A lot of people are always asking me how do I stay fit when I travel..
Well after few years I develop some sort of strategy that can be easily turn into a miniguide.
Here's what you need :
- Your Gym Stuff (The Smaller The Better)
- One Lock
- Your Veggie Steamer (eating healthy is a big part of this regime unfortunately)
Well first of all make sure you join a gym when you are back home that has many other franchises around the world, don't go to the Student Gym around the block only cause it's cheap and close by (remember you are trying to exercise)
I have Fitness First and that covers me pretty much all around the Big Cities in Europe.
When I'm not in the big cities or when I'm outside the old continent that's a different story.
Here's what you do :
- Do you research, some places might have offers like 1 week free, or 2 weeks trial, get on google and dig.
- If that doesn't lead anywhere, call up (starting from the nicest ones) and ask if you can pay by the week.
- if even that doesn't work, just show up at the gym that you just called and pretend that it's first time that you talk to the Manager, try to bribe him with cash to get a week pass..
