Local dope emcees Flux and Improv host an off the hook party at CB & Potts Clubhouse where b-boys, b-girls, emcees, graf artists and hip-hoppers of all stripes get together and have a great fucking time without all the competitive bullshit that goes on in so much of the scene these days.

Each week a different local talent headlines and everyone else shows up to get down. Pretty tight huh?

So be there, every Friday night, drink if you're of age and bring the local hip hop scene back together as one force trying to create something bigger than ourselves

That's right, folks, the legendary hip-hop pioneer, KRS 1 has lent his voice to a song on the forthcoming Versify album. The song will be announced next month when the album officially drops. Please stay tuned for further information.

Recording, mixing masteriing, and artwork for the Versify record are all done and we'll send it off to get pressed in the next two weeks!!! Stay Tuned!!!

Since the "Best of 2005 Mixtape" is now old news and the Versify record still won't be finished for a little bit, I thought I'd tide the loyal and and wonderful fans over for the time being with a new series of monthly releases called the "Oscify Sampler Series" until the Versify record drops in April.

These are compilations of the top fifteen or so songs i've done in the last few months or so excluding those from the upcoming Versify release and will be 100% Free... thats right, free as a bird.

Diverge, The Clurk, and yours truly are starting a new hip hop crew called The Secondary. we've already done a few songs together ("Keep it True", "Your Tyme") and have one slated to be released on the Versify album called "Lady Hard Luck". We'll also start rocking live sets as a single group while including our own solo and Diverge & Ethix material in the sets.

Well, it looks like I got fucked over on Fort Lewis College Skyfest, thanks to the Student Programming Commitee being sketchy as fuck. Don't repeatedly tell me that I have a show lined up when I don't. It's fucking weak to find out that I don't actually have a show to rock a week before it's set to happen. Fuck it though, I'll be trying to rock some more shows in this vicinity soon. stay strong

Psyche Origami was dope as hell, and we had a blast rocking our set as well. if Psyche Origami is coming to your town anytime soon, please for your own sake go see them... they are incredible live and can get any crowd feeling their set... huge thanks also to Dj Keokuk for putting up with my bullshit and rocking a set with me, hopefully we can do a few more before the semester is over.

Alright, the Versify album is about halfway recorded, and Ulli should be sending me the mixdown on about six songs in the next few days....

I have trouble putting it into words but I'm... I'm excited. Featured on the record will be guest performances by EMS the Gawd, and Stan Blade, plus possible appearances by Joe Fury, Richie Griffin, The Clurk (Ethix), Skimp Killah, and Improv... If you havent heard any of these emcees, I strongly suggest that you check their myspace profiles and download their songs.
