For
those of you who knew me so long. Know in 2005 I began a battle with
cancer. An two years ago I left my long time home in Oregon to seek
better treatments. I am still here in North Carolina, and even went to
my first nascar race. Yes it's way better than on t.v. in person.
I haven't given a one of you much of an update, so here I go.
Health
insurance here is beyond pitiful. I have health insurance that my
family pays three times the amount we did in Oregon. I still have to
pay any from between 90 - 95% of the medical costs, and all of
prescriptions. Medicaid isnt an option unless I were to live under a
bridge and garner no income at all.
Finally I have grow tired
enough, and symptoms increased I battled to find a doctor. Being
refused treatment of seven doctors. Finally last week I got into one
who has got myself into the system. An yes next week I go to another of
this established three specialist.
For those of you who cared
enough back then. Know it is finally paying off, and I am looking good.
The doctors are hopeful this should be the last leg of my long battle
with cancer. Let coast to coast celebrate for miracles.
An
prayers ring to my fellow battling people who since 05 didn't make it
as long as me. May their families have joy on this day and peace.
I shall be editing this to include pictures of the kids soon.

I managed to find a few minutes in my new life to check in here. My office sucks lolz. Best part is I share it with the managers so no getting around em. :S Man they always find away.
Its been near a year since my move. An yes the poor south is this, but there is a lot of oppurtunities i have found. A few issues like their voting issues. If ya register to vote. Well you might as well count yourself as poor. You could loose months of your life in a court room on jury duty. They pay jurers $7 a day.
Hello even min wage workers make more than this in a day! Basically unless your retired it isn't worth it to vote!
Then you add in health insurance. Wow here if your lucky enough to get it. You might as well not have any! Cause it really doesn't help take the cost away! Maybe $30 of a $70 docs office visit! The people here are screwed. Try to get DSL. On the west coast can get for $30 a month average. here your looking at $80 a month. Pay is massively low. The min. wage here is 6.05 an hour. Honestly who can even buy food for their family on this? Let alone pay rent/mortgage and even have lights.
More people are out there and friendly here. Everyone waves at you. Heaven forbid you get a head ache and blink though. Someone will think ya are rolling your eyes at them. lolz. Yep financially Im rocking here. As Im not afraid of work. I went from low range worker to supervisor in a mere month. From super to universal supervisor. I had to put the breaks on. I couldn't fathom trying any more. Im rather shocked at how active people are here. They actually get out of their houses! Yep Im one of em now.
The schools are way more demanding of families as a whole, and the kids show it. With all areas. You win and loose. Just depends what you want to win and loose at. Im still alive though.

Current mood: disappointed
Had to throw this out. I have been writing a book. It is in relation to a certain field. In my research I have come across many fans. Now I want to know what is wrong with you people? I mean get real this is the internet. These are real people with real lives. Throwing yourself at them may be funny for me to read, but what do you really expect to get out of this? You make yourself look foolish and childish. Also remember if you are going to chat and/or intereact with people online be very careful in your emtions. This is a computer runed internet. Emotions and humor are many times hard to read. If someone says something to you, or misunderstand you. Please understand it is not worth going freaky crazy on. You only make yourself that much more childish. You may in one instant think you look cool or hot, but in the long line you only look the fool. Get real get clear ideas out. Take the rest in a grain of salt. This attitude is infesting our sites, our reality, and humane nature. There is nothing good that comes of this. This is how some people in society make wars(Bush ref.) You dont like being treated like scum than exercise patients and forgiveness. I do this with you all. Now you guys need to do this with the rest of the people. Take a chill pill. Or else you all be the fool.

After watching the news this morning and hearing about five illegal immigrants getting busted with meth posession. I decided to start a collection of anything related to the two issues I could and making a large location of them.

I live near Disneyland (heavy illegal territory) and it was wonderful!! I went shopping at various places...no problem with traffic, no problem with finding a parking space, no long lines to wait in....simply heaven!
Can we please have another one?? Date: Tue, 02 May 2006 02:44:52 -0000 From: "Donna" <donnamags44@yahoo.com> Subject: A very nice day
I went shopping and out to lunch, which I thought was quite exceptional. Was a slow Monday, as most are. I was Spanish language free!! Well, except at Mervyn's. We wanted to really test the waters and go to Walmart and my worst enemy--Sears, but my little niece was quite a pistol and we had to get home.
I saw little impact here in Riverside, except for the fact that the dressing rooms were Spanish speaking free. It felt good, I must say.
I called several restaurants today to inquire whether they were open and they all said yes.
Downtown Riverside and University Avenue were the main protest areas.
I saw no impact on my town from these morons.
I spent way too much and I will suffer when my credit card bill is due! Loved every minute of it!
If they protest everyday until the end of time and stay out of my face, I will be a happy camper and spend more and more money that I do not have. LOL Donna

Breaking! Reports of shots fired at Santa Ana illegal alien riot Police Scanner Frequency 460.025 mhz in Santa Ana, CA | 1 May 2006
Posted on 05/01/2006 9:44:08 PM PDT by Spiff
In another internet forum, a former FReeper is monitoring police scanner frequencies in Santa Ana, CA. He reported earlier that all riot control units were called to the area as a riot was beginning to erupt.
Minutes ago he reported that the radio traffic indicated that shots had been fired.
More info as it comes in. Does anyone live near Santa Ana, is there any confirmation on local TV or radio? Anyone have a police scanner or an online link?

I can add hundreds more and will be adding more. This is the worst they got? Bring it on. No affect in Oregon. If they are looking to recruit sypathy votes they need to do better than this. Im voting in officials who are harsher on this. I will continue to do this until the issue is resolved. Chow all.

- Tyson -- too bad about those salmonella outbreaks last week - you did read about the massive recall and the dead kid in Nebraska didn't you?
- Same for Hormel - but it was those nasty parasitic worms that infest pork - what ever happened to quality control anyway?
- Same for Purdue - really really bad chicken got recalled - entire lots - mostly sent to the North East U.S. wasn't it. The CDC is kinda hush hush about - they don't want to cause a panic
And trips to Mexico - oh -- Out of the Question! Cancun never did get rebuilt after that last Hurricane and the water supply - well - take a lot of diarrhea medication with you.
And Cozumel - hey the gangs have gone crazy down there - midnight raids on tourists staying in bungalows on the beach - a woman was gang raped and her husband was shot in the head.
Fill in the blanks
