I have moved to an apartment. I have been living with; my sister, Amy, my brother George, his wife Amy, and their two girls Sarah (6) and Kate (4). I moved in with them september of 05 and moved out to an apartment in april of 07. I really enjoyed living with them. Especially my nieces. If you know me well you know that I love children. I teach in an afternoon program for elementary aged children and I absolutely love it. The move was bitter sweet, great because I get my own place and sad because I no longer live with my neices. I love them so much and I don't see them as much now. Granted we live about a mile away, but still it just doesn't happen everyday anymore.
I am living with my sister Amy. She wanted to do the "decorative" thing, plain white was good for me but she wanted more so we painted the living/dining room a two-tone brown and then her room yellow. My room is still the boring white and i'm okay with that. Thas just less to paint when we move out. The rent is a little more than it was at my brothers but it is worth every penny

So I know this is a little late but I have been pressed for time. Well as many of you know twice a year Genereal conference comes around. I have always wanted to go but never have. I talked to my bishop to get some tickets and got an entire week off of work. I didn't get tickets from m bishop so I was a little bummed out. I didn't want to go without any tickets. Then My brother, Jethro, told me that he had some tickets. I decided to go up there and take a break from school and work and just relax. I went and it was amazing. I was able to be in the Conference Center as the Prophet of the Lord walked in. THe feeling that came over me when I saw him was incredible. Without question he is a servant of the Lord and he carries the Spirit of the Lord with him.
While I was there in Utah I had the opportunity to see my neices and nephews whom I rarely get to see. Oh yeah I gusess I got to see my brothers and sisters too. (Just kidding I was very excited to see my brothers and sisters) I just had a great time and was very happy to be able to make that trip. It is always good to be around family and I love them all very much.

Alright so I am super excited!. I just arranged everything and my little brother is moving from Utah and he is going to move to modesto. But before he moves there he is going to be staying with us for a couple of months. I am super excited. I am going to fly up to utah and then get in his car and drive him down here next week. I can't wait. It is going to be nice to be around him again. I really miss him and it has been a while since we have been together. Unfortunately I am sharing a room with him but it will only be for a couple of months. I can go through that no prob. I really can't wait. Nathan and I have not always had a good relationship, in fact we fought like cats and dogs up till I left to Finland. WHile I was there I called home and talked to him. He said that he actually missed me. I was so touched by this. I had always wanted us to be friends, but never was I the bigger person, I just continued to fight with him, but when he said that it made a real difference. I am so glad that our relationship has changed, that we have both grown up and that we can be friends. Family is the best and I am very lucky to have such great siblings. I know his blog is about nathan and I, but I love the rest of my siblings too. I didn't want the rest of you to feel left out. so just another week and a half and he'll be here.

Well in an effort to inform you all of my life and what is happening I am going to try to keep up a blog. This week has been pretty amazing I won't lie. It has been great at some points and bad at others. School did start this week and I am so glad that it did. I am taking five classes and I really enjoy all of them. I am super busy with school and work but it is good for me because I will not be wasting a lot of time. I am finally taking a math class again, and yes I know I am a nerd, but I really enjoy doing math. I am also taking a weight training class that starts at 6:30 in the morning. It is great because it gets me up out of bed and it wakes me up in the morning. THere are not many people in the class so I don't have to worry about waiting for a machine or whatever, I can just do whatever I want. Tuesdays are going to be rough for me. I start school at 6:30 and go till 12:50. Then I will go to work from 1 to 6:30. I then have a class from 7-9. It is a very busy day but by thursday after work I am off from school untill monday night so I get a good weekend.

Yesterday I was stopping by home and when I got there my sister Amy said I missed all of the drama. I asked what she meant and she told me that Sarah, my 6 yr old neice, was goofing around and standing on a chair in the kitchen. She fell and hit her chin on the corner of another chair and cut her lip open. SHe went to the doctor to get taken care of and they put four stitches on the inside of her lip. It was super sad, but she was very brave. I am glad that I was not here when it happened.

My family has all started to keep blogs, even my 11 year old nephew. It is so wierd to think that he has a blog and that he is getting so old. I don't see him much and I have always pictured him as a little kid.

So that is my life and will be for the next couple of months. I know boring, but that is me:)!!!

50. I always get stopped for a while when I enter the Temples because my recommend is in Finnish and they are all shocked and amazed by it. It is also written on the old template which they don't use anymore.

SO I am hopefully starting my last term at Sierra. I am super excited to be on my way to a University. I am going to be taking 5 classes plus a religion course at the institute of religion run by my church. If you don't know where that is, it is directly across the street from Sierra. THey have good classes on the Bible and Book of Mormon. You don't get credit for the classes but they are fun to take. You get to learn a lot about the scriptures and also get to meet some pretty awesome people. Also they have a pool table and ping pong table if you just want to chill inbetween classes. Anyway, I am glad to be moving on and am excited for where life will take me. I do not yet know which university I will be going to but I am applying to Cal, UCLA, Sac state, UCDavis and BYU-Provo. I wasn't going to tell anyone that I was applying to BYU but it got leaked out somehow and well what are you going to do? We will see what the future holds for me!
