War Is Over!

Take a deep breath and try to wrap your mind around this thought. The Coup has finally happened and 'We Lost'!

This idea is not nearly as radical as it sounds in fact it is the only thing that can explain the chaos of the last seven days, as well as the non-solutions that have been proposed by those who appointed themselves to solve this international problem. This article will not only attempt to demystify many of the most confusing components that have made this closing act of the takeover so dangerous to all of us-but in conclusion I've added some of the everyday things that we can all do to change the outcome for all of us.

First the public needs to understand how we came to be in this intolerable situation, where all of what we need to continue to live has been captured, by the same forces that we thought we were beginning to resist.

Amid the chaos of the World Markets that continue to fall' several key facts have finally been revealed. The first is that the world's governments have largely blocked public opinion from participation in any of their solutions, as they try to publicly- short-cut their way through societies in order to undo what they themselves created: to break the log-jam that has frozen all access to credit around the world. This is an international problem, but for the sake of simplicity we ought to focus on what has happened in America, for now.

This problem is multi-dimensional, because "authority" needs to take actions now that will resuscitate what they themselves have been laboring to publicly murder for the last few decades. What did they murder? The politicians that represent the money-changers have repeatedly attacked, maimed, raped and have killed-many-times-over; the entire concept of
"The Public's Trust." Somehow, because of the global meltdown, these same privatized criminal interests now need to bring 'that public's trust' back to life; To do this they must continue to circumvent the many government laws and procedures that were designed to keep exactly this from happening!

But their real problem is that these creatures have finally had to emerge from the shadows, and it turns out that none of them were elected to anything. Rather they have been loyal slaves to the privatized world that has been preaching de-regulation with the kind of fervor only a lunatic could embrace. However since the United States has been operating in a permanent State of National Emergency, virtually since Bush stole his first election-this effort at privatized control was not a huge leap.

The very real danger to the Cabal lies in their actions that will have to be taken over this weekend and beyond actions that will run the risk of letting public in on the truth: which is that their loyalties are not to the people or the government but to the individual and private organizations whose profits are and have always been-their only motivation!

The Coup waged this war upon the global population and they have won that war, outright! The proof of this lies in the fact that all the government's rules, regulations and laws have been thrown out -permanently. That is why we can never go back to the innocence of those times "BEFORE" these vultures came to power. We must get past the idea that we can recreate what was, and "return" to a nation of laws and men & women who will "do the right thing," just because it needs to be done! New ways must be found to triumph over the criminals that now threaten everything we hold dear!

The irony here lies in the fact that after spending seven or eight decades murdering the public's 'trust' & 'transparency,' in order to further all their privatized schemes: Now they must somehow revive that rotting-corpse and recreate the illusion of trust once more: just to finish stealing what they came to take.
Unless the Cabal can do this: Then they run the very real risk of exposing themselves to global criminality on a universal scale.

Look carefully at the collection of privateers that have been trotted out as spokespeople for this mess. Mostly these creatures were self-appointed, or fraudulently "selected," but none of them owe anything to the "public" they say they are there to serve! Bernanke, The FED Chairman, serves the privately owned central banks of the world. These institutions have been stealing us blind since the FED was created: because for every dollar they print (supposedly for us) we must pay interest to the owners of the FED. That is the money that we all pay in Income Taxes-which goes directly to the owners of the FED, (as interest) and does not fund anything beyond that payoff. All the other taxes fees and charges that are levied upon us were created-in order to run the nation. The income tax is just the price we pay to the money-changers for the use of what ought to be our own money! (1)

Then look deeper into Goldman-Sachs, and the career of Paulson who is the current Secretary of the US Treasury, who has now added one of his own to be the BAILOUT-CZAR. This neophyte criminal has only been out of business school for six years, yet he has been selected without the need to face a congressional committee review of his qualifications to distribute a sum of money that is unimaginably obscene. That would be the $450 Trillion that Neel Kashkari will be giving back to the money-changers in every conceivable way that such a sum could eve even be contemplated.
"There's a huge difference between the $850 Billion they told us about and the $450 Trillion that is the actual amount of this problem! That's more money than any economy could ever envision, much less ever have: and yet that's the payoff that this Depression was designed to create!"

Control over this amount of money represents a power so vast that it actually dwarfs the "powers" of the presidency or the dictator of the USA. Yet Senator Dodd has vetoed any congressional hearing on this outrageous choice for "BAILOUT- CZAR. If you failed to "get it" before this appointment; then just a few minutes of your time might assist you in grasping what is really going on at the highest levels of the Coup that now runs this country, lock, stock and barrel!

In another twist of facts, there is another popular myth that has permeated the so-called presidential campaigns. It goes something like this: 'America must be energy independent from the terrorists that we are forced to buy our oil from.' Sounds terrifying yes? Well, the policy under which we are forced to buy that oil came directly from the desk of Snarl'n Dick Cheney: the man that hijacked America's National Energy Policy, back in the beginning of the first GWB-tyranny which they call "the first term." These "terrorists" turn out to be Saudi Arabia, one of Cheney's major supporters, and a couple of other nations that are also not overtly "terror" driven.

The oil we buy actually comes from American, British, Dutch, and other national oil interests, that have not been declared "terrorists" by the Bandits in the Bush administration. These companies were however chosen back in 2001 to share in this rape of the planet's oil (and water) supplies, which is why we are still at war inside Iraq, because we have yet to sign the oil-agreements that we went there to obtain.

You want proof: look at the profits of the international oil cartels and their individual member companies-then tell me that they are not the real terrorists when it comes to extorting obscene profits for every gallon of gasoline or oil that you must buy? This is a classic case of having used the poisoned wrapper of "terrorism" to conceal a thoroughly illegal and secret set of privatized-insider-contracts that were directly given to all of Cheney's friends in the Oil cartels that control the world. The lies being told about this situation may make great campaign slogans: But those slogans, along with the entirety of both political campaigns, are nothing but very convenient lies to scare the public into making a choice without a difference!

The exceptions to this crime are in Venezuela, and some of the other central and South American states that are now reevaluating their sale of oil to the USA-which is why we reactivated the US 4th Fleet to intimidate those nations, and to stop them from becoming truly independent from "US national security interests." There is a similar move afoot in South America that has established their own Central Bank, (The Southern Bank) to counter the efforts of The World Bank and the IMF, both of whom have been instrumental in the financial enslavement of that entire hemisphere, virtually since they were created after WWII.

This basic shift in the ownership and control of the planet is a major loss to real people everywhere; especially given that this latest episode involves the meltdown of huge amounts of personal and corporate assets that most people cannot afford to lose. That was our money and it is still within our grasp to stop this carnival side show that has all the earmarks of those traveling salesmen that we used to call Grifters. But nothing will happen to turn this around until the public begins to grasp the extent of this global hijacking!

On the Plus-Side: The extremes which this crisis has produced have inadvertently shown the pubic some of the many ways that they we can effectively begin to hurt these creatures where they live-in their oh-so-sacred treasure-troves of profit!

We can cut down everywhere, on everything that is non-essential: When we must purchase something do it at a local store, boycott every corporate chain without exception, and do whatever you can to keep your purchases within the local economy. When traveling, try walking or take a bike, if distance is involved use public transportation. This is already what has brought down the price of gasoline. You might have noticed that there is no effect on the prices at the pump that can be related to the price of a barrel of oil. The oil companies have a lot of double-talk that they use to explain this: but the fact is whenever people voluntarily use less gasoline the price at the pumps will come down. This is not some crackpot suggestion it has already been at work, and prices have come down, because people do NOT have the money "to burn" that they once thought they did.

Another thing that is easy and productive is that people need to begin to talk "to" and "with" each other. Get to know those around you at home and at work, or just wherever you happen to be. Turn off that i-pod now and then and look around, the changes in the world today might actually surprise you! People are by nature social-animals, and the reason that so much of what these privateers have done to us, has worked so well against us all, has been because, we do not talk to or with each other any more! We could fix this with just a little effort; but again you might be surprised by what you can discover about others, as well as about what has happened to this nation and the world.

When Hitler was about to be captured he was inside his bunker, some generals approached him and asked him to "save the German people" "the innocent victims of war." The Fuhrer shot back: "In war there are no innocent people, and besides no one put a gun to the heads of those people, (the German citizens) they were not forced to follow me now let them pay for their mistakes!"

The same could be said today of us: In fact Naomi Wolf discovered this parallel which led her to write a book about the whole German nightmare, in the beginning, back in the 1930's before the world became a spectator to what became the bloodbath of that century! (2)

What shall be said about "The Americans" when and if there is a history that survives us? Will we have learned from that sophisticated German citizenry, before their war became obscene-or will we emulate the "good Germans" and go down with this new crop of Dictators and Privateers that want to do to the world much more than Hitler was able to do to those he targeted?

We still have choices, but we are running out of time.

"The Long Disputed War" may be over, but they must now metaphorically go house to house: and they cannot clinch this "victory" unless we fail to resist this tyranny in whatever ways that each of us might be qualified to do this!

Days Of Protest & Rebellion

This nation was not born into this world as it exists today. It began with an idea that slipped through the rigid and established traditions of the Old World Order, to offer its new citizens a brief interlude with concepts that no nation had ever attained before. This 'freedom' in a fledgling Republic was theirs to lose-if they failed to understand the symbiotic relationship between the half-armored, half human, Freedom & Responsibility.





The founders lost this battle early, but succeeding generations fought to keep that torch alive, and over the decades chose to fight against the Old and rigid 'traditions' from a collective past that came directly from the Dark Ages.

Bit by bit Americans fought against the grain to establish for themselves and their posterity many of those rights that so many take for-granted today. One such period that encompassed most of the real fights over the future direction of this nation, came during the years surrounding the First World War.

There is a biography of Louise Bryant that takes us back to those heady Days of Protest & Rebellion. The story relates from the inside, the real battles between the rights of all people to a living wage and the demands of Capitalism that sought to maintain its stranglehold upon the vast populations of the world, who had to fight for every crumb of existence. Along the way the struggle for Women's Rights, the fate of the Union organizers as well as the in- bred conflict between the autocratic dictates of the establishment and the god-given rights of human beings to determine their own lives-each and all come into play-because that is what Louise's life and the lives of those she knew were all about. (1)

If Americans had discovered the substance in these events, as part of their basic education, we would not be in the situation that we find ourselves facing today. The biography is long (by web standards) but well worth the time if you want to understand how all these un-American laws and national Crimes-Against-Humanity have become commonplace today. Here's an excerpt from part four that sheds some light on what is ours, versus what the government has stolen from us-in the name of national security-in-a-time-of war!

"The freedoms the defendants claim as their birth-right will be no more if we are vanquished by a mortal enemy." Then Socialist Norris Hilquit for the defendants: "Constitutional rights are not a gift.
Countless thousands paid for them with their lives. War or no war; constitutional rights taken away and given back are never again the vivifying force they were before when they expressed the soul of a nation. They become just a gift to be given and to be taken away. ..." It was noon, Monday, April 28, 1918.

From a Senator in Senate Hearings, questioning Ms. Bryant: "You say you don't want to see this nation intervene in Russian affairs. Do you then think it is all right for the Bolshevik government to stir up a revolution in the United States?" At this question, she rose slightly from her chair, remained silent for several seconds, and then said passionately: "Revolutions, sir, are not like commodities that are exported from one country to another. They are created by conditions within a country. The Russian Czars made the Bolshevik revolution possible. If there is ever a revolution in this, my country, it will not be created by the Wobblies or the anarchists or anyone else. It will be the result of the sort of repression now sweeping this country, and by those of this country's leaders who want to see the repression go on."

Louise in a note: "I have been testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee and I want you to know my impressions of that unpleasant experience . . . I found myself at a long table, at which sat six men with cold eyes and harsh angry voices. They were my countrymen, but they were also my enemies. Their hate was naked and ugly, the flame of it burned away the mist before my eyes and I came away with the old, vague fears suddenly turned into vivid realities. . .

The men I write about are old men - not so old in years as in obsolete thoughts. They have determined to fight for a world as it was before the Great War - and that world no longer exists. They had decided to crush unmercifully all defenders of change. Each aged senator, chewing his everlasting cigar, sees in himself a Marquise de Lantenac - a strong man of the hour.

I have never been afraid of intelligent conversation, but I am afraid of ignorance, ignorance is cruel and intolerant. One cannot reason with it. When I went before the Committee I was full of hope. Here in America, I said to myself, we can surely get together . . . the breach is not so wide, there need be no violence. But; I was wrong, there will be. Our conservatives will see to that. It is idle to plead with such men; they will bring the house down on their own heads. They will destroy themselves and thousands of others. How many centuries ago Sophocles wrote: 'Woe for the doom of a dark soul!'" (2)

Several times throughout the biography politicians and various tyrants are "burned in effigy" ­ maybe it's time that this practice came back into vogue.

The United States today has become a hologram that cites as its reason for being-the existence of the hologram-which is both unreal and completely self-referential. Much talk revolves around the Constitution, the legalities of this or that action by the feral government, yet none of this has any bearing on the realities of life in Occupied America today. This is so for several very petty reasons. Foremost among these reasons is the fact that "sworn oaths" have come to mean less than nothing. In the real world of USA Incorporated, the only the oaths that count are taken when joining any of the Secret Societies, along with that oath so freely given, to Smoke & Mirrors, which is made to one's membership in major political parties. This is nothing more than a fantasy upon a farce: as whatever either supposed party "stands- for" changes with the political wind of every passing moment.

The other major departure from reality today is the fact that the people of this country have forsaken the laws of the constitution for their worship of Mammon, the god of Money. Somehow all of this became confused with the classical ideal of Victory and accomplishments unlimited. But the most famous image of Victory has no head, because she does not belong to any one person, just as Defeat is always headless-because no one ever claims it!

Together these unrealities have combined to write our national epitaph in the Chemtrails that have begun to spell out our future, because we have chosen to remain in the Vestibule of Dante's Inferno: just inside the Gates of Hell.

There one finds the impossibly massive numbers of those that have continued to refuse to choose in life: so that in death they spend eternity chasing that forever whirling standard of the chaos that stands for nothing. Yet no matter how small the decision, everyone must choose something to believe in. Americans however, seem to believe that they are immune from such troublesome choices. So we have created this mythical hologram of ideologies and constructs that cannot survive within the poisoned air, the toxic land, or the undrinkable water of the world as it is today.

One wonders what the many would have thought; who fought so long for so many divergent 'rights and powers' had they but known how their descendants would have chosen to squander each and every one of their dreams: simply because we couldn't be bothered to discover anything about the way things really worked in this country, and that was less than a hundred years ago.

So many died, so many were destroyed to gain the simplest of basic things, and yet today that struggle of theirs might as well have taken place on Mars, for all the difference that it has not made in the thinking of our self-absorbed society: A self-concerned herd of terrified individuals that has deserted everything that we once said we 'stand for.'

If all the life on this planet were to be shown upon a one-hour clock, the portion that mankind has been here would occupy only the last one-one-hundredth of the very last second. That's how insignificant we are in the grand scheme of things. Yet in that miniscule time we have managed to utterly destroy our own place upon the planet; and now we are the single greatest threat to its existence. In addition we can't even seem to find ways for capitalism and the ordinary rights of people anywhere to co-exist.

Evolution and Extinction are part of the natural balance in this world. If we don't begin to find ways to both remain alive and return to living in accord with nature: then we shall soon disappear. The Judeo-Christian Ethic proclaimed Nature as the enemy of mankind-something that had to be conquered and contained-so that man could reign supreme. That hasn't worked out, and it never will.

Look around you, one act of nature can destroy a thousand years of humanity, in a few seconds: yet in the world of men too many have forgotten what happened to the despotic rulers of old, when they denied the rights of their slaves to anything remotely like a life! That's where the Guillotine came into this equation. The new rulers of the Old World Order are about to relearn that age-old rule firsthand, because none of us has ever "deserved" to spend their lives living above all the rest of us.

Our storied past can only serve as prologue for tomorrow if we heed what happened there and choose to change our ways. Only time can tell us whether we have reached our Zenith as a species, or whether we shall be recycled back, into the dust we share, with all of human-history.

In May of 1886, the Supreme Court granted rights of personhood to private corporations, with all of the rights of personhood, and virtually none of the responsibilities. Then in January of 1976 ­ the Supreme Court added to the already egregious rights of corporations ­ to include: "that limitations on the use of money for political purposes were in violation of First Amendment protections for free..1)

This latter decision destroyed the entire electoral process of the United States, to the extent that at present, any idea of a balanced playing field in American politics is completely beyond the realm of possibility. Indeed that court decision virtually guaranteed the supremacy of major Capitalistic interests over all other considerations ­ in perpetuity ­ by virtue of their access to unlimited campaign contributions.

Critics of this view will argue that these 'decisions' have been modified, but that's like putting lipstick on a pig. What this situation calls for is a careful overview of what these changes have done to the elections process that so many still trumpet, as 'the best system in the world today.'

Here's a broad overview of 'our system.' The independent Central Banks own the multinational corporations who own the markets. Mixed in with their other holdings are all the major communications networks, the publishing houses, most of the nation's major newspapers and the Major Television & Film studios. They also own and control the distribution of all of the above, as well as the advertising venues and most of the major think-tanks that are designed to influence public policies. These are the moneyed interests behind raw unchecked capitalism-and these are the same people that benefit directly from the above mentioned inane decisions of the US Supreme Court. Collectively this entire structure can be thought of as "The Corporatocracy" who got their real start in 1913: (2)

In the everyday world of politics and ordinary people, here's what happens.
The candidates ask people for money to buy advertising space and television time, from the Corporatocracy, in order to 'get elected.' Behind the scenes the Corporatocracy gives tons of bucks to both major parties. They concentrate on the most likely candidates which they, through one of their parent-organizations (the Council on Foreign Relations), have already decided on - as "winners" of the coming so-called 'elections.'

If we follow the money trail it looks like 'the-Serpent-eating- it's-Tail.' The money from the Corporatocracy is paid essentially to itself, to promote their chosen candidates, then re- spent on their own services to provide the necessary campaign effluvia for the so-called candidates: With the added sweetener of the money "given" by ordinary citizens which they will also directly benefit from-when that money too-comes back to them in the form of more services purchased or provided. This is a closed loop.

For decades the best investment in America was a "Campaign Contribution" to a major government office holder. For every buck invested in these crooks the return was something like a thousand to one ­ in perks or contracts. Hence congress has been talking about campaign-finance reforms since the Supreme's passed the law that opened the flood-gates for the revolving doors of the Congressional-Corporatocracy-Complex. But of course nothing has changed-except to intensify their options by including many thousands of additional lobbyists in the mix of those that can vastly increase anyone's "investment" when you "give" to the right man, woman or cause. This garbage is where and how AIPAC became so powerful so fast!

If you want a clear idea of how much money we're talking about in the elections here ­ just add up all the money raised so far, by all the candidates, and divide that number by the number of votes cast to this point ­ this will give the prospective voter some idea of just valuable those first two side-shows are to the Corporatocracy.

Back in the days of Boss Tweed & the openly corrupt political machines, many citizens then, were bright enough to demand to be paid to vote one way or the other-but in this NWO system-the Corporatocracy has brilliantly figured out how to pay itself, in order to select their own flunkies to do ever more for themselves while totally shutting out the electorate in the process.

Professional political parties are nothing but scavengers that raid the body-politic for cadavers to pick clean, while they too practice keeping the public at bay during every presidential political campaign since 1968 (national security of course). The public no longer can challenge candidates directly, yet the Corporatocracy has enough financial muscle to decide who can or will be included in any of the pretend debates. FOX News "The Fair & Balanced Political Network" just blocked Ron Paul, despite his position in the field, his track record in congress, and his amazingly adept skills at raising huge amounts of money ­ 'cause he's NOT one of them, and Paul has not been sanctioned to run by the CFR, so 'nobody cares what he thinks!' Slowly the public might begin to get the idea that their "politics" have been hijacked and given over to those International Outlaws that run the bulk of the Corporatocracy-for fun and profit!

Another glaring facet of the current presidential contest is that things have changed dramatically since long before the Decider. Individuals used to run for office, and we still treat candidates that way-as if they were going to do it all. That's ridiculous! Whereas in the past, advisors were mere shadows behind the scenes (with the exception of Henry Kissinger), in today's world these creatures are the government, not merely talking figure-heads: look at Cheney who is the president, or Rummy who's still hanging around in the Pentagon, not to mention the army of spooks from so many different agencies that it boggles the mind ­ these are the creeps that stay up planning how to destabilize the planet in 37 different ways each week. So when you "vote" for one of these show-pieces for "president" who you're really voting for are the whole cadre of political hacks and unprincipled whores that work in the shadows of the world-wide power structure. Can you name the advisors to your prospective "presidential choice"! I doubt it, so here they are. you can watch a video or read a transcript. (4)

Throughout the 'American voter' has remained oblivious to the obvious takeover of the nation, so why would he or she have even a hint that as sheep - they have been royally and repeatedly screwed ­ since at least 1976!

The system isn't just broken it has been smashed into a million shards of broken dreams and shredded papers-and did I mention that you and I will get the bill for all of that as well? In case you were thinking about contacting your congressperson ­ you might want to lean rather heavily on them about the pending Bill which already passed the House as HR 1955. It passed 404 to 6, is now pending before the Senate. What this does is outlaw each and every thing I've said above ­ it defines "Thought Crime" in the USA for the first time in our short history, and it criminalizes anyone that might in any way disagree with the insiders or the Corporatocracy! Mr. Kirwan,

Well, you're a shining example of what Americans need more of. While the masses acting individually are swept aside as insignificant and without relevance collectively, they are the force that has changed the world throughout time.

The American trucking industry is the single largest employing industry in this country. This industry employs 1 out of every 8 workers in some capacity across this nation. It directly employees on any day almost 4 million drivers and daily comprises about 12% of traffic.

While American trucking constitutes less than 15% of traffic they are responsible for more than 55% of tax revenues generated by highway use. Further each class 8 vehicle (18 wheeler) pays more then $15,000 annually in fess and licensing alone. As for the cost of having them on the roads, it is a myth that they do more damage to the roadways. The fact is that the roadways are built because of trucks, and were it not for thieving politicians diverting tax revenues, the fees, and taxes paid by American trucking would more than pay the cost of repairs, replacement, renewals, and add more routes without costing the American motorist one extra dime.

Then there are the facts and myths about highway safety, spewed through the lips of the Secretary of Transportation and the Bush administration. In the last two decades the American trucking industry has increased by almost 50% the total number of highway miles these behemoths of commerce generate. But, while increasing their miles the accident rate per million miles driven by American Trucking has dropped steadily and repeatedly over the last twenty years. Currently accidents between trucks and cars are 5 times more likely to be caused by the car's driver. When a car and truck collide the cars occupants are 34 times more likely to be injured. So while the causes are less the fault of the truck operators, the effects are still most likely to cause injury or death to the car's occupants. This is shear physics and is one area that the American Trucking industry has little ability to create any real change.

American trucks are generally newer and are deemed safer because of the myriad number of agencies and because of the American insurance industry's mandated inspections, testing, and repair or replacement of equipment to achieve optimum safety of vehicles at all times. These are not traits associated with the Mexican Trucking industry. Although the trial companies are likely to put their best trucks and their best drivers over here for the test period the reality is that without a historical safety program it will all turn to shit the moment every Tom, Dick, and Jose can cross into America.

America does not have the logistical means, or the resources to inspect every driver and truck entering into America. As it is the trucks that cross daily into America now, who meet the requirements to travel in the Border commercial zone, are plagued with problems that only a few people have even mentioned in there objections to this trial program. Some of these are minor but, most of them are major problems that haven't been resolved yet and will only be greatly compounded with the expansion of their access in America.

These drivers who currently come through the commercial zones are notorious for being not insured. Since they do not have to have American issued insurance policy's the independent Mexican trucker, to make ends meet, will buy a photo copy of someone else's insurance documents and produce them when crossing the border. This happens daily in numbers that the California Highway Patrol will tell you is too vast to calculate. The Mexican insurance documents differ significantly from American issued papers so that there is no way verification can be done by the border management agencies.

It is true that most of the trucks that cross are in relatively good condition. It is still a fiction to think that the border agencies have the man power, the facilities, or the time to inspect all trucks, cargo, documentation, and verification of each truck and driver who will cross daily. Since the Mexican system doesn't even require tracking, or restricting drivers hours there is no way to guarantee that the drivers are not fatigued and dangerous. Mexico lacks the historical desire to protect the motoring public from the dangers of combining the large vehicles with the small ones so before any of them should ever be allowed to operate here they should first improve there system.

Another significant problem is that there is no restriction currently on how much fuel these trucks can carry when crossing the border. While America changed its diesel fuel standard, in September of 2007, to an ultra low sulphur product Mexico has made no such efforts to match this standard. This means that every truck that comes from Mexico will additionally be burning fuels that the US environmental agencies have deemed illegal. So combining the extra pollution and the difference in cost; these trucks from Mexico will have an unwarranted advantage over their American counter parts. A truck from Mexico could carry 800 to 1000 gallons of fuel across the border and complete a 3000 mile run in America and never pay a dime for fuel, or fuel taxes. All the while burning a fuel that is outlawed in America and they will only have paid a little more than half the cost of American fuel. Seems the Bush administration wants to complete the destruction of America by finally defeating the only strong industry that America has left.

To sum up this e-mail it is imperative that what remains of America should remain American and in the hands of the American people. We as Americans have established a viable and safe system of transporting commodities and building highways that have worked so well that America has no equal in the world-when it comes to trucking, trucks, transporting commerce, and traveling. America's highways have allowed for the innovation of JIT freight systems that has now become the goal of the rest of the industrialized world. We have produced trucks that are more fuel efficient, and safer than any comparable products in the world.

Thanks to Trucking America has the finest system of highways and by- ways allowing for millions of safer miles to be traveled everyday. No other country in the world can move goods from one point to another more efficiently than America and it is the American Trucking industry that made this possible.

Americans need to draw the line in the sand on this issue and they need to do it collectively now. We have it better because the American Trucker worked for the last 100 years to make it better. Americans can get it cheaper, faster, and more consistently because the American Trucker cared enough to work for the best solution.

Remember, if you have it an American Trucker brought it to you. The only real American pioneers are those who never stopped pushing America ahead. If Americans want to stand tall and proud, they need to realize that this is the issue, and the Trucking industry truly defines America as no other can.

I am an American Trucker. I am proud, determined, dedicated, and willing to fight to keep America the dream of all Americans, and not allow that dream to become the nightmare that NAFTA is bringing to each and every one of us.

It is time for all Americans to join all American Truckers and tell the politicians and world's industrialists that Americans will not be enslaved and we will win because no one gets anything without an American Trucker. Join us America let us retake this nation from those who think we are all going to lay down and allow them to sell off the heritage that our ancestors fought to leave us. We are not a New World Order ­ yet! We are Americans and we are different and have been different for a reason, because we are proud of who we are and what we stand for.

The American Trucker's and I will give Americans back their heritage. The New World Order can not go anywhere if the American Trucker is not willing to move it forward. So listen up NeoCons and Americans alike it is the American Trucker who will be the decider of this issue. It is the American Trucker who will guarantee all Americans that their safety is guaranteed on the highways, and it is the American Trucker who will decide if and when any foreign trucks, truckers, or trucking companies will operate in our American commercial trucking system. We decide. This is the Achilles heel of the New World order, of NAFTA, and of all the globalist's efforts to destroy America: Because if you want anything in America it has to go through the American Trucker and we are not ready or willing to let America be anything less than American.

You are right by calling for a strike. I am ready to strike at the heart of the conspiracy to destroy America. The question is-Are there any others?

"WASHINGTON - The Bush administration is going ahead with a controversial pilot program giving Mexican trucks greater access to U.S. highways despite a new law by Congress against it.

The decision to proceed with the four-month-old program, which allows participating Mexican trucking companies to send loads throughout the United States, comes, despite language in the recently signed catchall spending bill aimed at blocking it.

The hotly contested program, opposed by labor, independent truck owners and environmental groups, permits up to 500 trucks from 100 Mexican motor carriers, full access to U.S. roads.

Opponents have been fighting the measure - part of the 1994 North American Free Trade Agreement - since it was first proposed, saying the program will erode highway safety and eliminate U.S. jobs. And they say that there are insufficient safeguards exist to make sure that Mexican trucks are as safe as U.S. carriers.

"When you open up U.S. highways to long-haul Mexican trucks without equivalent safety standards, it poses risks for American drivers," Dorgan said." (1)

The national heads of all American Trade Unions; the Independent Truck Owners and the leaders of those environmental groups that oppose this criminal act ­ ought to call for a Nationwide STRIKE to immediately shut down this nation's trucking industry until the Decider and his Secretary of Transportation back off. Charges of reckless vehicular manslaughter, possibly murder, need to be drawn up, with the victims to be named as soon as people are killed by this administration's willful and senseless violations of the current laws.

Coast to coast and border to border ­ Americans need to support a strike, if we are to retain any control whatsoever over the roads and highways of this country. The public has stood by while all kinds of liberties and rights have been stripped from them. But the roads and highways ought not to have dangerously deficient, fully loaded Mexican trucks, cruising throughout this country just waiting for the accidents that will begin to needlessly take the lives of other drivers.

For the White House and the Secretary of Transportation to so callously implement this policy amounts to the premeditated murder of innocent people ~ and the only thing which can force these Privateers to cease and desist from this policy would be a coast to coast General STRIKE. This would cost even their friends hundreds of billions of dollars that no one can afford to lose today- especially not the truckers-whether they are unionized or independents.

In the decathlon-of-distractions, the candidates seem to be desperate to show their willingness to embrace "change." The Democratic winner in Iowa, a chicken-necked male with no obvious experience at anything except reading and taking written tests ­ is a war-monger that wants to declare even more wars in which to involve the American war machine and the 'troops' he says he so wants to "support." And John Edwards is desperately seeking to unite the two Americas, while Hilary still hasn't a clue about anything like a real issue. The Republican don't even merit mention, since they're blocking access to Paul, and given their new "winner," whose life has more holes in it than ten thousand pounds of Swiss cheese ­ they're definitely damaged goods!

Well people this is your issue, gift-wrapped from the Decider:

Whose country is this-and do the truckers of the nation have a right to even try to earn a living when they must now compete with hundreds of Mexican-truckers that need not bother with insurance, or the viability of their trucks that will no doubt become involved in more than their share of accidents, simply because they are not fully maintained? When this "happens" it cannot be called an accident if the conditions that cause the event were both known and ignored in advance.

Any candidate for president that does NOT support the STRIKE will be sending the stark message to the public that they care not about whether Americans can be protected from NAFTA ­ they only care about snatching the reins of power, and to hell with the nation and its people!





The only thing that will apparently matter to these new candidates for president (same as the old candidates - only more pretentious), are a bunch of words about "hope," that without any real actions to support that "hope" are utterly meaningless!

If Obama had any experience at all, he would recognize the truth of that statement ­ but since he's nothing but a construct of the CFR, that's not likely to happen. Just look at who the advisors are for all these new pretenders ­ they are the very same outlaws that backed the Old Regime for the last four decades. There are no differences here, except that all the puppets that are screaming about "change" are really only seeking a slight shift in who will be implementing pre-existing polices: which does not involve any change whatever in the actual policies themselves (except perhaps to make them worse). (2)

This nation needs to begin to weigh-in on this political farce and bring it all to a head ­ by declaring a National STRIKE, coast to coast and border to border. If there isn't that amount of fight left in this country, then we shall deserve the current flock of sheep that are bleating daily to the population about 'our need for their leadership.'

Here's an issue where the Tarnished House has chosen to blatantly defy the congress, spit upon protecting the people and just continue to ride roughshod over every legal objection ­ just to make the point that: 'Hey - there is nothing that you the public can do about it!'

What's it to be America ­ let's give the Decider the same orders he's been giving us for the last seven years: "Our way or the Highway-Bush-you work for us, and if you don't comply then don't be surprised by the end result." This nation is standing on the knife-edge of financial collapse, and a national STRIKE would tip that over into a full blown Depression.

But if we do not strike now over this issue - then we can kiss what's left of this place goodbye and get ourselves a huge supply of knee pads, because we shall all soon be living what's left of our lives on our knees!
