(PLEASE READ COMPLETELY!)
BROADCAST ASYLUM RADIO™ is an "elite" privately owned and funded radio station, which affords us the luxury to play and promote the artists and genre(s) that we enjoy.
Due to our commitment to the true "Indie" AND Unsigned Artists we only accept submissions from the artists/bands themselves.
We do NOT accept submissions from "signed" bands/artists, or from managers, promoters, agents, label reps, etc...
*BROADCAST ASYLUM RADIO™, or its affiliates, does NOT have sponsors & does NOT receive compensation in ANY form...for ANYTHING!*
**BA RADIO™ CONTAINS ADULT CONTENT/LYRICS AND THEREFORE ONLY PROMOTES BANDS/ARTISTS OVER THE AGE OF 18
(NO EXCEPTIONS)!**
1) For Email submissions, please send the email (ONCE) with "MUSIC SUBMISSION" in the subject line our email will flag it "spam."
2) MP3's must be "CD quality" & fully "ID3 Tagged," (please GOOGLE it if you don't know how to ID3 Tag).
3) DO NOT email more than two (2) MP3's...total!
4) Please include your Band MySpace/Website.
5) If sending DEMO CD's via Postal Mail, please include your MySpace, etc.
(SUBMITTING MUSIC DOES NOT GUARANTEE AIRPLAY ON BA RADIO™)
We DO listen to EVERY Submission that adheres to the guidelines!
We ONLY play and promote the following Indie genres:

*Metal*
*Electric Blues*
*Southern Rock*
*IT IS AT OUR DISCRETION, BUT, WE CURRENTLY PROMOTE BANDS WITH VOCALS & WE DO NOT PLAY COVERS*
**Please do NOT keep emailing or messaging us regarding airplay!
If chosen you WILL get notified by BA Radio™.
Most bands wait several months before airplay (if they make our rotation).**
LEGAL NOTICE
HERE'S SOME IMPORTANT STUFF OUR OVERLY CAUTIOUS LAWYERS MADE US POST
By submitting your music to Broadcast Asylum™ you warrant and represent that you own and/or control all copyrights in your submitted master recordings and all publishing rights in the underlying compositions. Your submission of music to Broadcast Asylum™ constitutes your express and irrevocable grant of non-exclusive royalty-free license to Broadcast Asylum™ to broadcast and rebroadcast your music in any and all media and in Broadcast Asylum's sole discretion. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to payment or royalties of any kind (including but not limited to any and all statutorily required payments for public performance or otherwise) for Broadcast Asylum's™ broadcasting and re-broadcasting of your music in any and all media. It is agreed that the consideration of exposure to Broadcast Asylum's™ audience by virtue of said broadcasting and re-broadcasting is sufficient and fair. Broadcast Asylum™ will NEVER use your music for anything other than promoting you!
It is further understood and agreed that you shall indemnify and defend Broadcast Asylum™, its owners, members, employees, volunteers, agents and assigns from any and all liability emanating from a breach of the representations, warranties and agreements in the above paragraph.
YOUR SUBMISSION OF MUSIC TO BROADCAST ASYLUM™ CONSTITUTES YOUR EXPRESS AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE TERMS.
**Failure to follow ALL of these guidelines will result in your submission being deleted or discarded before being reviewed**
If BROADCAST ASYLUM™ promotes your music on our show, all we ask is that you somehow promote BROADCAST ASYLUM RADIO™ in return. Post something (i.e. our banner or album art or Top Friends, etc.) on your myspace or band web profile.
*If you chose to not "cross-promote" BROADCAST ASYLUM™, your music will be removed from our rotation.*
