ok i ttoally had to run sorry.

so as the men/YM carried all the women across we all started to sing Armies of Helaman. It was soo beautiful. I know there was angels singing too! there were way too many people crying to get a song going like that! Don carried me acroos then said I don't know if I can carry anyone else across because of my back. well I went up the hill and turned around and he was gone. He carried 3-4 more ladies across!! and his back wasn't even bothered! It was very memorable!

ok so after all teh ladies were across the YM/men went back and got our carts and then we headed up the trail to the statues of the YM who really carried the Pioneersa cross.

ok I totally wrote this out and then pushed cancel instead of post ARG!!!

We got up at 3:30 to be to teh stake center at 4am. We had a quick meeting and jumped on the bus at 4:30 and pulled out around 5. LONG drive up to Martins Cove!! we did stop at a rest area for a potty break. we got to MC about noon. we did a quick orientation and watched a video. then it was off to get our handcarts. we loaded teh water up and walked for a little ways when we came to a river. we all got our watershoes on and listened to a story about the rescue party and how the 4 young men carried the company across the river. well tehy had all teh men and YM and carry everyone across.

well I don't know if I will get back on today maybe this afternoon but I do have a lot to do today! I woke up this morning with butterflies you would think it was the day I was leaving.

I am really nervous leaving my kids and not being about to be in direct contact with them.:(

I am really looking forward to the trek though and anxious for it to be over with!!

I aam soo excited!! I got my tickets today! I think they are awesome tickets but only being there will tell. I got presale! YUP!!! They don't even go on sale till Saturday and I have my tickets YEEHAW!!

ok for the whole week it has felt like Thurday! I have not been home to chill one evening this week and maybe Sunday will be that day!

Last week Jacob went to cub country monday and tuesday. he had such a good time!

Cora has been at camp for the last three days (mon-wed) and I haven't even got to talk to her about it because she was sooo tired last night She was practically asleep when I got home :(  So I am anxiously awaiting her report!

last night we got invited by some friends to go to the Desert Star Thaeter and see an awesome show called Less Miserable. it was a parody of Les Mis. it was just awesome !! I love that place! seriously everyone needs to go there at least once (ok you go once you'll keep going back) So Mom, PLEASE get us season tickets for Christmas!!!! It is always nice to get out just me and DOn for a night!!

 today I am meeting a high school friend for lunch with the kids I haven't seen her for sooo long but we talk all the time. by the way time passes WAY too fast!!

this weekend I am scrapbooking. yeah! so there that's what's going on with me! I know it's been a few weeks!

so I totally forgot to take Cora's girl scout camp registration in. It was due two days ago! It doesn't help that Sadie has been sick and I've rarely left the house! yesterday she slept from 8pm -12pm, that is a good 16 hours straight! she is doing a lot better today. Today my day goes as follows: I am supposed to go to the aquarium, the girl scout shop and my cousin is supposed to come pick up his truck today. Don says I can go shopping with most of the money from it. but hey, let's face it, will I actually buy me clothes when I can stock up the freezer at Sam's Club? I dunno, I do need shorts so I hope I can find some I like! when I have money I don't find anything I like when I don't have money I see the ones I like lol that's the way it goes I guess.

I'm tired. I should go lay down till it's time to go.. yes I should but I won't! Oh and Cora isn't feeling good but I sent her to school because they are doing testing so I told her to call me when the tests are over if she wants to come home, chances are she will forget she isn't feeling well.

So I have never been to the aquarium and I wanted to just buy a yearly pass cuz I want to take my older kids and it would be cheaper to just buy the yearly pass than go twice and I don't have enough $$ arg!! If my cousin comes before I go I will though! I wonder if I can keep my receipt and next time I go just credit the entrance fee for today to the year pass?? I can hope right?? bummer it makes me not even want to go!

hello I'm bored.. Now I am waiting for my kids to come home! yes I am crazy! I can't wait for them to get out the door and can't wait for them to get home! being a mom is crazy!

I got cricut cartridges for mother's day!!! and a gift certificate to Roberts! HOORAY!! yea I'm crazy! Owen is telling me he wants to go ride "Thomas the Tank" at heber valley ugh! do you know how much that is?? for a short train ride ugh! it won't happen I'm too poor right now..

Sadie is sick she has a YUCKY cold! her eyes are all boogered up when she wakes up and can barely open them. poor baby..
