I hope you are all well… just wanted to make a small update here.

I have finally managed to record a new song which I composed a long time ago but somehow felt that the time had not yet come for it to be heard. It’s a simple folky tune called “Fading Away” that I’ve been working on lately. It’s about what it means for me to be alive, or at least, to feel like you’re alive when life itself doesn’t seem to think so. Anyway, I really hope that you will like it because it’s quite different from the usual ambient stuff that I do. And please, if you have time, leave your comments on the new song here, they are very much appreciated.

Also, I wanted to thank Amideson (www.myspace.com/amideson) for making this really amazing video for my piece “I Knew Her”. Please, watch it here:

And finally, for those of you who are still interested in my ambient music, I have some news: a new album of mine entitled “Somewhere in the Open Country” will be available as a digital download from this wonderful UK label Sounds Asleep: www.soundsasleep.co.uk. The preliminary release date is April, 2009.

Hello Guys,

Me and Celeste have finally finished working on her debut record, an amazing collection of 10 soulful songs. Co-producing the record and working on string arrangements and electronic soundscapes (I also played the piano on several tracks!) and finally hearing the final results was an exhilarating experience for me, and one I will never forget. Some news on what's happening in the AT World. :-) A new record is soon to be released on John Luttrell's label OtterSong Records which includes three tracks from my EP "Treedreams" (which were previously available online) + two new pieces: a long ambient atmospheric piece On A Cold Day (an extract is available here on myspace) and a short piano composition Gone.
