Administrative Assistant.
SUMMARY
-Primary job duties will include opening the office each
day, filing, answering calls, performing back office Bank Loan Operation duties
as well as general office duties as requested.
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
-Administrative Assistant will open the office each day,
answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately; greet clients, vendors and
messengers; sign for packages and retrieve and distribute the daily mail. In
addition to these duties the AA will assist the Associate Director with incoming
e-fax and other loan service desk operations as requested. Daily duties will
include filing, copying/scanning of legal and financial documents and archiving
of terminated customer files.
REQUIREMENTS

-Type minimum 65 WPM

Responsibilities:
-Contact new and existing customers to discuss
their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products
and services.
-Answer customers' questions about products,

-Ability to provide pricing, credit terms and
follow up on quotes.
-Emphasize product features based on analysis of

volumes, gross and net sales dollars, and finished goods inventories.
-Prepare miscellaneous reports as needed.
-Assist in month and year end closings.
-Ability to travel 25% domestically.

Qualifications:
-A minimum of five to ten years of work-related
skill, knowledge, or experience is required.
-BA or BS preferred in Business, Marketing,
Chemical, Catalyst Industry
-Accounting, SAP, and metals industry experience
preferred.
-Must be a self starter and self motivated.
-Several years of work-related experience,
on-the-job training, and/or vocational training is required.
-Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and
change management.
-Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and
revenue expectations. Knowledge/familiarity with buying, selling, or use of
ferroalloys.
-Chemistry knowledge is also required.

client is seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant on a direct hire

Participates in the preparation
of financial statements, controls the preparation of internal financial
statements for use by internal business units, involvement in the budgeting
function, provide a critical link between operations and accounting and generate
timely analytical reports. Assist in the development of financial, accounting
and budgeting programs and assists in the direction of the daily operation and
internal control of the accounting department.

Administrator position will work heavily in SAP.
Position Duties:
- Make ongoing purchases for a wide array of raw
materials.
- Maintain material tracking processes through
SAP.

Our Downtown Houston, TX client is seeking a contract
Administrative Assistant.
SUMMARY
Primary job duties will include opening the office each
day, filing, answering calls, performing back office Bank Loan Operation duties
as well as general office duties as requested.
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
Administrative Assistant will open the office each day,
answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately; greet clients, vendors and
messengers; sign for packages and retrieve and distribute the daily mail. In
addition to these duties the AA will assist the Associate Director with incoming
e-fax and other loan service desk operations as requested. Daily duties will
include filing, copying/scanning of legal and financial documents and archiving
of terminated customer files.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of
legal documents as well as financial documents
Type minimum 65 WPM
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
skills
Back Office Commercial Lending knowledge and
skills
Loan Syndication knowledge helpful but not
required.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform and respond to each necessary duty satisfactorily and must have
the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner.

EDUCATION
AND / OR EXPERIENCE
Associates Degree with two to four years related banking
experience.
