Current mood:  anxious
We know for a fact that the Introspective album has been downloaded hundreds of times. We can not do anything about this and don't have any intention of trying. We would, however, like to know what you think of the album!..

We're going to carry on regardless but, it would be nice to get some feedback!

Ta!

Current mood:  determined
After the departure of Mike "infidel" Carrington (ward 23, if anyone is passing by broomfield hospital), we can announce that original Brainchoke drummer Simon, along with his blue towel, will be handling drum issues of the next recording!

Rehearsals will commence next month with a view to recording late summer. What form this will be released in is up for debate but, it'll probably be download only.

Current mood:  calm
After about three years (or something like that), Mike has decided to leave Brainchoke. His departure is totally amicable and the fact that his motorbike is suddenly leaking brake fluid is totally coincidental!

It seems that we don't musically fit anywhere!!!

What do you guys and gals think we are? Death, Grind, Black, Psychadelic jazz with a hint of R+B?

Help!

We have the audio master back from Neak at The Old School in Wales- he did the mastering on, er, everything we've done before- and it has to be said that it sounds fucking great!!!  As soon as we get the artwork set- all very technical allegedly- the thing will be pressed and released!  The distribution for the album is going to be handled by Grindethic records which means that it may be available to order from your friendly local record shop!

We were hoping to get the cd pressed in time for the gig on the 22nd of Feb but, given the curse that has struck EVERY aspect of creating this album, it is unlikely to happen now!

As well as playing Ba Monsta on 22nd of Feb- it's a Friday, you are not working the day after- we are chuffed to announce that we are playing at this years London Deathfest at Camden underworld on 7th June!  We last played the Deathfest way back in 2002- we had a blast then and we hope to blast faster this time!!!

We will give more details about the album and its release as they come up but, to be honest, there is still plenty of time for the master disc to get lost in the post, the pressing plant to explode, the courier to smash all the cd's and loads more great stuff!  Next time we are gonna record on my old cassette recorder and photocopy inlays at the library, innit!!!
