Another university year has ended, and with it the end of my degree and the passing of my graduation. According to
Brock University, I have now joined the masses (52,500 to be exact) of other previous graduates, and with it comes the joining of the Alumni Association.
Of course joining the Alumni wouldn't be much without its benefits, right?
1) Discounts at the walker complex (health complex) translation: I can purchase over priced clothing at regular price.
2) Reduced rates for Brock Center for the Art performances why should I have to pay anything, they kept me broke for four years! (I'll never get over the bus pass! I voted NO!)
3) Borrowing Privileges at the James A. Gibson Library - will I ever take out a book again? probably not, so hardly a privilege.
And least not forget, the very best and unlisted benefit, the constant nagging, and incessant need for donations towards the university. Lets just hope they lose my contact info.
Cheers to the Brock Alumni! See you all in 10 years!
