Hi
Just a quick note say we have a gig next week (28th Jan) at Tommy Flynn's in Camden. There are 5 bands playing so plenty of entertainment for your money. Should be fun! Hope to see you there. Don't forget to use the flyer to get cheaper entry.

So, Neil is back in the UK, and tonight Beeches will be in the same room together for the first time in over six months. I should point out that the room in question isn't a rehearsal studio, but a pub in Balham, but same difference. Already there is mutterings of a new perspective, a new direction, a new message (did we ever have one?).

Beeches take flight tonight and set sail along the long and winding road, through bridges and over tunnels to MUNICH!!

Yes we are playing a gig in the fair city of Munchen tomorrow night and we are looking forward to this very much. Plus, it's all for charity mate. Thats' right, all proceeds go to Amnesty International...or so we're told.

Apart from doing an amazing show, we will know doubt be stocking up on Lederhosen, Schnitzengruben (15 is my limit), and perhaps sample some of the famous beers.

Danke

We have our last London gig sorted. It's at the Hope and Anchor in Islington on the 12th October 2007. Hope you can make it along. I can't think of anything better to do on a Friday night.

We'll try and make it a special one as a bit of a thank you to all our followers.

Off to rehearsal's tomorrow.

So we're counting the days to our first international gig in Munich on the 2nd November. We're getting dead giddy about it all.

We have yet to sort out our last London gig before Neil heads off. Unfortunately a couple of options have fallen through but we're still looking. We'll keep you all posted as it will hopefully be a very special gig.... wherever it might be.

We have 5 more songs written to add to the 6 recordings from earlier this year. Alas we won't get time to record them properly, but will hopefully get some rough versions done before Neil goes off on his big trip.

Well, i'm off out for a curry and boogie. Such a combo could end in tears, so i'll lay off the break dancing.

Ciao for now

Well the festival was wwwwicked man!! Had such a great time, playing in the great outdoors, having a camp fire, raving till the early hours, and getting the shits....but less said about that. Big thanks to Dylan for inviting us.

Beeches are planning the next step. We are going to sort out some london gigs before we play an Amnesty International charity gig in Munich early November.

And then Neil's off to South America for 6 months. 'The end of Beeches' I hear you cry, 'not bloody likely' i say. The rest of us intend to get on with printing and releasing either an e.p. or album in time for Neil's return.

So if you're reading this, (why aren't you on face book like everyone else) keep an eye out for gigs and new release.

So the Windmill gig could have possibly gone slightly better.

We were plagued by technical difficulties and had to drop a lot of the set including the raffle.
So the bubble bonanza kit is still up for grabs.

And you could win it if you come along to the gig this Saturady July 21st at the Metro on Oxford Street.
Go to www.beechesrock.com for a flyre with more details.

So tonight after rehearsal, or perhaps during, we will be making some decisions on the artwork front for the forthcoming "I Need More" CD.

Also we are playing at the Windmill in Brixton on Thursday 12th July.
We're on dead early, well 8.20, so get there bright and early, but stick around for 4 or 5 magicians and some other groovy bands.

Had a very productive meeting in the pub last night,

We have decided that we are definately going ahead with the CD pressing.
And confirmed the name of "I Need More"

We'll be sorting out artwork and the like over the next few weeks to try and get this pressed as quickly as possible.

Also we will be playing at Metro onOxford Street on Saturday July 21st, more exciting details to emerge as and when the blummin well occur.
