Hi, everyone have been away for a while.  Have been working in the family vineyard.

Wow this has been a great season this year.  We picked our pinot noir, chardonnay pinot gris and baco noir.  cant wait until the wine is ready in spring 2008.  We plan on opening a small retail space either spring, summer or fall of 2008 called Lacey Estates in Prince Edward County, Ontario..  come and check out some of the wineries and growers in the area at

Hi everyone, another cold day here in Canada, -32 with the wind chill.  I dared the cold and went out to lunch today for chinese buffet yum.

I am currently working on another piece using celtic fabric which was imported from England will post it when I have it done.

Woo hoo I sold 5 of my fabric postcards the other day.  Two butterflies and three lighthouses.

Hi everyone, another freaking cold february day, snowing and cold, and wind warnings for tonight.

I am currently working on a piece which I will be posting soon, It is make of orange two coloured green batiks and beads.  Hope to have it done by beginning of next week.

Doing well on my etsy site, may have another item sold by weeks end.

Hi everyone, just finished another piece today.  A beautiful quilted kimono wallhanging.

It is snowing so hard here I can barely see out my window.  Hey at least the kids are having fun making a snow fort.

Hi, well woke up today and its snowing again, we got a little snow yesterday and alot more today.  There was a terrible crash on the highway five people killed and lots injured a major pile up on the 401 due to snow squalls.  Working on another piece today, a beautiful kimono print which i am using gold metallic thread to embrioder with on my machine.

Its been a crazy day, snowing and blowing its freezing here in canada.  Have started another wallhanging and having some wine to get me in the mood.
