So what are we going to do with the rest of our lives.  The economy is on the skids and gas prices?  Need I say more?  And who is tired of working for the man?  There are about 1.8 million foreclosed properties in US and Canada combined.  I personally am looking for property for a holistic  retreat for my clients and a place for my children and grandchildren .  This system helps us to seek out and purhase these properties as well.  So investment may be in the cards for you.  Who knows?

Crescent City California is a very small town on the N California coast.  I have the honor to visit there twice a month.  Just thru casual conversation, I found that the 2 local cat shelters need donations of food, litter, cash, toys, etc.  Now I take donated food for the precious kitties.  Can you help?
