As many of you know, I am a huge Gaga fan.
She is debatably one of the most talented entertainers of our time.
She has also spoken out for the gay community more aggressively than
any other main stream artist to date. She speaks of creating a safe
place for those of us who grew up feeling like “freaks” (which is
almost anyone who grew up a closeted gay person). She affectionately
refers to her fans as her “Little Monsters” and is constantly dedicated
to them and allowing them to be who they are. For this reason, I will
have a new section on YOCISCO.com, exclusively dedicated to our
beloved Gaga, her projects, fashion, ideas and music. I urge everyone
to support such an artist that speaks to the very core of who we are as
a gay community. She is the voice that is leading us into a new decade
of acceptance, love, pride, music and art. LONG LIVE GAGA!!!!!!

Get Abs Like Cisco
Summer is over and you didn’t quite meet your fitness goals this year. There
is no time like the present to get started on your body for next year.
A winter of hibernating and hard work will have you re-emerging as a
hard body for Summer 2010.
I get countless emails from YOCISCO.com
viewers asking me what exercise routines I follow and what do I eat to
look the way I do. I’m always willing to share fitness advice but
thought it would be best to bring in an expert. I’ve enlisted the help
of one of the top fitness trainers in Denver. She is certified and has
her Bachelor’s Degree in Fitness Science- in short, the girl knows here
stuff.
We have put together the first in a series of videos
designed to have you looking beach ready by next year, that is of
course, if you stick to the routine. Our first video focuses on the abs
and core. This is typically the most troubled area for men. These
exercises can be done at home with minimal equipment. My best advice
is to stick to this routine at least three times a week, daily would be
ideal. Do it while you’re watching TV or just hanging out at home.
To compliment the video, I have posted some helpful articles about
healthy eating and metabolism. Ab exercises alone won’t get you that
six pack. Proper cardio and nutrition will speed up your ab sculpting
process. I would suggest:
Swearing off soda completely Eating smart when it comes to fast food Consume fresh fruits and veggies daily
Watch your intake of sugar, processed foods (most foods that come in a box and sit on the shelf) and refined flour Eat lean meats such as fish and white meat chicken breasts Drink plenty of water daily Try to do activities that keep your hear rate up
for at least 15 minutes (swimming, basketball, treadmill, jogging,
soccer), three times a week. Limit your alcohol intake
All in all, make health a lifestyle. With healthcare as
expensive as it is, it’s wise to invest in yourself and your health as
preventative care. Not only will you save on healthcare costs, you’ll
look and feel damn good too. I know it’s tough at first but once
you’re on track, you will love the way you feel as well as the results
in the way you look.

Fall is just aro

Time to pack up your flip flops and dig out the s

sitting in the back of your closet. Putting together a winter/fall look

summer. As the cold weather approaches, we turn our eyes to some of the

The ending of a relationship, for whatever reason, can be one of the most painful experiences t hat we can go through.
Having made ourselves vulnerable by opening our hearts to another and
loving him to the fullest capacity almost feels spiritual; now it’s
been replaced with a crushing sense of loss and emptiness that feels
quite devastating. The length of time together, the quality of the
relationship, and the level of emotional investment in it all determine
the intensity of the grief experienced when you and your lover part
ways.
This article will explore the grieving process
involved with relationship breakups and offer tips and strategies for
facilitating your grief to move you toward healing so you can start
your life over on better footing.

I came back from San Francisco Gay Pride with a nice shiner- yup a black eye. From my Twitter comments many of you were wondering what the hell happened. Well, lemme tell ya how it all went down….
After a long day of rocking the Latin stage, posing
for pictures and working the Latinboyz.com booth, me and a handful of
friends decided to head to the Castro district for a little post-pride
celebrating. The Castro, of course, was packed with people doing the
same thing as we were. The scene was almost chaotic. Traffic bumper
to bumper, streets crowded with rowdy, drunk pride-goers- mostly just
having fun.
Summer is the time of year we shed our clothing, show off some skin and lighten up on the fragrances.
Summer scents are typically light, fresh and clean-smelling. Winter
has melted away and the smells of summer heighten our senses and kick
our hormones into high gear. I have reviewed five of the most
anticipated best sellers for summer 2009 according to YOCISCO.com’s
Sephora correspondent, Sabina. If its one thing the girl knows its
cosmetics. In the end though, the way you smell is a very personal
preference and with the countless fragrances for men out there, let
this be a road map to sorting through what’s on the perfume counter at
your local department store. Summer is in full affect, time for making
love, looking good and smelling great!

Recent comments on my Youtube videos got me thinking.
One viewer wrote that my image is deceiving and because I came off as
“feminine” in one of my videos. He felt so strongly that he stated he
could no longer visit YOCISCO.com. Aside from that, I have received countless comments knocking me and the Club Papi boys for acting- “Too Gay.”
First off, I have yet to meet a gay man with
absolutely no feminine characteristics/mannerisms. Even the most
masculine of gay men have a little sugar in their tank. They may not
always show it but it comes out. Weather it be when relaxed and
chillin with friends or after a few drinks….a feminine characteristic
is bound to surface. No, that doesn’t mean we are women or want to be
women, it just means we are who we are.
The interesting thing about gay men is t hat
we represent every end of the spectrum- from ultra-masculine body
builders and foot ball players to lip gloss-wearing J-setters to full
on drag queens- and everything in between. Regardless of our degree of
“gayness” we all do the same thing in the bedroom. After all, that’s
what makes us, well, gay.
So why do we look down on a gay man that acts
feminine? Most of us have made the comment (myself included), “he is
such a queen.” Could it come from our own self-hatred, something that
has been pounded into our heads since we were children? Maybe it’s a
bigoted view embedded in our souls from a male-dominated heterosexual
society. The same attitude that doesn’t allow us to marry the one we
love. This is the same attitude that refuses to protect us from
prejudice in the work place. The same prejudice and hatred that
murdered Lawrence King and countless other victims of gay hate crimes.
"Be who you are and don't appologize for it, even to those in our own community"
That also got me thinking, why are we so afraid of our
own femininity? What actually is “straight-acting?” As if gay men
are any less men than straight men that we have to be “straight-acting”
in order to be valued by our
peers. Some of us are just naturally masculine, after all we are men.
Some of us are naturally feminine. Most of us are in the middle,
drawing from both sides, making us who we are.
Our recent YOCISCO.com
poll asked the readers, “What type of men do you prefer?” The choice
of a feminine acting man got just 1% of the total votes. Growing up
gay, we have a trained and deep rooted self hatred. If we don’t accept
our feminine-acting community, how can we expect society as a whole to
accept us as a whole?
All in all, I don’t claim to be the most masculine guy
in the world, neither am I on the extremely feminine end either. I
guess I’m somewhere in the middle. What does it matter anyway? Be who
you are and don’t apologize for it, even to people in your own
community. It’s been a long road out of the closet and I’m proud of
the point I’m at when it comes to my sexuality. Life is too short to be
someone else. Be you.
"To Come Out Or Not To Come Out"
Dear Cisco,
I'm turning 21 today and I'm feeling like I should come
out to my family. Its something that I've been wanting to do but
there's always something that keeps me back. There's reasons why I
haven't came out yet and I've let them all get to me.
Now I know its even harder to come out to a Latino
family, you know with all the machismo BS, and to top it all off my dad
is very religious. My brother and I have even argued about gay rights,
and even then I didn't have the guts to tell him. Now my twin sister on
the other hand is starting to become more ok with homosexuality and now
even has a friend that just came out, but obviously still doesn't know
about me... I really need some advice, what should I do???

Tempted to Touch was held in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada in March 2009.
It was Desert Heat Entertainment’s first party in Vegas. The
mastermind behind the festivities was none other than “Mexican Joe”
from El Paso, Texas. The event welcomed both Black and Latino gay men
and featured several club and pool parties throughout the weekend. Your
boy Cisco was there providing the entertainment and partaking in the
festivities along with several other sexy Black and Latino entertainers
from New York and Atlanta. We literally partied until the sun came up,
danced till out feet hurt and brought the heat to the Las Vegas strip.
Desert Heat Entertainment will be hosting another
party later this fall in beautiful Acapulco, Mexico so watch for party
details. You can visit TemptedToTouch4U.com for more information.

Squashing the Gay Relationship Killer Known as Jealousy
You might feel it when that hot stud across the room at the gym gives your lover “the look-over.”
You might experience it if your ex-boyfriends ever cheated on you and
then you project it onto your current man. Or you might experience it
if you have an “open relationship” and you know your partner is out
“tricking.” Whatever its form, jealousy can take on many different
faces and it can kill your relationship if it’s not managed
appropriately. If you’re the one who’s afflicted with jealousy, it can
torment and consume you, zapping you of all security and contentment.
If you’re the partner of a jealous lover, your frustration at having to
“walk on eggshells” and constantly reassure your guy of your commitment
to him can be maddening.

Affordable high fashion for the recession
Marc by Marc Jacobs Spring 2009
Your boy, Cisco is a big fan of Marc Jacobs.
Having discovered his line a few years ago while dancing in San
Francisco, I was hooked the minute I walked into the store. Living in
Denver, we are not lucky enough to have a Marc Jacobs store in
Colorado. The Marc by Marc Jacobs line is the less expensive version
of Marc Jacobs, a piece of high fashion we can all afford. Let’s face
it, in this tough economy, who can afford to blow $500 on a shirt?
Even if you have it, why would you? The Marc by Marc Jacobs line
affords everyone a piece of the high fashion power house that has
dressed so many celebrities today and a chance to feel a part of the
luxurious lifestyle that the Marc Jacobs line has come to represent.

There are pros and cons to using your gym's abdominal crunch machines. They
can be a nice change of pace from floor crunches; they also enable you
to increase the weight as you become stronger. Depending on their
design, however, some crunch machines make it easier for you to rely
(unintentionally) on other muscle groups - such as your hips or legs -
rather than working the abs themselves as much as possible.
Here are some pointers for getting the most from your time on the crunch machine:
* Move slowly both during the bend and the return to your upright position.
* Keep your neck in a neutral position; do not bend it backward or forward.
* Don't perform the crunch
primarily by pushing down on the arm pad. Instead, concentrate on doing
the crunch by contracting your abs.
Consult a Doctor or fitness professional before beginning any exercise routine.

Taurus
You may need the space, but you need the extra cash more.
Times are tough so make room for another room mate. Just make sure he
is sane and won't be going through your underwear drawer or scamming on
your boyfriend while you're in the shower! People trying to entice you
to join in will be less than trustworthy so watch out for that hot
couple at the club who invite you home for a 3 way. You need an outlet
that will help take your mind off any troubles at work- and no,
clubbing is not one of them! Someone you live with could be frustrated
and upset so stop avoiding the inevitable and have a "come to Jesus"
with your boyfriend or room mate. It always feels better when you get
things out into the open!

It’s no secret our community is extremely talented. Despite this, we have remained in the shadows of the entertainment industry, going virtually unrecognized. Many who are recognized for their talent disassociate themselves with our community for fear of losing their careers. Only until recent times has our society become somewhat gay friendly. Still, openly gay entertainers have not reached a level equal to their heterosexual counterparts and closeted entertainers refuse to publicly acknowledge their sexuality.Miko Evans is trying to change all that. Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, he has created a talent agency, exclusively for LGBT talent. Drawing from his background in entertainment, his agency provides talent management and visual productions for and by the LGBT community. With the recent popularity of LGBT culture in the mainstream media, Meak Productions also works to showcase the diversity of our community. It’s no secret people of color lack representation in the mainstream gay media. Among his considerably diverse list of talent, he represents actors, singers, models, writers, social activists, and visual artists. YOCISCO.com recently caught up with Miko Evans in Atlanta to find out what his inspirations and aspirations are for his agency, what challenges openly gay talent face in the mainstream media and how he plans to change the game……

"My Boyfriend shows me no love!"
Hey Cisco, my name is Julian I actually met you at Club Papi in San Francisco... anyway I hope you are good and not trying to sound like a hyped up school girl but I'm a big fan of yours... but anyway I was wondering if you could give me some advice.
I have been in a relationship with this one guy for about 2 years and I love him very much and I know he loves me more then the world but sometimes and I would say about 95 percent of the time he does not show me any emotion and by this I mean he doesn’t show love a lot and this can get frustrating... and also half the time he just seems annoyed by everything and that’s starting to take a toll on me... now I don’t want to break up wit him but I don’t know what else to do. He’s a Libra so he’s really stubborn if I try to talk to him about this he gets upset and turns a lot of it on me...
How do I get him to know how I feel without making him upset and how do I not feel upset because he’s upset?l I know its a lot of info and its all over the place but for some reason after meeting you and lookin at your site I feel I can come to you with this question... if you could respond id really like that plus it would be coo to say wassup and maybe talk a lil bit... aight pa I hope to hear from you soon thanks...

"Gay, Single and Loving it!"
We live in a society that places high value and expectation on being in a coupled relationship and singles are often stigmatized for their single-status. Gay men, in particular, are often labeled as being unable to develop and maintain long-lasting intimate relationships, adding yet another layer to this stigma. This can lead to feelings of low self-worth and inferiority, a sense that there’s something wrong with you if you don’t have a boyfriend, an excessive focus and preoccupation with your discontent with being single, and sometimes a compulsive drive to find a relationship just to satisfy that nagging need (which can be a dangerous and sabotaging maneuver if one’s dating practices are conducted out of desperation rather than conscious intention).Click Here for Full Story Past Articles:6 Ways to Better Sex- Click Here

Sex and the Single Gay Guy - Click Here Exercising in the A.M.? You May Want to Eat Twice
If you exercise first thing in the morning, it may be a good idea to eat both before and after your workout. Some experts believe that exercising on an empty stomach can compromise the quality of your workout. To help boost your early-morning activity, eat a "mini-meal" providing 25 grams or more of carbohydrates: a banana, a bagel, or bowl of oatmeal, for instance. The carbs will provide the quick burst of energy you need. It's best to eat 20 to 30 minutes before exercising vigorously. Then, within an hour after your workout, eat a breakfast that combines both protein and carbohydrates - such as eggs and toast, yogurt and fresh fruit, or soy milk and cereal - to help sustain your energy level throughout the morning. Dont Forget your Towel! Bringing a towel to the gym not only protects others from the sweat you leave on the machine, it also protects you from germs left by other people. Keeping a barrier between your skin and the countless bacteria left on the machine will not only keep you from getting sick or contracting a rash, it shows proper gym etiquette. Most gyms have towels for purchase in case you forgot to bring one. Most facilities have paper towels and disinfectant spray that may be used incase you forgot your towel. If you happen to have a sweat shirt or sweat jacket that can be removed at the gym, use that as your barrier as you make your way from machine to machine. In the end, using a towel not only keeps everyone healthier, it's an indication that you have proper gym etiquette. The gay Latino community has a new friend in Kat DeLuna. Finishing up her 9 city gay club tour with Club Papi, Kat has proven to be a true ally of the gay community. Her tour began in San Francisco and went on to Miami, Dallas, Chicago, San Diego, Los Angeles, Puerto Vallarta and Atlanta. Your boy Cisco was along for the ride and let me tell you, Kat knows how to put on a show. This isn’t her first appearance with Club Papi however. She appeared at San Francisco’s gay pride 2008 and made a few random club appearances but has never embarked on such a busy schedule with Club Papi. Kat really wanted to reach out to her gay audience and give the gay community the love and respect they deserve. Being a Latina, Club Papi was a perf ect fit.
After each performance, she happily signed autographs and posed for pictures. Seems Kat learned a thing or two about gay culture, stating she now understands what “tops” and “bottoms” are. She was even spotted rockin the American Apparel sweatshirt that reads, “Legalize Gay.” Way to go Kat!Her show included her number one hit, “Whine up” as well as “Run the Show,” “Unstoppable,” featuring Lil Wayne and a special remix of Akon’s, “Na Na Na.”
She performed a few other songs including her latest joint, “Calling you.” Both “Unstoppable” and “Calling You” can be found on the Confessions of a Shopaholic Soundtrack.
Kat has really grown as a performer since last year’s Club Papi’s events. Her show is much more polished, incorporating two amazing back up dancers, hotter outfits, bigger hair, higher heels and a bundle of pumping energy that is undeniably Kat DeLuna. She has definitely stepped up her game and the Club Papi crowd ate it up! Kat has no where to go from here but up! It is invaluable to have mainstream artists like her that show love and support for the gay community. We wish you the best of luck in your career and consider you a true friend of the community! Stay unstoppable, Ma! The
rainbow flag is undoubtedly the universal symbol for the gay community,
a symbol that reminds us that gay people originate from every culture,
race and walk of life around the world; however, some of us within the
community have forgotten that meaning. African-Americans as
well as gay African-Americans have become the scapegoat due to the
passage of Proposition 8, which banned gay marriage in California. Some
gay Blacks have reported being threatened and even harassed by their
fellow gay counterparts. There have even been alleged reports that gay
blacks were being called the “N” word by gay whites at the recent
protests in West Hollywood. There should be no tolerance for such
behavior; however, there is a growing sentiment within the gay
community that blames the black community for taking away gay rights.
Is this a valid claim by LGBT individuals or does this expose the issue
of racism already entrenched within the gay community?

Experiences of racism from the gay Asian point of view.

The gay community has one the of the most diverse population.
Ranging from Caucasians to Asians, African Americans to Latinos, and
Christians to Atheist. It has every category imaginable under the sun,
all of them sharing a common thread. In addition, with all the
prejudice that homosexuals face in society, you would think that this
group would be one of the most open minded. Unfortunately this is not
the case. The gay community still suffers from one of the oldest forms
of discrimination; racism.

The following comments were taken from Allhiphop.com, a straight Hip Hop oriented website.
Allhiphop.com recently posted an article about gay rappers and the
comments below were posted by numerous Allhiphop.com readers. The
purpose of posting these comments is to show the attitudes GLBT Blacks
and Latinos are up against in our own communities. All straight
communities have their hang ups but minority communities especially
have some terribly tragic views when it comes to homosexuality. These
comments are exactly the reason the GLBT community needs to unify all
races under one common ground and also reach out to GLBT communities of
color. Warning: These comments
are graphic and insulting. They are being posted to remind us of our
need to unify, educate and reach out to all communities.

Send in the Troops- A call to action editorial submitted by YOCISCO.com viewer, Mike Singleton
African-Americans have been demonized in Nixon's "war
against crime" speeches, Reagan's contemptuous "welfare queens"
propaganda, and George H. Bush's "Willy Horton parolee" fear
mongering. George W. Bush added a new spin to the southern strategy,
by welcoming gay people to the wedge with the "sanctity of marriage"
theme. It got him re-elected.
Barack Obama held these wedge themes up to the
sunlight of truth, and called for America to unite as one people. Yet
in the GBLT community continues publishing magazines that do not
celebrate the diversity of the gay experience. The very lovely
communities of West Hollywood and Chelsea, emphasize racial
similarities in their non-inclusive bars, restaurants, and
businesses. On Pride Day, many march down streets with a rainbow flag,
a symbol that has never reflected the reality of our community.

Famous Quote:
"In this great gay mecca, I was an invisible man, still. I had no shadow, no substance. No history, no place. No reflection."
- Marlon Riggs, Tongues Untied
Marlon wrote these words in his poem, Tongues Untied about his experience as a gay man in the Castro District of San Francisco.

Racism in the LGBT Community
A Commentary by Miko Evans
I have always known since becoming
more involved in LGBT issues that there was an underlying racism and
elitism existing within LGBT activism and the community
itself. I say this because I'm born and raised in Atlanta, GA which is
within the traditional Rural South of the USA (The Good Ole Confederate
states), and based on the images and presentation shown in the Media
about LGBT life, which is mostly European-Caucasian based images

Vary Your Strength Training Routine
It is important to vary your strength training
routine when the goal is to tone and firm up. This will serve a dual
purpose. First, performing a variety of exercises will help the body
make changes more rapidly. Muscles can get used to performing the same
motion or exercise, which, in turn, will cause them not to work as hard
or effectively.
Secondly, variety will help prevent boredom and keep
you interested and motivated with your workout routine. Try different
combinations of exercises and experiment with new machines. And as
always, ask a personal trainer or staff member for questions about
proper form or to solicit ideas.

New on YOCISCO.com The movie, "Milk," released last month is a must see for every American who enjoys the privileges and rights of citizenship in this country. I recently saw the movie at the only Denver theatre showing the film. Although it stars "A" list Hollywood actor, Sean Penn as Harvey Milk, the film is primarily showing at movie houses that carry independent films. The film tells the story of Harvey Milk, the first openly gay person to be elected to public office. Milk not only represented the LGBT community in San Francisco, he fought for them, believed in them and organized them. The film is set in the Castro neighborhood of San Francisco and tells how the neighborhood came about. The Castro neighborhood is San Francisco's gay village and is concentrated in the business district on Castro Street from Market to 19th. It's amazing to learn the history of the Castro and the struggle and activism that was born there. While most of us know the Castro for its countless bars, clubs, underwear stores and restaurants, most of us are unaware of the history that has preceded our Castro street shopping sprees, upscale café lunches and drunken post-club tirades. The film, although an account of incidents that occurred over 30 years ago, strangely echoes the challenges and issues we are still facing today. The lessons learned from the accomplishments of Harvey Milk have still not been embodied by the new LGBT generation. Milk and the LGBT community were fighting against Proposition 6 back then, a proposal to terminate all openly gay and lesbian school teachers and their supporters. The Proposition was sponsored and promoted by religious organizations, claiming that homosexuality was a threat to school systems, children and the great society at large. Sound familiar? Milk was successful in his political career because he not only organized the LGBT population in San Francisco but also reached out to other communities. He encouraged pride and activism in his community to demonstrate that homosexuals were not a group to be stepped on or overlooked and to show that LGBT were present in every neighborhood, occupation, race and walk of life imaginable. It's sad that the lessons learned from the past are still not embedded in the way we move forward as an LGBT community. Voter approvals of California's Proposition 8 as well as other anti-gay legislation are a case in point. Milk encouraged gays and lesbians across the US to come out of the closet and proclaim their sexuality. He reasoned that if straight people personally knew a gay or lesbian, they would be less likely to vote against them. He also reached out to other communities such as women, seniors and minorities to show a demonstration of good will and looked to gain support for LGBT issues. The fight ag ainst Proposition 8 was lost because of a lack of organization and a refusal to reach out to other communities, especially minority communities. In fact, Prop 8 backlash was directed at minority LGBT, African-Americans in particular. Although it seems the lessons learned in the 1970's have been lost, hopefully the release of the film, "Milk" will re-introduce the lessons learned thirty years ago to the new generation of activists. We are at a crossroads in the fight for our equality and our civil rights. Looking back to the successes and lessons of the past will help us advance forward and achieve equality in the future.

Humeur actuelle : doué
12/5/2008 Vallarta Fever has become one of the biggest gay weekends in Mexico. Men come from all over the world to enjoy the amazing beaches, tropical weather and beautiful boys. Over the Thanksgiving weekend, your boy Cisco and the rest of the "A" Team were in attendance to entertain the crowd as the "eye candy" for the weekend. Our nights were spent on the box at Club Manana and our days were spent lounging on the beach. Not a bad way to spend Thanksgiving. Check out the pics and exclusive video from Vallarta Fever weekend 2008.
If you're anything like me, you have a soft spot for chocolate muscles. In fact, its my weakness. The most recent addition to the Cisco's Boyz Models brings as much cocoa-flavored sweetness as you can handle. His name is Ayses and I'm sure you'll agree, his physique is nothing short of mouth watering. I met Ayses a few years ago while I was in Las Vegas. He is an intense, strong black man who is always down to show off his assets but can hold an intelligent conversation that stimulates both body and mind. In case you are wondering, yes Ayses and I did date at one point. We still remain good friends to this day. At 33, this Papi is a successful business banker and a father. Not only does he look good, and talk a good game, he can most definitely back it up. But shhh, you didn't hear it from me…..Ayses aspires to be a top fitness model and isn't shy in front of the camera. After seeing these pics, you might suddenly get a craving for anything long, hard and chocolate covered. All I can say is reach fo r the King Sized Snickers. Lol. Enjoy! GLBT Historical Society - MILK Click here for full story Weekly Horoscope December 6- December 12 Click Here for this Week's Horoscope Invest in Strength Training and See Your Metabolism Increase
Financial experts speak of "letting your money work for you" - investing your savings so they earn money on their own, without additional labor or effort on your part. You can look at weight management in a similar way. Sure, you'll burn calories when working out. But you also want your body to burn calories at the highest possible rate even when you're NOT exercising - when you're at sitting at your desk, relaxing at home, even sleeping. It's called your resting metabolic rate (RMR), and you CAN increase it. One of the surest ways is by building more muscle mass through strength training. Muscle can burn 3-5 times more calories than fat does. So the more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn. Even when you're staying perfectly still. And you don't need to invest much time. Working with weights for as little as 20 minutes two to three days a week can be enough to crank up your RMR over time.
