Hey there everyone!

on the 4th of September, our Coole Stories winner, Stevo, flew to London to meet the incomparable film director, Mike Figgis. The two shot a "Coole Story" together, which we will premier here on the mySpace page. In the meantime however, check out some photos of Stevo & Mike's meeting!

A big warm hearted CONGRATULATIONS to Stevo, the winner of the Coole Stories competition, with his "Cat Story" entry.

Stevo will be travelling to London next month to shoot another installation of Coole Stories with Mike Figgis! We wish him the best of luck while there- hopefully we'll get to tag along and take some photos of the exciting event! Either way, we'll keep you all updated with the event... Plus be on the lookout for other upcoming events and competitions brought to you by the folks at Coole Swan!

Hello everyone!

After a bit of a rest after a very busy competition, we're finally back with few changes to the Coole Swan/Coole Stories mySpace site!

You'll see below we've actually added the first two Coole Stories to the site - part one and part two of the story by Tree Carr. Watch and enjoy!

Mike Figgis is currently in the States and in the process of reviewing the competition entries we received... he should be making a shortlist in the coming weeks. Filming dates will then follow.

Again, thanks to everyone who took part in the Coole Stories competition and we should have more fabulous events to come.

Hey everyone,

just a friendly Sunday evening reminder that the closing date for the Coole Swan/Coole Stories competition closes tomorrow evening - Monday the 16th of April at 18.00 GMT - so if you want to take part in this amazing opportunity to work with legendary filmmaker Mike Figgis, then read the instructions below!

We are producing a series of short films with Mike Figgis, acclaimed director or Leaving Las Vegas & Timecode - Take a look at our mySpace page to view the trailer that Mike's put together for us so far.

As part of the film series, we're looking for Irish talent to feature in the films. Mike Figgis will be looking at all the stories/auditions submitted to us, and will choose a few talented people to feature in the films. But don't let him be the only judge! Let your inner Simon Cowell out and give us feedback on our featured auditions.

And how do you enter I hear you ask? You can audition for Mike Figgis via our mySpace page. It's easy, simply film yourself telling a cool story/anecdote, using your phone, a camcorder... whatvever you've got! Make it as simple or as complicated as you like, just make sure it's under 2 minutes! Upload it to your own mySpace profile, and then send us a message with the link! That's it!

The final deadline for submitting your auditions is TOMORROW!!! Monday the 16th of April at 18:00 GMT - so get crackin' with those videos! The only catch is that you should be based in Ireland (as that's where the filming will take place) and you must be 18 years or older...
