Hey guys, Just thought I'd let everyone know of this cool home remedy I learned for bee stings... Last weekend Michael was playing and got attacked by hornets at Ian's cousin's house. He got stung 7 times! His cousin taught me that if you put ice on the site of the sting immediately it stops the venom from spreading, thus stopping the pain. Once you've done that if you put toothpaste on the site, it will sooth the itch, and pull the stingers out. We did this for Michael and within 24 hours we couldn't even see where he had gotten stung! Kinda cool....

Current mood: blessed
My life has come so far, although some days it does not seem so. I am exactly where I've always known I should be, always where I wanted to be. I love Ian so much more than any words can express. But, I won't lie, there are days when I feel as though love is not enough. But, I made a promise for better or worse, and even though lately life seems to be dishing more of worse, I'm in this for good and that is what I want. Ian's my best friend, the only person I trust, the only person who knows me inside and out and still loves me. He is really an amazing person and I feel so blessed to have him at my side. We have two beautiful children; and although some days I can literally feel the gray hairs coming in, I am so happy that their mine! If I could give one piece of advice to anyone it is when you find your soul mate you will know it. And, the sad hard truth is life is never like a fairy tale that you picture. But, stick with it, and it will seem to be the closes to it.

Congrats to my little bro! A couple of weeks ago my mom and him were home together alone. I was talking to my mom on the phone when she went into a seizure. I talked to my brother and told him to stay calm, and asked him a few questions about my mom. Then, I told him I was on my way; but did not even think to tell him to call the perimedics. When I arrived at my mom's the perimedics were there. My brother Joshua who is only 4, called 911 and even told them his address! My mom was ok, just a little confused. My parents were so proud of him, that my dad asked Mick and Allen from Kber 101 to mention it on air for him, instead they chose Josh as their "Freak of the Week". They also invited them to come up to the studio and receive his plack on air. So just thought I would share. It is kind of funny that a 4 year old boy knew to call 911 before a 20 year old who is studying to be a nurse!

It's been quite some time since I have even had time to open my profile, let a lone update ya'll on how things are... Ian's surgery went really well, and although he is still out of commission as far as work, his mobility has improved a great deal, and he is in a lot less pain. The kids are doing wonderful! Rylie starts dance in a month and starts pre-school around the same time. Michael is now 6 months, he is doing so good! He can almost sit up by himslef, and he is almost crawling. Ian and I are going to colledge and will have completed our assoicates by next June. We are both really working very hard to improve our lives and our childrens lifes.

Michael Ian Lindhardt was born January 21, 2008 at 4:05pm. He weighed 6lbs 9oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. He was a very fast and easy delivery for me(thank god for that one). Lol We are so proud of him.

Just thought I'd let everyone know that Michael is still not ready to come into the world. No progress in the labor, I'm in "early labor" but I'm not dialating any more and my contractions are not steady. So... It really sucks but, hey the 21st is not too far away I guess.
