We're on the verge of securing our second joint venture agreement with ISA. Our first joint venture agreement is with The Environmental Business Network Campaign. Pro Manager is the the online managing tool, glue, you know... "The Force", that brings it on and ties it all together. Then, there's Diamond on Wheels.

I'm creating WordPress and Joomla communities, and I need a contact importer for each one. I posted a project in scriptlance.com. I'm testing the MySpace blog posting feature for ShareThis.com. Great plugin for WordPress.

My Birthday Wish

In the past 40 years, I've been blessed with receiving the most wonderful of birthday gifts.  Most have been silly gag items, hand-made crafts from my kids, or just being treated to lunch/dinner by family, friends and co-workers.  Some birthdays are more memorable than others, but overall, I feel extremely blessed and lucky to have made it 40 times around the sun and have the friends I have, both in real life, and online.

This year, I'm going to do something different.

Instead of celebrating my birthday by going out, or accepting gifts…. I'm going to give out gifts… to ALL my friends…  real life friends and online friends.  I'm going to give something from me that is some of my most valuable worldly possession.

I'm going to give Shares in the company that I co-founded:  PRO Manager.

The Shares will be for ownership of Profit Sharing, and is FREE to everyone who claims them.  We're giving away about 20% of the company's Net Profits!

For a limited time, I'm giving away 5 Shares for every friend that wants them.

And more Shares for friends who share my birthday gift of Profit Sharing Shares in PRO Manager.  In other words, if you accept this gift of 5 Shares, and share the gift by referring your friends to also accept the 5 Shares, you'll get 5 more Shares.  And if your friend's friends also refer, your friend gets 5 Shares and you get 5 Shares.

It's like a regular two-tier referral system, except you're not selling anything...  you're sharing my birthday gift of 5 Shares.

How much are the Shares worth?

Don't know…   But one thing for sure… the more people that claims their Shares, the more they're worth.  Can you imagine if Google gave away 20% of its net profits to their users who helped them get started?

So…  that's my birthday wish this year…  to Banish Poverty Forever!!  And I'm working on making my wish come true by giving away Shares.

I'll put the link to claim your Shares in the next couple of days.

Are you a Real Friend?

If you're a real friend (real life or online), and you want to receive my free gift and the opportunity to earn more Shares in my company, leave me a note here and let me know.

Peace!

A month or so ago, there was the 3rd annual Raw Spirit Festival held in Sedona, AZ.  The spirit of the festival is to celebrate and educated about health and nutrition, specifically, through raw food nutrition.

What is Raw Food Nutrition?  Basically, it's eating foods as they are found in their natural state, RAW Baby!!!

Eating mostly cooked foods is the root cause of nearly all diseases.  Enzymes are destroyed, phytonutrients are damanged, and carcinogens can result from heating plants and animals to high temperatures before eating.

You don't have to go all 100% raw to benefit from the raw food diet...  just be sensible about it...  include eating more vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds in their raw state and you'll be healthier for it.

The following YouTube playlist contains a series of videos of the lecture the David Wolfe gave about the role of Calcium in our bodies.  The information will probably shock most people that the calcium supplements that you buy in stores are probably some of the worst for you.    Very informative, insightful and even entertaining.

Keep an open mind and let your consciousness expand to include the health paradigm that David lectures on.  Peace and good health.

The 4-Step Decalcification Process

1.  Dissolve the calcium shell of the microbial clams using these four "solvents"
  1.  DMSO
  2.  MSM
  3.  EDTA - I.V. or rectal (suppository), not oral.  Combine with garlic.
  4.  Zeolites - NCD Natural Cellular Defense Zeolite

2.  Fry the slugs - once the shells are dissolved, the microbial clam is exposed to your immune system to search and destroy
  1.  Garlic
  2.  Cloves
  3.  Black Walnut Hull
  4.  Wormwood
  5.  Medicinal Mushrooms - Rishi, Corticeps, Shiitake, Mytake, Agaricus
  6.  Blue Mangostein
  7.  Cats claw

3.  Clean up the aftermath - wash out all of the dead slugs
  1.  Enzymes
  2.  Adaptagenic herbs - Ginsing, Goji Berries, Ashwaganda, Rhodilia, Nettles
  3.  Botanical Vitamin C - Camu camu, Acerola, Amla, Tripola
  4.  Long-chain Omega 3 fatty acids - Krill Oil

4.  Zapper - preventive maintenance

Extra Notes:

Usable calcium comes from Silicon and Magnesium

Best sources for Silicon:  Mature grasses, hemp leaf (Kine Bud!!), horsetail tea/extract, bamboo leaf/sap, oat straw, nettles, alfalfa powder

Best sources for Magnesium:  Cacao (raw chocolate), Magnesium oil.

Ever worry that you've lost all of your contacts you've worked hard to get if you lose your myspace account.  Or your facebook or bebo account for that matter.

Wanna learn how to easily save them?

A lot of my friends here know that I've been working on a "secret" project for the past couple of years...

The nature of the project is such that before releasing it, we had to make sure we protected our intellectual property by patenting the system first.

We've had outside consultants review the project 3 times in the past 4 years, and they estimate that we can be a billion dollar company within the first 18 months of operation.

We've had our delays, had to redesign some parts, streamline other parts, add new parts, and just delete other parts altogether.  We got 98% done about 6 months ago...  now, we've finished the other 98% of the last 2%...  funny how that works.

We have all of our "ducks in a row" (haha, how cliche'), and we're ready to roll.  None too soon either...

If you have your eyes open and you're awake, then there's probably a few things that you've noticed about how the world works that you'd like to change for the better.  But how?  You're just little you against the big bad system.

OK...  so maybe you have hundreds or thousands of MySpace friends...  and you've tried to rally them into uniting for a common cause...  How successful was that?

Did people jump up and down to join the cause, or were you sadly disappointed with your results?  Did you get angry when people just "refused to wake up"?  Did you lose hope when your online friends act so blase' about the important topics that you feel passionate about?

Welcome to the Club.

I've been there... done that...  took notes...  made some improvements.

What would it be like if like=minded people believing in the same social issues joined in a collective effort to make positive changes to make the world a better place?  Well, first of all, in order to do that, you must organize into a campaign, and make your campaign a business...  and as a business, be properly well funded.  How do you get funded?

What if...  all of your online friends joined you in support of the things that you believe in, whether they're social causes, or even your own pet personal project.  And what if in joining you, they're also joining in the fundraising campaign to fund your project....  and theirs too!

Let's face it...  people would love to give to charitable organizations, but when times are tight, they have to look out for themselves and their family first.   And when given a choice between contributing $30 month after month to a non-profit organization (even one they strongly agree with), or taking the same $30 and investing it into a money-making business opportunity, 99% of the population would rather make more money first and then help fund the organizations they support.

Fortunately, The Social Networking Registry is designed to do exactly that.  For under $30/month, you can start a legitimate business with a step-by-step plan that you can do totally online.  You can support any worthy social cause or topic that you want, and promote it in The Social Networking Registry to raise public awareness first, and then raise the proper financial backing to take positive action towards making the world a better place.

After all... for most of us who have some degree of awareness in our place in the world...  it's not about having more and more stuff that mass-media consumerism would have us unwittingly believe...  not at all.  We all intuitively know the most important things ...  Life, Liberty and TIME to happily engage in the Pursuit of Happiness.

Today, I ate the Best Food Ever!

I drank the coconut water of 5 young green coconuts, and ate the white flesh too.  Had some lychie-type fruit (gotta look up the name of this fruit), 1 lyche - the real lyche, reddish, and choko-no-late swirl.

For dinner, I ate vegan salad.  red-leaf lettuce, 1 zucchini,15 cashews, 2 brazil nuts, 10 pecans, 10 almods (approximately).

Salad Dressing:  Home-made lemon-lime vinegarette with olive oil, coconut oil and hawaiian red salt.  Tart and Yummy!!

I feel so full still....  and it's been about 2 hours since after I finished eating.
