I've recieved the files from our live gig in Sundsvall earlier this year. We haven't been performing in a long while so it's hard to explain how powerful that emotion was, doing what we all do best: Being GARMARNA! :)

While browsing through some old DAT tapes, I found this ´98 live recording from Falun, Sweden. I remember it was a hysterical night where everything broke and we had a technology meltdown. Pretty much every song was infected with disaster. Still, it was a magic night..
This version of Herr Olof was actually later re-made as Euchari on the Vengeance album. Not obvious but that's how it got started. We played it on some shows during that time but I don't know how often it was recorded. We did it in the studio as well but erased it..

I would like to apologize to all of you who have been sending me CD:s and writing me letters and e-mails, that I haven't always come back with the response you've been waiting for. I feel ashamed about this and hope I will become better at this... Please bear in mind that for a while, and at the moment, and for a good part of the upcoming year... I'm heavily involved in four big recording productions that are very important to me. At the same time, to make some money (while not making any from the recordings - just spending) I also work on everything I can get my hands on. So I have to focus day by day on the crucial stuff. But yes, I should be able to return the gesture... and I will do that and for now I would like to apologize again for being such a d**k.

Me, Gotte, Emma and producer Sank had a really good pre prod jam. Pre prod? Yeah, I feel that it is that still. Everything right up to the point where everything fall together and it's time to do the takes, everyone where they should be etc.. is a searching and a collecting of ideas. I like it a lot.
