Death Cab for Cutie will be performing at the 2009 mtvU Woodie Awards on December 4th, 2009 at 10PM ET. The awards will be broadcast on the mtvU, MTV, MTV2, and Palladia networks.

The animated music video, 'Grapevine Fires', has been also been nominated for the 2009 Best Video Woodie Award by mtvU. Voting is available now and ends November 16th, so visit the mtvU Woodie Awards site to watch the video (if you haven't already) and cast your vote for Death Cab for Cutie.
