It's about time we got these going again. Quite a few people have been asking me when I'm gonna start these off once more so here we go.

If you are new to this or are playing for the first time please check some of my earlier blogs for more details but remember the most you can lose is $11 as there are no rebuys.

Ratana runs like Zola Budd in these so we are all basically playing for 2nd place .(Maybe no one should tell him about it....hehe.)

I don't have much time at the moment to go into detail again about it but, its pretty much the same deal as last time and is once again an $11 buy in.

The highest placing player from London or surrounding areas wins guestlist +1 to Hostel on Thurs 7th Feb.

Ratana and I got heads up in the last one and his amazing streak continues (although this is his 2nd in a row, I made a mistake on last blog entry.) It's so hard to beat a guy who never loses a coin flip, but I'm not bitter...lol

Congrats to him and well played everyone else it was fun as was the 2nd chance tourney too.

Thanks to everyone who turned up for number 6 in the series.
The numbers were a bit thin on the ground but it was a laugh for everyone who took part.

Gotta say very well done to ratana718 who won 1st prize again for $85. Thats 2 in a row !! So if he carries on like this I will have no choice but to ban him =).



Make sure you tell your friends to come along whether they play poker or not.
The more heads that turn up to play the better it is for everyone, the prizes are bigger, the competition is better and it's more of a laugh. If everyone that played brought just one other person it would make a huge difference to the prizepool, I even persuaded my dad to play one of them so I know anything is possible as he can barely even find the power button on his laptop. =)

I'm sure by now you all know the drill. If you don't or this is your first one then just check the details in one of the tourneys I have hosted  in the past. You will find them below in my other blogs.

I  have been on the road for the last few weeks and wasn't able to host another tourney on the 2nd Sept like I had hoped. I am now back in London and a few people have asked me to host again, so, the next poker tournament will be on Sun 23rd Sept 8pm GMT/3pm EST or server time.

Thanks once again to everyone who showed face for number 3 in the series, it was, as always, great fun and quite heated at times.

Congratulations to the other 4 players who cashed in the event.

Twisted Individual and I were in the last 3 and I had hoped we were gonna get heads up for 1st prize (I'm sure he woulda loved the mix tape...lol) but unfortunately for him, he tried to trap me with AK and ran into my AA and he was out in 3rd.

Congrats to Alfredo64 who got 2nd and took home $93.60, well played.

 

We had a few players joining this one that weren't into D&B and weren't welcome so please don't give the password to people who shouldn't have it. The whole idea of these tournies is for people involved in the scene one way or another, be it DJ's, producers or straight up party animals, to get together and have some fun. We don't need dickheads being rude to our people and spoiling our night. But, by all means, please pass it on to your close friends who you  think might enjoy the tournament too.

If our next party gets gate-crashed I will be forced to distribute the password via emails or my space bulletins.
