A Look Into The Mind Of My Clownship
House is too close to the road when in fact the house was here before the road.
Zoning code came after the house and the road.
Deny me my privacy beacause my house is too close to the road yet at the same time take 6 feet of the property and move the public even closer to the house.
A $4000 cedar fence wouldn't fit the "look and feel" and be visually imposing ???
What next? Don't like the color of our birdbath? Picnic table not positioned where you would like to see it? House not painted in the color you like?
Fence installed off the corner of the house leaving approx 20' of our land to the road would substantially alter the neiborhood???
Adjoining Properties would suffer a substantial detriment???
And last but not least,
Happy Now ???
No privacy fence to prevent looking into the yard but not happy beacause of what you see in the yard when you look?
Then don't LOOK!
This is the reason I went to the clownship in the first place. Privacy in our own backyard for my family and 7 grandchilderen without car's flying down the road 20 feet from my house, and the public strolling along through my yard on their nice new 6 foot wide sidewalk.
