Our Dallas, TX area client is seeking a contract Executive Assistant for a one month (possibly longer) assignment.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a diverse range of administrative and executive support related tasks.  This person must be able to work with little or no direct supervision.  Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, flexibility, and a high degree of confidentiality are mandatory. 
 
Duties:
 
- Arrange travel itineraries.

Responsibilities:
-Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.

-Ability to provide pricing, credit terms and follow up on quotes.

Qualifications:
-A minimum of five to ten years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required.
-BA or BS preferred in Business, Marketing, Chemical, Catalyst Industry
-Accounting, SAP, and metals industry experience preferred.
-Must be a self starter and self motivated. 
-Several years of work-related experience, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training is required.
-Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
-Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Knowledge/familiarity with buying, selling, or use of ferroalloys.

Our North Dallas, TX client is seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant on a direct hire basis.

 

Participates in the preparation of financial statements, controls the preparation of internal financial statements for use by internal business units, involvement in the budgeting function, provide a critical link between operations and accounting and generate timely analytical reports. Assist in the development of financial, accounting and budgeting programs and assists in the direction of the daily operation and internal control of the accounting department.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 
-Participates in the development and maintenance of the financial books and reports for the company. 
-Participates in the coordination of the annual audit process and assists outside auditors in researching and verifying financial data.
-Prepares monthly financial statements, management reports, field operating reports and coordinate financial reporting to shareholder companies.

-Participates in the coordination of the annual operating budget. Provides monthly, quarterly and annual variance analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting.  Ten to fifteen years accounting experience in either the public or private sectors.
