Infringement of your Unalienagle Rights

The Patriot Act; is an unConstitutional infringement of the Bill of Rights:

John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007. It federalized the national guard - it is unConstitutional to use US military forces against US Citizens.

All three Acts were enacted during a "state of war"  - The War on Terrorism.
All three Acts are severe infringements on Unalienable Rights guaranteed in the Constitution.  They are perpetuated by the "state of war"; and that War and these Acts are all knowingly Acts of Treason.

The end of the United States of America as a sovereign nation

Trade Agreements and Secret Treaties are a dissolving of our national sovereignty by design.  NAFTA, CAFTA, SAFTA and other Trade Agreements including those of the WTO are Acts of Treason because they were enacted with the knowledgeable intent of dissolving the sovereignty of the USA.

Illegal Immigration - Derelection of duty by the Federal Government concerning illegal immigration is simply a means of diluting national sovereignty. It is an Act of Treason.

If you think all smoke screen reasons for a Digital ID are a good idea, you should give someone your wallet (same as having a Digital ID), that way you could practice being told how to live, what you can and can not buy, and if you can live at all.  That is not the land of Liberty!

The populist movement has seen a suspicious 9/11 report.  The Aaron Russo film America – Freedom to Fascism has layed bare, Taxes and the Federal Reserve.  Disturbed's – Land of Confusion had about 20,000,000 (20 million) downloads Dec. 1st.  It is up to you [singularly and jointly] to preserve your Unalienable Rights. 

The Constitution is the Primary Law of the Unites States. Those behind or coalesing to an outright coupe of your Rights are defined in the Constitution as traitors.  That is a serious accusation, but it is  unfortunately true.

Your Constitutional responsibilities necessary to assure that America is Of, For, and By the People is lawfully mandated in the Constitution.

These are strong words, and hard to hear. The Founding Fathers all had the same things to say about the conduct and possible conduct the Government; as it is/has conducted itself for more than 90 years. Enough is enough! We the People do not have another decade to tolerate the dismantling of our Unalienable Rights. We don't have another 5 years - We have until absolutely no later than May 11, 2008 to right the unConstitutional wrongs, otherwise we will forfeit those Rights, and We the People will no longer be free.

The words of Paul Revere, Thomas Payne, Nathan Hale, and of all the US Founding Fathers were hard to hear in their time, but they loved Liberty more than life. All the lives of the Veterans that have died in defense of Our Rights will have died in vain - from the War of Independence to this day. Not only would that be a travesty, it means you will have voluntarily surrendered your Freedom - that too is Treason.

The specifics of each elected Representative's and Senator's record needs to be documented, and publicly posted (the Internet will do). This applies to the President and Vice President, and members of the Cabinet, as well.

2) Charge them with Treason or other criminal charges as appropriate. Bring charges against each and every Congressman in violation of their Oath of Office. This is not a personality, or "nice guy/bad guy" partisan politics. For example: Did they vote for any proportioned tax (income tax) in violation of the Constitution? This was ruled upon multiple times by the Supreme Court. Did they vote for or sit silently while unConstitutional Laws were written into place that operate against the sovereignty of the US? Do not delay - time is of essence. Don't be a Democrat or Republican - be a good Citizen by carrying out your responsibilities.

There is the Right to a speedy trial - see to it that that happens. Don't let them hide behind any of the 2,000,000 (yes 2 million) "laws" they have been part and parcel to in writing, as shelters from the will of We the People. Don't be weak kneed - Traitors and criminals against your Unalienable Rights are not your friends and their actions require legal action against them.

3) Carry out Justice. Hopefully the Courts will do their duty. If not, charge the Judge with Treason. If Congressmen are found guilty of Treason they should receive punishment for the level of Treason committed. If found guilty of lessor crimes they should receive appropriate imprisonment. Do not allow this to become a three ring circus of delays.

4) Act according to your Constitutional responsibility. You are required as a citizen to remove from Office any and all Government Officials that do not represent the will of We the People. When civil actions don't get the job done, you are required to remove them by force.

The Declaration of Independence, The Bill of Rights, and the US Constitution are the primary Laws of our Democratic Republic. If you are considered an enemy of the State for demanding and exercising your Unalienable Constitutional Rights, you are looking at the Traitor - whosoever accuses you.

Below are the basic legals defining Treason

To my understanding only Congress can impeach the President. However, any one can sue any one - treason or other criminal acts against the Constitution and lessor crimes. 

Presidental Oath of Office

In the United States, the oath of office for the President of the United States is specified in the U.S. Constitution (Article II, Section 1): Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

The oath may be sworn or affirmed. Although not present in the text of the Constitution, it has been conventional for Presidents to add "so help me God" at the end of the oath. George Washington did this at his inauguration in 1789. [1]

TREASON by a PRESIDENT

Constitution of the United States : Article II, Section 4
All civil offices forfeited for certain crimes.
The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

The Constitution specifies in Article VI, clause 3:
TITLE 5 > PART III > Subpart B > CHAPTER 33 > SUBCHAPTER II > § 3331

"The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States."

For other officials, including members of Congress, it specifies they "shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation to support this constitution." At the start of each new U.S. Congress, in January of every odd-numbered year, those newly elected or re-elected Congressmen - the entire House of Representatives and one-third of the Senate - must recite an oath:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

This oath is also taken by the Vice President, members of the Cabinet, and all other civil and military officers and federal employees other than the President. (Military personel have a separate Oath - their Orders are from the Commander in Chief - the President)

TREASON by a Congressman

Judges Oath of Office

The Judiciary Act of 1789, which established an additional oath taken by Supreme Court justices and district court judges:

TREASON by a Judge

Any Judge that is not fully compliant Constitutionally orders are void, without jurisdiction, and are acts of treason. 124. U.S. 200 (1888)

The 14th Amendment, states that Federal law is applicable to all States.

The Real ID Act - enacted May 11, 2005

The Real ID Act started off as H.R. 418, which passed the House (261-161-11) and went stagnant. It was then attached as a rider on a military spending bill (H.R. 1268) by Representative Sensenbrenner (R) of Wisconsin (the author) and was voted upon (100-0) . If you do nothing else watch this video - then you'll know why the Germans pulled their troops out of the "War on Terrorism".  The WTC was a demolition job and the video proves it beyond a shadow of a doubt.

The Article below is good news on the 9/11 EVIDENCE front.  "We have already presented the evidence and it has been vetted, peer reviewed and collated with the establishment of the 9/11 Truth Scholars".  Hopefully, the forthcoming "9/11 Complicity" film will reflect the due diligence of Russo's, America - Freedom to Facism film.

Just as, America - Facism to Freedom revealed two elements of oppression (taxes and the federal reserve), so too does 9/11 Complicity. There is sufficient and sustainable evidence of complicity (inside job), and of a censoring of what was shown and how it was spun by the media.  It's not just the Government - it includes "rogue factions".  One lady's mail to me complained about my saying, "We know propaganda when we see it, and all American media is propaganda" - Russian saying.  After seeing the Russo film she recanted.  And, after seeing the full length German video of 9/11 it is easy to see why Germany pulled its forces out of Iraq - so did the Australians.

Brits and Aussies are more than second guessing forfeiting their guns.  No one is advocating violence, and everyone wants to aviod it.  But, that can not be at "all costs", because The Agenda has shown itself to use violence, and financial ruin against those who resist or protest it. The "paint ball militias" are starting to look a lot less like consipiracy-theory freeks, and more like partisans ready to put up a front line, if the Feds react to rallies and serving of writs in Trostsky style suppression of a populist movement.

All wars are fought for the control of the minds of men.

9/11 had a mind control purpose.  Key to The Agenda's camoflauge is public opinion.  9/11 swayed public opinion to the extent that The War on Terrorism (in the name of security not needed) led to the loss of many lives, and the Patriot Act - (the most egregious strangulation of Inalienable Rights since the NOT ratified 16^th Amendment - and the subsequent control of US Currency being handed over to a private bank with the misleading name of  Federal Reserve).

Let's be honest. The Agenda doesn't give a hoot about the people of Iraq, elsewise it would have delivered on the promises of restoration of clean water, food, sewers and electricity.  It was promised but there were no lines of trucks laden with water pipe, sewer pipe, backhoes and dozers.  There were no lines of trucks laden with food and well drilling rigs.  Iraqis have reason to grumble that life has gone downhill for them - it has.  (The point was not lost on Hamas in Lebanon.)  The UN (part of The Agenda) did not send what the "throw-away people" needed along with the troops either.)  Not on one occasion were the revenues from Iraq's petroleum considered the property of the citizens of Iraq.  There is no excuse for there being a single poor person in Iraq - or Saudia Arabia, Iran, Kirghistan, Chetznia, Venezuela ...

The devil is in the details.  If The Agenda propaganda machine can occupy you with miniutiae, and deceive you into believing the deception that ID is for security you WILL be enslaved.  That is not a conspiracy theory.  It has little to do with identity theft, or credit card fraud.

Bill Christison (CIA)

William Christison or Bill Christison and his wife Kathleen Christison worked for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Bill Christison joined the CIA in 1950, and served on the analysis side of the Agency for 28 years. From the early 1970s he served as National Intelligence Officer (principal adviser to the Director of Central Intelligence on certain areas) for, at various times, Southeast Asia, South Asia and Africa. Before he retired in 1979 he was Director of the CIA's Office of Regional and Political Analysis, a 250-person unit.

Ray McGovern (CIA)

McGovern was a mid level officer in the CIA in the 1960s where his focus was analysis of Soviet policy toward Vietnam. McGovern was one of President Ronald Reagan's intelligence briefers from 1981-85 when he was in charge of preparing daily security briefs for the President, the Vice President, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Cabinet and National Security Advisor. Later, McGovern was one of several senior CIA analysts who prepared the President's Daily Brief (PDB) for President George Herbert Walker Bush. Upon retirement, McGovern was awarded the Intelligence Commendation Medal from George Herbert Walker Bush (which he later returned) and worked for Washington-based non-profits before becoming co-director of the Servant Leadership School in Washington. McGovern was a graduate, summa cum laude, of Fordham University. A "Distinguished Military Graduate", he served in the US Army from 1962-64 as an intelligence officer. McGovern also received an M.A. in Russian Studies from Fordham University, a certificate in Theological Studies from Georgetown University and was a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.

Andreas von Bülow (German Government)

Two more major influential Hollywood stars using their fame to attract attention to 9/11 truth proves the dam is breaking and November's election result has failed to stop the momentum of a growing chorus across the political spectrum demanding answers on inexplicable facets of the 9/11 fraud.

Actor James Brolin used a spot on ABC's popular chat show The View
to plug a 9/11 website that goes into detail on how the towers and Building 7 were imploded by incendiary devices.

Iconic producer David Lynch appeared on Dutch TV news to react to a clip from the Loose Change documentary and sounded off on several different aspects of how the official story is impossible.

The danger that the Democrats gaining control of the House and Senate would put Hollywood and leftists in general to sleep seems to have diminished in recognizing that the vast majority still understand 9/11 to be a seminal event and not just a symptom of the corrupt Republican Party.

Do Hollywood icons like Brolin and Lynch going public on 9/11 make or break the case? No - we have already presented the evidence and it has been vetted, peer reviewed and collated with the establishment of the 9/11 Truth Scholars. The effect that high profile figures have is to provide a huge magnifying glass that shines on 9/11 truth and generates more interest and reaches sectors of society that would not normally be touched by dry research alone.

We can only hope that Brolin and Lynch's actions will lead more Hollywood stars and others with high profiles from the entertainment world to feel more comfortable in stepping forth into the limelight, echoing the trailblazing example of Charlie Sheen, and using their platform to vocalize 9/11 truth.

We should not forget that Sheen was the first major star to put everything on the line back in March of this year when he risked his career to heighten awareness of the fact that 9/11 is a cover-up, a sentiment now shared by the vast majority of the U.S. population according to the latest scientific poll.

The IFC Presents "Bloody Sunday" -- 30 January 2007

The Original Bloody Sunday

On 30 January 1972, soldiers from the British Army's 1st Parachute Regiment opened fire on unarmed and peaceful civilian demonstrators in the Bogside, Derry, Ireland, near the Rossville flats, killing 13 and wounding a number of others. One wounded man later died from illness attributed to that shooting.

The march, which was called to protest internment, was "illegal" according to British government authorities. Internment without trial was introduced by the British government on August 9, 1971.

The British-government-appointed Widgery Tribunal found soldiers were not guilty of shooting dead the 13 civilians in cold blood.

(Sounds like what happened after government troops fired on civilians on 5 March 1770 (The Boston Massacre), 21 August 1992 (Ruby Ridge), and the Waco Massacres (28 February 1993 / 19 April 1993))

Thirty-five years later and still no justice.

Washington County Militia Leader Pleads Innocent
A Washington County militia leader denied gun possession charges Monday in U. S. District Court in Fort Smith.

Hollis Wayne Fincher pleaded innocent to possessing an unregistered machine gun and possessing a sawedoff shotgun.

Magistrate Beverly Stites Jones set trial for Jan. 8 in Fayetteville.

Fincher, 60, is lieutenant commander of the Militia of Washington County, a group with headquarters south of Fayetteville.

He was arrested Nov. 9 when the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives raided his home on East Black Oak Road in Washington County.

Jones on Nov. 13 set bond at $ 250, 000 with the conditions that Fincher be put on electronic home monitoring, surrender any guns and have no contact with the militia until after trial.

He must live with relatives and place as bond collateral the deed to his 120-acre property.

Fincher remained in the Sebastian County jail Monday evening.

Bond OK'd for Militia Leader
FORT SMITH — A federal magistrate Monday agreed to release a Washington County militia leader on bond but imposed strict conditions after hearing the man might retaliate against the government.

A Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent testified he's worried militia leader Hollis Wayne Fincher won't show up for trial if released on bond and that he might shoot at police who try to rearrest him.

"Mr. Fincher has made it clear he doesn't recognize this court and [these ] proceedings as valid," ATF agent Wade Vittitow said in U. S. District Court in Fort Smith. "He still has plenty of firearms in his possession; we only seized the ones that were illegal. He lives in a very rural area that's difficult to approach, and if agents have to go back there, they'll be unprotected."

Fincher, 60, is lieutenant commander of the Militia of Washington County, a group with headquarters south of Fayetteville. He was arrested Wednesday in an ATF raid related to possession, manufacture and transfer of machine guns. He's being held on a complaint claiming he was in possession of an illegal machine gun. No formal charges have been filed.

Magistrate Beverly Stites Jones wanted assurances Monday that Fincher has no plans to follow through on published talk of violence against the government.

The FBI can tap your cell phone

It always starts out as "getting the bad guys". If it's not the "criminals" at work amongst US, then it's the foreigners that want to invade US. Both are true, BUT, this sort of activity never remains isolated to them. Sooner than later (it's going on now) this will be used on American citizens going about normal law abiding lives. The list includes people with shaved heads, animal rights activists, environmentalist, long individuals... Oh sure, the FBI is only after the bad guys. Problem is the "Patriot Act" and a conundrum of 2,000,000 "Laws" (Yes, 2 million) make you susceptible to this happening to you NOW – not in some distant conspiracy theory future.

No conflict of conduct with "The Right to Privacy" going on here right? If challenged the Feds will drag out a stack of "laws" that aren't Constitutional to condone their violating our Inalienable Rights.

Wiretapping is growing at an alarming rate as "THE AGENDA" is advanced.  This is just another element of the multi-prong assault on American Rights, that extends well beyond criminal investigation of known criminal elements, to anyone who protests Government actions.

update The FBI appears to have begun using a novel form of electronic surveillance in criminal investigations: remotely activating a mobile phone's microphone and using it to eavesdrop on nearby conversations.

The technique is called a "roving bug," and was approved by top U.S. Department of Justice officials for use against members of a New York organized crime family who were wary of conventional surveillance techniques such as tailing a suspect or wiretapping him.

Nextel cell phones owned by two alleged mobsters, John Ardito and his attorney Peter Peluso, were used by the FBI to listen in on nearby conversations. The FBI views Ardito as one of the most powerful men in the Genovese family, a major part of the national Mafia.

The surveillance technique came to light in an opinion published this week by U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan. He ruled that the "roving bug" was legal because federal wiretapping law is broad enough to permit eavesdropping even of conversations that take place near a suspect's cell phone.

Kaplan's opinion said that the eavesdropping technique "functioned whether the phone was powered on or off." Some handsets can't be fully powered down without removing the battery; for instance, some Nokia models will wake up when turned off if an alarm is set.

While the Genovese crime family prosecution appears to be the first time a remote-eavesdropping mechanism has been used in a criminal case, the technique has been discussed in security circles for years.

The U.S. Commerce Department's security office warns that "a cellular telephone can be turned into a microphone and transmitter for the purpose of listening to conversations in the vicinity of the phone." An article in the Financial Times last year said mobile providers can "remotely install a piece of software on to any handset, without the owner's knowledge, which will activate the microphone even when its owner is not making a call."

Nextel and Samsung handsets and the Motorola Razr are especially vulnerable to software downloads that activate their microphones, said James Atkinson, a counter-surveillance consultant who has worked closely with government agencies. "They can be remotely accessed and made to transmit room audio all the time," he said. "You can do that without having physical access to the phone."

Because modern handsets are miniature computers, downloaded software could modify the usual interface that always displays when a call is in progress. The spyware could then place a call to the FBI and activate the microphone--all without the owner knowing it happened. (The FBI declined to comment on Friday.)

"If a phone has in fact been modified to act as a bug, the only way to counteract that is to either have a bugsweeper follow you around 24-7, which is not practical, or to peel the battery off the phone," Atkinson said. Security-conscious corporate executives routinely remove the batteries from their cell phones, he added.

FBI's physical bugs discovered
The FBI's Joint Organized Crime Task Force, which includes members of the New York police department, had little luck with conventional surveillance of the Genovese family. They did have a confidential source who reported the suspects met at restaurants including Brunello Trattoria in New Rochelle, N.Y., which the FBI then bugged.

But in July 2003, Ardito and his crew discovered bugs in three restaurants, and the FBI quietly removed the rest. Conversations recounted in FBI affidavits show the men were also highly suspicious of being tailed by police and avoided conversations on cell phones whenever possible.

That led the FBI to resort to "roving bugs," first of Ardito's Nextel handset and then of Peluso's. U.S. District Judge Barbara Jones approved them in a series of orders in 2003 and 2004, and said she expected to "be advised of the locations" of the suspects when their conversations were recorded.

Details of how the Nextel bugs worked are sketchy. Court documents, including an affidavit (p1) and (p2) prepared by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jonathan Kolodner in September 2003, refer to them as a "listening device placed in the cellular telephone." That phrase could refer to software or hardware.

One private investigator interviewed by CNET News.com, Skipp Porteous of Sherlock Investigations in New York, said he believed the FBI planted a physical bug somewhere in the Nextel handset and did not remotely activate the microphone.

"They had to have physical possession of the phone to do it," Porteous said. "There are several ways that they could have gotten physical possession. Then they monitored the bug from fairly near by."

But other experts thought microphone activation is the more likely scenario, mostly because the battery in a tiny bug would not have lasted a year and because court documents say the bug works anywhere "within the United States"--in other words, outside the range of a nearby FBI agent armed with a radio receiver.

In addition, a paranoid Mafioso likely would be suspicious of any ploy to get him to hand over a cell phone so a bug could be planted. And Kolodner's affidavit seeking a court order lists Ardito's phone number, his 15-digit International Mobile Subscriber Identifier, and lists Nextel Communications as the service provider, all of which would be unnecessary if a physical bug were being planted.

A BBC article from 2004 reported that intelligence agencies routinely employ the remote-activiation method. "A mobile sitting on the desk of a politician or businessman can act as a powerful, undetectable bug," the article said, "enabling them to be activated at a later date to pick up sounds even when the receiver is down."

For its part, Nextel said through spokesman Travis Sowders: "We're not aware of this investigation, and we weren't asked to participate."

Other mobile providers were reluctant to talk about this kind of surveillance. Verizon Wireless said only that it "works closely with law enforcement and public safety officials. When presented with legally authorized orders, we assist law enforcement in every way possible."

A Motorola representative said that "your best source in this case would be the FBI itself." Cingular, T-Mobile, and the CTIA trade association did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Mobsters: The surveillance vanguard
This isn't the first time the federal government has pushed at the limits of electronic surveillance when investigating reputed mobsters.

In one case involving Nicodemo S. Scarfo, the alleged mastermind of a loan shark operation in New Jersey, the FBI found itself thwarted when Scarfo used Pretty Good Privacy software (PGP) to encode confidential business data.

So with a judge's approval, FBI agents repeatedly snuck into Scarfo's business to plant a keystroke logger and monitor its output.

Like Ardito's lawyers, Scarfo's defense attorneys argued that the then-novel technique was not legal and that the information gleaned through it could not be used. Also like Ardito, Scarfo's lawyers lost when a judge ruled in January 2002 that the evidence was admissible.

This week, Judge Kaplan in the southern district of New York concluded that the "roving bugs" were legally permitted to capture hundreds of hours of conversations because the FBI had obtained a court order and alternatives probably wouldn't work.

The FBI's "applications made a sufficient case for electronic surveillance," Kaplan wrote. "They indicated that alternative methods of investigation either had failed or were unlikely to produce results, in part because the subjects deliberately avoided government surveillance."

Bill Stollhans, president of the Private Investigators Association of Virginia, said such a technique would be legally reserved for police armed with court orders, not private investigators.

There is "no law that would allow me as a private investigator to use that type of technique," he said. "That is exclusively for law enforcement. It is not allowable or not legal in the private sector. No client of mine can ask me to overhear telephone or strictly oral conversations."

Surreptitious activation of built-in microphones by the FBI has been done before. A 2003 lawsuit revealed that the FBI was able to surreptitiously turn on the built-in microphones in automotive systems like General Motors' OnStar to snoop on passengers' conversations.

When FBI agents remotely activated the system and were listening in, passengers in the vehicle could not tell that their conversations were being monitored.

Malicious hackers have followed suit. A report last year said Spanish authorities had detained a man who write a Trojan horse that secretly activated a computer's video camera and forwarded him the recordings.

Mr. Tancero's changes of becoming President are quite good if he can muster the support to bring the truth about what's going on to the public.  That might be a tall order in that the media is an active participant in the dumbing-down of America.  Also, he would need to get the following planks in the Republican platform – again a tall order.  He might do better as an Independent – ala Joe Lieberman.

There is another possibility – Rep. Tancero could go the way of former Rep. What Mr. Tancero and company are up against here is a lot bigger than the IRS. 

Who is really running things in America? What is the hidden, powerful force that seems to control U.S. policies no matter who is elected? The overwhelming majority of Americans oppose foreign giveaways. What is the hidden force that persuades Congress to vote at least $10 billion in foreign giveaways year after year after year, in direct opposition to the wishes of their constituents? And, now the United States in its entirety.

Homeland Security became a problem due dereliction of duty by the Feds.  9/11 would not have happened if they had a grip on who is in our country and why.  Concerns about subsequent Civil Rights degradations would not have occurred.  The Republicans want to databank US, and the Democrats want to disarm US.  Whether you are a Democrat or Republican you had better think more than twice about forfeiting any of the first Ten Amendments, the Bill of Rights, or one iota of National Sovereignty.   When you elect any official at any level, elect one that will uphold the Constitution of the United States.  Few they are (Democrat or Republican) that has not violated their oath of office in knowingly voting for unconstitutional Bills.

Who will be President of the U.S. in 2008? - Whoever has these 8 planks in their Party's Platform.  I am a swing voter, from a bellwether county.  What's my batting average on such issues?  Let's just say that if I were a baseball player I'd be in the Hall of Fame.

The issues inexorably linked to NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY are:

1)  Global Trade – A Party's position on Geo-Political Economics will matter.  At issue are: middle class income jobs vs. off-shoring of manufacturing and services. 

2)  National Security is closely linked to global trade.  At issue are Budget and Trade deficits.   Also, at issue is America's vulnerability as a world power due its diminished ability to produce basic needs from shoes to crankshafts to services. National Security is closely linked to immigration. At issue (separately) is the Bill of Rights. 

3)  Immigration is closely linked to an agenda to reduce the average American's standard of living by 50% in a decade or so - Presumably, to contain consumptiveness, if not for Geo-Political Economic "political correctness"?  Don't believe it? -  Ask the founder of Intel.  At issue is National Sovereignty.

If Mr. Tancero fleshes out his rhetoric to include:

4)  Workers' Rights - At issue is the right of Private Sector labor to unionize.  At issue is enforcement of existing Laws protecting the Civil Rights of private sector Workers.  At issue is whether the Civil Servants are working for the citizens that pay their wages and perks, or are they working for themselves and Corporations, or are they not working?  Public Servants unions have grown while Private Sector unions have been driven out via Government sanctioned bankruptcies, and Government sanctioned retirement funds dissolving.

5)  Social Security - Where IS the money?  Since it went into the General Fund with IOU's attached to its absence – pay it back.  The citizens paid it in.  They expect it to be there in full with payments proportionate to its fully funded amount paid upon retirement.  At issue is the payment of Entitlements that are (individually) greater than Social Security payments. 

6)  Medicare - Each Party's position for or against Federal and State Governments' purchasing medicines in mass to provide affordable prescriptions will matter.  At issue is: to cap S.S. contributions at $12,000, or to remove the cap entirely.

7)  Tax Reform – At issue is whether or not a Corporation (having the rights and privileges of a citizen) should be taxed as an individual.  At issue is the un-Constitutional income tax, vs. a National sales tax.  No exception at any point in the value added chain keeps the tax very small.  It is the only fair tax, and encourages savings.

8)  Election Reform – At issue is whether ONLY citizens are voting.  At issue is limiting of campaign contributions.  At issue is whether any contributions are allowed from outside the area a candidate represents.  Of, for and by the PEOPLE does not include PACs, and Corporations, or any other outside "interest group".

Mr. Tancero might just become President – if he can relate the issues to:  It's about the economy, stupid!  Americans vote with their wallets.  The headiness of former President Bill Clinton's mentor, Carroll Quigley – Tragedy and Hope, is too much for voters to wrap their throw-away people situation around.  And, remember – elections are decided by who the swing voters vote against.  Whichever Party adopts a platform with the 8 planks above, including well delineated plans, will be the next Presidential Administration.  It's there for the taking Mr. Tancero – go get it.
