DJ Sets by The Invisible Kid & Stephan C. The Invisible Kid is the brainchild of New York City-based producer/ songwriter/ performer Daniel Lee. The music is a mixture of 80's new wave, 90's indie and shoegazer textures, and modern electronic/mashup situations.

…….Dead Leaf Echo followed with a nice transition into shoegaze
bliss. Lit only by a screen projector, the shadowed musicians produced
a beautiful, intricate atmosphere that echoes 4AD bands. I regret not
being able to see the band’s full set as I immensely enjoy their

Dead Leaf Echo will open up for famed electronic musician/producer Mark Van Hoen at experimental art space Monkeytown on Friday August 14th. Mark Van Hoen was a founding member of both Seefeel and Scala in the 90's as well as producing albums by Mojave 3 and Sing-Sing. This will be an ambient performance from Dead Leaf Echo and all bands will feature visuals. Also performing will be bliss-out group Luxa.
