.......send me your mailing addresses. email me at debwongdebwong@gmail.com

Ben wants me to distribute the photos/videos to anyone in the family who wants them. He also wants me to add Sue & Stephen's Fire dance video to ours.  Since I took video with 2 cameras, there is some of the same stuff going on, from different angles.  Of course, the static camera is way more smooth than my hand-held videos, which sometimes look like a 7.0 magnitude earthquake.

Right now, we have a pile-up of jobs at the gallery, I have an ongoing web assignment, numerous errands and obligations, and we are prepping for our first PumpkinFest sales (we have to pay $150.00 for the permit, but with an estimated 300,000 ppl. coming through that weekend, we figure we'll at least make it up in sales), so it might be a few weeks before recipients get them.  But anyone who wants the set (boxed, widescreen, available on Amazon - just kidding) will get them at least before Christmas!

Oscar and Milo started a band.  I think that Logan was sitting this one out.  This file was too big for YouTube & Vimeo, so put it on my own site:

Budding Musicians

Also posted more pics from Lois & Ben's wedding in my "Family" album.

Today, Spring Mountain Gallery was the first stop in a field trip for members of Camp Butano Creek. Michael explained photography techniques, and the kids checked out our photos.  My camera work is pretty bad - since I am supposed to be doing the video for Ben & Lois' wedding on Saturday, I better practice a lot more!  Before the group left, they presented us with a thank you gift of Chocolate Mint Girl Scout Cookies (yum).

In fact, Spring Mountain Gallery's Grand Opening & 30 Year Anniversary was a very enjoyable occasion for us, despite the weeks of stress over whether we could pull this off.   I was very happy that my brother Joe and Carol could make it. Michael was glad that his family could also be there.

Parties are no big deal for some, but Michael & I don't throw parties, and I rarely attend them.   However, it was generally agreed that we should do something special to bring attention to our new location.  In this tough economy, it's good to go the extra mile for business. We stockpiled a lot of food, sodas, coffee, & wine.  Kaitlyn brought some platters of fruit, veggies, and sweets, etc., in addition to performing serving & hostess duties.

Our pictures are posted here:

We want  to thank everyone who attended, and to Kaitlyn for helping out with the food & serving duties.

Now, it's back to work, as per usual!
