Only my second day off work and having a great time... Me and my spouse Michael had a great night out with my first boyfriend, who I haven't seen in nearly 20 years.  You don't get those moments very often.

Well, I think we all need to scream it a lot LOUDER to Congress and the President.  Do they not know they have a huge mandate to put forth core principles of the party?

Obama strung us along as a fierce advocate for the Gay and Lesbian community.
But he's proving to be no more fierce than that poor dead fly that landed on his arm.

Obama, "You Have the Power" to call on the Democratic Congress to send you a bill to repeal DOMA and put an end to Don't Ask, Don't Tell.

And Democrats in Congress, "You have the Power" to send this legislation to the President.

I've been contemplating how I was going to redo this hillside garden in front of my house.  I cut out all the old evergreen bushes and then waited for vision.

Since then I've planted 3 Kwanzan Cherry trees, seeded 6 areas of flowers, planted several live parennials of various colors, and spread out about 30 bags of mulch.

Can't wait to see it grow and and fill in.  It already looks tons better!

Through Boston, into Maine and back through the Adirondacs?
Or how about Washington DC, Williamsburg and Myrtle Beach?
Or even Chicago, on to St. Louis and back through Nashville? 
Hmmm.

Been working on a lot of projects.. but also trying to take time for fun! I mean really, it is vacation right?
