Even when you don't have any physically caused sexual issues; you can
still experience "penis problems". Here's a few of the most common
ones-

"Everything goes great with the foreplay, but when I slip on the
condom, I can't feel much so I go limp!"

The main culprit behind this problem is masturbating with too tight a
grip. Here's what you need to do- abstain from masturbating; or if
you really must masturbate, use a very light grip. When you get ready
for intercourse, use your condom. You may go limp the first few times-
that's OK. After a few sessions, your penis' sensory threshold will
have readjusted itself, and you should be able to perform fine.

"For some reason, I start to get nervous once intercourse is
inevitable. I react fine for any other activity."
The ability to perform is something that a lot of men needlessly
stress over. Your penis' function is to get hard. When we create
imaginary fears, we interfere with that process. That particular

"Why should we pay for penis enlargement routines when we can find the information on the net for free?"

 

I read statements like this on some of the most popular internet message boards from time to time.  If you take the time to read PE boards like peforum.netmattersofsize.com, and forums.penilefitness.com, you'll notice that most of the men there are repeatedly asking for advice on their routines.  A good percentage of them are complaining of injuries and no progress as well.  This isn't a coincidence.

 

Very often I see forum members cobbling together random exercises thinking that more is better.  What often ends up happening is that the member in question ends up making little or no gains- or worse- injures himself.  Yes, there are forum admins and moderators around to steer you in the right direction, but they're usually not going to guide you every step of the way.  This is something to consider if you plan on making big changes to your penis- which can take months or even years to do. Part of the problem with "free" advice is that you often don't know who's giving it to you.  You're also very likely to see conflicting answers to a question in a forum thread.  Needless to say, this can be very confusing to someone just starting to learn about PE. 

 

Let's say that this member happens to come across a good basic routine for himself (available free at some of the message boards). It's actually quite easy to make some gains in the first few weeks, but things will get tougher as your penis quickly adapts to the basic stresses of a beginner's routine.  Where does he go from there?  How much intensity and how many reps does he increase by?  What else could/should he be doing to facilitate gains?  What order should the exercises be performed in?  When should he switch to another routine?  When should he take a layoff?  These are just some of the very important questions that you should know the answers to if you expect to make long term and injury-free gains as quickly as possible.  

 

Here's where professional PE services enter the picture.  Using my "For Men Only!" penis enlargement course as an example, the course itself was crafted and refined (and continues refinement to this day) by taking the successful PE experiences (and noting the failures too) of thousands of men over the course of several years and distilling it into several dozen pages of high quality information.  Also, not everyone will react to a routine the same way.  If you're suffering from a sticking point, an experienced professional can review your routine and make the necessary recommendations to get you back on track.

Interview with "BIB"

I had the pleasure of interviewing a gentleman who goes by the handle "Bigger Is Better" or "BIB" for short. BIB is always quick to give advice, and has his own line of enlargement devices HERE.

Big Al:
1. You're pretty well known in the natural PE circles for your awesome gains! Exactly how much have you gained through the use of natural techniques?

BIB:
I have gained 4 3/4 inches in length and 1 3/4 inches in girth. I started at a little less than 6 L, and a little less than 5 G (base). Now I am 10 3/4 inches in length and 6 3/4 inches in girth (base)

Big Al:
2. How long did it take for you to make those gains?

BIB:
In length, I gained two inches in the first eight months. I had gained 4 1/2 inches after two years, and have added 1/4 inch in the last four months. In girth, I gained one inch within the first year. Then nothing for a long time.

Since starting Uli exercises in March 2000, I have gained an additional 3/4 inch at the base. I have gained over one inch below the head since March.

Big Al:
3. What methods/routines did you use to make those gains; and which do you think helped your gains the most?

BIB:
Starting in June 1998, I essentially PEed for between eight and eleven hours per day, five days per week. Of course, I slowly worked up to these levels over the first six months. I am lucky that I work at home, generally without interruption.

I would warm up first with light milking, then begin hanging. In between hang sessions, I milked lightly to restore circulation. Then at the end of the day, I would milk for 20-30 minutes.

I began slowing down on hanging after two years because I did not want any more length. I hang very little now but still milk, and Uli for girth.

It is hard to say exactly but without doubt, hanging is responsible for the majority of my length gains. Milking is responsible for at least some of the girth gains, and since March, I give Uli's the credit for the girth gains toward the head.

4. How does one go about getting one of you famous "BIB hangers"? BIB:
Well, you can make a simple or modified hanger from the instructions found on EZboards (Big Al: now PEForum.net). Hopefully, after the first of the year, I will have a production model of a better hanger ready for sale.

5. Any suggestions for the PE novices?

BIB:
First, learn. Anatomy, the various exercises, what they do, and what you should expect. After you feel confident in what you are supposed to do, start slow, and then increase intensity slowly.

Learn about your body and how it reacts. Learn to understand the various feelings you will encounter; fatigue, stress, injury, numbness.

Do not expect results without dedication. This is not magic. It is simply inducing a stress on a part of the body in a manner which results in that body part becoming larger.

Controlled damage. This requires a level of consistency and persistence. By the same token, you must have rest to allow for rebuilding and recuperation. You should learn quickly when rest is required and how much, depending on your level of work.

Recently, I've been getting requests for "quick fix" advice and "quick routines" for beginners. It seems that a lot of neophytes are impatient, and want something that they can do as an afterthought and expect to make gains. Let's go over some possible answers for these beginners...

"Is PE 'easy'?": Relatively speaking, yes. We've laid out most of the ground work for you in the members' area. The only thing left to do is to FOLLOW THE ROUTINES. Getting assistance and advice is important, but in the end, you're going to have to do the exercises YOURSELF.

"How long before I see results?" A lot of guys start seeing noticeable changes within a few weeks. A few genetic marvels have added up to an inch or more in less than a month! Uncommon? Yes. Impossible? No. Again, how fast you see results is entirely dependent on YOU. Here are some factors that will determine how much and how fast you gain:

- Finding a good routine- VERY IMPORTANT! Does the program offer consultation services? How's their support? How long do they take to answer emails? Is the info regularly updated? Are there various routines to choose from? Are the guidelines easy to follow?

- Your dedication to a routine- If you're constantly hoping from site to site in the hopes of a penis enlarging "Holy Grail", you're not going to make gains! Find a good, solid, and reputable PE program, and stick to it! Bottom line- Patience!

- Genetic ability: Simply put, some guys are born with bigger penises, and some guys are born with the ability to make gains faster than others.

- Your ability to follow instructions: This is a biggie! Some guys have trouble interpreting written exercise instructions. If you're of these guys, find a PE program that offers online video instructions.

- Motivation: There are a nearly infinite number of possible reasons why a guy may want to add size to his penis. Some want to add a little more size for purely aesthetic reasons. Others feel it will make them better lovers. Others (unfortunately) have been embarrassed or humiliated by previous lovers due to their lack of size. Whatever the reason, motivation will surely influence whether or not you stick to a schedule, get the rest that you need, and add as much intensity to each exercise as (safely) possible.

A lot of the same guys that are seeking quick fixes are also complaining that the routines "take too long". Granted, there are some sites that recommend doing hours of exercises (we don't recommend those). For the sites that we DO recommend- "Do the exercises take a long time to do?" Relatively speaking, no. Unless you're VERY advanced, the exercises shouldn't take more than 30 minutes a day (hanging weights is the exception, but that doesn't require anything more than setting up a weight at the end of your penis- no actual manual exercise there) to perform.

People talk about being pressed for time. Take 20 minutes a day to devote to PE. Are you willing to set aside a few minutes a day for PE? If you REALLY desire a bigger penis, you'll MAKE the time. Take that time that you normally spend watching TV and use it for PE. Wake up a few minutes earlier or go to bed a few minutes later. Do it on your lunch/coffee break. Get the idea?

With the recent explosion of new penis enlargement products of all kinds on the internet, many researchers have been trying to show how natural penis enlargement actually works. Penis enlargement (PE) has become such a hot issue that medical professionals are starting to take an interest in the subject of natural penis enlargement techniques.

 

The big question is: what actually happens during the enlargement process?

In my own research, I've come across a few medical/scientific articles that seem to prove the results claimed by natural penis enlargement devotees.  Some of the scientific journals below describe what actually happens to vascular tissue (which is similar to the tissue in the corpora and corpus) and fascial tissue when they are stretched.

If you're an educated layman, you'll be able to follow most of what is being described in the articles below. You'll also see from these articles that there are really no esoteric principles or secret mysticism as to how PE works.  It's simply a matter of organs adapting to certain stressors.  Stress them the right way and you have growth. Stress them the wrong way and you won't see any gains (or worse- you may suffer an injury).

I found this next report fascinating. The subject's penis (in the link below) grew to a girth of over 8 inches (21 cm) in a very short amount of time. The increase in girth was due to a prolonged and neglected case of priapism caused by Sickle Cell Anemia. Untreated priapism can cause the blood in the penis to coagulate, which can cause permanent erectile dysfunction.

Very few things irk me more than seeing some self- proclaimed "expert" saying that the only way to enlarge your penis (if at all) is through surgery. If you didn't already know it, enlargement surgery (for length) involves the severing of the ligaments attaching the penis to the pubis. One thing that these "experts" won't tell you is that the degree of post-surgical success depends almost entirely upon the patient diligently hanging weights from the penis after the surgery! No weights- no growth! Another thing- some of these "experts" say that natural enlargement is not possible because there haven't been any clinical trials to prove that it is. This is not only silly, but it's false too!

For one thing- just because something hasn't been "clinically proven" doesn't mean that it doesn't exist; and as far as the clinical trials go, there WAS a clinical trial done on natural penis enlargement methods back in the 1960's. It was called the "Chartham Study". This study, performed by Dr. Robert Chartham of
England
PROVED that penis enlargement through natural methods is INDEED possible! According to Dr. Chartham, the most effective methods of enlargement involved intense stretching... and the least effective (at least for long term growth) involved milking (AKA "jelq").

Why go through a costly surgery when you can enlarge your penis naturally (and save yourself thousands of dollars that would have otherwise lined the pockets of one of those "experts".) Instead of severing the ligaments of the penis (risking possible impotence, or at the very least- a droopy erection), why not just STRETCH these ligaments? A perfect example of extreme ligament stretch can be seen in the women of the Padaung tribe of Myanmar. These "Giraffe Women" (as they are known) are known for their extremely elongated necks. These women (starting as young as 2 years of age) wrap metal coils around their necks. In time, more coils are added... and by a combination of pushing down the collarbones and stretching the entire structure of the neck, the necks can reach ten inches or more in length! If a complex structure such as the neck can be elongated, surely the same applies to the penis- whose by its very pliable nature is designed to expand to many times its usual size!

Besides the countless thousands of men who have already enlarged their penises through natural methods, SOME "experts" are finally realizing that natural penis enlargement is not only possible, but a much preferred alternative over costly and dangerous surgery.
