If you "sit out" July, you miss over 1500 Guest roles on TV!
If your goal is book 15 guest roles this year, then you better start NOW!

Dear Readers,

July, August and September, Actorsite Members will be networking
growing and learning from Casting Director Guests from about 73 different
shows currently beginning casting their new season.

And our members will be sharp by attending our workouts which
are a perk of membership!

Those Casting Director Guests be casting roughly 949 episodes on the front
side and about 500 episodes on the back side for a total of 1500 (or more)
episodes of TV! Some shows have ordered 30 or more episodes on the front
side. Most just 13 episodes.

Each episode has from 5 to 25 guest cast, so that's roughly 12,000 to
15,000 guest roles to cast, both Co-star and Guest Star, so if you
are REALLY SERIOUS in your career, you'll TAKE ACTION NOW to nail down
auditions and bookings for those roles.

If you wait a month, you miss 1500 guest roles in TV...two months,
3000 roles...and they are so specific in their character descriptions,
if you miss ONE your "type" may not come up for another month or so!

Knowledge is power!

It is difficult to even book auditions these days, because if you don't
"hit it out of the park" on your first audition in an office, you won't
be back in that office for some time.

Now is the time to SHAKE OFF THE RUST and GET IN SHAPE so when
you get called in to audition, you hit a home run!

And, more importantly, you get a call back to meet the producers!

The choice is yours!

If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail!

MONDAY WORKOUT FOR MEMBERS WITH BOB GEBERT!

2:30 pm to 4 pm.

Cold reading/Audition skills for TV DRAMA!

Bob Gebert's cold reading class covers cold reading/auditions skills
for TV DRAMA. Bob has been coaching Actorsite members who have
booked over 60 TV ROLES in the last year, so he knows what it takes
to book!

Plus you've seen him as "Mr. Scofield" on THE OFFICE, so what more
can I say?

BOB ROCKS!

ARRIVE ON TIME SO HE CAN GET STARTED ON TIME!

REVVING YOUR ENGINE FOR A POWERFUL "GREEN LIGHT!"
==============================================================
Are you going to miss out on the most POWERFUL GREEN LIGHT for
production in Hollywood in over 20 years by "not" being ready?
It's a virtual SHOOT FEST out there!
Right now, JUNE, 2009, there is a huge GREEN LIGHT in Hollywood
that hasn't been here for over TWO YEARS!
The "SMART" actors are taking their usual July 4 break, but
at the same time, they will get back to the FRONT OF THE LINE
and GUNNING THEIR ENGINES ready to take advantage of this
GREEN LIGHT as soon as the Holiday is over!
The last two years have been devastating!
There are many actors have been  DROPPING BY THE WAYSIDE...
letting their skills go flaccid...becoming dejected, depressed
and disoriented. Are you one of these? Are you losing focus
because of things beyond your control?
Get a grip...the reality is this "LIFE IS NOT FAIR!"
It's time to "buck up" and get in shape! Actorsite
workouts and Casting Director workshops are your best
bet for GETTING THERE QUICKLY!
Those who take control and are FOCUSED will be ready
and those who are "butterfly's" flitting from one failed
expensive class to another will fail!
The ACTORSITE is designed for FOCUSED "no excuse" actors who want
to stay sharp and and are going to be prepared for the
deluge of auditions now that this contract is settled and
it IS SETTLED....
Feature films that have been in the "grey" area of casting
are setting their casts and starting shooting...
More and more projects are getting greenlighted!
That means MORE and MORE projects will be casting with MORE
and MORE of you  booking...
Are you going to be one of those making excuses when you
get called in for auditions because you let your acting
muscle get flaccid and out of shape? ("I was rusty!")
Those of you who are non-motivated and non-focused are just
going to get in the way of those who are FOCUSED AND MOTIVATED!
So, don't be surprised if you get run over and left in the dust!
ACTORSITERS WILL BE HITTING THE GROUND RUNNING IN JULY!!!
Actorsite is the HOTTEST COLD READING VENUE IN HOLLYWOOD!
Other cold reading studios do a weekend workshop or once
a week or a 6 week class...
ACTORSITE IS A DAILY WAY OF LIFE!
EVERY DAY YOU PRACTICE AUDITIONING!!! GREAT!
If you don't have auditions, you can go to the Actorsite
and work out, so when you DO have auditions, you are
SHARP, FOCUSED AND READY TO ROCK!
Take advantage of our workout schedule!
This ensures that you will be SHARP as
Hollywood literally EXPLODES with production in the
coming months!
So if you are thinking about JOINING ACTORSITE, do it
before the middle of JULY 7, because that way you
SAVE BIG by purchasing our SUPER SPECIALS...
CHECK OUT THE SUPER PACKAGES FOR MOTIVATED ACTORS:

Using "CRASH TRAINING" to become a "BOOKING MACHINE"!

Imagine having the confidence to turn auditions into
callbacks and callbacks into bookings!!! YES!

Dear Readers,

It's always enlightening when I hear actors discuss training.
There are so many theories and approaches...and, in my experience,
I've seend just about EVERY ONE of them work effectively, depending
on the actor! I've also seen EVERY ON of them FAIL, too, because
the actor worked on skills, but not on the skills that help
them BOOK!
Of course you need consistent training and there are SO MANY
excellent programs in Los Angeles. But do they help you
BOOK MORE WORK...all of the acting technique in the world
is WASTED if you are not performing!
Most programs are just once a week, and to REALLY stay sharp,
however, an actor must act EVERY DAY and face AUDITION
challenges every day.
We have a SUPER program which you can begin ANYTIME, but
this JULY, is the BEST TIME in all of Hollywood history
to pursue this program!
Read on to see why...

Acting skills require "PRACTICE"!
Actorsite solves this "PRACTICE" dilemma for you...
Your weekly class is VERY IMPORTANT FOR DEEP WORK!
And Actorsite workouts are even MORE important so you are
SHARP when you are challenged at an audition!
There are SEVEN days in the week...and an actor must be sharp
ALL SEVEN DAYS!
That's why we designed our Actorsite workouts...you can go
and work on your "deeper" issues with your weekly scene study
classes, but to keep your AUDITION instrument sharp, you have
to work it out every day!
So for those of you who want to REALLY sharpen your acting
instrument...here's the concept of "CRASH TRAINING" so that
you are ready for ANYTHING as far as your auditions go...
If you want to really become a BOOKING MACHINE, then this
is the program for you.
AND, if you combine "CRASH TRAINING" with "CRASH WORKSHOPPING"
then your auditions skills and BURST FORWARD to SUCCESS!
=======================================================
Crash Training...a GREAT WAY to PUSH FORWARD!
=======================================================
JULY IS A GREAT MONTH TO BOOST YOUR SKILL LEVEL!
It's SUPER BUSY out there, so you need to be PREPARED!
One of the perks of membership in the Actorsite is the
ability for you, the working actor, to design a "CRASH
TRAINING" program for yourself...here's the concept!
EVERY WEEK AT THE ACTORSITE! JOIN NOW TO BENEFIT!
Use this INTENSE WEEK to PUSH YOURSELF FORWARD!
Imagine having the confidence to turn auditions into
callbacks and callbacks into bookings!!! YES!
Actorsite's Crash Training program puts together SIX
days of intensive training, with sessions EVERY DAY
where you work each session for multiple challenges
ALL DURING THE WEEK!
EVERY SINGLE ACTORSITE TEACHER will encourage you to
make STRONG choices and use the INNER YOU to make
the scene COME ALIVE with your presence.
This session teaches you to use the MOST EFFECTIVE
techniques from the master teachers, from Sanford Meisner
to Uta Hagen, from Stanislavski to Roy London, from
Michael Shurtleff to Margie Haber, from Howard Fine to
Ivana Chubbock, from Milton Katselis to Larry Moss.
You will learn to quickly find your inner stillness,
your inner truth, and learn to layer your cold reading
performance with the depths that help you book more work!
THis is FIVE DAYS of CRASH TRAINING, where you LEAP
FORWARD in your cold reading skills so that you
can bring your PERSONAL ESSENCE into EVERY ROLE!
The result is a heightening of training stress...you
not only are doing what an actor does, but you are
RAISING THE STAKES several times in one week!
Remember, when you go to an audition, you
are competing against actors who just finished filming
16 hours a day for a week or longer...SOMETIMES MONTHS!
This is a way for you to develop the confidence and skills
to compete!
As you recover from the crash program, and yes you
will have huge mental and physical blowback from
training on such a consistent basis, you will find
you make HUGE STEPS FORWARD, both in your attitude
and in your ability to MAKE STRONG CHOICES AND RAISE
THE STAKES on a consistent basis.
The scientific explanation for crash training success
revolves around two words: SUPER COMPENSATION. Your
MIND and BODY learn to double or treble your emotional
and physical capabilities in QUALITY and QUANTITY!
The NET effect is that you are doing a six weeks worth
of training in just SIX DAYS!!!
Crash Training can be applied to acting and cold reading
where your "overall fitness" is a major factor...
Crash Training can be the way for you to close the
gap on your competitors and raise your personal best
in all categories...WHICH MEANS YOU BECOME MUCH MORE
BOOKABLE! Turn Auditions into callbacks, turn callbacks
into bookings, and turn bookings into REPEAT bookings!
Athletes, musicians and actors (think the Royal Academy
in London), as well as TOP ATHLETES, use this exciting
and proven training method.
Remember TOTAL IMMERSION for several days at a time will
make you MUCH MORE COMPETITIVE and a MUCH BETTER ACTOR!!!
In Athletes, crash training can boost your oxygen
uptake up to 7%. In Actors, it can boost your stillness,
your charisma, your confidence, and your ability to bring
all of your natural qualities to the character.
COST: THIS CRASH TRAINING PROGRAM IS A PERK OF MEMBERSHIP
IN THE ACTORSITE!
FOR THIS TYPE OF PROGRAM AT ANY OTHER VENUE, YOU WOULD PAY
$300 or MORE FOR JUST ONE WEEK!!!
AT ACTORSITE, YOU TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR CRASH TRAINING!
If you do it ONCE PER MONTH, you stay sharp, and then
you can drop back and attend just a few workouts per week!
If you have decided that you are READY NOW and want
to have the skills to match, COMMIT TODAY!
IMAGINE HOW MUCH MORE CONFIDENT AND SKILLED YOU WILL FEEL
AFTER A WEEK OF ACTORSITE WORKOUTS!
AND, when you get too busy with auditions and bookings,
you can come when you can...staying sharp with your
skills and STAYING ON TOP OF THE GAME!
All of this is a PERK of membership in the Actorsite...

 ZERO EFFORT = ZERO RETURN!
=================================
You can't divide by zero!
=================================
If you notice, the ACTORSITE EVENTS are full of BUSY WORKING
ACTORS who are busy on some level.
This is a collaboration town, and if you put in ZERO EFFORT, then
you have a good chance of getting ZERO RETURN.
Your competition just finished shooting a movie or TV guest shot
where they filmed 2 or 3 scenes per day for ??? How many days?
Are they sharper than you are?
Do they workout their acting muscle more than you do?
Do they have more confidence than you do?
Are they practicing their acting EVERY DAY?
Is your competition working out audition skills 4 or 5 times
per week...just to stay sharp?
They are! Because at the Actorsite, we see our members practice
audition skills in our workouts 15 to 20 times per month!
They are sharp and working towards their dreams!
Going to class once per week isn't enough.
In fact, I recommend that if you are truly professional, you'll
attend as many Actorsite workouts as possible during the week,
get private coaching from your favorite coach for auditions, plus
you'll be working on scenes to perform in both class and showcases!
If you truly want success, you'll be doing what it takes to
stay sharp with your acting skills.
That's why we offer so many workouts as perks of membership in
the Actorsite.
Mondays: 2:30 pm to 4 pm, BOB GEBERT, COLD READING SKILLS!
This is one of our most popular workouts. Bob challenges each actor
to bring their own choices to the forefront in an audition situation.
This class alone is worth $60 per session, if you  compare to
lesser classes out there in Hollywood, yet for Actorsite members
it's a "Perk" of membership (Free!).
Tuesdays: 2:30 pm to 4 pm, KIMBERLY CRANDALL, Commercial workout.
Do you watch TV commercials? If you do, you see Kimberly Crandall's
workout participants in 10 or MORE commercials every evening in
prime time and during the day!
Other coaches have a few successful clients, but Kimberly has
FAR MORE than any other coach in Hollywood...because she treats
each participant as a professional and the goal is to become
more bookable.
In fact, you just saved over $600 as a member of Actorsite because
lesser acting coaches teach classes for a few weeks for $600 or
MORE and they don't have near the success that Kimberly has...
Her workout is worth $60 to $80 per session if you compare it
to lesser on-camera commercial classes, and you'll be working
with so many successful actors in the workout!
Wednesdays: 5 pm to 6:30 pm Kimberly crandall, CO-STAR WORKOUT!
This is a high-powered session to work on the skills necessary to
deliver those two lines in a way to BOOK MORE WORK and build your
acting that your goal???
Booking co-stars is a great way to build your career! Each booking
means you are now "on the radar" for another producer, director,
writer, and casting director for future BIGGER PROJECTS!!!
Thursdays: 4:30 pm to 6 pm, IMPROV with Mark Pinckney.
Wow, I'm not sure I want to mention this workout too much, because
it is the most popular workout at Actorsite. So many auditions for
both commercials and episodic TV and Features are improvisation, and
Mark is an exceptional improv coach.
Sunday: 7 pm to 8:30 pm, Scene Study with Joan Blair.
So many of our members love this workout as it is a great way to
work a scene over a period of weeks and develop it for showcases
and agent presentations!
What do you get for $58 per month at the Actorsite?
Other groups are proud of their high prices! At the Actorsite we are
proud of our successful members! We keep the price low so our members
can focus on ACTING, not trying to PAY for overpriced classes!
If you are sitting home rather than working out your acting muscle, then
get up off the computer and get to Actorsite and work out.
Remember, if you subscribe for the $58 per month rate, you are locked
in for this LOW RATE!!!
We have so many valuable workshops for 1/2 the price of our
competition with Casting Directors.
If you join today, you'll save. We're going to close the door on this
LOW RATE, so ACT NOW if you want to BUILD YOUR CAREER
and SAVE!!! LOCK IN THE LOW RATE NOW BY SIGNING UP!

CASTING DIRECTOR MICHAEL TESTA INTENSIVE, MAY 16
CASTING DIRECTOR CARRIE AUDINO INTENSIVE, MAY 17

Dear Readers,

Next weekend, May 16 and 17, we have two HOT intensive
workshops for actors.

First, on May 16, we have Michael Testa, from Shaner/Testa Casting,
who casts a HIT show for CABLE and a HOT DRAMA for PRIME TIME NETWORK,
so he's SUPER BUSY and we are VERY LUCKY to get him in for our members.

His workshop will be INTENSE work on AUDITIONS SKILLS and this
workshop is SATURDAY from 10 am to 1 pm.

AGES 18 TLY are definitely encouraged to attend, since both
shows cast a ton of "TEEN" roles.

Here's the link for the MICHAEL TESTA INTENSIVE:
http://actorsite.com/freepages/youth/testamay16.html

AND SUNDAY, MAY 17, from 10 am to 1 pm, we have CARRIE
AUDINO from SCHIFF/AUDINO CASTING. This is a "HOT" office
that casts TWO hot shows, one for PRIME TIME NETWORK and
one for CABLE, so we LOVE having Carrie come in...

We also encourage 18 TLY to attend this INTENSE AUDITION SKILLS
workshop, too, since one of their shows involves a huge family
and there will be TONS of "teens" in the guest cast.

==================
Cold Reading
==================

By Jack Turnbull of the Actorsite

At the Actorsite, we acknowledge that it's universally known that you
MUST be an excellent cold reader to succeed in Hollywood.

In spite of what appears to be obvious, apparently
there are those who somehow haven't heard the news and
don't work on cold reading skills on a daily basis.

Many of you will attend your scene study classes and your
improvisation classes and even your cold reading classes
and STILL you won't PRACTICE IT EVERY DAY!!! Taking a
class will make you better, but YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE
THOSE SKILLS!

For those of you who don't work on your cold reading
daily....WHY NOT? YOUR COMPETITION IS!

Acting is a muscle, if you don't work it out, it gets
flabby.

I always hear of actors spending huge sums of money
to find out the "secrets" of cold reading from the
cold reading gurus in Hollywood. Yes, those gurus know
their stuff, but the real "secret" is this: COLD READING
IS A PRACTICED SKILL, AND THE MORE YOU PRACTICE, THE
BETTER YOU GET!.

Let me add that the BETTER YOU GET, THE MORE YOU BOOK!

Think about it, if you are practiced and confident, you
do a MUCH BETTER JOB and are MUCH MORE "HIRE"-able than
an actor who is lazy and doesn't practice skills...

For those of you who can't join the Actorsite and work
on skills on a daily basis, here are some tips...

Without getting into acting technique, here are some
tips on some good practice techniques to perfect.

1. Cold read OUT LOUD at least 1/2 hour per day. I
recommend that to get good quickly, you should take a book
or script and cold read it ALL THE WAY THROUGH.

2. Always, look down, get your sentence or phrases and
look up and connect with a person or object when you
are saying the words. This, in and of itself, is a
practiced skill...so practice it. If you don't have
another actor, use a mirror...just don't get caught
up admiring yourself...focus on practicing.

----BACK TO THE MESSAGE...

3. Lock down your body...learn to make sure you don't
sway or "dance" when you are cold reading...you should
be focused and NOT bouncing, swaying, or jiggling the
lower body. One technique I have used to stop an actor
from swaying was to have them stand with one leg bent
slightly, so their weight is unbalanced and they use
their body like a tripod. Another way is to have one
foot slightly forward so you have the look of "ready
for action" and you are locked down in place. Find a
way to LOCK DOWN YOUR BODY so you appear FOCUSED!!!

4. STAY IN CHARACTER. Remember that when you look down
to get your words, that you must STAY IN CHARACTER and
IN THE MOMENT as you look down and look back up. I've seen
actors who are laughing when delivering the words and
then get real serious when looking for their place on
the page. If you stay in character, you would be laughing
while looking at your page.

5. CONNECT WITH ANOTHER ACTOR. If you don't have another
actor to practice with, then get in front of the mirror
and make sure you CONNECT with yourself as you look up
and say your words.

6. PRACTICE CONSTRUCTING AN IMMEDIATE MOMENT BEFORE. If
you are in a scene, make sure you include your MOMENT
BEFORE PREPARATION and that you don't appear to just
start from nowhere...go back to basic scene study and
find a quick way to establish your moment before immediately.

7. PRACTICE LETTING THE WORDS TELL YOU WHAT TO SAY AND HOW TO
SAY IT. That's why I believe that reading a book out loud
and acting out the characters using cold reading techniques
allows you to develop immediate emotional connection to the
words...you many times don't have time to construct a
backstory and do emotional background on your characters.
This way, you have practiced finding your motivation
on a regular basis.

8. PRACTICE DIFFERENT TECHNICAL APPROACHES TO THE MATERIAL.
You can read a book by THROWING IT AWAY, by whispering it,
by yelling it loudly, by singing it, and lots of other ways,
Practice using the elements of speech to achieve a natural
way of speaking. Louder-Softer, Higher-Lower, Faster-Slower.

8. PRACTICE FINDING CONTINUITY IN LONG SPEECHES...there is a
technique where you look down and continue speaking while
you get your next set of words. It will come VERY QUICKLY to
you as you practice looking down, getting the words and
then looking up and saying the words. YOu will reach a point
where you automatically stay in character and continue your
speech while holding your script and connecting with
the other actor (or actors). PRACTICE AND YOU'LL GET THERE.

9. PRACTICE MISDIRECTION. There are many actors that use this
technique in their performance, even when they are off book.
Here's how it works: Look down, get your words, look off to
the side, think about your words, then look at your partner
and say your words. It's SO QUICK and it creates a "thought
spot" where you look more natural rather than looking down
and up all the time. Many actors who have practice this cold
reading technique, use it in their performance, including
major stars like Tom Cruise and Julia Roberts. You see
them "thinking" while they break eye contact, then look
back at the other actor or the camera for the close up
and connect...that's what it looks like when you do it.

10. COLD READING MUST BE PRACTICED! All the technique in the
world won't help you if you don't practice. The world's top
Basketball players like Kobe Bryant practice harder than
anyone else to stay on top...Kobe will shoot an extra
1000 jump shots in a day to get better at shooting jump
shots and he practices EVERY DAY...For you to get better
YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE EVERY DAY!!!

When you go to audition, you'll notice how SHARP YOU ARE
if you PRACTICE EVERY DAY!

If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail!

All the best,

Jack

Dear Readers,

When you get discouraged, I have some pictures to look
at today of the horse race called the Kentucky Derby.

Look a this  picture of the Kentucky Derby and tell me
which horse is winning:

http://...com/dkthkk

Now look at this picture and you'll see the winner...
all the way on the left of your screen!

http://...com/cybngo

The winner of the Kentucky Derby wasn't even in the race
after getting caught up with a couple of other horses at the
start of the race...

http://...com/crogeq

And this is how he ended up...that's him on the right...

A 50 to 1 shot winner...

http://...com/clqbb6

So when you feel the odds are against you 50 to 1, and worse,
there are others crowding you out and working against you,
and even when you are able to get started, you find out you
are WAY behind the pack...

Sticking...

to...

it...and...

Never...

Giving...

Up...

And, with a little luck and a lot of push, push, push, you
can push through to success...

An Acting career is not a horse race, but the 50 to 1 odds are
something we can all relate to...

An acting career is not the Olympics, but we have seen a
skater skate from 4th to Gold...

So when your feeling low...think of Jockey Calvin Borel atop MineThat Bird

Both of them covered in mud...

With Jockey Calvin Borel saluting his parents with his crop...

Viral Email Madness!

Recently a small agent sent an email to his clients regarding
his view of the state of the industry and his opinion that it
will get better.

It was a detailed overview with opinions on what was going on
and actually was an explanation to his clients about why he
wasn't able to get them in, even for co-star roles, the bottom
of the barrel.

His insights are to the point, but have little helpful information
for Actorsite members who take control of their careers.

You see, this agent was trying to give reasons why he couldn't
get his clients seen in a difficult time.

Actorsiters know that it's always a difficult time, so it's always
competitive and most agents can't get their clients seen.

That is, unless their clients are Actorsite members who have
SOLID AUDITION SKILLS and who take the initiative to build
relationships with casting.

If they don't know you, they can't cast you!

This agent's message says that you can't book guest stars because the
bigger stars want those roles....yes and no. We have 3 Actorsiters
in the last month who have booked guest stars, in spite of
the "bigger" actors wanting those roles.

Since casting called them in, and they KICKED BUTT in the room,
it didn't matter that the others in the audition room had stronger
resumes...it's always about the work.

Once you are in the room, it's up to you to seal the deal!

Plus, as one casting director was telling me, so many actors who
have a few strong credits come in and fold...they've lost their
killer instinct. They want to book on past glory.

Producers what to tell the STORY, not coddle needy actors!

And as far as co-stars go, it's a virtual booking frenzy for
Actorsite members.

Oddly, when this document was forwarded, it was credited to
an agent from CAA to give it more credibility. When I heard
that, my first thought was, WHAT DOES AN AGENT FROM CAA KNOW
ABOUT CO-STARS?

I'll tell you what they know: NOTHING!

Almost 100% of co-stars are booked by the ACTOR, and the
agent just writes the deal.

CAA wouldn't return a call for a co-star  role!

Most co-star roles are already set by the time breakdowns come
out...and there aren't any new appointment spots to be set.

So, yes, it's tough out there!

IT'S ALWAYS TOUGH OUT THERE!

Actorsiters are booking right and left, so they know that if you
take a little initiative and TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR CAREER,
you'll find success.

If you sit and wait for your agent to do all the work, you'll
wind up sitting and waiting for the agent to do all the work.

Agents are TRYING VERY HARD, but casting won't see you unless
they know you...and if they don't know you, your agent can't
make miracles...even though they try!

So sitting home and wishing isn't very productive and never
has been.

It's CABLE EPISODIC SEASON IN HOLLYWOOD. Actorsite members are
auditioning daily for shows like MONK, WEEDS, CALIFORNICATION,
ICARLY, The Bill Engvall Show, SOUTHLAND, THE JONAS BROTHERS,
and all of the current CABLE FARE as well as TV MOVIES for
networks like THE HALLMARK CHANNEL (55 movies this year),
and literally dozens of other projects out there casting...

Yes, it's slow, but at it's slowest, there are still over
50 projects issuing breakdowns per week...that's less than
during episodic season (85) or pilot season (100) but it's not
completely dead...

So if you need reasons to be sitting home and waiting, then
you can believe that agent's email as fact, rather than the opinion of
an agent who is having a difficult time getting his clients
into the room.

But if you are self-motivated, you'll WORK ON SKILLS TODAY,
and you'll get into a group like Actorsite (We are pretty tough
but if you want to audition, we invite you to!) and build
relationships with casting.

If they don't know you, they can't cast you. It's always been
that way, and always WILL be that way!

Your agent can TRY to get you in, but if casting already knows
5 actors for the role, the agent gets blocked...it's not because
they didn't try.

All the best,

Jack Turnbull
