Ive always like this band, they are Christian even though they seem very dark. Great lyrics and music. Ive stumbled on another great one by them and figured I would post it.

Well, basically...it got to the point of me getting tired of looking at myself in the mirror. Ive reverted back to my old workout which I will gradually increase to my old numbers as well. Ive laid out an entire chart and plan, it worked for me then and it will work for me now. I believe exercise is key, and you just have to drive yourself to do it. All you need is a place to run, cheap set of dumbbells, and willpower. 

I'm starting with daily...

-jogging('x' number of laps, I do it until I can't anymore haha)
-bicep curls(100 each arm)
-tricep curls(100 each arm)
-120 crunches
-Presses(100 each arm)
-75 squats

Its not a lot but it is certainly a start, I just do them in sets and keep at it. Its always worked for me

Here are 2 songs I really enjoy. Yes, I know they are sad but I find it intesting because they are both by 2 ridiculously heavy metal bands. I just like the sound and the message. Especially since it shows a side of each band that you normally don't see.

Caleb and I got tickets to it this Saturday at the O'Connell Center. I'm not a huge fan of any of these bands but I like them. So it should still be a lot of fun.

Ive gotten more into U2 lately. I know a lot of people hate them and I used to dislike them a lot but realized they actually have a lot of good songs.

Normally I post the actual recorded version of songs but I really like this song and this live performance. I'm aware that it is farely 'cheesy' but still pretty cool, in my opinion.
