Change of time, Time of change

With 2006 coming to an end and 2007 heading our way, I can't help but to blog about such subject. We may sometimes say to ourselves that TIME is so slow because everything around us seems to be the same as usual but then again when we take the time to stop and really think what day it is or what time is it, we realize how fast TIME is!!! Many of us, if not all of us, had life experiences in 2006 whether it made us laugh, cry, smile, or just thinking. I'm pretty sure that there is something to laugh about in 2006, or maybe something to think about, cry about, or smile about. But we must remember that it has gone and passed and we can only leave it as it was in our memories. A new year is approaching (2007) which calls for NEW changes, NEW goals, NEW experiences...oh, what the heck!...A NEW AND IMPROVED LIFE!!! We may not all agree that change is good because it works both ways. It just depends on the situation of what is to be changed.

So, to my family and friends, and to the rest of human civilization, let us start taking the time to make the effort to accomplish as many goals that we may have for 2007, smile as much as you can, laugh as hard as you want, cry as long as you like, and think as deep as you can dive! When the time comes for that change, what the hell, might as well start that change within ourselves! Best of wishes and good lucks to everyone and we'll see these good or bad changes at the end of 2007!

"Those who bring sunshine into the lives of others
cannot keep it from themselves."  -James Barrie

Ivelin Ziminski, 40, (also known as Eve) of Tarrytown, New York, was known to be such a kindhearted woman. She was a lovely wife to her husband an a special friend to everyone who knew her dearly. She was especially known for her original delicious merkur cookies. Those who knew her will never forget  her beautiful smile that she carries with her. One childhood friend of hers remembers their fond memories in Transfiguration school, how smart, bright, and most especially how helpful she was. Another friend remembers her as an avid skier and how surprised to learn that she enjoys latina dancing! But most especially, everyone never forgets to mention about her specially baked merkur cookies. Ivelin was an employee of Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. located in the North Tower of the World Trade Center.

Although I don't know her personally, I am filled with sympathy for her and the other 2,995 victims. May her soul rest in peace and may her family, friends, and loved ones find strength to carry on and find peace in their heart for Ivelin. I would also like to offer a prayer for those family members and dear friends for Ivelin:

God, grant us the serenity
to accept the things
we cannot change,
Courage to change the
things we can, and the
Wisdom to know the difference.

This special tribute is dedicated to Ivelin Ziminski and to all those who knew her, most especially to her dearest families and friends. To all those who suffered a great loss in this catastrophe and for all the 2,996 victims who lost their lives. YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.

GOD BE WITH YOU ALWAYS
