables in this universal minestrone, which God has been cooking for as long as he is the chef in his kitchen.

I can only invite you to comment now, as this is a subject we can not enough discuss...

Give me your interpretation in what sense the "weak force" is felt in relationships....especially in relation with yourself, and as such with the others - think about it (as within, so without!).

I look forward to your thoughts!

    Make yours a sparkling day!

    Hey, me again!

I have great plans for a radio show/music talent show, beyond American idolatry.

This is something I wanted to do because I love singing and have a good voice but don't use it (not often enough) to practice and develop it.

    Here is the idea:

Every one of you who would be interested in my project who is a music producer / loves making music / has talent and is willing to dig deeper into it....

is invited to send me a message on here with some samples of his/her work (ideally posted on the great myspace band wagon).

Leave me a comment with your favorite motivational quote as that should represent how you think about yourself and what you do.

In the next few weeks I will be in touch with you whether I have selected you - sorry I can at this stage only work with one of you but I would really like to work on more than one project so stay with me as I will keep putting this kind of things out there.

Don't forget to hurry as it needs to be done rather quickly!

Mark the date of 15 September 2008 as the last date for participation in this creative selection.

I urge you to send me a message with your email so that in case I need to get in touch with you for questions, that I can come in personal contact with you.

    Make yours a sparkling day!

    Hello everyone,

I'm grateful to all the wonderful people who have supported me in my

"Serendipity Jane Guide to Life Coaching" ebook-adventure.
Especially the co-authors who all have contributed one chapter in which they share with the readers the perspective they have on life in general and life coaching in particular.

It has been a while now that the book is ready and that it can actually can go on sale but what I wanted to do now is create a web space for it.

The concept is ready but I need a talented and highly committed web developer to help me give birth to my ideas.

If this describes you, you can send me a link with the work you have done and you enter in a contest which gives you the exclusive right to building the site and as such you'll be the father/mother to this mind baby of mine which is beyond its scheduled date for being born.

How can you enter the contest?

You write a little about yourself and since when you are in web developing. Then provide a link with what you have done already, so that I can see some of your work.

The submission date is 15 September 2008.

Leave me a comment below with this link,
as this will also give you additional exposure for your business.

Thank you in advance for your interest and I look forward to hearing from you.

    Make yours a sparkling day!

I usually fly Lufthansa, and usually get excellent service.

Just last month was a little different.

Let me share this little story with you, perhaps it makes you look at "delay" differently.

So, what happened to me just recently, in a nutshell, was that I had an evening flight back to Brussels from Munich. It was cancelled because the company went on strike that operated my flight.

At the airport, me and another passenger from Iran were on a waiting list. I could have taken a train or rented a car but I said - I can still do that if I'm not getting on the plane after everyone  on the waiting list with VIP status were on.

Another thing was that I was unable to continue working because it had not been configured for TCP/IP - my computer was silent and so I decided to be the same.

Plan B was that I sat in the lounge with a small bottle of red wine, I tuned into my whirlpool of thoughts and took a 4 hours wait, completely connected to the very purpose of my flight and the continuation of the evening left me with one serendipity after the other.

The business man from Iran and one other passenger who got on the same flight as us started to connect.

When we finally found out that we were taken on the flight despite the fact that the missing group of 20 people had arrived from Quatar, we simply had to choose as to who would sit in the cockpit with the pilots when taking off and when landing. The pilot decided that I would get the landing part and I don't regret it.

I was above the ocean of lights, the ground looked like velvet populated with gemstones  against an orange rainbow-colored sky, two handsome pilots in front of me and  I knew that not even the sky was a limit to what is possible ...

    I know I can fly !

(note: I do not know how to operate an airplane - YET! - it's on my TO DO list!)

    Hi everyone,

Here is to life and the wonderful dreams that you can dream, and that you can help your kids to dream.

Did you already achieve all of your goals that you set when you were a child?
Do you help your kids to set goals so that they can eventually skip the learning curve of "what is a goal?" and "how do I set goals?" and "how can I go about achieving them?" which for me was a revelation when I understood that and I was in my twenties already!

I was in trouble when I was a small kid and dreamed about becoming a black Jazz vocalist. Back then I was about 5 or 6 and didn't quite understand much about genetics, nor did I know Michael Jackson, since I would have just swapped skin color with him. When I found out that I wouldn't be able to change anything about my skin color, my goal died along with that revelation and I started singing opera, which never quite had the same effect on my mind.

When I was perhaps 10, I understood that it's ok to be a choir singer. By the age of 25, I had no more aspirations of being on stage, which had been fun for as long as I did get lessons, which was about 4 years, and during that time I developed a lyrical mezzo-soprano.

Now, why am I writing about this?

Well, there are some childhood dreams that I still would like to achieve. Singing Jazz is now perhaps more important than changing the color of my skin. These goals I set for myself now, I plan to develop with time. My voice needs some training again but I suppose that there is some dormant potential that can be kissed so that it can wake up and smell the coffee.

OK, someone else had childhood dreams and before he died he held a last lecture.

Please do yourself a favor and visit :

Check out the video clip on youtube.com and then send this on to all your friends who may or may not be touched by a life threatening disease.

And if you can spare a moment, just write back to me and I would love to hear if this touched you...it sure did touch me.

Check your pulse if it didn't.

I want to thank you in this way from the bottom of my heart that you contribute to the fun factor in my life as today is my personal gratitude day for you, my friends on myspace.

May yours be a sparkling day!

    Love has no age

Will we fill our cups with years of purple
in our quest of life's ever green?

Will our smiles break up the darkness
of our clouded minds with bright
golden orange rays of wisdom's sun light?

    Will our thoughts share blues
    of distant worries,
    or will our bodies give
    in to burgundy's
    passion,
    from a scarlet depth
    of our hearts,
    to the
    pale shiver of our skin?

Will you hold that hand of white,
    once we reached youth's grey
    in autumn's mist
    to reminds us how we
still drink from the same rainbow -
    even though colours fade,
    when the sight grows dim:

    just as we did,
    when youth's prisms glittered
    from a sparkling kiss
    in hiding where
    we discovered that...
     love has no age?

    Stretch your mind

When Nicolau Coelho in his role as captain commanded one of the ships in Pedro Álvares Cabral's fleet, he had no idea that he would be discovering Brazil.

Bound for West Africa on the caravel Berrio, he discovered the sea route to India together with Vasco Da Gama. He nonetheless knew that he was undergoing the hardships of life at sea because he would be charting territory for the generations to come. The map of the world since then has significantly shaped global thinking and the possibilities there are in trade, pushing out the boudaries people of his time had set for themselves.

For everyone thereafter to travel the seven seas was merely a following in his steps. Yet, he lost his brother Paulo Coelho upon his return in Lisbon, a large price to pay for the accomplishment of large ideas.

Getting small ideas into big minds is no challenge. The challenge starts when you make it a goal to get large ideas into small minds.

Let's contribute to a global mind-stretching exersize by adding to the size of our ideas and share them with others helping them to overcome their own limitations and understand that they are only as limited as they think they are and that the only barrier are those they set for themselves.

    Make yours a sparkling day!
