Here's a quick update on Betty Dylan:

Betty Dylan will be on itunes soon, but with substantially less press than the Beatles.  

Vickie is working with the great producer Lone Justice's Marvin Etzioni, who produced the Betty Dylan alt country classic "American Trash."  listen here: http://www.myspace.com/vickielynnsings and Vickie just played at Burning Man!

Dan is playing Arlene's Grocery (95 Stanton Street, Lower East Side, NYC http://www.arlenesgrocery.net) on September 11 at 9PM on Fashion Week with the band 100 Hours, his collaboration with Sally Boyden, the Australian singer from Duran Duran, The Dandy Warhols and The Devils.  see video

I heard that Vickie was amazing at her acoustic show at Burning Man (I guess she burned down the house or the field or whatever). But she did the Star Spangled Banner, and I heard it was a special moment. She also did a full set of her originals and she slipped in, "You Can't Always Get What You Want," even though she was allowed to, but she is that kind of a spirit and the people dug it.
