Brewmaster's Specials for October and November

Boca Raton:

English IPA
A deep golden colored English Ale.  Fruity, earthy aromas and flavors are derived from copious amounts of East Kent Golding hops. 
6.8% Alc.

Belgian Pumpkin Ale
70 pounds of pumpkin are added to the mash while brewing this medium to full bodied ale.  Trappist Ale yeast is used to produce a fruity, spicy aroma.  Cinnamon and pumpkin spice added to make everything nice!
6.3% Alc.

Tropical Madness: Blueberry, changing to Apricot mid-November

Belgian I.P.A.
A Belgian Ale clashes joyfully with an American I.P.A.  A fruity, clove-y Belgian brewed with 40 pounds of Belgian candy sugar.  Double fermented with WET Chinook hops (picked from the hop field the previous day and shipped overnight to our brewery.)  Grapefruit, Pine and Citrus aromas and flavors.
7.0% Alc.

German Alt (Mid-November)
2009 Great American Beer Festival winner!  A German amber ale with multi-hop balance and a dry, crisp finish. 
5.5% Alc.

Brewzzi wins a Silver medal at the Great American Beer Festival

Brewzzi (and our brewmaster, Fran Andrewlevich) won a Silver medal at the 2009 Great American Beer Festival.  The winning brew was our Boca Alt (A German amber ale with multi-hop balance and a dry, crisp finish) in the “German Style Altbier” category.  Boca Alt is one of our rotating “Brewmaster’s Specials” and it is presently on tap at our CityPlace location.  This is the third time this particular brew has medaled at the GABF, previously winning gold medals in 2000 and 2001.

BBQ PULLED PORK PIZZA
Our signature barbeque sauce, slow cooked pulled pork, onions, bacon bits, monterey jack and cheddar cheeses

THE BUTCHER SHOP PIE
