Uhhhhhhh, I got nothing…since I went ahead and feel pretty damn good about predicting some huge theories.  I KID I KID! Wow! As much as this season played out, it was pretty unpredictable, but felt so good about some of theories we tackled.
1)    Juliet (might have) died…she’s reset.
2)    Locke was in the Ilana & Bram box
3)    Time travel ends
4)    Vincent would be back! (haha!)
So much to cover from what we got tonight, but…

WHAT I GOT FROM: The Incident Parts 1 & 2

JACOB’S LADDER

Mark Pellegrino played JACOB! That was amazing. So, he’s dead. BUT, he’s coming back…don’t you fret. Now I do have some questions. TWO JACOBS?! Don’t kill me. Hear me out. We have a Jacob who likes to weave and eat salmon with no plates or forks. But then we have a Jacob who’s off the island who dresses better than Richard Alpert and his Express For Men closet. Something fishy here.
So Jacob brings people to the island, as we saw with what I’m thinking is the Black Rock in 1845. And yes, Jacob looks damn good for his age. Jacob’s Enemy sees an on going occurrence with visitors on the island that Jacob brings of “they come, fight, destroy, corrupt.” (very similar to what Bernard says). Jacob’s Enemy explains on how badly he wants to kill him (the game being played) and he will find a loophole. This brings us to our LOSTIES.
“Game being played”?! I will explain in time. Re read the blogs to catch up though.

JACOB’S TRAVELS

(KATE – LUNCBOX/PROTECTION) We see a flashback with Kate and Tom stealing the New Kids on the Block lunchbox they put all their little trinkets in for the “time vessel.” Kate will protect the things that matter most to her in the lunchbox and store them for years so nothing can happen.
So, Jacob helps Katie out and pays for the lunchbox. This will in time bring Kate and Tom back together, only for her to lose him in a car chase shootout. Does Jacob know this? Jacob asks “you’re not going to steal anymore?”, and she nods no. LIES.

(JAMES – PEN/HOPE) James is attending his parents funeral. Before going to the burial site, he decides to write out a letter to Mr. Sawyer…the one that’s famous killing Anthony Cooper.

(SAYID -  DEATH/GRIEF) We start with our OVERHEAD (GameMaster watching his GameBoard, or ChessBoard) with Sayid and Nadia crossing a street. As Jacob gets Sayid’s attention by saying he’s LOST, Nadia finds her sunglasses and SMACK, she’s hit by an SUV.
In this Flashback we are getting more of a modern time frame, than Kate and James’.  In theirs it was like he was almost recruiting them to be on the island. In this one, he’s taking LOVE away from Sayid and not giving him anything tangible like Kate or James. Grief.

(ILANA - PURPOSE) Bandaged up. Ilana went through something here, now is it the past or future? Not sure. BUT! He doesn’t touch her, like everyone else, and doesn’t give her anything she ca take with her, but gives her a purpose to live. “Help me!”

(LOCKE – LIFE) Anthony Cooper pushes John Locke out of the window, as we recall. Locke dies, Jacob helps by bringing him back. VERY different from what we have seen prior. Gives him life, and apologizes. For what?
Why is Jacob saving the vessel that is going to have him killed? Also, if Locke has been this “monster” for Seasons 1-5, then is the only true Locke we’ve seen only OFF the island in flashes?

(JIN/SUN - BLESSINGS) This is NOT a flashback. NOT A FLASHBACK! This will probably be somewhere in the last episodes. It’s a smaller wedding. Jin had to prepare something quick to read, and it’s only a sentence. Something happens to Jin, a knock or something. BUT! This scene happens after EVERYONE is safe and sound, then Jin and Sun decide to have a small wedding to re-new the vows. Jacob comes by to “thank” them. LOVE IS THE ANSWER!

(JACK – FOOD/UNDERSTANDING) Jack does it again. Can’t fix anything. Daddy has to fix this one for him, once again. We’ve seen this act between the two of them many times before. Plus, I never knew Apollo Bars we’re made with DARK Chocolate, I always thought it was MILK Chocolate…hmm. When Jacob says “I guess it needed a little push”, Jack takes it sensitive like usual, and doesn’t hear the true meaning. Arg Jack. All you need to understand what people are saying to you!

(HURLEY – GUITAR CASE/CHOICES) So, this is how Hurley gets onto the plane and has the guitar case. This is a great exchange between Hurley and Jacob. He calls him Hugo, which I do see Hugo in this scene, but from here on end, it’s going to be Hurley. Also, Jacob gives him options, instead of telling what to do. I thought that was nice and a nice change of “Pace”.

THE CORE OF THE BOMB

Daniel knows too much in my opinion. Daniel was forced to flash around and manipulate things in Season 5. We may have not seen Desmond in this episode, but he was there. TRUST ME. Daniel knew about Jughead, studied it, and what I am thinking planted something else, something more in the core of Jughead. Maybe had someone help him…Des. The “core” is not an explosive, but a way to “correct” everything. To think of the “core” of things is NEVER a bad thing. It’s usually what helps you out in the long run. They could have kept calling the explosive, well an “explosive”, BUT, they are calling it the “CORE.”
Hear me out. When Jack dropped the so-called nuke, it doesn’t go off because it’s not a BOMB, and it doesn’t work because it’s not ready to. Give it 3 more minutes after the “sky turns purple” and it will turn on and TUNE OUT!
Daniel would have never needed to blow up anything beforehand, he KNEW the charge would happen, AND IT DID. Good. And since this device that Jack dropped and Juliet turned on at the right time, things WILL change. We saw Jacob travel in the future last night, I really think we did. So things don’t change, due to it NOT being a bomb, but that device just course corrected the timelines.

SAYID R.I.P.

Hear me out. Like I’ve said many times in this season, Sayid is done, no need for him to stick around. Well, in this episode, proof once again. He follows Jack, take’s the bomb, gets shot, and lies there dying for the rest of the episode. Now, many will think he makes it, but let’s not forget when Locke was shot by Ben, we see Horace’s jumpsuit, the one Sayid is wearing. The body belongs to Sayid.

JACOB’S ENEMY and LOCKE

Re-Watch the season again and I TOLD YOU Locke was all-wrong this season, and WE NAILED IT! Congrats everyone. Now how do I tell my friend Sarah her long lost “DADDY” really died? I loved how they made this work, and thinking that when people asked questions to Locke, did he know Locke’s thoughts. Alpert mentions “Ben strangled you”, and Locke does his Locke “yes, I suppose he did Alpert.” How does this happen? How does Jacob’s Enemy know these things?
To be honest, Jacob’s Enemy IS Locke…and think about it. Jacob in the bible was more of the peaceful type, while his brother Esau was the “hunter.” Perfect for Locke to play that role, wouldn’t ya say. Also this is the reason the Black Smoke wanted him so bad, and Locke was so okay with going. Mr. Eko tells Locke when Eko’s dying, “You’re next” and PLEASE don’t forget this. When watching last night, thinking that the black smoke takes shape then, what about “You’re next” and where does it work? Bingo! It fits PERFECTLY.
Also, really quick…why does Nestor Carbonel still get Guest Starring: on this show, he deserves a Starring credit? I got your back buddy!

VINCENT, ROSE and BERNARD

Still saying they are Adam and Eve…love is the reason for everything it seems. Maybe I’m emotional since it was our 2-year anniversary when they aired this episode. Perfect timing LOST. BUT, even Jack says to Jin “I think I found a way to get you back to your wife.” Every scene dealt with something in love. Doing it for love, saying I love you, love is the answer.
Rose and Bernard know all (like I’ve been saying with Juliet). I feel there is more to them, than we can ever imagine. The way Bernard asks Juliet for “tea” (or the letter T) and then looks at Juliet when she is leaving. Wow! But, who are they? They don’t want to deal with the drama (I’m on their team), and they know the end is coming. Maybe they died from the flaming arrows and now are a manifestation of Jacob’s Brother. Is he the “king” to Jacob’s Brother on the game board? BUT! There is something going on here…Season 6 is going to be AMAZING!
The “tea” comment after re-watching is telling me that Bernard may know the outcome and doesn’t want Juliet to do what she is about to do. I think this is why Juliet changes her mind when Sawyer beats the snot out of Jack, and we see Jack wonder off the screen (I never laughed so hard, sorry Jack).  She blames the fact that James looks at Kate, but blah blah blah, too easy.

JACOB’S CABIN

Jacob’s cabin has been lived in, and I’m guessing this is why you buried your dead. BURY THE DEAD SO JACOB’S ENEMY CAN’T TAKE SHAPE. Christian and Claire can live in there, cause their dead. Never buried. I also love how the statute on the cloth was a sign of Jacob’s Enemy taunting them, telling them to “catch me if you can.” GENIUS!

JULIET’S FLASHBACK

What is this?! Is this is the reason that Juliet is so emotionless and as Jim (my friend) likes to think of her as an alien? Her parents are getting a divorce?  Whoopdeedoo! Then 70% of women living in this country need to be a Juliet.  Nothing in this scene makes me feel, what they were giving us was to make us believe this is the reason Juliet acts the way she does.
But, in this scene, LOOK AT THE ROOM. It was decorated last week, maybe last year the earliest. NO WAY is that supposed to be the 60’s or 70’s. REWATCH. This makes me happy knowing that Juliet survives this bomb, but I have a feeling, she won’t be born, until NOW. Yup! SHE HAS RESET!
Also, the book on the coffee table is “Mysteries of Ancient America.”

MILE’S THEORY

So, wait, before I get into this…Miles calls James LaFleur and James says there’s no more LaFleur, but he calls him Ennus. Hmmm…okay. So Miles’ theory is Jack is going to cause the thing he’s trying to prevent. So, if the bomb is the Incident,  then doing nothing would be the answer. But for how long? And if that bomb IS NOT a bomb, then things will do what they have to do. So, still my theory, it’s NOT A BOMB! Miles is correct!

THE STATUE

Finally we get a full body shot of the statue and we see it’s croc face, showing that the statue is Sobek. Sobek was known to have come out of the water and created the world. NICE! Sobek's ambiguous nature led some Egyptians to believe that he was a repairer of evil that had been done, rather than a force for good in itself, for example, going to Duat to restore damage done to the dead as a result of their form of death. OH WORD!

LOCKE’S BODY

Why is Locke’s body in the box? Well, for this ShapeShifter/Jacob’s Brother to grab hold of the bodies and use them, I believe they have to be dead. Now buried may not be useful to him, so the reason Ilana and Bram needed Locke to be stored is so the Locke they were interacting with didn’t A) Confuse people; B) and make sure they can prove to Richard, the Locke that’s walking around about to kill Jacob isn’t who he says he is. How long was this guy playing Locke? Karen, no shit, you had this from DAY ONE. Congrats!
“and you have no idea what I have gone through, to be here.” Is a huge Season 6 intro and I’m sure will be in the Season Premiere of the “Previously On LOST.” Jacob’s Brother/Enemy has gone through five seasons of this, and if he has, it’s time to re-watch. I can’t wait to put it all together, but something tells me, we always did.
Also, watch Locke when Ben calls him “Moses”, friggin classic. Oh you don’t even know! I get so choked up here. Poor Ben.

JACOB IS AARON THEORY

Doesn’t sound so stupid NOW does it folks…HA! Hey Darren, I got your back, man.  Wait until I put the RULES up and the game play. It will ALL make sense.  Oh shit Locke, Aaron is going to KICK YOUR ASS!

WHAT’CHA TALKIN’ ‘BOUT

They’re coming. Jacob to Locke. 1977 is coming right for them. Timelines will connect. Not Ilana and Bram, but the year 1977 and 2005 will connect.

I wouldn’t give up on him. Jack to Alpert. Jack’s right, and it’s nice to think Jack finally has faith in Locke. How long have we been waiting for you to say this? But if you did, Season 2 wouldn’t have been what it was….SO GOOOOOD!

So we die, all we care about is being together. That’s all that matters in the end. Bernard to Juliet, James, and Kate. LISTEN TO THIS!!!! I can’t believe the answer to this show is in my “What’cha Talkin’ ‘Bout” section. But Bernard is right. At the end of this series, this will be our Series Finale. I will put it all down in the Final Theory.

It’s a door to the hatch, where you and I first met. Locke (Jacob’s Enemy) to Ben. WHOA WHOA WHOA! Slooooow down. Wait, what?! This guy has been Locke since Season 2?! Really?! Re-watching the series is in order. Ugh! So sad to see Ben being played at his own game, and taken control of. Oh chess, you brilliant game.

I’m a Pisces Ben to Locke (Jacob’s Enemy). This explains so much. I also have a feeling with Ben messing up so bad, he is going to shake so much shit up in Season 6. Be ready to cheer this man on. Read up more on Pisces.  PERFECT!

FINAL THEORY

Didn’t see ANY of that coming huh? Jacob being so real. Meeting Jacob’s Yang (and I mean that in the least perverted way possible).  Which can bring us to the CHESS BOARD again and finally we can meet our GameMasters.
JACOB and JACOB’s ENEMY (who for the rest of this BLOG until we get a name will be named Esau “Brother of Jacob” are playing a game. (or he can be Satan, using Ben as Job, but we’ll look more into it. I know of Job, but not enough.)
I have been preaching game play (chess!) from DAY ONE and it is now proven.  Both of these men are equal before opening their game box. They will have to use their wits to pick the players and luck to see who goes first.  In the game of chess 16 players on a 64 square piece board.
I will have the teams soon, but I do need to get this blog to you guys today. I am an hour late. This episode was  amazing, and I am so happy they gave us something so beautiful (love), so crazy (Time Travel, Shape Shifting), and some closure on theories I have been wanting surfaced for SO LONG.
I will be blogging as much as I can this summer, but I think getting a call at 7:45am this morning from Karen who said it from Episode 4, that the unthinkable would happen, HAPPENED. We are coming to you by voice. The PODCAST we published two days ago has hit SO SKY HIGH on Podomatic and Itunes, and the fact that we tackled some theories that were so “out of this world” and they were proven last ngiht…we are on YOU TEAM and the GameMasters as well.

Enjoy everyone and PLEASE comment what you thought. Even if you read and never comment, just say what you thought about the episode. Best episode by far, and greatest finale since Jack and Locke looking down the Rabbit Hole, I mean Swan Hatch.

Category: Movies, TV, Celebrities
So, uhhhh…hmmmm…that was the episode before our 2 hour finale huh? We need to fix time is basically what their saying. Jack is the one who has to save us? Drama on a submarine? Thanks LOST, I think I got indigestion…no, this is what I got…

WHAT I GOT OUT OF: Follow The Leader

FOLLOW THE LEADERS

Two stories, two leaders. And wouldn’t you believe our leaders were a Man of Faith and a Man of uhhhh…not really. We have Jack, finally a Jack we have been waiting to welcome back for a long time. The leader.  Season 1 Jack is back, and too bad that the LOSTIES aren’t there to see it. Also, the one who told him he was the leader, left him behind. Bye Kate! Go join Juliet and Sawyer for an episode of Grey’s Anatomy over in the submarine. Jack does a great job here, still kind of shaken up, but gets back on the bike and pedals like a champ.
MEANWHILE…
Locke…isn’t much of a leader. He made himself the leader. What’s up with that?! He’s got some plans, some maybe we all don’t agree with, but I agree with you. Locke is NOT a leader, and I’m thinking should never have been one. One thing that struck me odd was Locke seeing himself, doesn’t prove my theory of “you can’t see yourself” to be true. BUT…maybe, just maybe it wasn’t Locke. It was the flashes. Hmmm. We’ll get back into that, but…Locke said some stuff tonight, and one that left us in a bit of a tizzy, well some of us. I think there’s a deeper meaning on Killing Jacob.
SOOOOO…
Who is the LEADER? Well, it’s two different time eras, and they both, very well, can be the leaders. It’s not American Idol so, no need to vote.

TWO JUGHEADS

Sounds like a baaaad Archie comic. But there are two Jugheads, and check out the pictures to prove it.  Am I being picky? Trying not to be, but still, I feel there is something weird here. Farradays Jughead has a door right by the name, and last night, not so much. They USED the door with Farraday, so I KNEW it was a different one when watching, and mentioned to Lynda, not the same Jughead. Why two?

DHARMA FOOD DROP OFF

When Hurley is grabbing all the food, all I can think of was the famous Dharma Food Dumbo Drop.  Foreshadowing?

REUNITED AND IT FEELS SO SHOOOORT

Ummm…is it just me, but when Dr. Chang says then you are my son, he smiles for a split second and then decides to warn them about Farraday and the island evacuation? And then it’s over. Poof! GONE. So weird. We are handed a WHOLE episode on these two a few weeks back, and then they actually talk about it, and it’s “well, alright then, my son..hmm…yup, uh, so…Faraday!!” Ugh.

SAYID’S BACK

Is Sayid not dead yet, I man come on?! What else you got for this guy? And seriously, re-watch when he pops up after killing Hostile Red Shirt. He reminds me of the dog in Duck Hunt.
Also, really quick. WATCH ALPERT when Sayid points the gun at Ellie. He stands right in front of her like he’s indestructible. Hmmm?!

THE COMPASS

I know in other blogs I call Jacob the “lantern” that Christian Sheppard carries, and I seriously believe that Jacob CAN be that. But, what if the compass is a metaphor for what we are seeing on this island, and maybe Jacob as well. Round and round and round, but still points in directions it NEEDS to go. Kind of just looping around though. Jacob seems to be playing the same role since we first heard of him. Jacob needs to break that loop, or a John Locke to.
Orrrrr…Which came first? The Compass Locke Gave Alpert, or the Compass Alpert Gave Locke? That damn compass we’ve seen when Alpert visits Locke as a kid, then in this episode, and etc. Oye, my aching head. Where did this friggin’ compass come from?
Also, when Locke says he’s going to kill Jacob…well, maybe we can tackle that in a bit.

LOCKE VERSUS ALPERT

I love how dumb Richard is playing in all of this. This episode could easily push the thought that Alpert is a leader away. No way. Remember who has been there the longest, and let’s not forget who brought Locke to the island and watched him for so many years. Don’t dismiss what Ben says to Sun, which we cover a little later in the blog.
Richard knows what Jacob wants. He doesn’t want someone “finding” him, right? Jacob asks to see you, not announce this to everyone and them go see him. NO! Get it RIGHT Locke, for once…Richard has something up his sleeve and convinces Ben to go talk to Locke, subtle but does it. Richard plays the Ben game, on Ben, and Ben plays along. That’s called FOLLOW THE LEADER!

DE PLANE, DE PLANE

Damn, I think this show would have been called Fantasy Island if it wasn’t already taken. This whole scene with Alpert, Locke and Linus (I had to, I was calling the other boys by their last names) tells a huge part of this story and Season 5. They bring up a lot that have been mysteries and some we are still asking.
•    Did Ben ever see Jacob?
•    The island told Locke about that certain time and place to be there? Well did the island make sure to send them there JUST FOR THAT scene?
•    Out of body experience? Dead? Locke! Christian? Sheppard?
•    And why does Ben pronounce it “WHOEN” and not “When?”
Great scene, re-watch for sure

ANOTHER DAY/NGHT SIGHTING

Once again, we got a Locke speaking to his people in the night time…next scene we see them, DAY LIGHT and HIGH NOON! Ugh! It takes Kate 5 minutes to get to the submarine, but this Day/Night thing still makes no sense.

GOOD RIDDANCE

Anyone else notice the way Sawyer says goodbye to the island, is the same EXACT way he says HELLO to the island in the Pilot Epsiode. YUP! Re-watch. Minus the cigarette this time. Seriously. He’s whole demeanor felt the same.

THAT’S NOT MY LOCKE

So…Karen, you can finally high five me for this one.  The John Locke we are seeing in this episode folks, Richard is right when he mentioned there is something different about you. It’s not him. Now, we’ve seen the Smoke Monster, but I don’t think its Smokey to be honest. I’m thinking we may have something new, something different.  I think as that when we see the smoke monster, or dead people walk the island, it’s something John Locke is doing right now.
When Eloise Hawking explains that John will have to the island, we focus on the shoes that Christian had. Now, go back many blogs ago, and we make fun of Christians shoes here MANY times. The white ones of course. So these black shoes, why? Easy. John Locke IS dead. YES! DEAD! Very much like Christian Sheppard, in fact, EXACTLY like Christian Sheppard.  Christian Sheppard is dead, sure, but on the island is some kind of reincarnation. Like Pet Semetary. That’s John Locke.
This John Locke we have seen lately, it’s NOT THE JOHN LOCKE WE ARE USED TO. No way. Everything about this season is WRONG, but even more so, it’s John Locke is wrong. Think about this next week everyone…

WHAT’CHA TALKIN’ ‘BOUT

Richard, he’s here/ Female Hostile to Richard.  Uh, who? He’s here? Is this like HIM with Jacob. And how does she know who HE is. She wasn’t in the jungle with Richard. So lost with this one. He. Hmm.

He’s a kind of…advisor, and he’s had that job for a very very long time. Ben to Sun. Just pointing this line out, in case you missed it. Rubbing the theories game on us, pretty hard.

They’ll try to kill us Jack tells Kate. Yeah Jack, LET KATE GO!!!!!! Kill Kate if she goes back huh? What’s the problem then?! I do have just a few problems for when she gets back to the submarine.
The problem is that Kate’s 1) not killed. 2) Even roughed up. 3) Alive. 4) On the submarine. 5) Making more dumb love drama for this show. 6) Still breathing, and LOUDLY on the sub. OKAY, I’m done, but you catch my drift, I don’t like Kate, I mean, she just happened to be okay waltzing back into the Dharma Camp. Makes no sense.

I’m going back to find the rest of our people, because if I can’t stop you, maybe they can. Kate to Jack. Well, you didn’t do that, ya donkey! Uck, I hate you Kate.

FINAL THEORY

Okay, let’s talk about this KILLING JACOB and what it all really means. Locke is NOT going to Horace’s man made Jacob’s cabin to stab or shoot, maybe even give swine flu to Jacob, NO. He’s bringing EVERYONE with him to see that there is NO Jacob. None what so ever. Once again, it’s all on the wording. Nothing ever really plays out like how John really says things, and never does John really take the next step forward either. He’s always breaking his legs.
Just thought we should remember that Locke has no intentions of killing right now, but, it’s not our Locke, so who knows.

It was an okay episode that leads us to the final to hours of this season. 2 more hours? Really? Very lackluster is you ask me. Great season, but it seems like our season finales have been very “eh” when it comes to Season finales of Season 1 or Season 2. Season 3, their getting off the island, BUT I LIKE THEM ON THE ISLAND! Season 4 they have to come back…but, hmm…wait, so they should have never left? Ugh! Now, they have to be somewhere in time on the island? And stop it from happening? I like this time travel, as we know.

Expect my “What I Expect…” from this Season Finale next week, as I always do. Watch me get totally shot down. Haha! Alright, off to a meeting and find Liverpool tickets for the final match of the season. If you know of any, let me know.

Wow, uh, what…hmmm…do I write this, can I write this…it’s 11pm now and mysteries solved, and not too many theories. But one thing we need to remember is that there are 21more hours of LOST left, right? Answers galore, theories…not so much. That’s what I’m getting from this…

WHAT I GOT FROM: The Variable

This episode had Brian Quain written ALL OVER it, and I figure either my beloved readers will ignore this post then re-watch and forget this. Or read instead of the term I use at least 10 times in every blog post…RE-WATCH. This is that episode. I will have trouble explaining this episode, so I had a guest write something for us…ladies and gentlemen…Miss Eloise Hawking.

DEAR LOSTIES,

Hello, my name is Eloise Hawking and I killed my son Daniel. Millions of people witnessed me pull the trigger, and I will plead my case and tell you that, that morning I was innocent. What I am guilty of, was knowing the date, time, and way I was going to kill him, since he was born. See Daniel was destined to die, there, then and always. I cannot change time. What happened, happened. To bad he was trying to tell me this, and he didn’t know that he was to be shot at that precise moment in time.
When Daniel was younger, one afternoon while he was playing piano, I mustered up the courage to tell him he was to be brilliant. Stop playing this piano you love so much, and study, and do nothing but study. See Daniel is special, and he had a gift, a mind that was meant for science and mathematics. I explained to Daniel, it was my job to keep him on his path. And, that was the morning I knew I was to kill my son.
I was so proud the day Daniel graduated from Oxford, as their youngest doctor and receiving that research grant from Charles Widmore (his father). But still I knew this was leading down a path that was not to be changed. I had to make sure he was going to graduate, separate his feelings for Theresa, and all women for that matter, in case they go to the island and get “terribly hurt.” Sorry Daniel, I never meant to push, and push, but I had to.
My final straw was a day, much like the one I mentioned prior, where Daniel was playing the piano again. I had heard the news about Daniel being offered a job to go to the island, and Sparky (a nickname I use for Charles back on the island) would help him get out there. Of course, I had to tell him to go, even though it destroyed me.
That afternoon Daniel asked if “it would make me proud of him” and as a mother, I always was proud of him. But knowing his destiny and outcome, I never had a moments time to think if it was really me proud of him, or the outcome of his death that morning when he came walking into the camp with a Luger pistol. Daniel, no matter what happened to you, and me calling you special, I was ALWAYS proud of you. Daniel, my sweet Daniel, I am so sorry for everything but I hope you understand that it was always to happen this way. But, deep down inside, I think you knew what the outcome always was.

Thank you,
Eloise Hawking.

NOT AGAIN

So why are we seeing Daniel’s opening scene of Season 5 again? To remind us, he sees EVERYTHING. So did he see his own death? Did he know that he was going to die? We reenact the scene in the Swan and also his centric opening scene in Season 4’s Confirmed Dead (nice foreshadowing), so can MAYBE, JUST MAYBE for a split second think, Daniel knew this would happen, and use precautions, like Timecrimes.
So does this video, I know I know, two weeks in a row, but does this video make sense then? How does Daniel film Dr. Chang?

Explain this! How does Daniel become the “creditable source”, and how is it Daniel filming Pierre?  Daniel knows and sees EVERYTHING.
When Daniel is describing why he needs to his mom, he explains she’ll help them get to where they need to go. He goes to visit Charlotte, ONE LAST TIME...HE KNOWS! He’s tying it all up.

ANOTHER ACTION FILM TRAILER

Clever Star Trek trailer…blah blah blah. But wow, that G.I. Joe trailer during the Dharma Motorpool shoot out was pathetic. Oh wait, that was LOST. That shoot out reminded me off G.I. Joe cartoons when no one got shot, and they are standing 10 feet from each other. Bad news guys! Haha!

SOME STILL LIKE IT HOTH

So, now we know that Charles is Daniel’s father, and yup, we called that one again, no biggie…right? Fine. But I don’t think that was the mystery being solved, I think its another theory surfacing of who is Penny’s Mum? Is Ellie getting pregnant the reason Charles is banished (an affair) and the reason Ellie  may have birthed Daniel off the island? If Daniel is born on the island, we know Charlotte was, and so was Miles…what hell is a Lapidus anyway? But, something tells me he was, since Abaddon and Naomi had files on him.
So, was Penny’s mother the actual woman Charles is/was with, ad had an affair with Ellie? Or was Daniel older than Penny and Ellie couldn’t stand Charles anymore and decided to raise Danny on her own? So many questions here.

WHO WATCHES THE WATCHERS

When the nurse says “this nurse will watch your son”…Oh man, this line will start some fights, theories, and then more fights. I’m sticking with the “Watchers” theory. This is a term we coined in Season 3. “Watcher” meant someone on or off the island, usually off the island, who takes notes and studies our LOST members.  Season 5, not so much, but I have a feeling that the “watchers” are back. I know some people are going to take this line and blow it all sky high.
1)    Some one kidnaps Charlie. (which leads to)
2)    Charlie will be sent to the Pace family.
3)    Etc.
Trust me, I heard this already and the episode ended a good two hours ago. I turned my instant messenger off, and people through Facebook still IM me. Loren, you’re okay buddy, no theories like this one. Really quick.  NO! This child is NOT Charlie Pace and CAN NOT BE…and if you want to argue age is pointless on LOST, well, he’s not Richard Alpert either, he ages. Sorry! You need to be connecting Desmond to Daniel. Seriously. Constant and Variable. You know when Desmond goes chasing Eloise…he met Theresa…in the catatonic state, don’t forget that. It’s all coming back!

THE PRINTING PRESS IS BACK!

Hey everyone. As most of you know Karen and myself were hosting a LOST BOOK CLUB where we PODCAST twice a month on the book of the month. THE BOOK OF THE MONTH FOR MAY IS…(and still is for the last 2 months).

SlaughterHouse-5

Why you ask? Well, we miss you guys, and we miss doing it, and thanks to all the success of work and I appreciate all the HEAVY work we have piled on. BUT! Last night’s episode was a HUGE handshake to Slaughterhouse 5 and we must read it.
1)    Daniel tries telling Dr. Chang about Miles being his son, very SH5.
2)    Memory loss. SH5
3)    Crying for no reason. SH5
4)    Great book and we love Vonnegut.
So, welcome us back with open arms, and pleeeeease start reading this book. Easy to find anywhere and everywhere, and where can you find us at the Printing Press.
Search ITunes “Lost Book Club”, or go to therintingpress.podomatic.com AND the blog site

Karen worked her ass off on this site and you must check it out. Nice!

WHAT’CHA TALKIN’ ‘BOUT

I need you to take me to Jack’s. Daniel to Miles. So Daniel just happens to know that Jack will have his own house…ohhh, yeah, he knew this already, anyway? Hmmm.  This leads to…

You don’t belong here AT ALL, she was wrong. Daniel to Jack. He doesn’t belong? She was wrong? THIS WHOLE SEASON FEELS WRONG.  And this just proves it. If jack isn’t supposed to be there, get Locke over there to hear this explanation…it’s all wrong.

I can make time. Daniel to Ellie. If only you could Ellie.  She knows he’s a goner. Daniel can’t make time. We know this, but if he could, she wouldn’t kill him.

You don’t know my mother Jack. Daniel to Jack. Daniel KNOWS! That’s it, RE-WATCH. HE KNOWS! Solved!

I promised you Penny, I’m never leaving you again. Desmond to Penny. Well, not entirely true Des. See the reason that Charles Widmore is there, is to make sure all the strings he pulled to save your life worked, and now you owe him. And that’s getting back to the island.

FINAL THEORY

I will be re-watching everyone’s favorite mind-fuck The Constant to put together the difference between The Variable and Desmond. But for now…
Daniel is dead. Sorry. I can hear some people already saying that Richard can just take him to the temple and make him forget like he did to Ben. Nope! Daniel is dead. They go through his bag and see he IS from the future and etc. Re-watch this scene by the way. Daniel walks in with the gun and drops his bag as if it’s what he NEEDS to do. And then watch Richard…RICHARD is amazing here and pretty scary at the same time. While Daniel’s 3-second countdown, the way Richard is looking at him. Something huge there. This isn’t much of a theory, but it’s me saying, don’t make something this show isn’t, which I am the best at doing. Many of you know if you have been reading my blog for 3 seasons.
Daniel is dead. It’s sad, sure, but that’s all he was destined to be. Dead. Read what Eloise wrote again, she knew the WHOLE time. Dead. Oh well!

GREAT episode, and wasn’t too much of a cop out explaining it all.  Sorry this week is so short, but I think that’s the way this cookie will be crumbling now that we are rounding third and heading home for LOST.  Thanks for reading and welcome to the Printing Press if you have yet to be here.

Who didn’t get excited when all saw the name of this episode, or we’re you like me and thought this had to be a typo? But, it was no typo and there was mention of Lord Vader, Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca and no sign of Marilyn Monroe anywhere. This episode was great great great! We get some great mysteries answered, and it wasn’t through any one really on Flight 815. Chills. Let’s see…

WHAT I GOT FROM: Some Like It Hoth

BIBLICAL SENSE

I love that the first frame in this episode was a microwave (radiation) reading the digital time, 3:16. That one goes out to my “main man in the mix” Darren Dean. I’m glad all the biblical references on the show are still there, even though the creators got shit for it in Season 1. You can’t deny it. Great opening scene, NUMBERS galore, a white rabbit, pretty damn creepy, and young Miles. Was this the first time Miles can hear dead people? Nice! Well, most of my readers love their Miles, this one is for YOU!

WOMEN AND THE ISLAND

Yet ANOTHER dying woman who we know was on the island. Lara is lying on her deathbed, and first thoughts are Theresa Spencer. The woman Desmond goes to visit when investigating Eloise and Farraday. What gives? Yes, Theresa may have not been dying, but in a comatose state of shock I guess, but it was a creepy resemblance. My thoughts are MAYBE it is true that women can give birth on the island, BUT MAYBE shouldn’t give birth on the island. If that’s the case and Miles is born on the island, did Theresa give birth on the island? Who is her child? And where the did Amy and Ethan go? Same place Lara and Little Miles did?

CIRCLE OF TRUST

What an honor for Miles to enter that secret club so fast. I’m thinking that not even Sawyer is in that group yet. BUT! Guess who IS in that circle?!?! Phil!!!! And we know how this “circle of trust” likes to keep secrets, meaning, our friend Horace spoke to Phil about the video-tape of Jim and Kate kidnapping Little Ben. So when Phil told Jim that he didn’t talk to Horace, well, chances are…he did. And did you see Juliet’s smile on her face when Sawyer knocks him out. Ha! Brilliant!

DHARMA MIX TAPE

Albert Hammond’s “It Never Rains In Southern California” is playing when Hurley and Miles are on their way to the Orchid Station, and from what we’ve seen on the show, “It pours, Man it pours.” On the island a few weeks ago when it was pouring, well it was pouring off the island. When it was night, it was night, day, then it was day…etc. So sick from the way they play us on the day to night, rain or shine. Something’s fishy biscuits here.

AD: EVER SEE THE SIXTH SENSE..YEAH…I CAN DO THAT!

Who said classifieds don’t work? Well, to be honest, I don’t think anyone has every said that really…but, it worked for Miles. My question really is…if his ad reads “I can communicate with the dead, anytime, anywhere…” why is he not the “biggest” thing in the world? Naomi finds him…but there has to be a bigger plan in all this. Did Pierre hire Matthew Abbadon to find these four? Did Matthew get his hands on a certain videotape that was leaked out? I need to post that video. Or, does It JUST so happens (coincidently) that Miles is one of the four? Hmmmm…

THE DHARMA STRIKES BACK

Whoa man! Let’s play this game. We now know that Miles is the kid from the opening scene in Season 5’s “Because You Left”, and Pierre is his daddy and we play the “Luke I Am Your Father” game. Other great secrets from Star Wars we need looking into, Luke had a “surprise” sister, Leia. Do we think that the shock of Empire Strikes Back is over in just this episode or are we going to see a “Return Of the Jacob?” Who could be Miles’ sister? How did Marvin Candle lose his hand…like LUKE?! So what, is Pierre Luke or Vader? Or, OH NO?! I’m LOST!

THE BIRTH OF THE NUMBERS

Well, not really. We got our hands on the numbers with the science expedition a few weeks ago, seeing as Jin is there…but like Hurley said “The one that crashed our plane.” My question and I heard Vanessa mention this too…”Why do they need the serial numbers for the hatch, when it’s JUST a pile of dirt right now?” Right?! Why do they need the serial numbers sooo soooooon? Take a breather and finish the toilets or get the computer first. Waaaait, computer? I wonder what the FIRST computer will look like…the one where Jack will have to push numbers to save the world…you know…the one that “Because the last time I saw a computer that was going to save the world, it didn't look like that..”. Which the episode that line was in, was one of my favorites…Orientation. Rewatching Season 2 yet? Ya gotta.

ABC SUUUUUUUCKS

When is ABC going to communicate better with their local affiliates?! Ya donkeys. Missed the fish taco joke…but got to where Bram said “Name is Bram”, so pheeew.

BRAMS PLANS

I really hate this dude. Just the look of him in the past few episodes and all. Hanging out with Ilana as a her do-boy and then we find out he’s recruiting Miles. “Do you know what lies in the shadow of the statue?”, really? REALLY?! Are people quoting a new Coldplay record title or are we really serious? So this line ISN’T “Tell my sister I love her?” How does Bram KNOW SO MUCH? He mentions “empty holes” inside Miles? WHAT?!? Foreshadowing. Bram is also on the team that’s going to win?!?! CRAZY! Was he giving out a spoiler, hope you were really listening.

TALKING TO THE DEAD: DEATH MATCHES

So. Team Miles can talk to the deceased when after dead and it’s not talking, but feelings. We’ve seen him repeat what they say, but not actually have to talk and have a conversation with them. It’s not like Ricky Gervais in “Ghost Town” and if Ricky didn’t actually talk to them, it would have been the worst silent film ever.
Now. Team Hurley/Hugo. He actually has full on conversations with them. We’ve seen him talk to Dave ON the island. No one said Dave was dead, I know, but he was in his head. Keep that in mind. Then in Santa Rosa, we’ve seen him speak to Charlie, Eko (playing chess), and also we’ve seen Jack, Matthew Abbadon, and Walt come in. And they called those Flash Forwards…hmmm.

So, what’s the difference between the two and is one of them full of Polar Bear feces? What is up with Hurley? If Dave came to visit in Season 2? Is Santa Rosa NOT far from the island at all? Miles…he can ACTUALLY feel what they are saying, understand them and work for them on a grieving family’s behalf. In Confirmed Dead his first centric episode he talks to that woman and helps with her sons death. He also knew Jack was a “Pretty Boy” before he even saw his face.
But, then in the last centric scene we see Miles go back to Mr. Grey (Black/White) to tell him he was never able to speak to his son. Why?! Because he was cremated? Uh, no! Right? Did he really speak to him and lie to Mr. Grey, because he thought Mr. Grey needed to hear those words of talking to his son while he was still living? Did Miles grow a heart? Is Miles REALLY working for Bram, and not Widmore then? Oh the mysteries!! One mystery solved though…The Ghostbuster Device Miles had in Confirmed Dead was a prop and wasn’t needed. Ha! SOLVED IT! PWNED that shitty device!

THE NEW DHARMA

So we know there is Dharma on and off the island. The Lamppost was our first encounter with Dharma still working their asses off to get back to the island. So was Bram and Ilana hired on by Eloise to get back there and start working again? But, how would they know you ask?
Remember this ComicCon video? Remember last week we talked about Ilana and Bram being new Dharma. This is it!!! Watch the video and imagine Pierre talking to Ilana and Bram. Now imagine them doing everything they can to come back to the island. Here they are! Plus, where is Pierre? Swan! YES! That hatch will be built before you know it! Go watch the video.

It’s funny that it’s two weeks in a row now, I have a video up, or was that three weeks, oye, I’m so tired. HA!

WHAT’CHA TALKIN’ ‘BOUT

He’s very quiet Ms. Lara Chang to Landlord. No he’s not. Miles never shuts up. Amazing!

Well, here we go… Juliet to Kate. YES YES YES!!!!!!!! She’s back folks! That was great on how dumb Juliet plays with Roger Linus, but then when he walks out, she has that “I’m cool as shit” look on her face and says the words I think are the most amazing “I came here to chew bubble gum and kick ass…And I’m all out of bubble gum” lines in films/TV…”Here we go!” Simple and SOOOOOO effective. (and YES, I did quote Rowdy Roddy Piper!!!)

How do you spell bounty hunter? Hurley to Miles. What?! He can’t spell bounty hunter? But I’m sure he’s fine with Calrissian, Palpatine, Millennium Falcon…but BOUNTY HUNTER?!?! Come on!!! Hugo’s back, bring back Hurley!!!! Ask Sawyer, he’s always out for a bounty, and maybe find Locke, our hunter!

Let’s face it, Ewoks sucked dude. Hurley to Miles. This one was for all the older crowd folk watching who never saw Clerks to understand that which one was better and why. A conversation most of us Sci-Fi geeks have on a yearly basis.

FINAL THEORY

When Hurley brings Empire Strikes Back to the table, this is a huge reference that all our LOSTIES whom have “Daddy Issues.” Could all this war, hostility and “the purge” be avoided if Ben would just work it all out with his father, if Pierre and Miles can have that beer, or Jack and Christian would just stop drinking Pierre and Miles beers (times 12)? Will this scene that Hurley and Miles have when talking Empire Strikes Back mean anything or will we all look back at it and scream “See Miles, you should have listened to Hurley for once.”
We are going to see a war between New Dharma, Hostiles, and LOSTIES…which side do you chose? BUT. What daddies will be there? Roger will die from Ben, will Jack ever see Christian again, Miles should have that beer with Pierre, and Charles Widmore will get back to find out he has another? This episode opened a door to Parental Therapy for our LOSTIES and a lot of us who are on the fence of who, what, and why with their fathers. NO Hurley all of this doesn’t have to be resolved if Miles just has that beer, but honestly, half this show would have never been written if Jack never turned in Christian after that drunken surgery. Shit will hit the fan soon, which father do you chose?

(ALL MY PHOTOS THIS WEEK WAS RECOMMENDED BY SOMEONE…GETLOSTPODCASTMEDIA.COM IS PROVING THESE SCREENCAPS AND I FEEL YOU SHOULD CHECK THEM OUT. I DON’T KNOW ANYTHING, BUT THE NAME IS COOL AND THEY LIKE LOST. BOOYA!)

That’s it folks. I am seriously DEAD to the world. I’m not going to be able to play touch up in the morning seeing as I have WORK 7:30am and all day. I will have this copy and pasted to get this blog up by sometime 9am-10am.
Really quick, I can see some people not liking this episode, and trust me, you will be high fiving it in the next 5 hours left of this season. HIGH FIVE I tell ya. Also, I high five all of you for still reading this blog after 3 seasons of me posting next morning and always have. THANK YOU!

Sorry for missing last weeks BLOG guys, and I promise I will never do that to you again. SORRY! BUT! This week? WOW! I’m baaaaaaack! I am so excited about this episode, sooo..

WHAT I GOT FROM: Dead Is Dead

IT’S ONE THING TO BELIEVE IT

In the words, and only words of our leader and savor on the island for the “Others”, Jacob, “HELP ME!.” Wow! What the shit is going on here? I have so much to say, and type out, but for some reason, loss for words. It ‘s one thing to believe it, but it’s another to see it huh? We have heard a lot of these stories in the past seasons and FINALLY we get to see them played out. Rousseau and Alex. Charles is banished. Ben was beaten badly before “coming back to the island, but we predicted this. Richard didn’t always wear eyeliner, didn’t predict this!
Ben admits he hoped that the island would bring John back to life, which it did. BUT. Why do I get this feeling, not so much by the end of the episode? Ben KNOWS much. He knows he needs to go to the main island to confess his actions and be judged by Smokey. But, it’s John who takes him there. Ben has lived on the island for DECADES, but it’s John who knows to go underground and not around? Ben has summoned this Smoke Monster for years and now can’t find him. It’s night time when he does, but then it’s DAYLIGHT next scene?! Why is Ben not up to par with the Ben we are used to before he came back….WAAAAAAIT! Is this that two BENS theory I’m screaming? Think about it. It NOT the same Ben!

BEN CAUGHT STEALING

This scene was a HUUUUUUUUUGE reminder that, what we hear, we expect the worst when in all reality, it wasn’t at all how it plays out. We know “the others” steal Alex, and it was Ben, and Ben raised Alex, and now he’s her daddy, etc. BUT! When we see the actual kidnapping, it was to be “just kill the girl”, AND NO ONE tells Ben she has a daughter? Plus, more of this infected!? Rousseau is screaming “infected” and honestly, she’s not crazy, only when Claire has a son of her own.
Other creepy thoughts…”Every time you hear whispers, you run the other way!”…uh, what? This doesn’t even come CLOSE to answering the whispers. Only that it comes from “the others”, and their not nice. Doesn’t look like  I’ll have a “What’cha Talkin’ ‘Bout” section huh? Haha.
So when we heard some crazy stories of what happened “BEFORE” our LOSTIES got there, maybe they are NOT what they seem.

NEW OTHERS

Oh Ben, you just shot one of the new Others when killing Caesar. Plus I think you may have pissed off Ilana at the same time, and this is about to get good. “What’s in the crate?” It’s like a Dharma drop-off all over again.
Let’s not forget the season finale and the commercial we saw though…coming up soon.

JABCOB’S LESSONS

In this episode, we had heard the name Jacob over and over and over again. So, some answers and theories are born. We need to think…with us seeing some answers, thoughts of the work Jacob is capable of come to surface. Babies not being born on the island, Vanessa says since Ben was given orders to kill Rousseau. Ben didn’t kill Alex, so no more babies are born on the island. Seeing as she is the last (that we know of) child born on the island. Also, this could be the way Charles is banished from the island and having children off the island. With a certain so-and-so we all know.

THE ISLAND ISN’T DONE WITH YOU

You know why Desmond didn’t get shot? Island still needs him. He’s not done with the island. He was told by Eloise, let’s see if he listens. So when we see him get shot, and no blood or wound, then this would have to be our answer.

QUICK QUESTION

Where the hell did Locke go when Ben was summoning the Smoke Monster? Also, who the hell is Ben talking to when he says “I’ll be outside.” Locke, who do you go talk to? Did you find Jacob’s cabin again?
ALSO!!!!
Ben calls Widmore before he goes to kill Penny, and Charles Widmore asks “How did you get this number?” and seriously Ben, it does matter!!!! How did he get the number for Charles…BUT, he didn’t know Des and Penny have a child, after 2 years, of their own. BULLOCKS!

THE WRITING ON THE WALL

Is this still helping our theories of Alpert being a pharaoh, or that the OTHERS have been on this island for CENTRIES?! Yes! I feel it is. Plus, if this is the Black Smoke featured in this hieroglyphic, then there HAS to be some answers to what it is. The writing’s on the wall. It plays the guard dog, as the god in the picture is summoning it.  The snake on the bottom and under him is the evil he must protect our god from. The Ankh is in there as well.

WHAT LIES IN THE SHADOW OF THE STATUE

Open sesame! Even though this was a code to see if Lapidus was one of them, I feel the answer is island related.  Remember Naomi…”Tell my sister I love her”, well…here we go again. We all knew Ilana wasn’t what she seemed, and Sayid knew too, but is Widmore planting people on the plane too?  Actually, the question we need to be asking is where is Pierre Chang, and is this FINALLY when the new Dharma recruits we we’re looking for over the break start to come into play with the show? Remember the ComicCon video and the commercial for Dharma in the season finale? Here we go!
Which takes us to the episode of The Little Prince when our LOSTIES were being shot at. There we go. They got the guns and know about the boats. Also, what’s in the crate? Food? Weapons? Jughead II? My theory is pretty crazy, and may not work, but we’ll see. Read below.

THE BLACK SMOKE RIDE COMING TO MGM STUDIOS/DISNEY IN MAY 2009

Is it me or did I feel that Black Smoke scene with Ben was a bit over the top and felt like the Poseidon’s Adventure Ride at Universal Studios or something out of Disney? Well, I guess the LOST RIDE can work, and this may have been their test ride, BUT, I have a feeling kids wouldn’t go for confessing your sins and being judged. Or parents for that matter.

NO MY FIRST NAME AIN’T ALEX, IT’S VINCENT MS. JACKSON IF YOU’RE NASTY.

Soooo, here we come back to the Smoke Monster playing shapes, dead people, etc…RIGHT? NO!!!!!!  And you think that’s LOCKE up there? Well, man, I hate being so exhausted when watching and then doing theories, BUT…let me explain.
In the Missing Pieces final webisode we meet Christian for what SHOULD be our first time.  Watch the video. Look who’s with him, but our good old friend Vincent. A few times now, we have heard the Black Smoke when is Christian is around. The Black Smoke has been connected and referred to as Ceribus, the guard dog of hell.  I know we know all this, but…I feel we can finally separate the theories that the Black Smoke isn’t a shape-shifter and that now, Vincent isn’t what he seems. The Black Smoke is the Black Smoke, but I feel Vincent is a bigger role than we know. Alex appears as the dead usually do on the island, and I feel Vincent performs that role. He is Jacob’s or Christian’s best friend. I know I freak out about this every so often, but read my Final Theory. You LOCKE LOVERS won’t be happy.
So, how did Alex McVincent know that Ben would attempt to kill Locke? Well, when scanning…scanning…scanning Ben and showing him the “Ben Linus, This Is Your Life” recap show, that’s when Ben was most emotional to what he was seeing, Smokey also looked more into who and what Ben is capable of. Which means…”Hey Vincent, we need to stop playing Locke”…wait, what? Oh yeah, Final Theory.

WHAT’CHA TALKIN’ ‘BOUT

“No sense in me dying twice right?” John to Ben. There is some sense in this, and I have this feeling he will die again, and maybe again.

You had a daughter with an outsider.” Ben to Charles Widmore. Outsider? Love it. You crazy culty crazies. BUT! My only thought that with Ben being part of the others is that Ellie was taken out way before that. In 1977  Ellie and Charles are calling the shots, so after some time Ellie is banished and Charles is still in love with her.

Because what’s about to come out of that jungle, is something I can’t control Ben to Sun. Foreshadowing. LOVE IT!!!! Ben is a liar though. We’ll see.

I will hunt you down and destroy you Alex/Vincent to Ben. Some of you may not remember the album “Sailing The Seas Of Cheese” by Primus, but it has some o the most incredible bass/guitar/drums ratio of AWESOMENESS in the world. In the song “Tommy Was A Racecar Driver”, Les Claypool has this line in the breakdown where he laughs and says…”heheh DOG WILL HUNT” and when I heard this…did I say it out loud? Well, now thinking it, it makes sense. Why does Alex say “hunt”…she’s a dog, AND Alex will destroy Ben?!?! WHAT?! NO! But someone playing Alex will destroy him. Ben is NOT scared of a dead girl walking, BUT, he is scared of whatever this thing playing Alex is capable of.  Ben LOVES and will sacrifice everything for the island.

FINAL THEORY

So, this one will probably play out as the craziest idea I have had yet. So! It all comes down to asking the first question to tie all this up. And finding the perfect one right now is impossible. So, let me start with…
What’s in the crate? - Yup! In Ilana and Bram’s crate, what are we looking at here? It’s long. Rectangular. Perfect for a body. HEAR ME OUT! Stop! Yes, a dead body. Ilana says “just some stuff we need to get moved.” Some stuff? Grrrr. But, Ben asks if he could help, even though he knows the answer or knows what’s inside and they wouldn’t want his help anyway. He walks away.  That helps a lot as well.
So, why the dead body? Easy. John Locke is in there. John Locke is dead. Playing the actual John Locke on the island is the shape-shifter…Vincent. OH BOY! I hear all of you freaking out. NO! It could happen. Why do you think we haven’t seen Vincent AT ALL this season? If we saw that mangy mutt, maaaaaybe I wouldn’t feel this way.  But, the dead walk on the island all the time. Doubters may be thinking that we see Vincent play the roles of Shannon, Walt, Claire, Yemi, Ben’s Mom, etc. for maybe a minute the most, but maybe he can take shape for longer. ALSO, where did Locke go when Ben met Smokey? He BECAME ALEX!!!!!!! And I feel when Locke was going into the jungle, simultaneously as Ben flushed that toilet in the ground calling Smokey…he went to the cabin to discuss matters with Jacob and Christian. ALSO, need to rewatch Season 3 when Smokey scans Juliet and her reactions and some episodes after. Something happened.
I know this seems crazy. But, HELLO! We’re watching LOST!  Also, HOW DOES THE WHOLE WORLD know how to get on this island now?! For something that seems so secret, so many people are coming back on.  Dummies.

Okay, it was great writing, but I have SO MUCH work to do in the morning and finish my METS game too from tonight. See ya next week. I saw the new episode name…REWATCH EMPIRE STRIKES BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!

NAMASTE!

Not too much happened huh? Well…

THIS IS WHAT I GOT FROM: He’s Our You

SAYID EFFECTS

First off, Sayid has a brother!?! Who knew! Honest Abe that kid is. All this will come to us in the future, but for now, we need to discuss these half assed, backward centric flashbacks we see from Sayid’s past. Some common elements of his past are things being backwards, he lets his guard down, woman screw him over constantly, and he drinks?! In Moscow, I loved how the 32 in the address window became a 23. Genius.
In these flashbacks, we get this great shot of Sayid shooting the man in Moscow, he shoots twice and checks his hand, then head. Looks like either “Okay, he’s dead”, ooooorrrr “Still breathing, Ben will THINK he’s dead.” (CANCEL THIS! After watching Sayid shoot Ben, I realize Sayid ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS shoots twice, he didn’t with Ben…jot that down)
So, we should mention that Oldham tells Sayid that “There are side effects to what I’m giving you” and this may be the reason that Sayid flashes are so a skewed. Side effects?! Right!? I mean think about it. How much of this is REALLY going on? Sleeping? Dreaming? A plane CRASHES from 30,000 feet onto an island and dozens people survive these ALL THE TIME, uh, no! So, what are these side effects? Misspellings? Backwards numbers? Kate’s actions on the pier are SOOO different with Aaron!!!! She gets in the WRONG car with Aaron and drives off! (yup! Rewatch!) Sayid not on point like usual? So much is different when it comes to Sayid and his flashes.

LITTLE BEN

Ben is still up to his no good ways, even when he’s 12 years old. Bribing Sayid is good and all, but does this prove that young Ben had no idea of his fate? Ben does his best to get Sayid out of the jail cell, so he can join him, to get to Richard. OKAY. But, the Ben we are used to, “ALWAYS HAS A PLAN!” So, where is this in his plan? AND, how will this change the outcome and future? Oh man! Patience Ben…guess you didn’t listen to Richard. Bad Ben!

REMINDERS

So, when I’m right, it seriously starts to rub it in my face now when it comes to Season 5. When I said we will see some of Season 4 in the mix, oh man, it’s also in the storyline for Sayid. Almost all of Sayid’s flashes we have seen. From Moscow, to the man he kills outside of Santa Rosa. Reminders are good, but get ready. I think the creators misunderstood when I said “re-watch.”

THE TURTH THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING…

Sayid is good, and when he is good, he’s alright. Was Sayid acting, or was Naveen Andrews REALLY pushing it here? I’m hoping it’s theory 1. I’m hoping Sayid was playing along in their little game of truth serum and got what he wanted out of them. The same reaction Hurley thought his mother would give him, but she believed him. Sure, he spills the beans, but listen to the story. Ajira Airlines? Blowing up the hatch? The Flame WAS a…? Keyword is WAS!!! They think he’s looney tunes. I’d think he’s looney tunes too! Ha!
BUT! Here we go. Watch Horace again when Sayid says “You’re all going to die you know.” Horace KNOWS EXACTLY the outcome of Dharma. This is why they are here! Think Charlie! Horace starts to walk up to him and he needs to know (maybe) how to stop it from happening…but Horace has to play the “I don’t know either” role. Reason why he wasn’t so gung-ho on killing him at first, but then had some thought of maybe getting him one on one, and then kill him. Hmmm. Just think out loud on this one.

WE ALL ANSWER TO SOMEONE

Radzinsky mentions Ann-Arbor and calling them. Here comes Michigan again, and not much of a hint to anything, but it proves that the Dharma answer to someone at a higher power. Hey, really quick…where did Christian Shepard go to college, and you’re welcome Lostpeida for all the C.Shep’s hits you’re about to get! Haha.

TOLD YOU!

See, I told you from when we first met Amy, when she and Paul were being bothered by the hostiles, she stood out. She stood out by not wearing their clothes; she stood out by having a child…so…hear me out. Amy wants Sayid killed, right? Well, it’s because she IS A MOLE and didn’t recognize him. Even in this scene, she is the ONLY one not wearing ANY Dharma gear, she NEVER has. She had Paul killed, got closer to Horace and is RIGHT where she needs to be. The mole! Crazy! She will go back soon!

HUGE THEORY ON JACK!!!!

He likes waffles and more to come on that dipping sauce and his ham. Yup! Sssshhh. We shouldn’t look too much into this, but it may be huuuuge. Jack is coming a loooong way on this show. Ha!

JAILBREAK

When Ben walks into to breakout Sayid, the first thing Sayid mentions is his glasses. I’m serious! The glasses. Now, Sayid knows DAMN WELL what is going on out there, so what gives? He thinks this will get Ben wrapped around his finger, OH NO Sayid, Ben needed you here! So sorry Sayid.

WHAT’CHA TALKIN’ ‘BOUT

You killed everyone who posed a threat to your friend. Ben to Sayid. Well, he hasn’t killed you yet. Or has he?!

I forgot Juliet to Jim. You forgot? The smell of cooked bacon stays in the house for hours, and you forgot? What’s going on here? Are we really seeing a hurt and confused Juliet? Not my Juliet!!!!! She’s playing Jim, I know it!

A 12 year-old Ben Linus brought me a chicken salad sandwich. Sayid to Jim. YOU HAD TO KNOW this line was going to be in here. BUT, for different reasons. The same chicken Sayid killed in his flashback. See, what we are given in the flashes and what is on the island are never too far from each other. Sayid kills a chicken, then there’s a chicken salad sandwiches from Ben on the island. Or how Hurley mentions some ham, and Papa Linus calls Oldham, Old Ham.

Three years, no burning buses, you guys are back for one day! Jim to Jack. Well, it’s actually because Ben saw Christine and was re-enacting a scene. Stephen King reference! Finally one this season!

Okay, but, let me talk to HIM first. Jin to Sayid. No one mentions Sawyer, Jim, LaFleur before this. But then when Jin is on the walkie, says HIM to Sayid, then asks for LaFleur. He we go using that term “HIM” again. Desmond asking Locke in Season 2. HIM was code for Jacob. Are we starting to get the idea that LaFleur has more power than we think, and maybe, just maybe, he can end up as Jacob in the long run?

FINAL THEORY

Okay, let’s talk Ben getting shot. Definitely, threw ME for a loop. I’m sure we all we’re shocked to see this. And we all have so many questions about this.
1) Is this going to be like when Ben shot Locke in the stomach and left him to be in pain in the Dharma pit? NO. Ben is shot in the heart. Left for dead. 2 points Sayid.
2) Will this alter events in the future? YES! Stop listening to Faraday, he’s not a scientist, he’s a whacko! Remember Lenny? Remember Faraday in the opener of Confirmed Dead?
3) Why?

So here we go! Sayid shot Ben, and maybe, JUST MAYBE survives this shot. He has to, to make this show keep going, and make good TV. Ben is not dead, and the rules will still apply. Is this gun shot the reason Ben needs Jack to give him surgery and the tumor from Season 3? (DAMNIT KATE RUUUUUN!) Thanks David! Is this why Ben is so cold in the future? Think of that…beautiful. You know as kids we say “Takes one to know one.” Well what if Sayid trying to destroy Ben’s evil future, he actually was the one who caused it…when Ben lives.
But, whatever we are thinking, we NEED to go back to the past, to know the future. We know the ISLAND won’t let someone die, unless it’s his or her time. Christian Shepard wasn’t there to say “goodbye Ben.” Sooo, Ben survives. Yes! I think that’s confirmed. Here’s where the story gets good. Ghost Mom Emily talks to Ben and tells him “You have work to do, get up”, and Richard Alpert finds Ben. Richard waits to see if Ben will die, he heals from the island and then Richard puts Ben in the driver’s seat knowing he is special.
Vanessa says…Jin is right there, he knows Jack can help Ben, so Jin calls for Jack to help Ben and now (as things are happening twice, etc.) Ben is back with Dharma. So does this mean that Ben reaaallly had to have the patience to join Alpert upon killing his father and the purge? Sure, they discuss and work together, kind of like the Amy and Dharma situation, being a mole.
I like the thought of playing with timelines and maybe NOW the timeline that WAS, that we have heard, was the altered universe and what is happening NOW, is making things right! Hmmm…crazy theory, but what if. What if everything got messed up once, and it’s down to the tests and strengths of these LOSTIES to make things right? So many theories and thoughts, but things we should know.

1) YES! Timelines are being altered. Don’t listen to Faraday. If he told you Hot Dog have an amazing source of vitamins and are good for you, you’d believe him? Same thing with his knowledge of all these theories. The man has too many, and may not know the concrete thoughts. Look at that man’s notebook, oy!
2) Ben will not die, and this makes him the cold bastard we know…also, with the hostile camp and the help of Widmore, coming soon. We need Ben in the Alpert camp so we can get more scoop on Widmore and Ellie.
3) Let’s remember Charlie in all this…Des tried helping and saving him, over and over and over and over…right? Same thing is going on here with Dharma, sit back and enjoy the ride. They’re still going down. Horace knows it.

That’s it, I have SOOOOO much work to do for tomorrow’s Florida Film Festival. Remember we’re on twitter @beforeyousubmit and please check out our website at Before you Submit Site RSS Feed us for all the new updates and interviews and see me acting a fool everyday of this 10 day festival. THANKS GUYS!

Current mood:Claire'd
Category: Movies, TV, Celebrities
Lynda saw Jeremy Davies in Seattle this week, and you know what?! That’s friggin AMAZING!!! Congrats Lynda!

WOW, i liked this episode. I really really did. Very to the point and great story telling. The show wasn’t fishing anywhere and wasn’t hiding anything...wait, wait, wait...what’s that David Harris, my childhood best friend growing up and haven’t spoken to in more than 2 decades. (Thanks Facebook!) Who is what girl?! Ghost?! Claire?! Where?!? WHAT?!?! How did you get that? Well, this is...

What I Got From: NAMASTE

BUCKLE UP, THIS ONE’S A DOOZY

Wow, great opening. Lapidus is the pilot, chatting it away with Co-Pilot about Hurley. We (repeat) see our Oceanic 5 (you think Aaron is Ben?..haha) getting some thoughts in before the flash away. Lapidus is forced to land on a runaway that Sawyer and Kate were busy building in 2004 thanks to Juliet.
ALSO: Yes we hear the numbers coming in from the same signal that the Science Expedition heard.
So why doesn’t Sun go onto the same island as Jin, Hurley, Kate, Jack, Sawyer, etc. Whoa mama! Vanessa is good and when she’s good, she’s good. Thank you PRIMER and TIMECRIMES for this rule of time-travel and messing with Time and Space. So, Sun...why didn’t she end up on the main island? BECAUSE she’s already on the island. We heard Chang’s name in this episode, so we know he’s still around in this time era, so...who is his daughter? Sun! The baby we hear crying in the opening scene of Because You Left is a daughter and it’s Sun. BOO-YA! We can’t have two Sun’s in one spot, who cares how old...not part of the rules.

WE SAW THIS!!!!!

And the creators know this. And I TOLD YOU guys that a decent portion of this season will be re-visiting some stuff we’ve seen. It’s happening. Re-fresher courses may apply, but why so soon? I was asking myself that when i was putting together what we should expect from Season 5. And it’s happening. We will re-connect with some scenes twice in this season.

WE’RE GONNA PARTY LIKE IT’S 1977

Wow, i was two years old when these scenes we’re taking place. Crazy! So why are they in 1977, is that what we’re going to ask? Well, that’s reason for the rest of this season. Christian was there obviously, because in that scene with Sun and Lapidus he REMEMBERS Jin’s name, but Jin isn’t even in the picture. Or we’re we all watching Claire in that scene?
So we get some reminders of the stories that were told in Season 1, 2, 3 of Hostiles, then Others. Dharmaville, New Otherton. Radzinsky isn’t even in the Sawn Hatch yet, since, there isn’t a Sawn hatch yet!!! Re-cap for our returning visitors may not be needed, but it helps us play a little game of “oooohhh yeah, that’s right”.

NO JULIET!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Damnit! Juliet has FINALLY been stumped. DAMNIT! This is the FIRST time EVER, Juliet kind of whispers to herself “How did, huh?” and Sawyer is just yapping away about trying to come up with a story. This scene also brings me back to Sawyer getting that bag to put the money in, and trying to explain a story. His lying was better then. Wait, but it’s 1977 now, weird. Not the con-man you once were...well it’s 1977, if you get off, you reuse all those stories again.
Also, Juliet is soooooo happy to see Kate is back. Doesn’t put her on the manifest and then walks in to, in a Juliet way, greet her. I like Juliet and Kate can suck it, but that was uncalled for Juliet. AWESOME!

I JUST THOUGHT THIS WAS COOL!

SAWN HATCH!!!!!

LAPIDUS...MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE

Okay, so, first it’s seeing Jack two episodes ago. Then it’s knowing he has the Oceanic 5 on his plane, crash lands that plane, LIVES, and walks out. On the island he’s NO WHERE near listening to Caesar and his ideas of searching the Hydra buildings for radio or food. Lapidus knows what’s up. Remember Expose (listen for the names, their clues), and not the all girl trio pop sensation from Miami Beach in the 80’s. BUT, you can if you want to...

ANOTHER ONE FOR OUR SCORE BOARD KIDS!!!

We got another point for getting another prediction right. Ethan is the name of Goodspeed clan.Ethan Goodspeed, not Rom huh? Good job guys! WHOOHOO!

FARRADAY’S IS RIGHT OVER...WHERE?

You see how excited Jack gets when he hears Farraday’s name!!! We kind of do, since he did just disappear. But when Sawyer answers Jack’s question of “Farraday, is he here?”, Sawyer’s answer “Not any more” sounds like he means mentally. Which we know he’s crazy, AND we know know Sawyer’s sense of sarcasm. By now we should.

RIDE CAPTAIN RIDE

The song is being played when the new recruits of Dharma get to the island. The song mentions a Mystery Ship. Hmmm. Sounds about right.

JACK’S NEW (REAL) ROLE

A lot of this season is wrong. Being off the island, and back on the island the time is wrong and Farraday’s ramblings aren’t making sense now. So...Jack comes back and he’s given the role of “Workman”, which we saw in The Man Behind The Curtian Ben’s father Roger received the same role. But, what if Jack was NEVER to be a doctor. Like father like son. Following his footsteps. I better stop naming bad 80’s movies, but it’s true. Is it Jack’s true job to clean up after people’s messes? Also, anyone else see Glenn Campbell registering in there? No!? Looks JUST like him and his role is = Rhinestone cowboy!
So, Jack gets “Workman” due to his results on his aptitude test, and from what i hear, these test are pretty dame accurate, We were told to take them during the Season to Season hiatus and some people’s roles were spot on. So, is THIS Jack’s destiny to be man who cleans up after everyone, i think so!

NOT SO NICE IS IT SAWYER

Wow Sawyer! Remember when you wanted to shoot Sayid for no reason at all and you we’re playing the role of ‘Quick-Draw?” Oh those beautiful days of Season 1. But here we see roles changing again. Sawyer has TOTALLY lost the name Sawyer, so now on this LOST blog we call him Jim, or James, MAAAAAYBE LaFleur. But we see roles are changing, no one is who they said THEY WERE...see that?!?! Were! Jack was never to be a doctor, Sayid is captive, not capturing, Jin speaks English now, no Korean and no need. Interesting. Juliet is getting the script flipped, and not making the script out for her. Roles are changing.

WE’RE GONNA WRECK IT LIKE IT’S 2008

What the hell happened to New Otherton after 3 years? The place is completely trashed to shit and there has been no keep since the Oceanic 6 left. Think about it. Where are the “Tailsection”? Alpert’s Egyptian Studies Class? Where is anyone but Jacob, Christian and Claire...wait, what? Claire? I’ll explain.
Really quick though! FORGET WHAT YOU THOUGHT LAST NIGHT!!!!
Not the same place as New Otherton?! Let’s play with that. Man Behind The Curtain...Ben comes to THAT pier, Pala Ferry. THEN, New Otherton is right by Season 2 finale’s pier. Pala Ferry is where we are in this scene, and the Welcome Center home to the Dharma Initiative. So, this is just to mess with YOUR heads, let’s remember that. Glad i caught on to that as i wrote this. Seriously. BUT, if it’s not two different places and piers, then...
So, when the Oceanic 6 left, Locke turns donkey wheels the wrong way, and Farraday lies about things WON’T and CAN’T change, THEY DID!!! This is proof. Things are changing. One rule about LOST is that there are NO rules, but only when LOST makes them. Then we buy them and say I LOVED IT! But, the rule of things can’t change is the dog’s bullocks and this scene makes more sense. The light = Jacob by the way! So...Claire?

CHRISTIAN SURE SOUNDS LIKE A TAXI CAB IN MANHATTAN

FYI: Christian Shepard will no be playing the role of the Black Smoke. Makes sense. I thought that was awwwwwwwwesome last night. We hear Smokey, then we see Christian. The Black Smoke was telling them to go to the Welcome Center, and THEY DID!

CLAIRE’S BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DID YOU SEE THAT SHIT!?!?!?! My god! The chills i get from this scene! When growing up i had a HUUUUUUGE connection with Three Men and a Little Lady. One of my relatives had starred in the film, and my Mom was able to go hang out for a long time with the cast and crew. Well, stories and rumors of the dead boy, ghost in the first film Three Men and a Baby circulated around the house and then people would ask me everyday if my cousin ever met the ghost, haha, NO ya dummies. She was in the sequel.
But, the more i watched that scene, it wasn’t a ghost. BUT I LOVE THESE ODDITIES. Well, ladies and gentlemen...i bring you a GHOST in LOST!!!
CLAIRE! Damnit. Not the same as Three Men i know, but HOLY SHIT! Who saw this? I called Karen for the FIRST TIME ever right after the episode, and we have NEVER done this. We wait til the morning after I post and we can have Thursday Coffee with B.Quain and Karen. So, where is Claire?!
(it may not be Claire by the way...Christian has a good friend we shouldn’t forget about...and i mention it further down the road)

TO GET TO THE GHOST:
Step 1: go to where Christian takes Sun and Lapidus to the Main Office to look at the yearbook photos. haha!
Step: 2: When the door opens and the smoke and fog comes in...it’s smoke and fog, so i say Claire comes in that way, and she is the ghost.
Step 3: When Christian says You have a journey ahead of you...look BEHIND Sun, don’t focus on her...WHO THE SHIT IS THAT MOVING BACK THERE?!?!?!
Step 4: Rewind and watch Claire over and over and over!

Now, I AM TAKING A HUUUUUGE RISK over here and using ODI’s picture of Claire and how you can better see it. Karen and I were talking again on getting the pic through still framing and then working on it...BUT, as of tomorrow, this computer will be deleted of all that’s on here and starting fresh, so I don’t have FLASH anymore to run ABC.com. So, please Anil and Karen, if i may use this and EVERYBODY...for your LOST news (sometimes spoilers, so watch out) and to listen to my favorite voice in LOST, Karen and Anil have the best LOST PODCAST EVER! Also, reminder, The Printing Press will be back in April...YAYAYAYAYAYY!!! Finally...jezz.

PHIL, AGAIN

Jesus Phil, you’re everywhere in the second half. Where is this guy not at? One second he’s welcoming everyone, next second he’s trying to get Kate banished, next scene it’s night time and he’s playing tour guide for Jack showing him where Jim lives, then he’s security for Sayid, WHAT?!?! This asshole has TOO MANY roles and we’re going to see him, mess this Dharma around. Just you watch. I kind of wish this was Christopher Jaymes in this role. It would ACES, or Pat Healy. I just want Pat on this show so bad too.

YOUNG BEN

Hey, at least this kid didn’t wind up becoming a powerhouse over night. Little Ben after two years is looking the same. Better not pull a Harry Potter (little shit looks like Harry Potter) or Walt anytime soon. This was a good scene, but it also helps us realize, TIMELINES ARE BEING ALTERED!!!! Whoa! What?!

WHAT’CHA TALKIN’ ‘BOUT

Is that a runaway Co Pilot to Lapidus. Yup it is. The one Kate and Sawyer were building in Season 3.

There’s a sub, coming in this afternoon. Juliet to Sawyer. Well, that’s convenient. Great timing there Juliet.

What is this place? Caesar to Lapidus. Good question buddy? You just got here, so to be honest, get in line...we’ve been here for 5 years now asking the same damn friggin’ question.

Times gotta be right. Juliet to Amy. Not on this show...honey!

FINAL THEORY

Timelines are being altered. I want to just throw that out there. But, I believe the scene we see Lapidus, Sun and Christian is just a front to confuse us, but plant that thought in our head. There are two separate Dharma locations we are seeing. But, the timelines ARE being altered.
In one way: Ben meets Sayid as a young boy. Ben has always known Sayid from Season 2 thru now. BUT. When Ben is 11 in this scene, give or take a year...how is it he is a grown man on his birthday killing his dad...he’s at LEAST 27 years old. How does he age 16 years in just 7 years? Timelines are being altered.
Also BEN: He was building the runway in Season 3 right? Had Kate and Sawyer make a little landing strip for the flight that comes in 2007. Good job for remembering that Ben. How does he know all this stuff? Timelines are being altered.

Another way: Roles are being changed and i think this message we are seeing of what i had mentioned before, Roles Changing. These roles and destiny for our main characters is a HUGE part of this show. I think this is where we are digging extremely deep and getting to the core what what is REALLY going on. It’s not about Kate and Sawyer, it’s not about Locke and his legs, nor is it about Ben and his eyes creeping everyone out. ALL these have an amazing metaphor to what is really digging in the core of LOST. Somewhere, someone has it in for our LOSTIES and they believe in what the Dharma Initiative wanted to do for the world in “Saving it”, and also, the island is a hot commodity into making supernatural/healing wonders happen. A lot of heavy hitters want on.
So, if the BIG WIGS want time travel, they made time travel. If they need Jack to become a janitor to really find himself, he is now. He never was a doctor. We saw him save one women, Sarah, and see where and how it got him...you think that’s Claire in the Welcome Center...well, what in the blazes do we do when it’s Sarah?! Right? That could EASILY be Sarah in the background freaking us out, and it DOES make sense.
So, if the roles are changing then you can bet your ass, your mother’s ass, your best friend’s ass, your doggies ass that things are being altered due to this time change. I need you to go back this week, YOU HAVE HOMEWORK...every night you can, pick 5 of your FAVORITE episodes of Seasons 1-3. Watch 5 episodes before next Weds, and see how these elements you are now seeing are going to be changed!
HOMEWORK!!! And also...comment you’re favorite episodes, we’d love to know!

SAYID FINAL THEORY
ALSO: Really quick. Get used to Sayid and take in as much as you can. He will be dead in a few (maybe season finale) more episodes. Between meeting Ben and now Radzinsky, Sayid will die in the hands of Radzinsky and he will be forced to the Sawn to push buttons. Radz will get Kelvin to come in, push the button with him, and when Kelvin (who Sayid has met) explains himself more and gets used to the Sawn...Radz blows his brains out. The End for Sayid.

Thanks guys! Grrrrrrrreat episode. Much needed to help us pin point a lot of what’s deeper down in LOST and scarping some surface to get there.

COMMENT..KUDO...NAMASTE! (keep 'em coming) This BLOG POST is hitting some record hits. ALSO, respond/comment again after watching Ghost Claire/Sarah/Charlotte/Shannon thing...you like how i did that, when we know it's Claire! haha!

Current mood:La Floored
Category: Movies, TV, Celebrities
Hey,

Take this time to get your Netflix browser ready (TRUST ME, LOST WON’T MAKE SENSE WITHOUT IT!!!!!)…you got it, type this into your Search: “In Memory Of My Father”…you did it?! I will explain in a bit…Okay, well onto…

What I Got From: LA FLEUR

ROCKY START

The episode opens up and it’s a doosey, it’s a shot we all have been waiting to see. So we finally get to see the statue we all have been talking about, well, maybe, I mean we don’t see it’s four toes, and did it have five in this shot? It’s wearing a crown, has some animal like hair, very long. It’s wearing some medieval looking Celt, and holding a weapon, or a horn? So with my trusty encyclopedia skills LOST has given me, I looked it up. No, we still don’t use Wikipedia on B.QUAIN’s LOST BLOG.
Anubis - could be it, because of the pointy ears it has, but he never wore a crown, or had hair like Kid n’ Play. So is this one out of the equation? Not yet. But, Anubis was jackal headed, and our Statue didn’t seem that way.
Horus - NOW we’re talking. In Egyptian Mythology, he was known as the hawk or falcon god. Hurley and his painting last week, also, we remember the Hurley Bird? Was that Horace speaking to Hurley? Also, he was the son of the cow goddess, and we have seen LIVESTOCK on the island!!! Every night Horus would fly into the goddess’s mouth and in the morning be reborn. WORD!
Horus also held the Ankh in his hand in many paintings or carvings, and to be honest…Paul wore one. Hmmm...and now Horace is the holder of it. Did Horace give Paul the Ankh? And now does he get it back? Was Amy hiding it from Horace? Something’s fishy!!!
Horus, the son of Osiris and Isis, was called "Horus who rules with two eyes." His right eye was white and represented the sun; his left eye was black and represented the moon. Yeah, so…I think we got our match!
The top of the head makes sense to be this god, or symbol. Also the name. And we will get into Horace plenty in this blog post.

WHO WATCHES THE WATCHMEN?!

As I re-read and it’s been OVER a decade since I read the Watchmen, we have been connecting references from LOST to Watchmen. We heard Eloise mention four episodes ago “God help us all”, which is very famous form the graphic novel “Watchmen”, but did you know that there is a name in there “OZYMANDIAS” and a character named after the famous sonnet by Horace Smith. OZYMANDIAS was also a nickname (another name…wow, yeah LOST doesn’t give people “other” names does it?) for Ramesses the Great, Pharaoh of the nineteenth dynasty of ancient Egypt. Hmmm. Also, here is there sonnet for your reading pleasure! Enjoy! I will use Italics for things connected to LOST.

OZYMANDIAS
I met a traveler from an antique land

Who said: Two vast and trunkless legs of stone

Stand in the desert. Near them on the sand,

Half sunk, a shatter'd visage lies, whose frown

And wrinkled lip and sneer of cold command

Tell that its sculptor well those passions read

Which yet survive, stamp'd on these lifeless things,

The hand that mock'd them and the heart that fed.

And on the pedestal these words appear:

"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:

Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!"

Nothing beside remains: round the decay

Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,

The lone and level sands stretch far away.

Freaky shit if you ask me!

CHRISTIAN?!?!?

So, we see Locke about to turn the donkey wheel and we don’t see Christian this time. Sure, he’s on the cutting room floor maybe, BUT, this show doesn’t play like that., He’s NOT in the equation. Is Christian a ghost?

ASK YOUR DOCTOR IS ISLAND-NO-MOVEATAL IS RIGHT FOR YOU

Wow! I love how everyone explains their symptoms and side effects, when they realize the headaches, nose bleeds, swelling, diarrhea and bloating are gone. It sounds like a one of those crappy medical, pill poppers’s commercial. Re-watch. Too funny.

GEEEEEEERONIMO!!!!!!!

Did we finally HEAR Geronimo Jackson last night? We see Rosie wearing a shirt, but the shirt looks a bit too modern for me. It looks like a punk band making a ¾ baseball sleeve shirt with their logo on it. But who is the band playing? Is that them?!?!
NOPE, got word it was TONY ORLANDO and DAWN, which is weird, because I have been singing the Dead Milkmen’s “Bitchin’ Camero” and that’s my favorite part when they mention Tony Orlando and Dawn. HA!

CONFIRMED DEAD

When we finally catch-up to Daniel in this episode, he is in the same position and crying as when we first meet him in the flashes/centric. We see Daniel in someone’s house, living room, watching TV and seeing that Oceanic flight 815 has crashed. He’s crying and someone is asking, “why are you crying Daniel?” Well, I guess Daniel does EVERYTHING in his power to fix everything, and fails, as he’s crying watching TV, realizing, it didn’t work? Poor Daniel!

A JULIET MINUTE

Yup! SEE, TOLD YOU!!!! Juliet knows EVERYTHING! When Daniel mentions, “where ever, whenever we are, we are here for good”…SHE NODS!!!! She knew! Not knows, KNEW!

GREEDO…HAN…HOSTILE…JULIET

Shit, thanks LOST and we know EXACTLY where this one is going. One of the biggest arguments in Sci-Fi history is “Who shot first?” Han or Greedo? Well, Brown V-Neck Hostile shoots Sawyer first…(FACT!)…Sawyer doesn’t shoot, but Juliet gets a good shot in the chest. Sawyer searches his body, no bullet…but I swear…he got him. So…is the island protecting Sawyer? And we all know…who shot first!!!!

GO TO YOUR NETFLIX PAGE NOW!!!!!!!!

You will not be able to move ANY further in reading if you do NOT do this…the gentleman you see in the picture above is indie film actor/writer/director and dear friend of ours here at B.Quain’s LOST BLOG and B.Quain/Karen’s PRINTING PRESS, Christopher Jaymes. I need you AND trust me on renting his film ”In Memory Of My Father”…he stars along side Judy Greer, Jeremy Sisto, Pat Healy (who co-stars with Rebecca Mader/Charlotte in Great World Of Sound and co-stars with Jeremy Davies/Daniel in Rescue Dawn) you see where I am going with this??! Close tight team and friends. Shot and writte in 5 days! Genius!
We love and admire EVERYTHING Christopher does and would appreciate it if you could support him in watching his amazing directorial debut and AWARD winning film In Memory Of My Father. He’s also keeping the scrubs on for his next feature which is a documentary we should expect next year called Shrink Me. Okay, not SAME doctor, but I was fishing for that one.
Weird stuff always happens with Christopher and me. We had spoken on the phone a few weeks prior to our meeting, which was in Fort Lauderdale seeing Michael Moore speak at the Fort Lauderdale Film Festival. Later on that night we met with Bobby Roth who’s film was playing the festival as well (directly after Michael Moore), the film Berkeley in which you should rent as well. Bobby went to direct Season Three’s The Man Behind The Curtain and will be directing some more this season, and now working on Fringe. Small world huh?
Thanks Christopher for everything, we love ya man! I’ll call you in a bit.
Also, LOST will make complete sense if you don’t Netflix the film, I’m just playing with ya when I said that. But the Season Finale WON’T!!!! ha!

DANIEL SEEING CHARLOTTE

No, this is not weird nor is it continuity, that’s why Daniel sees her. Charlotte like a HUGE handful on the island die, poof, taken off the playing field, but still walk the island. We’ve seen “ghosts” if you will, visions, images, people roaming the island. So, what Daniel is seeing, IS Charlotte, but since he went back to see her as a child, he is now seeing her “ghost” if you are still will’ing. No one else was seeing her. Sawyer says it best, “Daniel’s brain is fried.”

CYCLONE

Okay, really quick…there is NO continuity on this show, and when there is…it’s a shoelace, or a fork on the other side of the plate, maybe a water glass is full or half way empty in the next shot. But to have a HUGE piece of machinery like the 1988 pinball game Cyclone in the shot, and have us geeks research it, there is a reason. So why is the Cyclone pinball game in the rec hall when Horace is talking with Sawyer? Who knows, but it will make sense, or just give a wink to the ones who are watching very close.

DON’T UNDER ESTIMATE THE FORCE

Freaky how Horace seemed all nervous and “No, please don’t” to Sawyer when he knows EXACTLY what is he doing when he sends Sawyer out there to speak to Alpert. Remember people, he’s the one who LET Ben on the island. Also, the reason Roger Linus got the job as a “Workman” is because he “wasn’t Dharma material.” It was Ben they wanted. So, when Sawyer says, “it’s a good thing, I’m not asking your permission” Horace knew already he was going out there. Ben learned from some people and Horace was one of them. Later to be a reason to kill off Dharma.
One more note, I love how Horace gets when he tells Sawyer he can now stay for 2 more weeks and look for his crew. You thinkHorace is thinking “I underestimated the work of this LaFleur”, and I guess “HE IS DHARMA MATERIAL!!!!” See he flips the script on Sawyer, which Ben is SO very good at, and loves playing those games to Locke or Jack. Not much changed in this episode from what we’re used to.

WENT TO EYGPT AND ALL I GOT WAS THIS LOUSY…

The necklace, the ANKH that Amy got from Paul…remember that, also don’t forget the drawing/painting Hurley was doing in the last episode Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham. It was of a pyramid and some camels in Egypt. There is a connection, and it’s coming soon. Maybe the statue has something to do with it. Well, of course it does!

SAWYER GIVES HIMSELF COMPLETELY

So, Sawyer is picking up a LaFleur for Juliet. See!?!?! LaFleur means “flower” I think we all caught onto that, or looked it up by now. So, the symbol of gratification for a hard days work was to give “himself” to her. The flower. Also, do you remember when Sawyer says to Kate in “Eggtown”, “mmm, coffee smells good”, well he’s STILL playing the role of that “record spinning” and he says to his new lady Juliet that, “Mmmm, something smells good.”
Also, I got an email asking if Juliet is pregnant, answer is NO! NO WAY! Watch the show and get to know Juliet more. She knows DAMN WELL what is about to happen to her and how she will ONCE AGAIN be used as a doormat. The record keeps spinning, and spinning and spinning and spinning.

DON’T KNOW JACK!

This episode was SOOOOOOO close to being JACKless. DAMNIT! I timed it to 30 seconds left…snuck in there? Didn’t ya Jack?!

DON’T KNOW KATE

Damn, those last three years were pretty rough on Kate. She looks like she aged 30 years…OUCH! Wait, too soon? Sorry. Bad? Mean of me? Sorry. She does though. Come on!

WHAT’CHA TALKIN’ ‘BOUT

What ever happened…happened Daniel to…See! We said it. Don’t believe everything Daniel says. This whole time and space isn’t making sense to anyone. He’s still working equations in his head. Ugh!, also look at it this way too, Daniel NEVER expected in a million years (you like how I did that), that they would be STUCK in time. So…go play and change shit, because whatever happened, is happening.

Listen sister, we’re the ones who just hid those bodies and saved your life… Sawyer to Amy. Just a reminder towards siblings and the show.

How’s your head? Horace. It Hurts Sawyer. CUTE.

Your buddy with the eyeliner Sawyer to Horace. Most Egyptian gods wore eyeliner. Just a reminder! Someone want to give Richard his island back now? Please! Damn you Dharma!

If you’re not a member of the Dharma Initiative then what are you? Richard to Jim LaFeur. This is a reminder that not EVERYONE is part of the island. Maybe they JUST happen to be there…Amy.

How’s your head? Sawyer. It hurts Horace. Ah, clever!

Three years Jim, three years, is that REALLY long enough to get over someone Horace to Jim. THERE YA GO! He knows, and he knows PLENTY! Look at the way he looks at Sawyer when he says “Absolutely…so broken hearted. Not Dharma material now is he? Horace is running the show! Come on people!!!! Horace brought back the Oceanic “how ever many at this point” to the island for MORE tests. He ain’t no dummy. Horace is building a cabin for Jacob in one of Locke’s visions!!!!! Holy shit, remember that…which brings me to a thought, and maybe a good one…our…

FINAL THEORY

We all know where we are going with this one, right? Who is the baby boy Amy gave birth to?! I got two names…work with me. But first the obvious one for me was NO NAME at all, and no big deal at all. See, Amy NEVER wore a Dharma jumpsuit in this episode. EVERYONE wears a jumpsuit in Dharma, so why does she get to wear the same clothing 3 years later when she’s pregnant? Okay, not the same, but close. She does say to Horace that “HE would want to keep “US” safe”, when mentioning that Alpert wanted Paul’s body. But what if she isn’t Dharma, nor “Hostile” then do we care who the baby is? Yes, we should. The show is not pulling a fast one on us, and I have a feeling they added yet another mystery for us. So, who is this baby?
Well, the first name I will give you and hopefully this one makes sense in timelines.

Ethan Rom - the timelines MAY add up. If the show is playing he is younger than me, when in all honesty he is 10 years older. So…does Ethan work? Maybe. But, for the name we all have been waiting for…drumroll….brum brum brum brum!

JACOB - Yup! Why not?!?! He wasn’t even supposed to survive that childbirth. It’s Horace’s son, so when Horace dies and Locke sees him, he’s not building him a crib (like Locke did for Claire), but he’s actually building him a house after 32 years. Also, Horace is NOT surprised that his son was born on the island, also, doesn’t ask if Amy is still alive. HE KNOWS she’s okay and the baby is fine as well. If I knew women died or babies aren’t born on the island, I would b asking “Wait, I have a son?! That means Vanessa didn’t make it, right?!?!” Horace was fine. DO NOT underestimate Horace.
Richard Alpert knew of Jacob in 1954, sure, BUT, Alpert is coming and going from the island, and never aging. So does that prove Alpert is going in and out of Timelines? Well to be honest…Alpert seems like he can do whatever the hell Alpert wants to do right now. From what I am seeing in this whole scheme of things and the references towards Egypt and Pharaohs and what nots…this show LOST some viewers in Season 3? Its about to lose EVERYONE in the next few episodes. Stick around people, it’s about to get FREAKY and REAALLLLLLY good.
We won’t even give two shits about a plane crash some time soon!

Okay…TIMELINE!
1) Read the blog
2) Comment and Kudo!
3) Rent “In Memory Of My Father” and “Berkeley”
4) Enjoy your day and see you next week!

NAMASTE (hint hint)

You know, I have no intro…so…

WHAT I GOT FROM: The Life and Death Of Jeremy Bentham

THE OTHER 48 OTHERS

Welcome to a whole other story like we had with the “tailsectioners” in season 2. In which, Eko, GONE, Anna Lucia, GONE, Libby, GONE, Bernard, NEVER ON THE FLIGHT! (I still love my Bernard theory)…but we finally REALLY meet Caesar from last episode. Who is this guy? More to come!
Caesar knows what he is up to and I think he knew EXACTLY where to go when ending up in the Hydra Office. He went straight to the desk lamp, and not to the light switch on the wall…still very sneaky. He looks around the desk as in to count which drawer to the left or right…He finds a stack of LIFE magazines mentioning “THE AWESOME FIREBALL” April 19, 1954…also a quick shot of a page with the Creature From The Black Lagoon. He then finds maps, diagrams of Space and Time, but that has no interest in him…so what is Caesar looking for?
One interesting man that is in this party is a man we have seen since the 2nd scene of LOST, Season 1, Episode 1, Pilot. John Locke. From what we are seeing in this scene, we understand Locke killed himself. Oh boy. This is about to get good.

HYDRA ISLAND CRASH

So what gives with our new plane? Did Dharma finally get it right on placing planes on islands and not having them break apart? Our plane on the Hydra Island is looking well intact and no problems with it. In fact, can this plane still fly, and will they get it to where it may be able to fly later on?

SOME EXPLAINING TO DO

Locke is talking with Ilana about mangos and remembering the flight. Locke is being honest with her. Which is funny, because in Season 1 and 2, from what we get on Locke is nothing but playing dumb and putting people to tests. Now, with Ilana, he’s honest and tells her straight out…I was dead, don’t remember shit, and you don’t like it? Tough, because you will get it soon. Well, I don’t know about soon…it’s been 4 years, going on 5 for us now.
ALSO, Ilana IS the woman who MIRRORS U.S. Marshall Ed Mars, the one who bright Kate to the island, she has Sayid in custody.

WAKE UP!!!!!!

OKAY! Seriously, I am so done with all this WAKE UP shit. DONE! Please!!!! LOST! Stop it. The more we dance around with terms and dropping hints, the “WAKE UP” one is killing us. We get it by now, most of these LOSTIES are sleeping, or (for Karen) in comas. Locke just spent DAYS sleeping, going from NYC hanging to the island. And Widmore is waking this poor man up, after he broke his leg, and doped up on some crazy pills? All this Wake Up and saying people’s names twice, bed-side manner, needs to come to an end, and we need an answer.

WITTY WIDMORE

Widmore is talking to Locke in these two scenes…the visit, and exchange of currency and passport, like Locke was talking to Ilana. Has the answers, but Locke (like Ilana) doesn’t get it yet. Widmore admits to knowing Ben tries to kill Locke, but it goes over Locke’s head. How the hell would Widmore know? Widmore isn’t the bad guy we all think he is, BUT, neither is Ben…one of the Ben’s. Yes, we are going to stick to the theory there are two Ben’s. Trust me. Tonight proved it. Brown hair Ben = Good/Decent ben. Black haired/black suit Ben = BAAAAD Ben. Re-watch Widmore in these scenes. Plus, HE KNOWS LOCKE IS SPECIAL. Ohhhh, which we see Walt in this episode…Violent Femmes had a GREAT song called “Special” too by the way. Download it!

UHHHHH…MATTHEW…I MEAN WALT

OKAY, huge theory here and I AM RIGHT?! Please! Matthew Abbadon is Walt. Hear me out. John Locke was Mr. Locke to one person and ONE person ONLY on this show, Walt Dawson. Also, we are seeing TWO Ben’s going on, and I think that the Orchid Orientation video from last season is rearing it’s NASTY head. From the film Primer, you are in NO WAY allowed to interact with your “Other.” So, Hurley sees Matthew, but where did he go with Walt? He can not interact. SO FAR FETCHED, but…I get this feeling that there are TWO’s going on. Jeremy and John now too!
But!
Creepy Walt. Still so creepy. He knew Locke was there…no Locke screaming, “Hey Walt!” Nope! Walt turns and there’s Locke sitting there. Also, dreaming of Locke. What is this? Oye. This isn’t good. Walt is special, through and though, we know this. Makes birds fly into windows, makes the rain stop, tells Shannon to keep quiet…soaked on the island. Weird.
Also, Walt’s test…asking Locke “is my Dad on the island? I haven’t talked to him in 3 years.”…oh damn Locke, why you lying to him…he’s going to make you fly into a window!!! Walt knows Daddy Dawson is dead, HE KNOWS! So why the lie? Dumb move, very dumb! Not Matthew, well, he’s something on that island I tell ya!

R.I.P. ABBADON

Hurley knows it, Naomi can sense it, and Locke, you should know it. Abbadon wasn’t one of the good ones. Widmore may not be so bad, but can’t be good at the same time. I just say, EVERYONE, get off this island, give it up, go…Abbadon died for this island, and why? Who else has to? Also, Abbadon is a better liar than you, and you did what he told you to do, so…why didn’t Widmore get Abbadon to get the Oceanic 6 back on. He got Naomi on the island! Eh? See?!

R.I.P. HELEN

This just PROVES that they are NOT off the island by ANY means. So Helen dies in 2006 from a brain aneurysm, really? Like freighters and Eloise the Rat does? Hmmm…fishy. I’m not buying that. Well Helen, all you needed was a Constant, and it would have all been fine.

R.I.P. JEREMY BENTHAM

We hardly even knew ya!
Damn, that was quick! We knew of this guy from Season 4 and off the island of Season 5, but we finally get to meet you, and POOF, gone! ONE EPSIODE. Only real question I have here, is how does Locke get to LA so fast. And I mean REALLY fast! TIMELINE!

1) Locke dies.
2) THAT night (Ben explains), Jack is on that flight where he reads the obituary. (how the hell is Jeremy’s obituary in the paper THAT day, if he’s not dead yet!)
3) Jack comes back to see Kate that next night.
4) Later on that night, Jack visits Locke at Hoffs/Drawler.

It was THAT NIGHT, all it takes Locke to get to LA. So, we need to realize, and Ben says he has people “everywhere”…that HE HAS (him) PEOPLE EVERYWHERE! If he has Jill, Jeff and Gabriel, even Eloise, then he has more. We see a hatch in the “real world”, but it’s called the Lamp Post, so it’s not in the real world according to Narnia.. And last night, in the LOST Tid-Bits recap episode, it said it was influenced by Narnia, so SCORE for us! Whooohoo!
Also, for me…the scene where Locke is prepping the noose, made out of power cord mind you, it’s almost like he was told to do it there, and only there. Some of us play video games? You know in a game like Fallout 3, Grand Theft Auto, or even Super Mario…you know there’s always “THAT SPOT” where you can ONLY make the move it wants you to do. The arrow, or blip, or whatever it is, pointing it out for you to press the B button? That’s what this was. There was a hole in the ceiling, and Locke decides, to break more and use that to hang himself. Someone pointed it out to him, and he did it. Always following, never leading Locke.

BAD BEN, WORSE BEN

Here we go again! I know ALL of last season we talked about there being TWO BEN’s and that film Primer will come into play. Well, here it is. I think we have proof. There ARE two Ben’s at this point. The Ben we are used to, but Ben also had “himself” a BAD Ben roaming, watching and keeping NO ONE safe. This Ben we see in the scene with Locke and the attempting suicide is the WORSE Ben, the Ben that GETS back to the island. There are many times in this show, where people are scared of what Ben is “all of the sudden” capable of, well he always has been, but not the Ben we think. Which leads me to believe the Ben that calls Jack, at the pier in the last episode, that’s WORSE Ben and killed Penny. Oh Penny! We’ll get to you!
Ben mentions that “When you turned up, he called me”, Locke loses it, and the question goes byebye of who is “he”. He being BAD Ben, so WORSE Ben goes and does his dirty work, only little does BAD Ben know, that WORSE Ben is playing him too.
Also, really quick, with how fast Ben gets Locke to LA…are there two Locke’s? Does Jeremy and John make sense? Only explanation for me, BUT, it’s LOST…we wait and see.
Also, I have a feeling that’s WORSE Ben getting his ass kicked by Widmore in that video Ben gives Locke. The magic box!

MY MAIN MAN MICHAEL JACKSON

For Jim and I, we laugh when we see the actor playing Caesar for his fantastic role in David O. Russell’s Three Kings and his famous torture/interrogation scene with Mark Wahlberg. The scene where Caesar is talking to “Mr. Locke” (uh, wait, another Mr. Locke now!!! Hmmmm), reminds me so much of that scene and please, if you have NEVER seen Three Kings I advise you too. Amazing film. Plus, actor Saïd Taghmaoui is great in everything he does. I’m so glad he’s playing Caesar!
I found a clip on YouTube, of the interrogation scene and Michael Jackson, but it has this creepy face transformation and Mike Oldfield’s “Tubular Bells” from The Exorcist at the end of it…creepy. So I’m not putting it up.

FOR THE WRITERS!!!

Hey DamonCuse…please please please, on the DVD, PLEASE!!!!!!!! This is obscure, and if any of you readers GET THIS REFERENCE, WOW! But, I know we have some PUBLIC ENEMY fans on the creative side of LOST, since we saw that DJ and his tattoo at Hurley’s surprise party. BUT! PLEASE!!!
You need to dub Flavor Flav’s voice into the last line of the show where Locke says “He’s the man who killed me” and put in (from Fear Of A Black Planet “Yo, Terminator man, MEET THE G THAT KILLED ME!!!!!” HAHAHAHA!
Okay, that’s all!

WHATCHA’ TALKIN’ ‘BOUT?

The pilot and some woman took one…
Ilana to Locke. So, these boats. I’m thinking they came from the Hydra, so…the Pilot is Lapidus, and the woman has to be either Juliet or Kate. Two women who knew where the boats were, from being on this island prior. Right? Who?! It’s Sun, she’s off to find Jin.

I think this is the best mango I have ever eaten Locke to Ilana. Welcome home Locke. You seem so happy. Best mango you’ve ever eaten? I love saying that when I go a restaurant I haven’t been to in a long time, and it is the best “anything” I have ever eaten. I feel I am getting this from Locke. He hasn’t had an island mango in a long time. Well, it’s 4 days, maybe it’s new location of the island and the food is different because of climate and all.

You had a compound fracture, the doctors here did their best, but I had a specialist flown in, too reset your leg properly. Widmore to Locke. So that FREAK meeting between Widmore and Locke…”put the gun down Widmore”…makes Widmore know that he will see Locke off the island? But that’s not why I put this here. I HAD A SPECIALIST?!?!? Whoooooooo?! Who is this? And how long has this been going on?! How long was Locke out for? SLEEPING!!!!! Doped up!

I was exiled by HIM, just as you were Widmore to Locke. So, HIM?! Jacob. Who exiled Locke from the island, Jacob, BUT…Locke needed to move the island, so Locke has to play Jacob to make Locke move the island, but Locke is a dummy, and doesn’t move it. SOOOOO…he never was exiled by Jacob. See?! Does this make sense?! In my mind it does. Locke is Jacob by the way.

Your chariot has arrived Widmore to Locke. Great line. Makes me think of the Greek, then temples, even Hurley’s Sphinx drawing.

Who manipulated you? - Locke. Ben - Sayid. WHOA!!!!!! Look at Locke’s face there. HOLY SHIT! He knows there are two Ben’s now. 2 years he thinks…2 years Ben has been off…wait, NO!!!! Love that look!

Jack booked a ticket WORSE Ben to Locke. How good was this little sneaky move on Ben’s part. HAHA! Loved it. I remember hearing this, going, OH COME ON that’s not fair, haha! Makes you want to get in the room with them and be “John, don’t listen, Jack flies ALL THE TIME!!!” Clever Ben, clever! But it doesn’t matter…the ring, THE RING!

I’ll miss you John, I really will WORSE Ben to Locke. This theory I will need to go back and re-write and dive more into, since it hasn’t been mentioned since middle Season 4. BUT. The Ben saying this, I feel is the REAL Ben, the Ben that has been screwed by Dharma, father, and everyone else. Ben has some hate in his heart and this proves it. He knows that he won’t be going back to the island, and it’s the work of the OTHER Ben that will be on the island. If that makes sense, so he WILL miss John, and OTHER Ben either on the island OR in LA will now take things from here. But, this WORSE Ben needs to get to LA to get back to the island.

FINAL THEORY

Is it the TWO BEN’s theory?!?!? NO!!!!! In fact, it’s better! It’s about that damn Penny. Which will bring me to two Ben’s and MAYBE, just MAYBE one isn’t more evil than the other. BUT, ok, here we go!
PENNY! Yup! Penny. And this may help us solve the theory of Widmore. On tonight’s episode, Widmore admits “three decades” on the island, and “his people.” No, his people is NOT Dharma. NO! I have this huge suspicion he is the “hostiles” we hear of. TIMELINE and THEORY.

1) Charles lives on the island and is running his father’s company as well. His father was one of the Black Rock, or even maybe the one leading the expedition.
2) Widmore Corp. is wanting to preserve this island and all that it contains so he can help the world. Not Dharma style.
3) It’s 1954 and Charles meets Ellie and gets her pregnant. Now we can only have one pregnancy, so is it Daniel or Penny? It’s Daniel.
4) Ellie knows she can’t have children on the island so he sends her off. Knowing he will never see her again, since he’s on the island.
5) He meets Annie, Ben’s childhood friend, and gets her pregnant with Penny.
6) Ben was with Annie, and this is a HUGE no no, and Ben has Annie and Charles banished from the island. Charles can’t face Ellie for what he did with Annie, he knows of her whereabouts (for Des), but won’t see her.
7) Ben is the leader now. The purge.
8) Ben hears Charles wants back on, he’s close, a freighter comes…and Ben now has to kill Penny, but he CAN’T kill Charles, why is that? What game is this?

Penny…born on the island or off? Who’s the mother? These are massive questions we need to answer. Did Ben kill her in the last episode when he’s on the phone with Jack? Why is he all bruised and battered? Is this from the video with Widmore?
My theories are! Both Ben and Charles are little messed up in all this. I don’t think they KNOW what’s going on, but more they “WANT TO PLAY THE GAME” of what’s going on. They are making the rules and playing the game. Is Locke the answer? Who knows?! That’s not the question yet…the question is who, what, when, and where is the island?
You want to know the future of LOST, you need to get to know the PAST, of LOST. Go back and pay with the timelines. We have dates now.
1) Charles is born in 1937!!! Who’s his daddy?
2) 1954 we see Charles on the island. How old is Penny?
3) Charles is exiled from the island, turning a donkey wheel huh? Can’t go back.
4) We know in 1994 she visits Des at the monastery. She’s in her 30’s? So she was born in 1960’s somewhere?
5) 1996 Des is asked to cease his relationship with Penny, and he goes on that race and lands on the island.

Hope this all makes sense….so much to play with here and I will get to work on theories and timelines again.

It’s 10:01am!!! Need to post this, I’m a minute late.

Category: Movies, TV, Celebrities
Locke’s suicide note read ”I wish you believed me”, and I think that line was meant for us to read, and it was a suicide note written by LOST: Season 5 Episode 6 – 316 (Eggtown 2.) The episode was decent, don’t get me wrong, but I feel we’re starting to see Season 2, those last 6 episodes of Twin Peaks. They knew it was over and everyone seems bored. Was that acting from Matthew Fox? Also, I must say knowing that this episode was next week’s episode and next week was to be this week’s episode…

THIS IS WHAT I GOT FROM: 316

WELCOME HOME

Bamboo trees, Jack is in a suit and tie, close up of his eye…but no Vincent, no weird baton, no knowing where Jack was going, and a screaming Hurley, things are not what they seem. Jack is back to saving everyone and playing the hero, so that’s good. He feels at home I guess. Jack has to save Hurley, as Hurley is drowning and using Charlie as a flotation device. Kate is knocked out cold, but I think she likes it, since she’s so damn hung-over. The island can’t cure that either, so there is no real cure for the common hang over.

46 HOURS EARLIER…eh

So, we are introduced to the name of the new Dharma Hatch, The Lamp Post , but some of us may not really understand why it’s named after your common light to illuminate the streets. Well, in Chronicles of Narnia, which follows a similar story arch of traveling to a mysterious world, the Lamp Post in Narnia is the worlds “beacon” to bring you back to the “real world.” So, in this case, the Lamp Post is in L.A., so does this mean “the beacon” in this world…not the real world. Is the island, “the real world” then? Make sense!? I like that.
Also, Ben is praying…weird.

I GOT IT, I GOT IT, I GOT IT…I GOT YOUR NEW NUMBERS ON THE WALL

Well Hurley, you don’t have to hear those numbers for much longer huh? I think we may have some new ones. Ajira 316?! Yeeeeeeah! But, we’ll see.
Nevermind, we still get the old ones. Ajira 316’s gate is 15. Jack’s seat is in row 8. Frank took the Ajira flight gig 8 months ago, etc. But hearing a new number like 316, and now Hurley is buying 78 seats…I feel we’re getting new numbers for some reason.

THE SAGA CONTINUES

Ben is off to see an “old friend”, and to whom he made a “promise”. Well, I think we can all say that it has to be Charles Widmore and the killing of his daughter Penny. Ben doesn’t know when he will be back, off the island, and he needs to get it over with now. So, Desmond won’t like this, and he may have not already and that’s why Ben is all beaten to shit. Also, look where Ben is when he calls Jack to see if Jack can pick up Dead-Locke. He’s at a pier…dead Penny.

IT’S A STRANGE MAGIC

Magic…a point for Karen. And Orlando Magic, NO POINTS ya dummies. What bad game last night, grrrrr. 117-85. What is that?! Okay, back to Ray, Jack’s grandfather…wait, WHAT?! He calls him Ray, like Peter calls his dad, Walter on Fringe! What is this? Plus, I thought this was where that watch was going to come into play. Jack needs something of Christian’s right? THE WATCH!!!!! THE WATCH!!!!! Ray knows what I’m talking about…it was passed down to Christian from Ray. Step-grand-dad maybe?

AARON

Short and simple. Where’s Aaron? With Mama Littleton. So, why is Kate drunk and crying? Because Ben has a good lawyer and it ALL worked out for Ben. Aaron was taken away from her and handed over to Claire’s mom, short and sweet. Well, you gotta go back!

SLACKING JACK

What is up with Jack in this episode? Acting all happy, a bit doofy at times. I remember saying this before and I need to go back to remember when Jack was all this slow and boring. Kate has a past, and makes some stupid decisions, but Jack has NEVER questioned Kate. He didn’t want to know why she was on the run, and now doesn’t want to know where HIS nephew is? What? Oh it bothers me so, when Jack acts like this. STOP!

PLANE CRASH 2: ELECTRIC BOOGALOO

This is actually serious, so, lets get to it. We need to compare some crashes and incidents.

1) Oceanic 815 : Sawyer reads his note. Ajira 316: Jack is reading a note.
2) Oceanic 815: We see Rose playing with her wedding band. Ajira 316: Sun is playing with her wedding band.
3) Oceanic 815: Charlie is in the bathroom. The Island: Ben comes out of his house as if coming out of the bathroom.
4) Oceanic 815: Kate was escorted by US Marshall Ed Mars. Ajira 316 Sayid is being escorted, playing Kate’s role.
5) >Oceanic 815: Jack is bringing his dad in a coffin. Ajira 316: Jack is bringing John in a coffin.
6) Oceanic 815: Hurley is reading a comic in Spanish. Ajira 316: Hurley is at it again, but this time with Brian K. Vaughn’s Y The Last Man in Spanish. HEY, BKV? Where do we get that?
I’m trying to put together the incident where the Oceanic flight decides to break apart. In this incident, the plane doesn’t break, Jack reads the note and has his “moment” and then POOF! Window opened!

HEY KAREN…

Did the Butcher Shop move? Where’s the Barber Shop and the funeral home? Where is that “section of town”? Weird! This one had to go to her….read her blog and see the pics. Jack and Jill was clever, ha ha, I guess! Haha!

THE SHOES

I understand the shoes, I do. Jack is helping John make the next steps in what they need to do. Locke breaks his legs EVERY TIME he needs to take the next step (in life, it’s all metaphors). Well, Jack just hopes one day, when he does, he has the new shoes to do it.

HERE HE GO AGAIN

Oh poor Lapidus. You’re looking good buddy. New hairstyle, clean shaven, and a calm attitude. What have you been doing these three years off the island? Well, all that doesn’t matter anymore, because, you are going back! Another thing someone will blame Jack on, and it’s not his fault. Here we go with faults again. Also, Lapidus? You we’re to fly BOTH flights that get you to the island? Hmmm…fishy fishy.

CRASH IS EQUAL TO FLASH

Okay, so we needed a HUGE budget and get you all excited for that “new plane crash” show on ABC back in 2004. So, Oceanic 815 “Crashed”. But here, I am getting some questions and messages that what will happen to these people, and Jack asks the same question. Ben answers it best “Who cares?”
Now yes, we all agree Ben is a dick, and could give two shits about the freighters when they died, but in this case, I don’t think the tail section are going with. The island is picking who it needs out of that flight, and I think it’s the cockpit all the way back to row 8.
The flight is NOT CRASHING but it’s flashing, if this makes sense. When the LOSTIES on the island flashed, they took themselves and nothing happened with who was there with them at the time. Jin flashed, not the scientific expedition. But, when Oceanic “crashed”, then you should give three shits on the people who didn’t make it then. Not here.
AND YES, Ben made it. I feel the ones who are going on, are ones who have been there before. So, I think Sayid’s friend, and the actor Said Taghmaoui (the man next in line, giving condolences to Jack) will be on. Why? Well last season they pulled fast ones with people coming on who had been there before. So excited Said is on the show. LOVE IT!

WHAT’CHA TALKIN’ ‘BOUT?

A veeerry clever fellow, built this pendulum Eloise Hawking. She’s talking about Daniel by the way. How she is explaining the theories, it sounds like Farraday and so do the equations.

These people here are just using us, playing some type of game and we are just the pieces Desmond to Jack. Well, YEAH! I told YOU! Hey Karen, Jim gave us a head nod for that one by the way. I’ll never forget calling Karen one early morning and putting the chess board theory out there and BAM…two hours later she sent me EVERYTHING there is/was to know about chess, and it ALL fits! NOW!!!!
Desmond says “these people HERE”…and “using US”…what is this? He means ALL of them, and not Jack and him! Let’s not forget how those two met and their destinies. Brilliant line! Re-watch the way he says that.

There’s a commercial airliner, flying from LA to Guam…that’s going to go right through our window Eloise to Jack. There’s the window again…WINDOW…MIRROR. What ever!

It’s called a LEAP OF FAITH, Jack Eloise to Jack. I need to thank Lynda for asking me some questions about Season 2 and me re-watching last week. I re-watched Orientation with lunch last Wednesday, and look at what Locke says to Jack in the final minute of the episode..
JACK: No. It's a button.
LOCKE: I can't do this alone, Jack. I don't want to. It's a leap of faith, Jack.

Oh Eloise, how do YOU know soooo much!

We’re on the same plane, it doesn’t make us together Kate to Jack. Wow, what an asshole. TOLD YOU SHE SUCKS! That’s what I want to hear if I was in love with this woman for years, impregnated her the night before, and now she’s saying “we’re not together.” Oh yeah, and I said she’s pregnant….obvious…I think.

My mother taught me Ben to Jack. That’s so sweet of Ben’s mother to teach him how to read, but I need to be honest…didn’t Bobby Roth show us that his mother died at birth? Hmmm…think. Which brings me to my final theory about Ben and this flash we just had.

FINAL THEORY
THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN (Prequel)

Last week’s blog was brought to by the episode Orientation and well, dag nabbit, I’m glad it was, because we saw a quote from that episode, this week. So this week’s episode is brought to you by the episode The Man Behind The Curtain. This episode is one of my favorites. It was the weekend of my wedding, I had the honor of speaking with and then final meeting director Bobby Roth and watching his film with him in Fort Lauderdale, Vanessa and I made some amazing new friends that next day, and now the latest flash comes FULL CIRCLE.

Ben is coming back to the island! Right? Well, in Bobby Roth’s LOST directorial debut (and only episode for NOW), Ben had this older look to him when killing his father. He is told to have patience, and it’s not so he grows older, but to be put to tests. And here is why…

STEP 1): Richard Alpert meets Ben and he looks all “stranded”, not clean-shaven and metrosexual like usual. Ben, lashes out his anger at Dharma and wants to be rid of them. Alpert loves what he hears. Because (here comes the theory) Alpert WENT TO SEE LOCKE when he was a kid to see if he would pick the compass…Locke didn’t. John tells him to visit him, and Richard tries from time to time, and it’s not working, but he keeps it up. Locke has other plans, and messes it ALL up, that’s why he comes back to the island in Season One to make it better.
Locke isn’t special. Richard losing faith in Locke, this ends up to be some kind of hostile war between Locke and Ben. (we’ll see soon).

STEP 2): When Ben is a little older, a certain birthday, and after meeting up with Richard from time to time, Richard finally let’s Ben join and sets him on some tests. One of them is to leave the island. Richard knows that in the next few years, Jack, Kate, Sun, etc will be flashing on the island and trying to take over. The HOSTILES!!!! Remember when Juliet shot at the boat two weeks ago?!?!!? YES! We were right! Water bottles and all. The boats we’re from Jack and them. They flashed to the 70’s at some time, when Ben killed his father. New Dharma van…and someone asked if that was the ONLY Dharma van, and no it’s not, there are a handful or maybe more.

STEP 2) : We see Daniel Farraday working down in the Orchid Station in the season premiere Because You Left, which means he was there in preparation of building that hatch some time ago. How did he get down there? He was offered the job, took it, and blending in. You think Desmond pushing buttons for 3 years was long, these kids may have it worse.

STEP 3): We see Jin in a BRAND NEW Dharma Van and brand new Dharma JumpSuit. How can that be? Well, that damn Donkey Wheel is how! When Locke pulled that Donkey Wheel, they went back to the Dharma Days of the 70’s and we are about to find out who the hostiles are, were, wait, no, I was right…are!

It’s that easy! When Locke pulled, they went back to The Dharma Days (THE PURGE) and Sawyer, Jin, Juliet, etc. have to adapt to their way of life. Ben comes back thanks to Guam and “open windows”, and now he knows what to do, and that’s where killing his father comes into play. Jin was forced to wear the suit, and fit in. Why do you think he was holding the gun up and acting all “MY ISLAND!”, he’s been told too! Thanks Lynda and Vanessa for this, and doing the research now.

MAIN QUESTION at hand is why is Jin coming out there? They flashed to the island, correct? Well, how does Jin know they ended up there? He didn’t see a crash…nope. So how does he know there are people in the lagoon? He saw something to tip him off, or someone told him, or something? I don’t get how he ended up there.

I hope we see a nice healthy Mikhail. Maybe we can see a statue lose it’s toe, or Mikhail lose an eye.

WOW…minds blown?! I think so! Great episode to be honest. DAMN YOU LYNDA, you’re gonna ream me a new asshole at lunch, haha! See you ladies @ 12:30…LOST LUNCH THURSDAYS with Dim Sum. The BEST!

Thanks guys! Comment, Kudos and all that jazz. See you at the comments, you know I answer them all.

Okay, so my friend Lynda had some questions about Season 2, as she is re-watching NOW, during Season 5…SMART! She had me watch “Orientation” this week, and holy shit people…we nailed some hammers on the heads. I started re-watching last year, just so I can put my thoughts from Season 1 and 2…WELL, amazing! Season 2 is the answer! THE ANSWER!!!!!! Watch LOCKE the WHOLE time as we see him now in Season 5. He is re-doing ALL OF THIS again! If you have time, pop in your favorite episodes of Season 1 and 2, and enjoy!

What I Got From: THIS PLACE IS DEATH

TITLE SAYS IT ALL

Okay, so we have seen a birth on the island, so the title is NOT all completely true, which brings to me to my FIRST EVER, Final Theory…FIRST!
Claire had Aaron on the island. Rousseau had Alex on the island. Claire was paranoid that people were trying to take the baby, and Rousseau killed to protect…probably the baby. Rousseau was BROUGHT to the island. BELIEVE THAT! I will explain some thoughts, and wrap up at the end, but PLEASE don’t forget that Claire and Rousseau, ARE NOT to far from each other.

WILL THE REAL ROUSSEAU PLEASE STAND UP?!

Jin has EVERY right to ask Danielle if she is Rousseau, Daniel Rousseau, because HOW THE HELL IS THAT DANIELLE ROUSSEAU? Seriously. That girl that’s pregnant, calling herself Danielle is supposed to look like the Rousseau we have met in Season 1, hung out in Season 2 and 3, and died in 4? NO WAY! The girl we meet is like 19 or 20 years old, right? And Rousseau we meet in Season One is AT LEAST 45 or so, YES!?! What the hell is this? Time, time, time! Nothing makes sense here.

CAT GOT YOUR TOUNGE

So when Nadine goes missing…we think it’s the black smoke right? Well…why isn’t she screaming bloody murder like EVERYONE else, when they get dragged around? She’s EXTREMLEY quiet. So, the only reason HAS to be she was drugged, or gagged, etc. She could not be pulled by something, she would have yelled, everyone would have chased her, then title screen LOST. NO! She is pregnant and Ethan Rom’s mentor took her, before Ethan got there. Or was Ethan born on the island too? It’s awesome to know that the black smoke was around in 1988!

TEMPLE OF DOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

Well, the black smoke is a security system, so maybe not so much DOOM, but what is it protecting. Also, when Montand ends up down in the hole, he seems (HURT, YES, but) all right, like nothing happened. He’s screaming Help Me!, but seems okay and cool, not screaming, MY FUCKING ARM IS TORN OFF!!!!!!! OOOOOOOUCCCCH! This is all to crazy for me, this whole 1988 scene is REALLY bizarre? Really!!! REALLY?!?
Also, thank you Damon and Carlton for taking the arm off, A++++ for all of you who caught this and remember that from a podcast way back when! LOVE IT!
Okay, a little timeline of weird.
• Danielle acts like she knows Jin and asks a question (see Whatcha’ Talkin’ “bout)
• Nadine doesn’t scream when she is being dragged.
• Montand lets the black smoke take him (yes he does) and his arm gets ripped off and doesn’t act all crazy.
o Montand says “I know which way to go”…and he LEADS them to the black smoke! Genius.
So why does the BLACK SMOKE attack the science expedition? They are up to something bad and the BLACK SMOKE needs to protect. These guys brought Rousseau there and will protect her too!

JIN AND CHILD BIRTH, THE ULTIMATE COCKTAIL

So, Jin ends up with his back to Sawyer. Blah blah blah. Let’s go back to why Jin had to see Danielle. Because of Sun. He has this connection to see what’s happening to pregnant women on the island…but why? The island triggers Jin to see Rousseau and some of the story behind the “sick” and her being pregnant, about to deliver Alex. But something there, is Claire, if that makes sense.
Sawyer, just a few flashes ago sees Claire giving birth, and now the island delivers a Jin who would have seem birth, to him. Its back to Juliet, and all them crazy babies, this island can’t have. I like the connection, but there’s a mystery, with no answer yet.
It all comes down to children on this show. The last thing Jin heard before KABOOM, was Michael saying “you’re gonna be a father, GO!!!” Michael is making sure Jin doesn’t end up like the father Michael was, to WALT. Special boy. All revolves around CHILDREN! Creepy! Those two little scary shit twins from the Shining better not come out, ARRRRRRRG!

THREE FLASHES

So, let’s REALLY look into why there were two flashes, back to back, then Charlotte looks like someone, something happened to her, then FLASH!!!! It HAD to be something off camera to trigger these. Vanessa said something interesting that maybe Daniel flashed back and had to warn her that she may die. Good, true, and before he could get there, they flashed somewhere else.
Who is triggering these, and why so fast? Did the island REALLY want Charlotte dead? Kill her before all this, you had a good way of ridding off LOST members in past seasons. Why let her suffer and rid of her slowly if she was going to die!?! Okay, here’s why!
Charlotte had no idea about her childhood and Daniel EVER being part of it until after the night time flash…that’s because I feel Daniel used that flash to speak to Charlotte in the past. Since he’s on the island of course…just reminding. Or Daniel is a hack and we will see a young Charlotte in the next few minutes, but Locke stopped all time flashing and hopping.

ABOUT TIME!!!!!!!!

Ben snapping at Jack and telling him he’s helping them….HE’S BACK! This was amazing. This is the Ben I miss from Season 2 and 3! Also, it takes Jack 30 minutes to apologize to Sun in the van? NO! Jack would be the first to apologize, within before getting into the van. This was bad.

JUST MAKING SURE

You’re still watching EVERY frame we have Juliet on the screen, and her mannerisms and he reaction to who says what, and who does what…WATCH JULIET! She’s in on the WHOLE THING! God, I love this character.

R.I.P. CHARLOTTE STAPLES LEWIS

Sorry everyone, and THANK YOU Rebecca for your outstanding performance on LOST, BUT, I know for a fact, you’ll be on again. People are taken off the playing field, but NO ONE does on the show. Death, bah! Ha! I laugh in it’s face on this show.
Charlotte mentions she’s been on the island before, and I applaud everyone who called that, it was great to hear it.
BUT! Daniel asks Charlotte why is she explaining that she grew up on the island, her father left her when she was young, her mom told her the island wasn’t real, and she had been searching for it, her whole life? HE KNEW THIS!!!! He knows because he is your father!!!!!!!!! Karen pointed it out last week when she said “Don’t baby me” and the week before that Daniel confesses he “LOVES” the girl and not “IN LOVE” with the girl next to him. That’s Daniel’s daughter dude! It’s all coming together. Get ready.
Sure she says he’s the crazy-scary man who told her not to go back to the island was Daniel. Well, it was probably night, and he only had a second before he flashed again to go back to where he is with her NOW. But, she doesn’t remember her childhood to well, and we hear this when she’s mumbling in her flash-coma state. When she says scary and crazy, this show seals the deal on that topic for sure.

LISTENING TO LOST, WORTH A DAAAAMN

Christen Shepard tells Locke that he needs to move the island! Damnit damnit damnit! I’m usually so good at point these things out and I can’t believe they pull that fast one over us! Hahha! That was brilliant, and I have to admit, as a cheap shot, it worked! WORKED! This puts a rift in the friendship (sibling rivalry) between John and Ben. Ben set John up, knew Hurley would see the cabin, and then John comes out with the plans. Ben at this point is looking out for himself and I think once SOMEONE else comes off the island, maybe the one who Donkey Wheeled before can come back on! There seems to be rules, new ones, every week. Just no one is following them, but Ben is (and breaking them).

SACRAFICES

Remember, Locke is willing to sacrifice himself for the island right? He’s good at this, an old hand at it. He had Boone sacrifice himself for the island and maybe Karma is a bitch. For Boone, what comes around, goes around Locke.

THE MAGIC LANTERN

How many of us lost our shit when we saw the lantern? Anyone? Any of us? Not many I think. We need to be cheering more when we see the lantern than when we hear Christian Shepard’s voice. That lantern IS Jacob. Not like Tinkerbell, but it’s Jacob. We’re learning that light is playing such a huuuuge role in the show right now, so why can’t the famous Jacob’s Lantern play one too. It has before. It died, didn’t it? It’s not broken now!
Also, really quick! NO! Christian Shepard is not an asshole like his son…I don’t think he is. Why wouldn’t he help Locke up to push the DONKEY WHEEL?!?! Because he wasn’t really there!!!!!! A ghost? Sure. Jacob? Nah! But he wasn’t there! Make sense right?

PUSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Locke you asshole, he said PUSH, not PULL! First you make Ben do your job, and now you can’t even push the damn wheel! ARG! Haha!

THE UNKOWN DHARMA STATION

I think we’re there. The logo in the new DHARMA STATION looks like a lamppost and the 1st shot you see you when Ben’s van is pulling up to the church is THAT lamppost! BOOYA!
Some of you played the Dharma Initiative Recruiting Project, and when you got the video, you may have seen this logo for a second. Well, I think we’ve been introduced to the new station!!!! The church, and proves even Dharma is working off the island. Now, where’s the Dharma Costco to bring food to the LOSTIES.

GOING BACK!

“This will have to do for now.” is Ms. Hawking’s new famous line for the week. But wait! She also reminds Ben what she meant…ALL OF THEM! She said “ALL OF THEM!” This side of Dharma aren’t too bright. Bn pushes the Donkey Wheel and look at what’s going on, just so he can have vengeance on his daughters (not so much daughter) death. Now, Eloise needs ALL OF THEM and gets the pissed off widow slash mother, and pissed off drunk most of the time and the other time hopped up on pills Jack. Then the guy who has memories of her, when she was working in an antique store, but now running a Dharma Station off the island. Oh yeah, this will work for sure, let me tell ya. Good luck guys! This will be funny.

WHATCHA’ TALKIN’ ‘BOUT

I’ll be on a plane tomorrow Sun to Mom. Yeah you will…but not on an Oceanic Flight to Seoul. We all noticed that Sun was scared to say that, and not feeling positive about seeing her daughter. It was weird. If I am coming home to see my kids, I would be “HEY KIDDO! I’m coming home!” not so much here. Weeeeeeeeeird conversation…new friend named Aaron too? Aaron the hostage in the back of the car?

First a boat. Then a helicopter. Next thing, you know he’ll talking about a submarine Montand to Danielle. How the hell does he know there’s a submarine…I kid I kid, but I love when LOST does this! BUT! He does say I know which way to go and I say…HOW?! You JUST GOT HERE…so was he there before hand? Is he a delivery boy of some sort, bringing Rousseau there?

Who are you hoping to find? Danielle to Jin. What the hell does she know now?! Shit, has ROUSSEAU been there before hand too? She asks like she knows there may be names, or faces he can explain, but My wife is all he says and that’s all she’s going to get. Great scene by the way!

No, no…water Jin to Sawyer. This explains how Jin survived the freighter explosion? WHAT?! No no no no no no no no no!!!!! im not buying it, MORE PLEASE!!!!! Jin just jumoed off in time and KABOOM! NO!

Just Klingon… Charlotte to Daniel. Hey…J.J. you get a plug to your new film in this episode. HEY HEY! Actually I thought that was funny. Plus, when Robert shoots at Danielle, I though of Greedo and Han Solo. I’m a geek.

OH COME ON Sawyer to…we all know my theory that someone is playing a game with them. This is the 2nd episode where Sawyer looks up talking to the gamemaster!

Turn it up, I love Geronimo Jackson Charlotte. When she says this, WATCH JULIET!!!!! She’s in a loop. Apollo Bars, Expose, the Numbers, etc. We see these over and over and over, in repetition on the island. She never heard of Geronimo Jackson before all this…is there is NO Geronimo Jackson.

Expecting a subway Sawyer to Locke. Always reminding us, the island is never too far from where we are. Manhattan is an island, don’t ever forget that!

Don’t bring Sun back, don’t bring my baby… Jin to Locke. Jin says Sun, but then decides to bring Ji Yeon in to the mix. Locke makes the promise, but as we saw, it’s irrelevant anyway…Ben is making the rules now. I also love when Locke makes the promise not to bring Sun (now the baby too) back to the island, he has this second where he looks off to the side, as if he had a plan.

We’re not allowed to have chocolate before dinner Charlotte. Her famous last words, may be the memory of her father, and he may be looking right over her. Riiiiiiight?! YES!

Say “HELLO” to my son Christian to Locke. Great…last time Locke saw Christian, he was holding Aaron. Hope Locke doesn’t think Aaron is the son…creepy. Ha.

FINAL THEORY

Okay, so this episode was entitled This Place Is Death. No wonder you can’t have babies on the island, but we have seen two. I honestly feel Rousseau and Claire had gone through the same things. Christian needed his daughter to have her baby on the island, but Ben had to go and screw it up and get Aaron off. Aaron is the ONLY Oceanic 6 that NEEDS to go back, I think. Everyone else, just needs to be there and not off the island. Secrets!?! Really?! None of these YAHOO’s can keep a secret, and speaking of YAHOO, neither can Lapidus.
In Confirmed Dead, WE CANNOT forget the famous Daniel Farraday scene where we first meet Daniel off the island. A caretaker is taking care of him and he is watching news of the Oceanic flight crash. Did his plans not work? Who is taking care of him? And when is that? A day or two after he was released from Santa Rosa? Now, Frank Lapidus we see getting on the “horn” to talk to someone in charge (sounds like Abbadon) at Oceanic to tell him, HE was supposed to fly that plan that day. I think they may have needed to be a secret too.
Okay, sorry! Back to the title. THAT PLACE IS DEATH! YES! Holy shit, finally we get confirmation, BUT, the show is NEVER what it seems. As we get into “constants” which is flying over everyone’s heads…I’d like to think that Claire is Rousseau’s constant (yes that could work!) and Rousseau is Claire’s constant…ONLY metaphorically speaking of course. I feel everything Rousseau is doing, Claire had to do. I’m sure she was kidnapped by Dharma and tested, like Claire. It got bad and Claire turned on Charlie, kind of how Rousseau turned on Robert! See?! Something fishy here! More to come, soon!

Great episode and very very creepy. A+++! Hope you enjoyed and THANK YOU again for all the amazing comments and kudos and what nots! I’m so glad we’re still doing this!

WHAT I GOT OUT FROM: The Little Prince

Is it me or are we watching the worst TV show on this year, and THE GREATEST TV SHOW in history EVER, but it’s all in the same episode. Arg! Such an amazing episode, so so good, but then the off the island crap is starting to get on my ass. But…the end of the episode made up for it, seriously. Seeing Ben admit he’s hired a lawyer, and TO HER FACE, tells her Aaron isn’t her son. But, it was predictable. So, we guessed Ben was in on Kate’s little Aaron kidnapping…but something worse is going to happen. Ben always has a plan, and there’s more to this one.

BLACK HOLE SUN

Ohhhhh poor Sun, poor poor Sun. I’m starting to get annoyed by you. Raining on everyone’s parade. Pointing the gun at anyone at this point. Wait, speaking of gun! Where did you get that gun? Who are YOU working for now? Hmmm…

DAY NIGHT DAY

Again with the damn day time, now an on going conversation it’s night time, THEN BECOMES DAY…but the night then becomes day I think was because of flash. But still…this has been going on since Season 1! ALSO! Rain on the island, raining off the island. It’s LA, how often does it rain? Hmmm? This is all getting to bit too weird for me right now.

LUXOR LOCKE

I love how Locke used the beam that can be seen from Mars to know when they were. A+

BLINDED BY THE LIGHT

Sorry, I had to throw a Springsteen song in here, seeing as he rocked the hell out of the Superbowl…but…when James is watching Claire’s birth, where is Jin and Charlie? Are the in this time warping/flashing too? Are they somewhen else? This is weird. Was I blind? Did I miss it?

I CAN SEE FOR MILES AND MILES AND MILES AND MILES…

Miles explains he’s been on the island for only 2 months, and Daniel quickly asks “Are you sure about that?” Something we all have been toying this for a while now. Actually, I think since we met the Freighter Four, we toyed with Charlotte for obvious reasons, no Daniel because of Mommy last week, but Miles was last season because of being “special” and talking to the dead. BUT! How did he get off the island? Is something Locke’s going to do at the Orchid make it where ANYONE or EVERYONE can get off, what about on? Widmore, here’s your lucky chance!!!!!

AJIRA AIRLANES

At least this clue came faster than the Orchid Station last season. But that was it?! I think we’ll be hearing Oceanic goes out of business in the next episode. Those crazy Oceanic 6 need to get back somehow. Hmmm…oh and “other others” was funny. I have to admit.

TRIGGER HAPPY ISLAND

I know we said last week the island is the trigger that makes the flashes happen. Once someone says something, or sees something (they may want to interfere or did too much) the island makes the LOSTIES go FLASHY. Well, in this island, Locke mentions Kate, and how Sawyer might want her to come back…next flash is Locke giving him Kate. THEN. Locke makes the camp walk into a certain direction that would make Sawyer see her. THEN, he asks Sawyer to see if it would work…POOF, it does.

JULIET

What the hell are you up to? Also, was the delivering of Claire’s baby something YOU should have seen and NOT Sawyer. Or were you guys playing the role of Jin and Charlie and that’s creepy. Ha! BUT! In this scene of paddling, she turns around, and it’s not eye contact with Sawyer, then she asks if he’s ok. I feel she turned to see if the other others (Oceanic 6) were following, because she knows it’s THEM shooting at them, to NOT go to the Orchid. Ya feel me? BUT! It looks like she connects with one on that boat. Hmmm…Water bottles? That’s the work of the Oceanic 6! Haha!

THE ANAGRAM GAME

The van that Sayid is driving, and Ben is passenger side…the side of the van says Canton-Rainer = reincarnation.

THE SCIENCE EXPEDITION

6 in a octagon raft! A floating Dharma station. Montand has his arm? And if anyone heard that name, you knew it was Rousseau’s team. But, I think we all knew from the second Locke asks “any one speak French?” I think I was expecting another “Put the gun down Widmore” scream in this episode and I felt this wasn’t it. But, I did love that we have more mystery involved. BUT! Seconds later when we saw the Han Solo Carbonite floating in the water…AMAZING! Got chills, and then BOOM, it was JIN!!!! That was better than “Put the gun down Widmore.” We all went completely NUTS! One more scene and we get more with the Science Expedition and now we hear the NUMBERS!!!!! Soooo good!

WHATCHA TALKIN’ ‘BOUT

But he’s gone - Kate to Jack. Now Kate is talking about Sawyer in this scene, but when is he gone. Did he leave them? We saw the island move…this one is hard to explain. Sawyer goes poof, so are Kate and Jack STILL THERE? I think is what I am saying. Are they never that or too far from the island.

I’ve ALWAYS been with you - Kate to Jack. HOLY SHIT! Wait! What?!?!? Whoa! HUH?! What the hell does this mean? And it means A LOT!! Right? Love this line!!!! Very well played…like a comic book. THANKS BKV!

Her brain has an eternal clock, the flashes throws the clock off Faraday to Juliet. This is the best way to explain what is going on! I love this line! A+ Daniel!!!! Perfect.

Don’t you want HER to come back Locke to Sawyer. Sounds like Ben in this scene. Creepy.

Who are you? Charlotte to Daniel. Reminds me of Minkowsk on the freighter. With ferris wheels and etc. Then snaps out of his dream. She was asking someone in her dream, who they are, not Daniel. Once she hears his name…she snaps out.

No, I need that pain, get to where I am now. Locke to Sawyer. When are you?!?!?! What’s going on Locke. I know you know.

Anyone speak French? Locke to anyone. I don’t…but the nice people over at LOSTPEDIA do…Here is the transcript of what was said in the raft.
ROBERT: Je t'ai bien dit! On n'aurait jamais du suivre ces maudits chiffres! (I told you so! We never should have followed those damn numbers!)
MONTAND: C'est pas ma faute, Robert. Brennan devait tenir le sonar! (It's not my fault, Robert. Brennan was in charge of the sonar!)
BRENNAN: Mais je le faisais, Montand! Je vous l'ai déja dit, les instruments ont mal fonctionné! (I was watching, Montand! I told you already, the instruments malfunctioned!)
ROUSSEAU: Un homme á la mer! (Man overboard!)
(Man) Quoi? (What?)
Mais je pensais qu'on était tous là! (I thought we were all there!)
On est tous la! il n'est pas des autres. Alors qui est-ce? (We ARE all here! He's not one of us. So who is it?)
(Shouting in French)
Pagaie! Pagayez! Allez (Paddle! Paddle! Come on!)
"pointez la lampe de poche sur lui" (focus the light on him) "il faut tenir la lampe torche" (We have to hold the light)
"brennan (?), aidez a pagayer" (brennan, help paddling)
"allez depechez vous! nous derivons avec le courant" (come on! hurry up! we are moving with the stream)
"non, il n'y a que lui! pas de bateau, rien" (no.. There's only him! no boat! nothing!)
" (????) allez sur la cote" (???? reach the coast)
"nom de dieu brennan! ta gueule!" (for godsake brennan! shut up!)
"montez le dans le radeau" (bring him in the raft) "aide moi" (help me)
"Il respire encore" (He's still breathing)
(speaking in French continues)

UNANSWERED QUESTIONS

How the hell is Jin alive? -- I saw him blow up, I know I did! Haha! This show is so kooky.

Longer on the island, FASTER you get nosebleeds? -- Hmm…this one is interesting. VERY!

Sayid and Jack are the ONLY ones who know they went to the hospital…let alone what room they went in -- So who is after Jack and Sayid? Ben seemed to know Jack was there…so, was it Ben knowing that Sayid wouldn’t JUST GO with him? Ben needed Sayid sedated so they can all walk out and no arguing from former Republican Guard Sayid.

I’m guessing Jin wishes the current was going the “other” way when he got knocked out? -- So did Jin just float into the islands radius to make where he can just time travel with them. Is something effecting EVERYONE, because when it rains on the island, it rains in LA. Makes sense! Also, I think the island trigger this flash for Jin and Jin only…he needed someone to pick him up, and this was the only time he would have had it. Think about that!

Just some quick theories.

Alright, I have work to do! So much! Talk to you soon!
