I
would like to start out, by saying thank you for the support through
out the years and the support for this new venture I have under taken.
First off let me say that this is a personal venture I have decided to
walk into. I have seen and experienced many things in my life. All of
this has sparked an interest, desire, and passion to create something
that works for everyone and anyone, designs that make a statement about
you and your lifestyle no matter what your background is. We, (my friend and I) started out with an idea a shirt that expresses who you are.
Now
I’m not saying I know exactly what everyone wants but I have come to
the conclusion that most of us, share the same passion in life and
clothes. We are all about what we do in our spare time, for some is
about cars, music, motorcycles and good friends.
We
currently have 5 designs, but since we know how the economy is and
people want the most for their money, we are slowly moving creating a
line that we think will suit everyone. Of course we all know excellence
takes time, so why not do it right the first and continue from there.
We
intend to have short sleeve, long sleeve shirts, button up, zip up
hoodies, pullovers, fitted hats, knit hats and wristbands for starters.
Now with that being said our first design you have seen here and there.
The shirt is available in red, black and white in men sizes small
through 2xl, we will have limited numbers in 3x and 4x, and will be
available in women’s size small through large. Women’s shirt’s are now
in production and will be available with in the next 2 weeks.
Let
me start out by saying thank you to those, who have stepped forward and
purchased one already. I hope you will enjoy your purchase as much as I
did in helping with the creation of it. So it is
understood these shirts are distressed which means that after you wash
the shirt it will look and feel different then when you first received
it, it was purposely done this way. It was a look we were going for, so
don’t worry. The next design we are gearing up for will not be
"distressed". We will have two styles of shirts light and heavy weight.
Light weight shirts are 4.5 oz, heavy weight shirts are 6.1 oz. All shirts will be 100% cotton for now. As the clothing line grows we will start offering other cotton blends. We
understand a lot of this is useless information but we want to have as
much communication with our customers as possible, because with out you
none of this is possible.
Now
for those who would like to know pricing and payment methods. The basic
cost is all sizes s-xl in men’s and women $25 which includes shipping
and $30 for 2xl and 3x. Since we are taking orders online we have setup
a paypal account a safe and easy way to ensure you get your item in a
timeful manner. The email address to send money to is 20mmxii12@gmail.
Once payment is received your item is shipped out to you.

Doc here just checking in to give everyone a heads up on the GF camp. We just returned from our most successful European tour to date doing a bunch of insane festivals with some of the biggest bands in the world as well as some off-dates with Anthrax, Devildriver, and Down which also kicked ass! Big thanks to our European supporters and all the bands we jammed and partied with. On to current events, we hop on a plane tonight to start the Rockstar Mayhem Tour which could possibly be the sickest tour of our lives. We've been on the road since the day Earthsblood dropped, and we're firing on all cylinders right now! Prepare to have your face ripped off if you make it to any of these shows. We play at 3:30pm on the Jager Stage everyday right before All That Remains. Be there or be fucked! We'll also be doing signings/meet & greets for Jagermeister, Rockstar, and Revolver shortly after our set, so don't be shy.
I also have a few other announcements. We a new fill-in guitar player. Matt Wicklund, formerly of Himsa and a contributer to the Warrel Dane solo record, is handling 2nd guitar duties in the meantime, and we're having a great time with him. Say hi to him on tour. He's the pretty boy with the hat. The 2nd bit of news is that I will be playing bass, filling in for Paulo from Trivium, on the 1st Mayhem date in Sacramento. He's getting his wisdom teeth done. Wish him well. The last piece of news is that our song "Empire of the Gun" from Earthsblood will be featured on a Mayhem Tour Download Pack on Rock Band. Other bands featured on the pack are Marilyn Manson, Cannibal Corpse, and more. Check it our here: http://www.rockband.com/songs/empireofthegun
See you all on the road. Check out these off-dates we'll doing on the Mayhem run:

So, this is my first real update since we began this touring cycle for Earthsblood. I really did mean to write something sooner, but frankly my head has been spinning just dealing with the day-to-day activities of touring in general. Leading up to the release date of the album and the European tour on Feb 24th was a flurry of press, logistical tour planning, web marketing activities, a video shoot, and actually trying to spend time with my girlfriend, friends, and family before a long journey. I thought about it, and I realized that we really hadn’t toured extensively in a long time, especially in America. I had a certain amount anxiety about hitting the road again. I’d become a different person since we had a big run like this planned, and in a sense I was worried about how I might react. I guess in the time working on Earthsblood and the time off since it’s completion, I’d become more domesticated, stable, and disciplined. These are not adjectives usually associated with the touring lifestyle. I was worried that my new found routines and focus would become unraveled by excessive partying and monotonous excitement. Knowing all of this, there was a sense of drive and humble ambition I can’t say I’ve ever felt underneath it all.
The day the album came out in the US was the first day of our European Tour with Ill Nino. We started in Holland. It seems like all of our Euro tours start in Amsterdam. Could it be a coincidence? Yeah, metal bands like weed. The first show, we were very rusty. OK, we were rusty for like the first 2 weeks of the tour. Like I said we’d been off for a while. This tour was a bit odd for us for a few reasons. First, we are still building our popularity in Europe and are not as established as we are in the US, so it was a difference experience starting our touring cycle in Europe. Also, we are just a different genre of metal than Ill Nino. I think we can play together and it’s cool because we’re both heavy and have melody, and definitely works, but we just attract different types of fans. What I’m saying is that I didn’t know what to expect going into the tour. Without any real preconceived notions, I have to say it was a really good tour. Ill Nino has a really solid fanbase in Europe, and the clubs were full every night. Although it was mainly Ill Nino’s crowd, I think we went over great and definitely grabbed some new fans. In a way, the tour was like training camp. We had to be on top of our game to win over the crowd, and that’s makes you a stronger band when it’s time to play in front of a crowd that already loves you. Bands can get lazy preaching to the converted.
On top of the playing aspect of the tour, I have to say I really just had a great time with the Ill Nino guys. We shared a bus together, and things are always different when you share a living space. We toured together previously, but I think there was a bonding experience that is really special that happened on this tour. I got to know the guys in a really personal way, and having good friends helps you get through a long tour where you feel disconnected from home. Being urban Jersey guys, we also share a sense of humor and a common vernacular. Drinks were had, weed was smoked, and jokes were told. You’ve heard it all before, but I’d have to say the tour was a success. I feel like things are slowly, but surely happening for us in Europe. Let’s see how the festival tour we’re doing in June-July will do. I think it’s going to kick ass and bring us to the next level!
We only had 3 full days off in between the European tour and the start of the warm-up shows leading up to the beginning of the Lamb of God tour. It sucked, but I had to try and fit a million things in a short time. I figure out a few major issues with the tour with merchandise and equipment, as well as attempt to spend time with my girl and family in that short window. As I’m sure most people have heard by now, Dallas decided to quit the band on the day we were leaving for the first show. I’m not going to go into detail about how or why this happened, but the only thing I did know was that nothing was going to stop me from making sure that the band fulfilled it’s touring obligation and got the most out of this rare and incredible opportunity. I was scared and emotionally distraught, especially the first day when we had to play as a four-piece. I had to figure out which songs we could play without Dallas and would still sound ok. I also had to reconfigure guitar parts and sing parts of songs I’ve never sung before. Once I got though the first day anxiety, I felt pretty good about it.
Although, we were playing these shows as a 4 piece, we were not planning on doing the Lamb of God tour without a second guitar player, as that would’ve been a disservice to the music and our fans. We called up everyone we knew or thought might be a worthy candidate. Dallas has pretty big shoes to fill, so it was tough to find someone who would be a competent rhythm player, but who could also do some lead work and possibly vocals. I was humbled by how many excellent, prominent musicians wanted to play with us, but because of timing or other circumstances couldn’t work it out. We ended up going with the best guitar player we could find on short notice who we knew was pro, and could handle the material without too much of a stretch on their abilities. As many of you know now, we ended up choosing ex-Darkest Hour shred master, Kris Norris. He learned 5 songs in 2 days. Luckily, our old friend from NJ, Mike Watson, let us rehearse in his garage a couple times before the tour start, and it was only a 25 minute set on the tour. If anyone knows about Kris’s playing, you’d know he is just an incredible player. He plays me way under the table, and picked up the material very easily. He did a great job on the tour.
With our makeshift line up on April 2nd 2009, we embarked on the No Fear Tour with Lamb of God, As I Lay Dying, and Municipal Waste. I had been looking forward to this tour for a long time, but I still didn’t know what to expect. It would be the biggest tour we’ve done since Ozzfest 2004. We were definitely a bit rusty in terms of dealing with a big crowd on the first show in Phoenix. The crowd was a little stiff considering the venue was almost like an indoor amphitheater, mostly seats. It was even kind of mellow when Lamb of God played. It was a mellow, but large crowd. Over 3,000 people. I could not believe how big Lamb of God had become. I was overwhelmed by gratitude that after all of these years of highs and lows, that we still had the opportunity to play in front of huge crowds of the exact people we needed to have a successful long term career. I tried a few times to explain to the LOG guys how much it meant to us that they brought us out, but they may never know the impact of their generosity. I was fucking psyched for this tour!
Did I mention that Suicidal Tendencies filled in for As I Lay Dying on 4 out of the first 5 shows? I’m not gonna lie and say that I was the hugest Suicidal fan. I was mainly familiar with their MTV hits, but the other dudes in my band definitely grew up on them, and it just gave the tour this vibe that it was just a special line up that you may never see again. The musicians in Suicidal were just unreal, and I have to mention that they are the only metal band with more black dudes than God Forbid, so that was awesome to see. They were also really cool, chill guys. Hopefully, we’ll see them down the line again. After the first gig, we settled into a nice groove, and the crowds were just insane after that and the shows just seemed to get bigger especially in Canada. Most of the Canadian shows were around 4,000 people with Toronto and Montreal being the biggest shows of the tour topping out around 5,000 people each. I couldn’t believe it. These were as big as shows we’d done previously with Slipknot and Slayer. The response was unreal for us as well. Like I said, I didn’t really know what to expect. We were flip-flopping every day with Municipal Waste for the opening slot, but it never really felt like we were an opening band. Even if the crowd was unfamiliar, which was rare, they always seemed pleasantly surprised.
Once we got back into the states, the tour came down to earth a bit in terms of size, but it was still amazing. Most of the shows were sold out. The first show back in the states was the New England Metal Fest, which for this tour, was a smaller show. With that said, New England is always a show you want to do well at, and make a statement. There’s always tons of press and industry there, and having a good show there seems to reverberate beyond the walls of the venue. I feel that we’re a band that’s always fighting the trends of the industry trying to ostracize us in some form or another to marginalize our worth or accomplishments. Maybe that’s just a lingering chip on my shoulder, but I think there’s some accuracy in my analysis. What I’m saying is that we have to keep proving ourselves every few years to show people that we’re still viable. We had our best show at New England yet, and it felt good. Redeeming in some ways.
The tour plowed on from there, and continued to kick ass. It was exhausting though. We were doing the tour in a van, and there were some deadly drives. Thankfully, LOG or AILD would take some of our guys on their buses on long drives so dudes had more room in the van to sleep. Big thanks to those guys. As far as the other shows on the tour, I would have to say the highlights for me were San Jose, Edmonton, Montreal, NEMF, Columbus, Corpus Christi, St. Paul, St. Louis, New York, 2nd Philly show, Baltimore, and Myrtle Beach. I would talk about all the partying on the tour, but that shit is boring. It’s the same every time. We drank a lot. Nothing new to report on that front. I can say that Tim from AILD and I had lots of wine, one theological debate, and many more good times being bros. I thoroughly had a great personal time with all of the bands. I will definitely look back on this tour with fond memories. It’s been about a week and ½ at home since the tour, and I really needed that time to decompress and relax for a little bit. There was not too much time for rest, as we head to Europe a few days for festivals and dates with Anthrax and Devildriver, and than we segue right into the the Rockstar Mayhem Festival tour. Things just keep looking up for us. This year continues to be exciting and trailblazing. I will try to do more updates from the road, but we’ll have to see. Touring makes you crazy and nonproductive sometimes. Sad but true. Thanks and hopefully, we’ll see you all on the road. Come up and say hello. We don’t bite. Doc Coyle
