One of my friends OrCo wrote a brilliant comment to my post "Why Yes"
From all the reasons I wrote about why to write I think here reason is the best one and the interesting one and as simple it is, the great it is.

Why to write: Because you can!

We born with plenty of abilities, as infant we don't know much about our abilities but we have great learning skills, these skills lead us step by step to explore and develop our experience in life. Every think that we do in life is expending out abilities, we learn to walk and speak and play and communicate and if you will take a close observation on young kids all will become very clear, their purpose is simple, to explore their abilities and in any single moment of exploration they enjoy the experience, they smile with excitement on their first steps, thy repeat each new word the heard for the first time again and again with great enjoyment, all their being is about experience life through their abilities.

I believe that we are the same, we may forget it for some unimportant reasons and we had to remind our selves again and again, our purpose is simple, to experience life through development of our abilities. Why? Because we can!

We have wide variety of abilities and of different kinds some are physical, some are logical, some are emotional, we are learning in different ways, remembering in different levels and communicating and building our social skills in our own personal style, this is unlimited ocean of possibilities to explore life. If you take a close look you will recognize that exploring life through developing your ability is the most rewording experience you can ever have.

This challenge of writing is one of these activities that we do, why? Because we can! We have started little by little, only by writing our name, than we developed our writing skills and we manage to write sentences and paragraphs, we have learned to express our ideas and thoughts by writing and even to create our own worlds and stories and to project them on plain paper so other people will be able to see what we see and to experience what we experience. This is not a simple task but it's something that you and I can do and its so exiting because we can learn so much form each other and each one of us can help to the other to expend his life experience and to develop his abilities, there is a huge synergy in this kind of a process and therefore the influence of the printing revolution was so big on humanity, and therefore is so important to give kids the opportunity to learn to write and read. 

Think about it, all our skills are linked to each other in a huge web. Can you imagine, in one person there is a wider and complex web then in any internet network and each ability that we develop influence our other abilities on that enormous neurological web in our brain and when we write these blogs we expend this influence far behind our own world, one idea, one word can create a huge difference in someone else neurological web and bring huge change to his life. Isn't it amazing?

Why we do it? Because we can!

My last post was all about "Why Not". Today I would like to write about "Why Yes".

Why Yes is by far more important from Why not, we can describe it as it happened in a car. The Why not issues is like dealing with the brakes, dealing with what stop us from moving forward, but the Why yes is actually our engine, who push us to move and to do what we really like to do. So assume that we released our brakes now and nothing stops us from moving and enjoying from this beautiful journey. We still have to turn the engine on, and give it a go.

So Why Yes, why to write a Blog, lets bring some ideas to this post?

Because you would like to express yourself?
You know that you are unique no one on this planet is like you, no one on this planet had these kind of life experience you had, no one think in the unique way you are thinking, so give it a go express yourself, share with us your special point of view, yes give it a Go!

Because you would like to learn from your writing?
When you write, you rethink your ideas and thoughts, it's totally different thinking process, new questions comes up, it's a great opportunity to look at things from a different angle, then to learn from it, observe your ideas in anther time and have a broad view of your yourself and your beliefs.

Because its fun?
Yes its fun!! Writing is full of surprises, many times I started to write and then its all happed very quickly, new ideas flowed out of my mind, then all is so exciting and I'm having great time, joy and fun, you can have fun too, just start, believe me, you have all you need, start now!

Because you would like to interact with other readers?
This is one of the best ways to interact with other readers, one of the most exciting things I find in Blogging is reading other people comments, I'm always learning from their comments and they always brings new thoughts and ideas to my mind.
 
Because you wish to get a feedback form others on your ideas?
We don't live in empty space (in Myspeac ;-) ), and we evolve all the time, what ever come up to our mind, we wish to find confirmation on that in reality, therefore the feedback to our ideas is so important for us, its never ending, it's on going learning process, you can join this evolving festival too!

Because you want to influence the world?
Can you imagine that?? your unique ideas can make a different, if you agree with the idea of the Butterfly Affect you probably know that one good idea can make a huge different in this world and maybe you are the one that has it! So write! Don't leave these great ideas that you have in your mind just for yourself.

Because you want your vice to be heard?
Anyone has something to say! We are social creatures, and this is a grate platform to say what you really think, you have a great audience out there and this audience is willing to hear you and interact with you. Who knows what brilliant ideas will come up from this interaction?
 
Because you want to improve your writing skills?
Writing is like any other things in life, we are amazing learning machines, you do it and you improve your skills, few years ago I didn't know to write in English at all, I have a way to go but I know that I'm doing much better even better from the day I have started to write this Blog, and it wasn't long ago. So if I'm getting better and better every day, you can do it as well!
 
Because you want to train your mind and brain?
When you write, you use your mind in a different way from the regular one, therefore you expend your ability to think and actually you are creating a synergy between your thinking skills and writing skills, and as you know when it's about synergy 1+1=3 so you improve your mind amazingly. You will feel it when you will start to write.
 
Because you want to have new insights about life?
New point of view on your life can give you new insights about them and can help you to really improve them. The writing of a Blog will give you a totally new point of you on your life, new insight that will surprise you for sure, start to write and you will see.

Because you want to manifest your ideas into realty?
All our personal influence on reality start from our thoughts and perceptions, one of the first steps of bringing thoughts and ideas to become real is to write them down. Any successful men will tell you this "Thoughts Become Things". Put your thoughts and idea on written and create you desire reality.
 
Because you want to make other people happy?
Don't you? I do…. I would like to make other people happy, I would like my friends and my family to be happy, don't you too? How do you feel now? Are you happy? Me too ;-)

Because you want to make new friends?
What a great way to make new friends, you write, you let your new friends to know you in a very personal and special way. You share with them your deepest thoughts and desires and they share with you their thoughts,  then suddenly you find how close you are to all this new friends, sometime you feel more closer to them then to anyone else, what a great way!

Have you ever asked yourself why you don't like to write?
There must be a reason to that, isn't it?

Is it because you find it hard?
What makes it so hard for you? Is it typing on the keyboard? Or maybe something ales, let's try to take a closer look….

Is it because you don't have anything to write about?
Do you really believe in that??
Have you ever try to think about some ideas? Can you write something really simple, what about regular things like waking up in the morning, give it a try and you will be surprise, how many things you can write about.

Is it because you find it boring?
Ya… come on, watching TV is boring, but writing?
Is there anything you find interesting in life at all?? So please write something about it!!

Is it because you don't want others to read your thoughts and ideas?
Why don't you? Anyway you can use a Ghost name if you have a good reason

Is it because you find it useless?
How can one find it useless, give it a try and you will see how much value you can find in writing, there are a lot of benefits you can gain, form understanding yourself and others, to learning new topics and enjoying the writing itself and you know what? if you enjoy it your readers will enjoy it too!!

Is it because you think no one will read it?
Who cares??… First of all write for yourself and if you are authentic I bet some people will find your writing relevant and are going to like it and to give you very good and helpful feedbacks.
 
Is it because you ashamed of what you are writing?
Why you ever have to be ashamed of anything you do or think?? if something come out of you there must be a reason, learn about it, try to understand your motives and think about your desires, and if you have to change something, change it but never be ashamed of what you are, what you do or what you think, because this is what you are for good or for bad and the worst thing in life is to try to hide what you really are.

Is it because people will think you are stupid?
Please don't let anyone to judge you, even yourself, no one have this right, you can analyse and exam yourself but don't be judgmental, it will not take you anywhere, and when you accept other people or your judgment you automatically send yourself to jail! Now one can tell you who you really are and what you are capable for, even yourself, you don't know how smart or stupid you are and you will never know, all you have to do is experience life and enjoy any aspect of life you really like and if you like to write, write! If you like to dance, dance! If you like to sing, sing! Just go for it with no judgment at all. Then you will see how smart and beautiful you are.
 

Is it because people will think you are crazy?
Ha… Ha…. Who doesn't want to be a crazy from time to time? Who doesn't wish to do or to say what ever he wants to anyone he wants in the time he wants. Take the writing as an opportunity to be free and to be crazy and just say it, I can promise you one thing for sure the world will keep going around! And you? What about you? You will have a great fun!!!

I'm finally back, and I must admit that I really missed you and that's a good sign for me that writing is becoming part of my habit, not yet on every day basis but for sure a new habit that I adopt and very happy about.

I had a great holiday with my good old friends, we were in amazing island somewhere in the Med Sea and the weather was great as you can see from the photo I'm posting here.

Now I'm back with lots of energy and desire to write, and I hope you are too because the all idea of this Blog is to encourage myself and you as well to write excellent Blogs. What you are going to write about is your choice, I'm not going to give you advices about the subject of your writing or ideas what to write about, my challenge is to give you some ideas that I'm bringing from my past experience as internet entrepreneur and big fend of Napoleon Hill. I hope that these ideas will open your mind to new possibilities and will have a positive influence on your writing and on your readers. This is a Real Time workshop for Blogging, for me it's a very special one because I don't have any experience in Blogging at all, but I'm sure that the ideas that I'm writing about although I'm bringing them from different spaces are relevant and helpful, I still have to prove it but I will!!

I defiantly need your help here, the only why I can prove all of this relevant to Blogging is your participation, so please invite me and the other readers to read your Blog, post comment and take active participation and above all I wish you to enjoy this journey as much as I do because for me it's all about the joy of experience and the joy of expression. The session I'm writing today is very close to the session I wrote about love; try to figure out where love is hidden, I hope you will find it helpful to your writing.

Let me take you back in time, to our childhood, to this significant period in our life, why so significant? Well, we had it all there, we all born with great ability to explore, learn and to love. Take a look at kids round you; do you see how much energy they have? Compare it with older people energy, can you see the difference? It seems that we are loosing some of this powerful energy along the way.

This observation is very simple, think about it, what kids are doing? Kids are playing!! And how do they play? They use their imagination! Do you see how simple things are? Kids are playing, using their imagination and have high level of energy and creative power. But what happened after age of six? We force kids to stop to play, send them to school and they have to face older people agenda and learn from that mass production education system what is reality and what is life, this system was created during the industrial revolution and haven't change much since then.

I don't know if you remember your first day at school, I remember it very well, I didn't like the idea that I can't play anymore when ever I like, I couldn't explain to myself that time why I don't like this idea but it all looks to me very wrong, only years after I have learned how big is the mistake to stop kids from playing. You may ask why playing is so important for us? The fact is that playing is the most effective and joyful why of learning. By playing we are learning wide verity of skills and acquire different kind of knowledge. We develop our emotional intelligent and our creativity, we simulate different situation in the "real world" and practicing in "safe mode" how to handle complicated situations. Playing is by far more advance then any other life skill learning methods.

Years after we have been forced to stop our natural learning process we are starving to bring ourselves the energy and joy we already had, available in our hand. At least we are lucky because we don't have to start all from scratch, we just have to go back in time and remind ourselves to use it again, to wakeup what is waiting for us so many years to be used.  And maybe it would be a good idea to find few good friends and start to play again like in the good old days ;-), why not give it a try….

So, let's try to remind ourselves how it was long time ago when we were kids. I would like to take you back to my childhood; I was born in a very small neighbourhood outside of a very small town to a simple middle class family. My entire world was my few friends and family. I didn't know anything about big cities, countries overseas, the stock market in New York, fancy restaurants in Paris, Yachts or safari in Africa. My world was very small but very exciting, I can easily remember that every day was long and exciting, every moment was full of revelations and everything we did as kids was amazing adventure.

One of my memories reflects that feeling of excitement quite well. We had an old car wreck in our kindergarten, as kids with open minded and great creative power we have decided we can FLY with this car. First we have decided to clean the car and every day we went very excited to the kindergarten and spent hours cleaning this old car and talking with each other about the day this wreck will be ready to fly, we imagined how we will fly it and where we will go, what places we are going to see and all was clear and colourful in our imagination and with excitement only kids and great artist can describe. Then when the day has arrived and the car was clean and well, almost shiny….. but ready to fly, we agreed that tomorrow each one of the kids will bring all kinds of candies and put them in the fuel tank, this will make sure the engine although wasn't exist… will work and take us to the sky. The next day I asked my mom to give me the best candies we can find at home, I told here we are having a big party in the kindergarten, (without getting too much into details with here, somehow I figured out she might spoil our plans with some logical older people, non creative thinking). To make long short each one of us broth with him a beg with colourful candies, cookies, chocolate, you name it, the best of the best and we put all of them in the fuel tank of that old car. And Guys, I had the great pleasure to fly the machine up to the sky. All of us, maybe seven kids got into the car and started the engine with the imaginary key, the engine sound was perfect, the car loved our candies and we took off high above our kindergarten, we saw the small houses of our neighbourhood and all the forests and fields and the road to town, and we all where so excited by the great adventure we had, adventure we kept talking about for mothers after. Even we were kids, we knew this car never left the ground, but who cares, the power of imagination took us anywhere we want and the excitement and the adventurer spirit that we experience was the one we count.

Now, go back to your childhood and bring us something from there, a story about pure imaginary game that you have created, tell us about it and try to recall the feelings and spirit you had when you plaid this game, you would be surprise how exciting this kind of experience might be for you and how useful it can be for now. We love to play imaginary games and all we do is a game of our imagination, a game we can use for our benefit in any aspect of life especially for writing.

Love, something so important, so obvious but still so intangible, we tend to think that love is relevant only to our relations with our spouse, with our kids or parents but we can take a wider view on this vague feeling that we call Love because Love related to any aspect of our being. And if we are talking about writing or Blogging it would be interesting to take a close look on it and try to figure out what is going on with this amazing Love.

Love is the important of all the positive feelings and I would like here to deal with the idea of Love in more practical why, so you and I will use love to improve our writing and our Blogging.

You may ask why love is important to Blogging¬? Well love is actually important to anything we are doing in life, unfortunately many people doesn't think so, specially when its about their work, profession studies or any kind of things people think they "have to do" or even worst all the think they consider they "must to do".

Many times as a kid I have been told I must do my homework even I didn't liked it, not to mention loved it. In fact I don't see much contribution homework brought to my life.  I was forced to do it as a kid and I still think it wasn't relevant for me; the problem was it took the all attention from my basic and natural curiosity and interests. I remember very well that things I really like to do lead me to learn more and more and with no effort at all, if I loved something, I manage to learn about it very quickly, to remember everything and search for more and more information and I strongly believe that if as a kid I would have educated to learn about what I love to do and follow my interest I would have learn from what I really wanted, I would have been much more happy and learned much more.
I was lucky enough to like reading and to create my own personal school as a kid but I had to spend a lot of effort to resist the conservative school system that preach for education of mass production instead of following the kids desires and let them learn and do what they really love to do.

And if we take all of this into the context of Blogging it's easy to understand that Blogging it's nothing to do with "must do" or "have to do" when I'm writing a Blog for me it's all about what I want to do and love to do because I know that love is the feeling that can lead anyone to learn and explore and make the most of his capabilities. Love is the feeling that brings to action our creative power of imagination and when this power is activated we are getting into a world of wonders and adventures, world of excitement and surprises, learning and teaching with great joy.

So how do we fall in Love?

Well, I'm not sure I can give you that answer but I have few ideas that can help you get closer and create a good background for falling in Love, in this Blog, we are talking about falling in Love with writing a Blog so we will try to focus specially on that.

Unfortunately I have to go now, but I'll put this post online anyway and I'll be back with this Love issue soon.

Meanwhile I would like you to give some thought to what you are doing during your day and ask yourself what you really like to do and what you don't, I can tell you just that, the key to the answers is attention, so pay attention and try to find out what kind of activities you really like. I also think it's a great subject to write a Blog about and if you are writing a blog about what you love to do during the day, please let me know, I would love to read it!

Tonight I had this amazing dream that I have form time to time. I like this dream very much because the strong feelings it creates. In this dream I have the power to release my self from gravity and to simply fly, but the way it happened makes this dream so fascinating.

In my dream I'm standing on the ground with open hands and in the moment that I trust myself to be able to release gravity I'm slowly leaving ground, in my dream I'm very surprise from the fact I can fly and when doubt come into my mind, I start to be afraid and coming down to the ground then I'm building confidence in my ability by imagine my self detaching from ground, as strong as the image is the weightless I feel and I'm leaving earth and going up again, then my imagination is working stronger and clearer and I'm going higher and higher up in the sky, but when I'm losing my concentration and doubt  and fear are coming up again I become heavier and start to fall and if I will continue, I know I will be crashed on the ground therefore I concentrate despite my fears and imagine myself become weightless again, in this moment my body react immediately and I'm gaining heights again. Now I have more control, I start to play with my concentration and I'm going up and releasing my imagination and going down, then I start to move around playing with my imagination where ever I thing I want to go my body flies me there, it's very hard to describe this feeling but its so exciting I wish I'll have more of this dream again and again.

After I waked up from this dream I had this great feeling and I thought about it and what it symbolises for me. The outcome is very interesting and I feel like I want to share it with you.

My personal interpretation to this dream is that what ever we learn and experience in life we will always have to deal with new experiences and in any given moment doubts and fears may come to our mind but we always have this choice to trust and to operate our imagination, to put it into action and to imagine what we really want in life, then this imagination brings us in its own wonderful and creative ways to see all the endless possibilities we have, this Creative Power of Imagination make us weightless and give us the opportunity to fly and explore life and new way we have never thought are exist or open for us. When we trust the Creative Power of Imagination it takes away all the imaginary barriers we have in our mind and send them away, then we can really fly with no gravity, no obstacles, no shame and no fear, then the real world with all his glory open to us and give us a joy of pure experience of life. It gives us the experience of the creative power, the experience of Love.

When you are writing, take this option and use your imagination, let it take you away form the obstacles, let him take you to the land of wonder, to places you couldn't imagine are exist, to ideas you never thought about, to heights men's have never been, all the best writes, artistes and inventors trusted their imagination and gave it to lead them with no fear to discover the new and the unbelievable.
 
Now, please take this moment and give it a try, after you read this, close your eyes and try to do the same, you may find it the most amazing experience you ever had in your life. Just close your eyes and imagine your self standing in a big field, opening your hand to the sky and imagine you are slowly becoming weightless and slowly leave the ground and as strong your imagine is you are going faster up to the sky, look down, but don't lose your concentration, because you may fall down, as long as you are concentrated you will go up, try to play with this and write me what did you feel. And if you will really ask for it to happen, you may find yourself dreaming about it, and it's a great experience because when you dream about it, it's all look and feel totally real!!

Today I would like to keep plying with the Creative Power of Imagination, you see I doesn't want to put on paper only what I'm already know, I'm a demanding guy! If I'm writing this Blog and I put so much effort into it I want to get a reword and I know what I want as my reword: I want to surprise myself, trough the process of writing I would like to get new findings, to learn something new, to be excited and surprise from things that are coming up. If I'll only put on paper what I already know I would get bored very easily, I would lose my patient and motivation to write and I'm sure you would as well.

But fortunately, we are lucky enough to have the Creative Power of Imagination on our side and this Creative Power of Imagination helps us to keep things fresh and exciting and I'm bold enough to say it because I trust this power, I can start to write without even knowing what I'm going to write about but I have a simple technique that I'm using and big trust in this Creative Power of Imagination. I start to write and I know that something will come up.

How do I start?

Now I will describer what I'm doing, I will give an example and I'll ask you to give it a try and to do it yourself. Please does it with me now, we will do it step by step?

First thing I'm doing is opening my visual imagination by asking for a picture, this time I will ask for a place:

I see small wooden hose on the beach.

Now, I'm trying to get more into details and I just describe what I see:

The house is very close to the beach, kids are plying around, I think it's in Thailand, the weather is fantastic, the sand is white and the water are blue and clear, I'm seating on a big brown blanket with my laptop in my hand laying my back on a big orange pillow, I can see the hills on the other side of the bay and the small Thai boats swinging in the water, I'm very relaxed and I find this place the best place on earth for writing a Blog.

Now it's your tern, pick a place and just describe him, put yourself in the middle and actually be there.

Let's continue now:

I was waiting for this holiday and I'm really happy that I did all this way to this amazing beach; I'm taking a very deep breath and enjoy the smell of the see. Someone is approaching me now, I say hello, she seems friendly and I invite here to join me and we are having a chat.

Now it's your turn, go with your imagination to the place you have crated in your vision, now meet someone and start a dialog with him. Write down this dialog, just listen to your imaginative friend and speak with him freely, don't think about what you or your friend is saying, just have a simple chat.
Now it's me:

We are seating calmly on the beach, she ask me if I have Internet connection on my computer.
Me: Yes, I finally found the best place on earth to write a blog.
She: that's great, what are you writing about?
Me: Well I don't know yet, do you have any idea?
She: well let me think hmm… maybe on the Thai food?
She: I like to read about different kind of food and the food here in Thailand is so special.
Me: Don't you find it too hot?
She: No, I find it spicy but not too spicy. Have you tried the "no name" chicken?
Me: The "no name" chicken???
She: Ya….. It's a great one you should give it a try
Me: It's afternoon and I haven't eaten much, maybe you would like to introduce me to the "no name" chicken?
She: Sure, that's a good idea, I haven't had lunch as well, by the way my name is Julia and you?
Me: My name Gilor
She: That's an interesting name, where this name is coming from?
Me: From Second Life, have you heard about Second Life?
 She: Yes I did but I never been there, is it far from here?

Well, I'll stop here the outcome is not important in this stage, it dose not need for a meaning or be related to any specific context, but it will trigger your imagination and things will come up sooner or later. I would like you to try this kind of a game with your creative power of imagination. Try now to have this kind of imaginary conversation, believe me its fun and you can never know what will come up.

BTW: doesn't this kind of game remind you of something? Doesn't this game remind you of your childhood, the games we use to play as kids, you see we have all this knowledge and creative capabilities, all of us have, but somewhere down the road we forgot to use them. The good news is that we still have them and we can bring them to use at once and if you find it hard to start, you can try to do it this way, first close your eyes and go back in time to the days you where in your nursery school, can you see yourself in the playground playing with your friends? Try to capture this moment and then try all this game again, create a place, create one more person in your imagination and hold a very simple conversation with this person. Try to have the simplest conversation you can have, like with someone you may have nothing to talk about and let it evolve by itself.
 
Come on; give it a try now and see how fun it can be.

Now, take a look on this post, when I just started I didn't know what I'm going to write about but at the end we touch the main principle of creative writing, I'm going to write about it more and more in the future and with your help and feedback we are going to explore this subject from different angles and I'm sure we will have new finding new stories and new exciting things to write about and I'm happy you are with me on this journey.

One last thing for today….you may find that sometime I'm jumping from one subject to another in my post, the reason is that I prefer a non linear learning process, I like to see things from different angles and to use my associations to lead me in this exploration. I hope you like it this way too.
