Mike is no longer with Armaros Falls, this was a decision made by the band. There are various reasons as to why, and we won't be touching on them for personal reasons.

Our friend, Cal, will be filling in for the March 14th show. After this upcoming show with "The Autumn Offering", we will tackle the issue of finding a permanent vocalist.

Check back for updates!

Hey MySpacers, we have new merchandise available! Check it out:

- Our new CD, "As Seen Through Eyes of Passersby" will be released on Tuesday, September 5th (9/5/06). Show us some love and support by ordering your copy now! We've put *a lot* of time and effort into this album and did absolutely everything ourselves. Priced at only a measily $5, it definitely should be at the top of your 'Things-To-Get' list.

- So you have the new CD. How else can you show your love for all things Armaros? Pick up one of our awesome t-shirts, dude! Black Hanes heavy duty t-shirts with the kickass Armaros "Two Birds" design on it are only $10 -- cheaper than most CD's bought in a store! Sizes are YL, S, M, L and XL.

We're an independent band, producing and designing everything ourselves. Merchandise sales are our lifeline -- without merch sales, we can't survive and tour and see all of you fantastic, geographically diverse people. So, if you like our music or just think we're friggin awesome (which we are), definitely buy some merch! Every single penny matters and helps -- it does not go unnoticed!

All of our merchandise can be purchased at our website www.armarosfalls.com or at any one of our shows. If you want to buy online but don't have a credit card, don't worry -- we accept payment by mail, too.

Until next time...

Current mood:combative

Feast thine mortal eyes upon our metalful bounty! Forged in the depths of the eternal flame! Flying nigh upon the back of a winged beast of burden! Cast forth into the pits of solitude, only to emerge as the victor! When thy face neareth our metal, melteth away it shall!

Also, we have new songs up. They are super duper and kick turds.
That will be all.

It took 6 days of recording, but the album is now fully recorded, vocals and all. We'll be mixing and mastering the audio and finalizing the album artwork this week, and then it's off for manufacturing. An exact release date isn't set yet, but will be announced soon.

The album has 6 tracks and clocks in at 20 minutes of face-melting metal. We're proud of every piece of this record and can't want for everyone to hear it. Show dates are coming soon. Stay tuned...

Well, here we are. Day 3 in the studio has wrapped and we are officially done recording the music. Overall, it took us 40 hours/3 days to record the music. Now comes the tedious part: cleaning up all of the tracks. Definitely not my favorite part of the recording process.

We came up with some pretty amazing things on the fly today. We like to hammer out all the aspects of each song so there isn't any guess work or improving going on in the studio. However, one of the songs was almost entirely written today, and it turned out incredibly. Definitely one of our favorites.

More updates coming soon.

Day 2 in the studio went really well. CJ's bass, DM's guitar and half of my guitar tracks are done and in the can. Musically, we're about 75gbsp;finished recording. I have more guitar tracks to finish up on Monday (Day 3), and we have a few small bits and pieces that we want to touch up, and then we're done with the music. Vocals will be recorded later this week, and then mixing and mastering the following week.

This is definitely going to be a heavy record. Epic in some parts, complex in others. Brutal for every single second of its runtime. We're excited about this album and can't wait to get it out there.

More updates are on their way, including studio updates, album information, show dates and more. Stay tuned or we'll shit in a sock and beat you with it.

We went to Patrick's studio today to record our EP. Things went well, we finished all the drum tracks for the 5 songs and started laying down the guitars and bass. Since Mike and his beard aren't back from Michigan yet, the vocals will have to wait until next week, and then we'll be able to do a final mix and master. All in all, when we are completely finished, we are going to have an extremely brutal demo.

In other news, we are on our way to getting all our merchandise together and printed so we'll have some shirts, stickers, pins, etc, along with the EP. So by the time we have our first show, we'll have a ton to offer =)

That's all for now... I'll post another update soon!
