i had so much fun in ny last week for divas! everyone was so nice. the biggest thankyou to India Arie for letting me sing with you - your incredible. ricky minor was inspiring and rick krim thankyou so much.

i thought everyone was great. it was so exciting to meet all the girls.

its boiling. ive got heatrash. im a loner sitting in the shade while my friends sit lying in the sun like tempuras! sunbathings so boring! i keep trying make everyone do handstands in the pool. im listening to fix you by coldplay over and over! why is it whenever your heart hurts you listen to songs that you know will make you cry? surely i should be prancing around the pool singing the beautiful beyonces singe ladies???????

got back yesterday from being in l.a for a week. had an amazing time at the hollywood bowl, thankyou so so much to everyone that came. sorry i forgot so many of my own lyrics, very shameful. i just couldnt stop thinking about the fact i was headlining the hollywood bowl. it blew my mind! it was so sad and surreal being there when michael jackson passed. but amazing to see just how much of an icon he was. xx

etta james cancelled which i was gutted about but chaka khan stood in, she never stops singing. its like she doesnt need to breath! sooooo great. i also got to meet adam lambert from american idol that was A LOT of fun aswell. i went out and met a load of fans after the show, there was the cutest little girl that escaped from her dad and came right up to the barrier and gave me a big hug, shes so cute. if her dad reads this, email on my myspace, i want to send her something!

the day after the hollywood bowl show i went fishing. and caught about 8 sea bass! i got very sunburnt, ive started to peel. i have big whiter than white circles round my eyes though from my shades, so i look like an idiot. i had a lengthy meeting with my producer on saturday about my second album, which was VERY exciting. i cant wait to get to work on it properly. i have one show left next weekend then im gon dive right into it.

im watching wimbledon right now, i cant work out how the scoring works. but all i know is andy murray is loosing : (
im getting my dog in a couple of weeks, im gonna call him aaron!
im also learning to drive. i have very good spacial awareness apparently. its really frustrting though cause once youve had a lesson you think your ready to drive! but no.

i went to go and see beyonce at the o2 a few weeks ago and it was the best show ive ever seen ever! gonna go see take that this weekend, im sure that will be great too. and i just found out lady gaga is opening which is the best news ever cause im obsessed with her!
