With violence the only recognized form of communication and pacifism a bad joke that makes the user "un-cool", America is exactly how it appears to be.

No American Dream, no love thy neighbor, not even any turn the other cheek in this supposed by some "Christian nation"
Children who kill are glorified on CNN, and we wonder why violence is the accepted means to solve problems. We wonder why kids on a school bus know that they can just punch the kid they don't like until they feel better about themselves.
Oh sure not on paper. On paper America is the most fair that it could be, of course reality is somewhat different. In everyday life kindness is taken as weakness and malice has become moral.
And parents...it's all your fault.

Think about it, do you reason with your children explaining why it is they need to do their chores, clean their rooms, or respect not just elders but all others? Or do you just yell, black mail, or intimidate your child until you get your way...like a child would.
And now we come to the real problem in America, too many children and too few adults. And I do not mean that we have "too many kids" not at all in fact what I'm saying is that America has become Never Never Land a place where nobody has to grow up. Ever.
And isn't it a cliché how cruel kids are as a rule? I say that this country is full of spoiled childish brats who managed to shout down their better angels in favor of "whatever".
Everyone is addicted to either television or caffeine, these addictions serve to destroy a person's frame of reference forcing them to perceive the world as a constant rush. As a result people are just too damned busy to do the right thing. No one has the patience to yield the right of way or tolerate a slower driver on the road.

Lots of people are laughing now because this is exactly the way they wanted this country to be...dumb enough for them to exist in it without being made to feel stupid all the time, because by now everyone is as dumb as they are.

The news media has been squawking for more than a decade about "the dumbing down of Americans". Movies and television have been blamed justly however they are not the only two causes of this problem which seeps into every aspect of our lives one way or another.

The real problem is you, yes you. If you are a person who would risk your life and the lives of others just so you can get a better spot in line at the Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks then you are part or the problem.
If you are the kind of parent that encourages their child to be violent for any reason what so ever, then you, yes you too are part of the problem. Now you say I've been cut off in traffic more times than I can count but I'm not supposed to do it? That's right, doing what you despise makes you a hypocrite plain and simple.

Of course most people these days are just hypocrites, some louder than others like Sarah Palin who currently embodies the good ole' American double standard of "say one thing, do something different". As she lied about why she quit her job as Governor of Alaska. She claimed that it was not to seek out her celebrity, yet two months after her resignation there she is trying to drum up more publicity as an author.
Seriously folks she is just another Brittany Spears.

You know a girl who was insanely over-popular for a short time despite her stunning lack of talent and ability then proved herself to be nothing more than an attention whore who refused to leave the spotlight long after the stage went dark.

But enough about Mrs. Palin whom I no longer need to respect in anyway because she is no longer the Governor of Alaska, actually she's nothing at all. She wrote a book about how she's an attention whore, and she puts dinner dates with herself on e-bay, and you morons will still love her in the morning because you are just as bad as she is.
Right and wrong are not as important to you as "Right and Left", and as such you don't know what you are talking about.

Furthermore if you are going to allow yourself to be so easily swayed by this over-exposed charlatan then you do not deserve to vote.
No no let me take that back everyone deserves the opportunity to vote. From now on voters who fail to understand and execute their responsibilities as informed members of the voting population should be made to cast "provisional ballots" only.

And just like when The Bush Administration was in charge, maybe we'll count them and um maybe we won't.

Ps. I'd like to note here that it doesn't matter what color the children on the bus were. Two bigger kids decided they could abuse a smaller one and that happens every day. And will as long as it continues to be allowed.
And As Always,

Clinton: U.S. Drug Policies Failed, Fueled Mexico's Drug War
Washington Post Staff Writer Wednesday, March 25, 2009; 2:51 PM MEXICO CITY, March 25 -- Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton traveled to Mexico on Wednesday with a stark mea culpa, saying that decades of U.S. anti-narcotics policies had been a failure and contributed to the explosion of drug violence south of the border.
"Clearly what we've been doing has not worked," Clinton told reporters on her plane at the start of her two-day trip. "It is unfair for our incapacity to have effective policies" on curbing drug use, narcotics shipments and the flow of guns "to be creating a situation where people are holding the Mexican government and people responsible. That's not right." Clinton's comments appeared to be the most sweeping yet by a top Obama administration official accepting a U.S. role in the drug havoc in Mexico. More than 7,000 Mexicans have been killed since January 2008, as cartels have warred over trafficking routes and lashed out at the government for deploying the military against them. Mexican officials have long complained that the U.S. government pointed the finger at its neighbor while ignoring how American demand for cocaine, marijuana, heroin and methamphetamines fueled the trade. Mexican authorities also blame some of the violence on the flow of American guns, which have been used in about 90 percent of the drug killings, according to both U.S. and Mexican officials.Clinton's comments came at the start of a U.S. blitz to improve relations at a moment when Mexico is facing perhaps the greatest challenge to its stability in a century. The Obama administration announced Tuesday it was sending hundreds more agents and extra high-tech gear to the border to intercept weapons and drug proceeds heading south. U.S. border states have become alarmed about a possible spillover of the drug violence, and Congress has held a flurry of hearings on the bloodshed and the potential threat to Mexico's institutions. Clinton signaled that the U.S. government planned to do more. She vowed to press for swift delivery of equipment promised under the Merida Initiative, a three-year, $1.4 billion package of anti-drug assistance to Mexico and Central America. Mexican officials and U.S. lawmakers say there are long lag times for helicopters and other gear that are desperately needed. In addition, Congress has approved only $700 million of the $950 million that the Bush administration requested for the program since it began last year. Clinton also the administration would "try to get more tools to go after the gun dealers" and those who purchase weapons to pass on to the cartels. She did not elaborate. Several U.S. lawmakers have already balked at the idea of cracking down on guns on the American side of the border, and the idea could face an uphill battle in Congress. Mexican officials, historically sensitive to criticism from their richer, more powerful neighbor, have bristled at conclusions in U.S. military reports and in hearings recently that their government was losing control over parts of the country. President Felipe Calderón has described such statements as part of a "campaign" against his country. Seeking to heal the strain, Clinton went out of her way to accept U.S. responsibility for the problem. She said drug demand in the United States remained "insatiable," blaming a lack of treatment facilities and insufficient campaigns to discourage narcotics abuse. American drug abusers provide Mexican traffickers with an estimated $15 to 25 billion a year. "Neither interdiction [of drugs] nor reducing demand have been successful," Clinton said, noting that "we have been pursuing these strategies for 30 years." "We've got to take a hard look at what we can do" to cut off the supply of drugs and "stop the bad guys," the secretary added. "The amount of violence going on because of these drug wars in Mexico is horrific." Clinton's assessment appeared to be at odds with some conclusions by U.S. anti-drug officials. The Drug Enforcement Agency says that traffickers have had an increasingly hard time getting their shipments over the U.S. border, resulting in higher prices and lower purity for cocaine on American streets. Michael Braun, who recently retired as a senior DEA official, told a congressional hearing this month that the U.S. military and law-enforcement agencies had dealt significant blows to traffickers' transportation networks. "The seizure rates are off the charts for the last three or four years," he said. One of the reasons for the escalating violence in Mexico, he said, was the effectiveness of the U.S. operations against traffickers' transportation and financial infrastructure. U.S. authorities, including Clinton, have lauded Calderón for dispatching 45,000 troops to battle the cartels. While emphasizing the U.S. desire to cooperate on drugs, Clinton said she wanted her trip to also illustrate the broad range of issues the two countries cooperate on routinely, ranging from trade to education to the environment. "The relationship we have with Mexico is much broader and deeper" than the drug issue, she said. Clinton is planning to travel Thursday to Monterrey, Mexico's business capital, before heading back to Washington. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. are also scheduled to visit Mexico before Obama arrives in mid-April.Washington Post Staff Writer Wednesday, March 25, 2009; 2:51 PMPictures and Highlights Added by Devosia

REALITY- Governor Rod Blagojevich continues to dominate the news cycle with his arrest, bail, and attempts to return to work over the better judgment of all concerned. Everyone's better judgment, except that of this elleged "Crazy Man" Rod Blagojevich who is doing as good a Sarah Palin impression as Tiny Fey herself. Ok not quite that good, but he is doing the wrong thing spectacularly enough for the media to cover nearly nothing else. Incidentally Chief of Staff to Rod Blagojevich, John Harris has resigned, guess it was his big idea.
You know that he and his scandal are nothing but a good old fashioned decoy. Just as Sarah Palin was used as a decoy for McCain's age and, in an odd way, for President-Elect Barack Obama's lack of experience so to Rod Blagojevich is acting as a decoy.
And just as people have finished up with Sarah Palin and a briefly resurgent O.J Simpson, here comes Rod Blagojevich, and his attempted Bobby Kennedy hair-do, to burn across the sky like a dumb shining star. Inevitably drawing our collective eye away from some cold hard facts about the current state of the economy of The United States of America, our economy.
Facts such as Wall Street bankers, stock brokers, and their favored top 1 percent clients are making a quiet fortune off of all this economic turmoil. If one were in position to do so, with enough capital and a keen eye for all the trends, one could be hoarding large sums of your money. Just like Ron Paul has.
Or didn't you notice that all the cash that some of you fine freedom loving folks have forked over in all those "money bombs" that were supposed to get Good Ole' Ron Paul elected to the presidency, only served to secure Ron Paul's re-election to his seat in The U.S. House of Representatives.
Another point of interest on Good Ole' Ron Paul, is that he is still a registered Republican. If Ron Paul meant 20% of what he has said about truth and freedom in his many speeches, he would have renounced The Republican Party and become an Independent years ago. Yet he's still has that pesky "R-Texas" after his name Doesn't he?
Getting back to Blagojevich and the economy, Blagojevich is just a distraction from the obvious truth. While we all watch The Rod Blagojevich Show, George W. Bush, the face for the cause of all of this, can be seen quietly tip-toeing out the backdoor of the White House grinning from ear to ear. And he's got plenty of reason to smile. After all, Smiling is his favorite.
George W. Bush will be living in comfort and luxery inside of an extremely exclusive enclosed community whose charter by rule excludes African Americans. W. has proved his father wrong by becoming a two term president exceeding George H.W. Bush's single term as president. And indeed George W. Bush has proven all of his doubters wrong on at least one point, he is going to get away with it all.
Stealing two Presidential Elections, allowing September The Eleventh, giving Big Oil free reign through de-regulation and reduction of safety standards, the destruction of environmental regulations in general, tax cuts for people who are filthy rich and as such have a responsibility to those less fortunate, torture, illegal invasions and occupations, and last but not least the premeditated sabotage of our economy.
That's quite a list, and I'm sure that I'm missing dozens of other offenses that simply don't come to mind as quickly as all those do.
Just quickly, let's look at the horrendous acts that brought Bill Clinton to impeachment: 1.Lied about having an affair. 2.Practicing Democrat.
George W. Bush and his cadre Administration, have taken a thriving nation and run it straight into the ground laughing all the way, secure in the knowledge that the important people involved will get away clean.
So clean in fact that they will get to return in a decade or so, to do it all over again.

Ps. Here is one more unpleasant fact. The 700 billion dollar Wall Street Bailout was a hustle. That's why it happened so fast. So quickly that no one would have sufficient time to ensure real accountability. And everywhere you looked at the time the same story was been hollered "It's a foregone conclusion, $700 billion in bailout for Wall Street HAD to happen no question". That was a pure hustle, plain and simple. Wall Street deserved to fail they brought it all on themselves. And the truth is that the automakers are the ones who really need a bailout, as equally guilty as they may be. The Auto Industry employs real people in real factories that manufacture actual products. Where in Wall Street, it is only too obvious now, knew exactly what it was that they were doing to the housing markets. And they absolutely knew the inevitable consequences of those actions, consequences that we all now face. Wall Street simply didn't give a damn. And As Always,

REALITY- I cannot tell you all how happy I am that the election season is over for one more Olympiad. I really cannot, I haven't the time and no one would read a blog that long.
So instead let me tell you how happy I am that The Republican Party will be losing control of the White House. And that the U.S. Senate is no longer a question. The Democrats have a clear majority and may just come out of 2008 with a filibuster proof 60 seats. And let's not forget that vice president-elect Joe Biden will cast any tiebreaking votes just in case.
With The U.S. House of Representatives already mostly blue, on January 20th, The Democratic Party will take almost total control of The United States government. Whether that turns out to be a horrible mistake only time will tell.

Oh and some guy called Barack something won the presidency too.

But seriously folks, Barack Obama beat John McCain all over god's blue electoral map by an impressive electoral margin of 365 – 173. Barack Obama received an electoral vote for everyday of the year, McCain finished up 97 votes short of the mark.
As if his overmatched squad made a last minute field goal to cut the triple digit deficit to a slightly more palatable 97. Obama was also able to defeat McCain in the ever popular…popular vote to the tune of 53% to 46%.
Making Barack Obama the first man since Bill Clinton to win a United States presidential election legally.

And in 49 days Barack Obama will take the reins of The United States of America and lead us into the next 4 years of the future.
Note to all those who are complaining that they've not yet seen any of the change they were promised, Barack Obama isn't in charge of anything yet. He hasn't taken the oath of office and so he has been able to do nothing officially to improve or worsen anything at this time. I draw attention to this fact because an awful lot of people are trying to sell you different.

The recession that the United States, and indeed the world, is currently flailing in like so much cow dung cannot be "Barack Obama's recession". The current recession, like so many other things over the past eight years, is George W. Bush's fault.
It is also the fault of every other politician and media personality who stood up for, voted with and helped to sell the world on the lemon that has been the George W. Bush Administration. Let's not forget that George W. Bush pretty much ignored every rule, lied profusely, and is going to walk away smelling like some Texas bluebonnets.

Bill Clinton was impeached for lying about an extramarital affair. Bush lies us into two wars, allows the worst terrorist attack on American soil ever, and destroys the economy on his way out the door and he will be beloved like Reagan by red America until the end of time.
Plus, no impeachment.

I've already heard republicans talking about impeaching Barack Obama, and he hasn't even picked out his chair yet. It just goes to show you who these people really are. These republicans who have been dropping the 'I' word on Barack Obama, and indeed most republicans deep down, are only interested in promoting themselves and their side.
They only care about winning, at any cost. That makes them fundamentally selfish people. Of course anyone can be selfish, but are our elected officials supposed to be? Absolutely not.

Supposedly as the story goes, people go into politics to help the people and system turns them into John Kerry. But the fact is that people pretend to be interested in helping the people only to further their own endeavors. The ones who really do want to help are usually not as interesting or as well funded as the professional politicians we all keep sending to the top.
In the end the fault is ours, each and every one of us. We are the ones who buy the same bill of goods every four years even though we know damned right well that no matter who wins everyone will be disappointed.
So why do we do it? Because we're lazy, and we do not have any time.

Thanks to simple everyday things like stop signs, traffic lights and police officers no one has any time any more. I quote the Sammy Hagar classic "I Can't Drive 55" in this memorable hit Hagar belts out the line "what used to take two hours now takes all day".
Think about that for a second, how much more could you get done in a day without speed limits? How much free time might you have to discover how badly you are being screwed by the upper 1 percent? Or time say to fully evaluate their candidates for president and learn that none of them really are the characters that they portray on television. Time to then discuss your conclusions with friends and family and devise ways to demand real representative government for yourselves and your family.
But none of that will ever happen will it?
All of you will just go right on...

won't you?

Ps. Ok ok, before you start crying safety about speed limits and traffic lights, let me remind you that the national speed limit of 55 mph was put in place in 1974 and was intended to reduce gasoline consumption by 2.2% in response to the 1973 oil crisis. And it worked so well that they adjusted it in 1987 to 65mph, and in 1995 the law was repealed altogether.
The question is how fast are you going to go anyway? Probably around 65 to 85 on the highways and 40 on side roads and 25 in residential areas like the rest of us. If you had more time you wouldn't need to speed, and have you noticed that you have to use more gas if your route has more stop signs or traffic making signals? Or how about the minor detail that if you're always stopping you're never going.
What about traffic lights and stop signs? I say put trained traffic cops at every damned intersection. That would create a whole lot of jobs and remind these police officers, who have been power tripping for decades, just who they are working for. Namely Us.

REALITY- What does the phrase 'divide and conquer' mean to you? Does it mean that you should 'divide' your forces in order to 'conquer' the enemy? Or does it mean that you should 'divide' your 'enemy' in order to make them more easily conquered?
We'll come back to that question in a few minutes.
For now let's talk about the upcoming Presidential Election this Tuesday November the 4th.
I know that you're voting so, who are you voting for? John McCain, Barack Obama, Chuck Baldwin?
No no don't tell me, I can't really hear you, save it for Tuesday November the 4th when your vote might just matter in at least one way.

I know what you're thinking, my vote won't matter, no one ever really counts them anyway. Ok that may well be true, afterall in 2000 no one bothered to finish counting the votes in Florida. In Florida's defense they might have finished their re-count but The Supreme Court told them to stop.
Besides, as they must have thought at the time,
'What's the worst that could happen?'

Well we all found out didn't we. America had elected the guy that they wanted to have a beer with. We gave W. the keys and he crashed this great country through the brick wall of history.
Here we all stand gathered around the gaping hole that George W. Bush has left in his wake. We gaze into that perfectly round hole, peering through all the dust and smoke to get the merest glimps of what our collective future as a nation holds.
Who will our next leader be? Who must follow the worst act in political history?

There are in fact many different running candidates for the presidency in 2008 but, as the stauchest third party advocate must realize, there are ony two tickets with any legitimate chance of gaining 270 votes in the infamous electoral college.

I don't like it any better than you do, but it's a fact and it always will be until we mount a concentrated effort to abolish the electoral college and grant the electoral power to the vote of the individual American citizen.
Then and only then might third party candidates have a real opportunity at the most powerful office in the land, The Presidency of the United States. The electoral college must be abolished, but that must wait until after we decide this election. But we must not fail to act before the next one.
That having been said I ask you again, who are you going to vote for?

Oh it matters alright. I'm sure everyone is familiar with the concept of a "spoiler". Not the kind you see on sports cars, rather the kind that enter into contests not to win the contest but to make sure that some one else cannot win that contest. See the above, Ross Perot and Ralph "Darth" Nader

So What does the phrase 'divide and conquer' mean to you? I can tell you what it means to the two "leading" presidential tickets.
If they are true to their words, for Barack Obama and Joe Biden, it would mean to divide us from the mistakes and crimes of the past administration and conquer our fears in order to move forward towards a more noble future.
For John McCain and Sarah Palin, it means if they can keep us divided and fighting amongst ourselves long enough, then he and that woman can conquer Barack Obama, the white house, and in essence all of us.
All of you.
Divide and conquer means that they keep all of us divided in any way they possibly can. In order to make us very very easy to conquer.

It doesn't matter which state you live in, it doesn't matter what sports teams you root for, it doesn't matter what you do for a living.
It doesn't matter which church you go to or whether you go at all, it doesn't matter what color you are, it doesn't matter what your family heritage might be.
It doesn't matter whether you're a man or a woman, it doesn't matter whether you prefer men or women, and it doesn't matter what clothes you wear or what car you drive. The fact of the matter is, the only thing that does matter is who becomes the next President of the United States of America.
The only way that John McCain can win this election is that if good people vote against the only other candidate who can beat him.

That other candidate is Barack Obama.
Any vote for a third party candidate in this 2008 presidential election is a vote for John McCain and Sarah Palin. And after the debacles in 2000 and in 2004 it's clear that Barack Obama needs as close to a landslide as he can get.
If this election is close enough, the Republicans could find a way to win again. And by "find a way to win" I do mean flip the election results in their favor.

Like they did for W.

Twice.
We need a president who at least claims that he wants to change things for the better in America for Americans, in our time.
Rather than John McCain who only offers "change" as a counter-move. Inspired solely by his campaign's desire to steal the very concept of change itself away from their opponents.
This country simply cannot afford 4 more years of Republicans in the white house.

Republicans like Dick Cheney, George W. Bush, and of course John McCain.
For the last 8 years The Republicans have made every effort to totally destroy the very foundations of our once great nation (and others) for their own corporate and personal gain. And John McCain has given his blessing from the very beginning and will simply continue to lead us all down this same blazing path towards total annihilation.

I do not know whether or not Barack Obama will keep his many promises. But what I do know is this, is that when all is said and done, when all the dust has settled and all the smoke has cleared, at least he, Barack Obama has been the candidate who has promised us hope.

UPDATE!!!
Barack Obama Wins Presidency, Thank You.
Ps. As I said it doesn't necessarily matter whom you are in this case, but it absolutly matters that you vote. Tuesday November the 4th.
And don't forget to complete your ballot.
In Massachusetts vote No on 1, Yes on 2
and No on Prop 8 in California

REALITY- As I watch the re-broadcasting of the original coverage of the tragic events of September The Eleventh, I find myself mesmerized yet again by the stunning imagery of the smoking towers.
However not nearly as mezmerized as I had been on that fateful day seven years ago today. In fact the pain I recall from that day has grown dim and cold where it had once burned hot as the sun.
Instead of solemnly witnessing this day in shock of the enormity of it all, I now find myself looking at the coverage with the curious eye of a fact checker. Those of you who have already poured over this footage of course already know what I mean, and I'll not waste time playing with every detail.
However I will say that watching it now I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that The United Sates Government is responsible for the attacks that took place on September The Eleventh. Most of you already know this, but most you don't have any idea how to really fight back.
I'm not advocating violence against innocents in any way shape or form.
I am advocating standing up for yourself, taking back your own mind and living your life how you would live it outside of the influence from government or television.
That is what freedom is.
True Freedom if you will.

Long before the tragic events of September The Eleventh I, and many others, were well aware that the United States Government was as crooked and corrupt as they possibly could be.
I saw the Oliver Stone film "JFK" at a young age and when Kevin Costner, portrayed the closing arguments of D.A. Jim Garrison talking about how the search for the truth was a generational affair, and he looked right into the camera and told the audience "It's up to you."
The search for truth is now up to you, to me, to all of us.
I took it to heart and promised myself I would never be just another one of those sheep that believed everything I was told by the U.S. Government.
And then I found George Carlin who proceeded to be a real father figure to me. And, without knowing it I'm sure, he explained almost everything about my government pretty succinctly.
Having lived through the Vietnam era he knew first hand what The United States Government was capable of. The title of what was to be his final live comedy album sums up everything I learned from the great George Carlin.

"It's All Bullshit, And It's Bad For You"

All of it, no I mean ALL of it, even the vaunted Dr. Ron Paul who has made an excellent living telling you exactly what you want to hear. Just like John Kerry, George W. Bush, and every other politician you have ever believed in. Politicians make their living convincing you that they agree with you.

Other than the tragic loss of life that did occur on September The Eleventh, the rest is nothing but live plot set-up. Not unlike the first Lord of The Rings film "The Fellowship Of The Ring" was just set-up for the next two films. September The Eleventh and the events that took place that day were intended to set the stage for the storylines that The Bush Administration would need to squeak by 8 years of public "scrutiny".
Did you know that part of "The Plan" all along was to create a "New Left" to counterbalance what I'll snidely refer to here as the Rush Limbaugh revolution?
It turns out that a fight is no fun unless there are two sides fighting.
September The Eleventh had many direct effects that we all endlessly post bulletin after bulletin about. But it also had side effects that most people havn't yet considered.

I want you to ask yourself how much pain and anguish you personaly have suffered as a result of the tragic events of September The Eleventh. Now ask yourself the hardest question, how much of it was self inflicted?
How much have you put yourself and those around you through over every little injustice that has rained down from The George W. Bush Administration?
Don't get me wrong I speak from experience, when the latest proof of lie was revealed every one I knew had to hear about it. Every time it seemed like a new terror attack or worse, a war with Iran or another nation was going to happen at any minute, I like you was filled with anger and frustration and I would do anything I could think of to get the word out. In 2006 that, combined with a certain desire to keep American Soldiers out of harm's way, brought me here to Myspace.
As I see all of the bulletins that scroll by so fast that I can barely check a quarter of them, I realized what Myspace is.

Myspace is not "real". Myspace is The Matrix
You see, I'm not really a Terminator or Indiana Jones but here on Myspace I can be whatever I want to be. And so can you, so can anyone, but none of it is real.
The only way to effect real chang is to really go out and really put yourself at risk for the sake of what you really believe in.
In the real world.
This Myspace is little more than an echo-chamber best used for installing chicken switches, and assauging those like us.
Placating those who would march tomorrow if they didn't have this convenient outlet for there emotions, that also doubles as a way to keep absolute track of each and every one of us. Each and every one of you.

The Matrix Has You.

For The last two years I have blogged whenever I have felt it necessary to do so, to help move public opinion away from believing all the lies of W. and his superiors.
And only when some one has read my blog and begun to look at their suroundings differently has it had any effect what so ever.
That's all I want, for you to think for yourself.
The more people there are who think for themselves the less there are who can be manipulated into acting against their own best interests. One way or the other

The Cheif thing that the events September The Eleventh did was to get our attention, it was a wake up call. But not the way we think it was.
People had begun to lose interest in politics after the Clinton Impeachment mess, in essesnce The United States Government were a troup of actors who's show had become so antiquated that no one cared to watch it any longer.
So, not unlike pefessional westling, they had no choice but to enter their own "Attitude Era" which would feature big shocking changes and new stars to carry the show.

Enter George W. Bush and September The Eleventh.
And that has been the foundation for every other plot twist and storyline that has occured since.

Verily this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose,
So I shall simply close by saying that September The Eleventh has caused you to change how you live your day to day life.
Whether it's because you now watch FoxNews everyday, faithfully awaiting the next tradgedy that you can blame the Democrats for. Using it to justify your love of God and guns.
Or if it made you swell with national pride, join the armed forces in order to fight terrorism and protect The U.S. of A.
Maybe then you realized that The George W. Bush Administration had lied to you, and ordered you to invade several soverign nations that had no quarrel with us.
Or maybe you realized it too late, kept it to yourself and continued to fight for the soldier fighting along side you.
Or if September The Eleventh caused you to wake up and realize that the time has come to stand against the systems of The United States Government, the systems that keep you down everyday.

The Political Systems that pre-clude the possiblility of getting a real, American, person of the people elected to the presidency.

The Social Systems that try to make you feel guilty about what you know to be true, and how you feel about it.

And the Economic Systems that make damned sure you can't afford to make any actual physical waves. Ever.
Waves mean change, change means problems for power.
We have been hearing a lot about change lately, but the fact is until we as a people call the United States Government's bluff and stage consistant real daily protests that interfere with the everyday operations of tyranny.
Protests that are visible to as many, and include as many people as possible. Protests that cannot be dismissed because they happen everyday.
Until then, we are nothing more than a curiously loud group of preachers and choirs.

UPDATE!!!
The 700 Billion dollar bailout package is nothing more than simple theft.
George W. Bush is now Hans Gruber from the first "Die Hard" film.
Using Terrorism as a distraction in order to steal 700 billion of our tax payer dollars.

Ps. I'd like to include just one quote from the original broadcasts of the coverage of the tragic events of September The Eleventh.
MSNBC's Contessa Brewer unwittingly called the day exactly what it was "...On This Not To Be Believed Tuesday Morning"

UPDATE!!!
And now it turn out that Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK) has at least two sex scandas to answer for.
First there is the "un-wed pregnancy" of her 17 year old daughter Bristol. Which I don't necessarily care one way or the other about. That having been said, The Right always vilifies other people for anything that might happen in their personal lives, under the uniform battle cry of "family values".
The reason that The Right does this is because they need to keep you thinking about somebody else's personal life so that you fail to examine the personal life of the Right-Winger in question.
Because when ever you do take a good look at the personl lives of the members of The G.O.P. (Grand OLD Party) you find gems like this "Bristol Palin Preggers" thing, and that just shows them to be the hypocrites that they are.
And now it turns out that Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK) is having an extramarital affair with a business associate of her husband's?
WOW.
If having an extramarital affair was enough for The U.S. Congress to spend billions of taxpayer dollars trying to impeach President Clinton, and this story of Sarah Palin (R-AK) being an adulteress turns out to be true, then Sarah Palin (R-AK) cannot be Vice President.
Read the vehement denials in the link below,
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/uselection2008/johnmccain/2680018/Sarah-Palin-affair-rumours-are-false-says-John-McCains-team.html

REALITY- For those who witnessed Barack Obama's landmark speech accepting the honor of being the first African-American Candidate for President of the United States of America in the modern era, the above image of Senator Obama might be the most fitting.
I think Barack Obama gave one of the top ten speeches in history last night, which for him, has become merely par for the course. The word articulate gets tossed around in a lot of different contexts.
Last night Barack Obama showed us all what true articulacy looks like.

Senator Obama thanked Bill and Hillary Clinton, his running mate Joe Biden, and also acknowldged his wife Michelle and his two daughters Malia and Sasha.
Then Barack Obama echoed a sentiment that has been felt all over the country, he expressed the last eight years of pain frustration and anguish that we all have experienced in a single word.
Enough!
Enough of republican rule, of torture, of the failed policies of George W. Bush. The question is just what does he plan to do about these crimes against humanity.

Presidential Nominee Obama, who has been prodded over his use of generalizations to describe his plans once elected, laid out numerous specific points in his speech last night indicating exaclty what he intends to do if elected President of the United States.
Senator Obama, among many other actions, claimed that he would cut taxes for 90 percent of middle class families in order to lessen their burden.
Remember that one after election day.
Obama also stated firmily that "As commander and chief I will never hesitate to defend this nation, but I will only send our troops into harm's way with a clear mission and a sacred commitment to give them the equipment they need in battle and the care and benefits they desreve when they come home."
Of course that is what any president is supposd to do, and the fact that it can be mentioned as something that has been forsaken is just yet another well deserved disgrace of George W. Bush and his entire Administration.

Barack Obama went on to say that he would "End this war in Iraq responsibly and finish the fight against Al qaeda and the Taliban in Afghanistan, I will rebuild our military to meet future conflicts but I will also renew the tough direct diplomacy that can prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and curb Russian aggression."
Three more points to recall in the years after this november.
Obama also stated that, with him as president, within then next 10 years The United States would be free of it's dependence on oil from the middle east, but that drilling now would not reduce gas prices now.

Senator Obama continued "I will build new partnerships to defeat the threats of the twenty-first century. Terrorism and nuclear proliferation, poverty and genocide, climate change and disease."
He also promised to hunt down Osama Bin Laden, I hope Senator Barack Obama wins so that we can hold him to all of these wonderful promises.

Because if he can accomplish half of what he has promised to accomplish, then he would have a presidency as influcial and trancendant as John F. Kennedy's. Imagine what might have been if he had lived.

But the fight for the presidency is just getting started.....

John McCain in a stunning surprise to most people has selected Alaska first term Governer Sarah Palin (R-AK) to be his vice presidential running mate.
The first time that a woman has been chosen for vice presidential candidacy since Walter Mondale picked Geraldine Ferraro in 1984.
A historic move in any context, Gov. Palin is the first woman to be elected as Alaska's Governer, In 2006, Palin, running on a clean-government campaign, executed an upset victory over then-Gov. Murkowski in the Republican gubernatorial primary. Despite the lack of support from party leaders and being outspent by her Democratic opponent, she went on to win the general election in November 2006, defeating former Governor Tony Knowles.
Sarah Palin (R-AK) has five children (or is it really 4) one unfortunately with down syndrome. She is into hocky and hunting, she is pro-life belonging to a group called Feminists for Life, and she also opposes same-sex marriage.
This is the first real move made by John McCain's campaign. I'm not going to sit here and say much more about Gov. Palin until I hear what she has to say for herself, but I would be remiss if I didn't point out the obvious 'strategery' here.

I suspected that McCain might select a woman as his v.p. candidate so that he could steal as many Hillary Clinton Supporters away from the Democratic ticket as possible. The fact is that the selection of a capable woman (or black man for that matter) is long overdue.
Trying to get credit for it at this point is like demanding a gold star for finally fixing the barn doors long after the horses have come home.
An African-American presidential candidate, and a female vice presidential candidate are dreams that so many people have held dear, fought and died for, for decades.
This day has been a long time coming.

Frankly it's at least thirty years late.
If John McCain's vice presidential selection has made you less certain of whom you might vote for this November, consider that no matter how good or bad Sarah Palin (R-AK) is (anti-abortion, anti same sex-marriage, N.R.A. member) She will not, no one would, be enough to counter-balance who and what John McCain is.
A man who admits that he knows nothing about the economy, who joked that the U.S. should simply "bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb bomb Iran", and John McCain is the guy who wants to keep our troops in Iraq for the next hundred years. Do you think she can talk him out of it?
If not for W's superiors pulling McCain around by the nose, she might have had a chance.
I don't know I never heard of her before today, but at least the main event for November 4th is finally set...

VS.

Ps. One other thought wouldn't you rather go with the side that made history because they wanted to make history?
Rather than the one that did it as some sort of opportunistic counter-punch?

REALITY- It seems as though that lately everyone is just sitting around waiting for the next terror attack to happen. As if it is an absolute mathematical certainty.

It could happen in October, as a recycling of the Rove-ian tactic affectionately referred to as The October Surprise. Any attack in October would be plenty close enough to effect the November Presidetial Elections.
Or it could happen soon after the new administration comes to power so that the new president can use it to his advantage. Like it did in 1993 and in 2001.
Whether it comes from Al Qaeda in Iraq (A.K.A.Karl Rove) or if it's associated with Iran or if it's nailed to some other terrorist group that we havn't even heard of yet, we are all supposed to be afraid of the next terror attack.

Now after eight years of death and desrtuction the American People are so discouraged that the powers that be no longer need devices like the villian (Osama Bin Laden) or the color coded terror alert system to keep them in line.
Instead the US. Government need only start a rumor and then the internet gives that rumor a life of it's own.

Essentially those that are truly in charge have spent the better part of the last decade installing a "chicken switch" in all of us.
A chicken switch, or in other words, a button that they can push at any time they want to in order to produce fear. They say terror attack and we are supposed to be scared.
Because when people are afraid they are more predictable. So long as they can keep everyone in a perpetual state of fear they can manipulate us into making them very wealthy.
And of course, manipulate us all into giving up our liberties, and in some cases our family members or indeed our very lives.

All they have to do is plant a story someplace, and everyone gets worried.
Is it going to happen today? Is it going to happen tomorrow I don't know.
My money says that the threat of another terrorist attack is a lot more useful to those who are truly in charge than an actual attack would be at this time.
After all as long as there isn't another attack the right can always claim that they are the ones protecting you from it. And if the attack comes they can blame the opposition and claim that they alone can avenge the attack.

If you think about it John McCain was right when he said that another attack would not benefit his campaign, however it's obvious that the specter of another terrorist attack is just about the only thing that might get John McCain into The White House.
That having been said, with half of our country under water and the other half set ablaze, you'd think that saving American lives that are in peril right now might be the prority of our leaders as apposed to pretending that there is something out there, that will get us if we don't just do as we're told.
It only proves that our leaders are still merely the same politicians whom we had no choice but to vote for or against.

Ps. In fact the case could be made that terrorism performs the same function as religion.
After all the effect is the same, something larger than ourselves that we fear and because of that fear we keep ourselves in line.
In a word, Control.

Oil majors returning to Iraq after 36 years
By Steve Gelsi, MarketWatch
Last update: 10:57 a.m. EDT June 19, 2008
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) - Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Royal Dutch Shell, BP and Total SA are getting ready to formally announce historic contracts to return to Iraq some 36 years after the country's government took control of its giant oil reserves, The New York Times reported on Thursday.
The oil majors, and a host of smaller companies, are in talks with Iraq's oil ministry for unusual no-bid contracts to service the war-torn country's largest fields, said the newspaper, citing ministry officials, oil company officials and an American diplomat.
Beating out offers from 40 other companies in Russia, China and India, the Western majors will announce by the end of the month contract agreement to run for one to two years, some five years after the U.S. military toppled Saddam Hussein.
REALITY- Negotiations have begun between the government that The United States installed in Iraq and the American oil companies who helped finance that very government's installation.
Is it possible that these are the negotiations that could end the U.S. occupation of Iraq? After all if Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Shell, and BP get control over the vast oil fields of Iraq at the negotiating table, they won't need an active war to suppress the oil supply. In fact, at that point, an active war would be bad for business.
So we could be looking at a more real end to the war in Iraq.
Of course with these two sides basically being on the same coin, the negotiations should be short.
What's more interesting is that these oil companies have not been allowed to operate inside Iraq since old villain Saddam Hussein nationalized Iraq's oil. Now thirty-six years of distraction and destruction later, five years of U.S. occupation later, the true point of all of this might well be playing out behind closed doors in New York and Baghdad.
According to the above story, the western oil companies with an American diplomat outbid companies from China, Russia, and India among others. You don't suppose that the military presence of The U.S. and The U.K. in Iraq might have influenced the Iraqis any, do you?
Well even if you don't, I do, and I have, and that supposition has inevitable led me to the optimistic notion that those fighting in Iraq, and with any luck Afghanistan too, might be coming home soon.
Of course that same supposition has also brought me to a darker conclusion as well.
Any deal of any kind that places major American oil interests in Iraq will mean that the U.S. military will have to stay there in some form to protect those interests.
The fact is the base has already been built, the war in Iraq may be over soon, but the U.S. military, our brave soldiers may yet be in Iraq another hundred years. Safeguarding western oil workers in order to increase and then maintain the oil flow out of Iraq. This will drop the price at the pump and ease the burden we all feel.
Of course that burden was artificially created by the Bush Administration through embargo.
The problem is choice, and the choice before us all now is, are we willing to let our troops be endangered to ensure lower gas prices?
Or are we going to put up with current costs of oil until new technologies are allowed to flourish into reasonable large scale alternatives. New technologies of course could have been in place and ready to go by now, but the very same oil companies have stifled that technology. Held those new fuels and fuel sources back, the oil companies withheld all of these new technologies from us until the very last moment, until now.
In essence we have been manipulated into letting the oil companies use taxpayer funded military forces to drive their way back into a region they got kicked out of 36 years ago by a dictator the U.S. government had installed in the first place.
Looks like just one big game.
No matter how many lives lost, regardless of the destruction and devastation, and in spite of the pain and anguish that all have experienced as a side effect of this game, the results are undeniable.
It seems that the goal all along has been to get these companies back into those oil fields, everything else has just been a red herring. Perhaps this was just one of the biggest birds that W. and his Superiors took aim at with the massive stone that has been the last 8 years of the George W. Bush Administration.
Ps. And today, amongst great devastation to the corn crop among others due to great floods that have struck our nation, Congress passes the new version of the FISA eavesdropping act with immunities for the U.S. Telecom companies who aided the U.S. Government in illegally spying on Americans.
That means that The U.S. Congress, with a Democratic majority even, has now legalized the countless acts of treason committed against American Citizens by the United States Government through the practice of warrantless wiretapping.
So Much for check and balances within our two-party system.
Looks a lot like one party rule disguised as democracy to me.
And in case you hadn't noticed former White House Press Secretary turned would be whistle blower Scott McClellan is testifying before The House Judiciary Committee in Washington concerning the leaking of Valerie Plame Wilson's identity as a C.I.A. operative. An act W. and company engaged in as revenge against her husband Joe Wilson for refuting the The Bush Administration's claims about W.M.D.'s going from Africa to Iraq.
Let's see if anything at all comes of this, or if it's just another dog and pony show.
And Barrack and Hillary will put aside their differences and begin campaigning together in order to heal the division create by this primary season. In other words, they will appear together so that Hillary can get on Barrack's ticket without too much backlash for the dirty tactics her campaign displayed during the primaries.
Come on now, who else could Barrack Obama realistically pick to be his running mate at this point?
UPDATE!!!!!
*****Ok I never thought Senator Joe Biden would actually get the V.P. spot, but there are lots and lots of worse candidates out there.*****

REALITY- Finally, Barack Has Locked Down, The Democratic Nomination For President!
His worthy opponent, Hillary Clinton has officially conceded, and added that she is open to sharing the ticket with Barack Obama as his Vice Presidential running mate.
Is anyone out there surprised?

Neither am I, this ticket was the only ticket that was going to have any chance at all of making it to the general presidential election.
The only thing that had to be decided was, frankly, who was going to be on top and who was going to play second fiddle to history.

One way or the other, if it's Barack Obama or if it had been Hillary Clinton to become the democratic nominee for president, history was going to be made.
History is going to be made.

For the first time in a long time, there is a great chance that the office of president of the United States will be occupied by someone who isn't a white man.
John McCain, the only remaining white dude in the race, came out swinging at Senator Obama. Which makes sense because John McCain is scared to death of Barack Obama, as well that he should be.

John McCain and his campaign have a unique challenge before them. Beat History
Senator McCain, as we all have heard, has stated that he would be in favor of continuing the U.S. occupation of Iraq for a further hundred years.
Essentially becoming a third Bush term, fourth if you count W's daddy, hell sixth if you count Reagan and W's daddy.
The point is that Barack Obama, questionable middle name and relationship to Dick Cheney aside, has a chance to make real change in our country for the first time since John Kennedy was killed. The chance to change things now, not later for future generations, but now. Change in our time.
And change is what really scares politicians, change means they might be out of a job and they know it.

Some say that Barack Obama is nothing more than yet another pawn of the N.W.O. Maybe he is, frankly I don't know if he is or if he is not. Only time will tell.
But I do know that Barack Obama has said that he wants to end the U.S. occupation of Iraq, he introduced legislation to that end in 2007. If he has the chance to do so, and does not end the occupation then we will know exactly who he is and what he represents. At which time we can decide what steps must be taken to regain control of our nation.
One thing is absolutely certain, if John McCain becomes President, that decision would become a whole lot easier.

Ps. I realize that if Hillary gets onto the ticket, then she will help steer the new administration her way, the N.W.O.'s way.
But with the Democratic Party splintered as it is how else can he win, more to the point, how else can he beat McCain?
The same thing I said about Obama rings true for Hillary. If she's has the chance to do the right thing and then does not. That is how you will know, beyond doubt, where her true loyalties lie.

UPDATE!!!
For the second time in three days we are all supposed to believe that Osama Bin Laden is out there ready to do us harm. Scared? Here is the link to the story.

http://www.nzherald.co.nz/section/2/story.cfm?c_id=2&objectid=10511209
Now he is calling for Militant Egyptian Muslims to descend on Gaza in order to get at Israel. Again notice the plot-hole, where once it was westerners on Muslim soil, now for O.B.L. it's all about Israel. Osama is trying to turn the people of the Middle East against the Rulers of the Middle East in order to destabilize the region completely (read as "All Out Civil War").
Again "Osama" (The C.I.A.) is trying to create more chaos in a region already torn apart by the U.S.
The Price of Oil should continue its steady rise with O.B.L. making suits nervous. And hey there is always the chance to start the next world war.
If nothing else this should increase the chances of an incident occurring, which could lead to greater conflagration throughout the Middle East. Which is exactly what John McCain needs, in order to have any chance in hell of being elected president.
- D
REALITY- Despite reports of his demise, Osama Bin Laden continued his illustrious recording career today when Al Qaeda's media operation released a new audio tape of the deceased boogieman.

According to CBS News, on this new tape Bin Laden claims that "The Palestinian cause has been the main factor that, since my early childhood, fueled my desire, and that of the 19 freemen (9/11 Hijackers, some of whom still live), to stand by the oppressed, and punish the oppressive Jews and their allies".
Which is a new, Bush-like, twist on the same old 9/11 story.

On September The Eleventh 2001 we were all told that Osama Bin Laden and his Al Qaeda had carried out a three pronged assault on The United States of America. We all heard then the same reasons as to why they had supposedly done this.
Originally Osama Bin Laden's beef with The States had to do with the fact that The U.S. had troops on "Muslim soil" including but not limited to The Bin Sultan U.S. Air Force Base in Saudi Arabia. Incidentally, The Bin Sultan Airbase closed shortly after 9/11.

And now in an audio statement downloaded by CBS from a prominent jihadist web forum (which I won't deign to name) Bin Laden now claims that "The Palestinian cause has been the main factor"?
It's clear to me that this "policy shift" by OBL is proof that whomever or whatever purports themselves to be Osama Bin Laden these days is in 100% collusion with W. & His superiors.
Why else would Bin Laden's statement facilitate W.'s assertions yesterday about those who might sit together in the lunchroom that wants to "wipe Israel from the map"?

Bush - "Some seem to believe that we should negotiate with terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along. We have heard this foolish delusion before,"
Bush - "As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared: "Lord, if only I could have talked to Hitler, all of this might have been avoided." We have an obligation to call this what it is -- the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history,"

Get that? In one fell swoop George W. Bush Makes a statement that compares Iran, & Hamas to The Nazis, Scores a hit for John McCain against Barrack Obama's stance of diplomacy before destruction, while setting the table for the return of an almost forgotten figure to the world stage. Who said this guy W. was an idiot? He just plays one on TV.
So now when Bin Laden's 9:41's hit the mainstream today, you the viewer can make the mental connection between Osama Bin Laden and Iran. Just like you did when W. & Co. connected Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein.

Osama actually lumps himself in with Iran and Hamas (which is an acronym that translates to "Islamic Resistance Movement") with his statement that "The Palestinian cause has been the main factor that, since my early childhood,-" and so forth.

Osama Bin Laden is now actively campaigning for John McCain.

Well whoever is claiming to be OBL these days, as I understand it...
Osama Bin Laden Is Dead!

At least according to the late Benazir Bhutto who, while being interviewed on Al Jazeera, said in a very matter of fact way that Osama Bin Laden had been murdered by Omar Sheikh. As though she believed it were common knowledge in that part of the world.
This might also explain why Benazir Bhutto had to be assassinated, she knew too much and wasn't shy about whom she told.
Here's the link to the video of the interview.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnychOXj9Tg
The counter reads 2:14 right before she spills the beans.

So it begs the question why would a dead terrorist leader release 9 minutes and 41 seconds of audio tape, all but backing John McCain, right when John McCain was going to need it?
It's a particularly difficult question since...
OSAMA BIN LADEN IS DEAD!

Ps. The Price of Oil continues to rise and so does the cost we have to pay at the gas pumps.
As I detailed in my last blog, the whole problem with oil is completely manufactured to inflate gas prices.
With the help of the U.S. Military and Corporations like Blackwater, those who control the supply have been deliberately curtailing the production of refined oil for the last 5 years.
Squeezing the supply in order to increase the demand, this was done in order to make sure that none of us can financially make ends meet.
And also so that those who truly control the oil can become even wealthier than they are now.
Let's all see how greedy they get in the next few days.

REALITY- What with all the NBA Playoff hoopla, the near constant 'Idol' chatter, and the on-going cage match to decide The Democratic Nomination for President it might be easy to allow The Oil Industry to once again engage in it's annual price gouging session.

It seems that every year around this time something, somewhere, happens that forces the ever do-right oil companies to once again mark up their prices. Despite the fact that the current rates are artificially inflated in the first place, we are supposed to believe that these are the prices, and that they are as low as the oil companies can go. This couldn't be further from the truth.
The Exxons and Chevrons of the world could very easily take the hit, but they won't because this is exactly what they wanted. What they paid for, was the ability to gauge and soak everyone for every 20 dollar bill that they could. When they threw their collective lots in with W. and his Superiors.
When they all decided to take this nation to war. Not for no reason, but for this very reason, as an excuse, to be used in order to convince us to make them very very wealthy.

The fact is gasoline is worth at most 1.65 per gallon, and that is being generous. I can remember when everybody slept fine at 75 cents per gallon. No not in the 1950's in the 1990's, as a matter of fact in the late 1990's, about ten short years of long Bush rule ago.

Ten years ago the oil companies were feeling inadequate, a little limp even. They were feeling crippled by laws and regulations that made them respect that silly old environment. They couldn't get it up.
But they don't feel that way today, no ever since their ole' pal W. has been at the wheel they have had Viagra coursing through their veins, well Viagra and blood money. With George W. Bush and his puppet masters pulling all the strings, the oil companies found themselves freed of almost all of those pesky environmental regulations. No one cared, hell barely anybody noticed, amidst everything else Bush was doing.

From allowing 9/11, to invading the right and then the wrong country over it, back up to squeezing the oil supply coming out of Iraq to drive up the price. Then on over to letting drug lords grow record opium plants in Afghanistan. That is how heroine got to be much cheaper than gasoline.
With oil they reduced the supply and increased the demand, and with heroine, they increased the supply to the point of saturation. I guess W. and his butt-buddies were tired of having to hunt for their fix. Anyway did I mention the torture, the warrantless wiretapping, the acts of treason, oh and the time W. himself was dumb enough to admit that he was "catapulting the propaganda".

Yes friends the last seven or so years have been quite a joy ride for us and the oil companies, well mostly for the oil companies. Exxon Mobil alone has announced profits that have literally gone off the charts, over and over again.

40.6 Billion in profits in 2007. That is over $1,285 for every single second of 2007.
And they are but one example of a company who has made more money than any other company, doing or making or even selling anything, ever.
Wrap your head around that, over the past decade the oil companies made more money than Jaws, Star Wars, & Titanic combined a hundred times over.
Then some unfortunate event takes place, and these same oil companies have the gall to frown, bow their heads, and raise their prices yet again.
As if they have no choice.
And the reason is because they know that no matter what they raise their prices to, Americans will continue to pay it.
And so these same oil companies like Exxon-Mobil, Chevron and others smile and smile as they count your hard earned cash. They take more of it even than The I.R.S. does. Keep in mind that these same oil companies have had in their possession myriad technologies that they have gobbled up and buried over the years ensuring their monopoly.

So when they play the "But look we're developing new technologies with your hard earned dollars" card, just know that they had decades to wean us off of gasoline.
They decided it was more profitable to arrange for the start of wars, stifle budding technologies, and squeeze the worlds existing supply any which way they can.

Including creating tensions with more oil rich nations(Iran, Syria, and Venezuela), among other reasons, to make oil speculators nervous, so that the price of oil may reach still greater heights.
Prices that you and I not only pay at the gas pump, but also when we pay for anything else. Just about every company has passed the increased costs of fuel down to all of us. That way the full effect of the cost increase of everything is felt solely but John Q Public. In light of all that, whether or not to suspend the federal gas tax for a few months is an entirely moot point.

Ps. Barack Obama wins in North Carolina and 4 percentage points separate Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama in Indiana, with Clinton holding the slight edge.
I'm sure Hillary will do well enough tonight to go on and on with her campaign.
After all, The Show Must Go On

Pps. 12:07am And It's possible that Hillary Clinton's run at the Democratic Nomination for President May finally be over!
According to all the math (even Hillary's) Hillary has been eliminated!

Barack is Going To Wrestlemania.

REALITY- As you may have already heard, Secretary of Defense Robert "Cemetery" Gates has just announced the name of the man who will replace Navy Admiral William Fallon as Commander of U.S. Central Command. Adm. William Fallon resigned this past march, amidst reports that he had been against The Bush Administration's policy towards Iran.
The man to replace Admiral Fallon will be General David Petraeus, the four star general who has been in command of U.S. Forces in Iraq for the past year. Big Surprise.

You might remember General David Petraeus speaking before The Congress, obediently towing the line on Iraq. As he supported The Bush Administration's claims that the so-called troop "Surge" was "working".

When in point of fact anyone, who has watched the number of dead and wounded U.S. troops (and Iraqis) in Iraq continue to rise in spite of the so-called "Surge", knows that this "Surge" thing had no effect other than to get more American soldiers killed.
And now The Bush Administration has that guy in charge of "CentComm".

I Have A Baaad Feeling About This...

Now W. & Co. don't have to worry about dissenting opinion at U.S. Central Command, what they do have to worry about is the fact that their window for war with Iran is closing.
Every day we step closer to the coronation of the next administration, is one less day the current one has to engineer the global situation to a point where it would allow a U.S. military invasion of Iran.

As it is, The Bush Administration knows it has about as much credibility as Carrot Top. So if they are going to pull off their last little joy in Iran, they are going to need that "new Pearl Harbor" type event in order to make it happen within the time allotted.
What The Bush Administration couldn't have was the commander of CentComm holding their military hands in the wake of such an event.
That would place all the warhawks in the untenable position of being loud powerless spectators. As they would then be unable to follow through with their part of the plan. Leaving the nation to deal with the aftermath of an attack that was blamed on those whom we now cannot invade.
Bush & Co. would have looked like unruly children being reined in by their father.
But like I said, with General Petraeus in place, Bush & Co. can be sure that, when the time is right, they won't have to worry about CentComm anymore.

This "new Pearl Harbor" type event is now most likely coming very very soon, just as soon as W. can get Congress to approve Petraeus, then it's "Go" time. The hardware is already there, the troops are set to go, they only await the order.
The order only awaits the proper timing.

Either soon after the Democratic Candidate for President is decided, or soon after the next administration is sworn in, there will be some kind of polarizing event. This event will most likely involve destruction and death and a grand scale. It will be used as the justification for The U.S. to invade Iran.

Or Syria or Venezuela who joined with Iran to create a new company last November 6th in order to construct and manage a new crude oil refinery that will have a capacity of 140,000 barrels a day. This refinery is located near Homs, Syria 100 miles from Damascus.
This refinery could be a prime target of those who are truly in charge, particularly since this whole thing has been about oil from the very beginning.

And so while we all watch Iran, and the great distraction that is the coverage of Hillary Clinton's ongoing struggle to keep the game close enough for her to fix it in her favor in the end.

Syria may be next

REALITY- Around eleven-ish today, George W. Bush went on TV to tell Americans that "two of the greatest threats to America in this new century" Were Al Qaeda & Iran.

Like Martin & Lewis, Laurel & Hardy, or Stockton & Malone.
Al Qaeda & Iran.
So, for the record this would be the third country that The Bush Administration has told us is linked to the now infamous terrorist organization Al Qaeda. You remember how Afghanistan, then later Iraq, were also linked with Al Qaeda just prior to The U.S. invading each of those countries right?
George W. Bush publicly threatened the entire nation of Iran today. If Iran really is working against our troops there, then we should get our troops out of there so that they are safe from Iran's mighty clandestine forces. Or maybe the C.I.A. should stop pulling black ops.
No doubt posing as Iranians like when those British soldiers were caught impersonating "Insurgents" shooting at Iraqi authorities in 2005. When the Iraqi's refused to release the undercover Brits, The English sent up to 10 tanks "supported by helicopters" to smash through the walls of the jail and free the two British servicemen."

Here's the Link
http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=viewArticle&code=20050920&articleId=972
So who is to say whether the Agency is or is not masquerading as Iranian soldiers, trying to give those who are truly in charge enough excuse to start the war with Iran.

That having been said, all of this seems to be nothing more than W. doing his part for the McCain Campaign. Since John McCain needs terror as much as the next candidate. Without the specter or terrorism, John McCain might actually have to know something about the economy in order to be considered a viable candidate for president.
John McCain has stated his desire to have U.S. Forces remain in Iraq for one hundred years. (100!)
And John McCain is for privatizing Social Security, he Flip-Flopped on torture, and can't distinguish Al Qaeda from Iran any better than W. can.
To men like these words like "Al Qaeda" and "terrorism" are used to scare you. They want to make you afraid enough for you to let them to do what they want to do.
Put simply the term "Al Qaeda", among many others, is nothing more than a marketing tool.
And John McCain would run the market much the same as George W. Bush has. Except perhaps McCain might start more wars faster, given his age and health concerns.

As it stands now, as usual, we find ourselves with the choice of the lesser of evils.
The problem is just who is the lesser of evils candidate?

Team Clinton has a hard time painting itself as the lesser of evils candidate, given the fact that two thirds of the triumvirate have had their hands dirty with secret societal goals all along.
We'll assume Chelsea is innocent for now.
NAFTA being a clear example of some of the groundwork Bill and Hillary have forged. NAFTA also a precursor for the soon to be North American Union. Not to mention the decidedly negative turn Hillary's campaign has taken in recent weeks.

So Hillary Clinton is NOT the lesser of evils.

The lesser of evils candidate sure as hell isn't John McCain (See Above).

So I guess that leaves Barack Obama.
Of course he has only two years experience in the senate, he has ties to a reverend who is loud and opinionated about our country, and he does have a vague family relationship to one Dick Cheney.
All that aside he isn't solidly against the idea of NAFTA and the like, and he has stated a great many things about what he would do if he became president.
So many that it becomes natural to doubt whether Barack Obama might be telling us all what we want to hear.
Right now Barack Obama is in a dogfight for the Democratic nomination. The fact is he should make peace with Team Clinton in order to keep them from running as Independents.
If Team Clinton decided to pull a Joe Lieberman, it would split the non-right wing vote, and all but forfeit the election to John McCain.

Leaving us all to deal with at least four years of a guy who wants to keep our brave fighting men and women in harm's way for up to another 100 years.
Easy for McCain to say he'll be 72 in August.

Ps. At Least Barack Obama "Say's" that he wants to get the troops home within two years.
Unfortunately there is only one way to determine if he means what he says.
If he actually walks the walk to match the talk he talks.
Only one way to see if Barack Obama would bring our troops home...
Elect him President.
