What constitutes a group cruise?
Reservations with eight or more staterooms are considered a group. A group cruise is an excellent opportunity to bring together individuals who have similar interests, or even those who simply love to hang out together. Call our cruise group counselors to get started. Let us know your requirements, and we will tailor the cruise experience to suit your needs. Many staterooms can accommodate a third or fourth passenger, sometimes at a reduced rate. Group cruises also frequently enjoy special onboard amenities and, depending on the itinerary, may even qualify for a free berth with less than eight cabins. Ask for details.
Can I be a group leader?
Yes! Anyone can be a group leader, and we are with you through every step. We'll provide you with all the resources you'll need to motivate, educate, and recruit members for your special group cruise. As the group leader, you will select the sail date, determine the cabin needs, and detail any special interest information. Working with your American Legion Travel cruise group counselor, you'll be able to provide a truly unique and original experience for the members of your group.
