Out now on Ape Records.

Our dear friends Pugwash have a rather splendid new album out called "Giddy"

Yes, the lead singer of the aforementioned songsmiths does bear an uncanny resemblance to that of a certain Mr Duckworth of this parish... and guess what? He sings like him too!

Giddy is a 13 track compilation lovingly handpicked by Mr Andy Partridge and Mr Thomas Walsh from previous Pugwash albums.

But that's not all!

They have been completely remastered with some utterly wonderful technical-sound-wizardry and presented in glorious gatefold-a-rama-scope with a two, yes two!, part slipcase!

Get Giddy With iTunes

Or Giddy Up At The Ape Store

And if that isn't enough, why not pop over to the Giddy MySpace and listen to some exclusive track commentary!

Spiffing!

Hello cricket pop enthusiasts, Duckworth here!!

Seeing as Lewis and I have hung up our pads for the winter I've been listening to this pop-combo entitled rather frivolously 'PUGWASH'. Their lead singer is a portly hairy chap not unlike myself (though I think he's more rotund than I.....) and he'd like me to pass on this note.....
