'Cause there's something about Sunday that makes Lonesome Liz feel all alone. Yep.
But hey, tap dancing to a Johnny Cash song with kick-ass dancers awaits...so it's not all bad.

I've written Sideshow and Seance plays that are going to be performed at a Gallery here in Richmond, VA Halloween Weekend ( http://www.gallery5arts.org) Performing artists include a strong cast of local actors and comedians, myself, Cuzn Wildweed and J.B. Beverley http://www.myspace.com/waywarddrifters The Sideshow includes a visual art component and some amazing artists are submitting paintings and drawings to hang through October. Each is contributing one or more pieces that reflect Sideshow characters. They are: Molly Crabapple http://www.mollycrabapple.com (NYC), founder of Dr. Sketchy's Anti-Art School and illustrator of the new graphic novel, "Scarlett Takes Manhattan". Ms. Crabapple is working on a project for Marvel these days, among other things. Wes Freed http://www.wesfreed.com (Richmond, VA) Visual artist, star of the cult classic, "Thrillbillies" and musician, best known for his cover art for the Drive by Truckers. Wes and I are working on a tarot deck too. Katelan Foisy http://www.katelanfoisy.com (NYC) editor of "Constellation Magazine", tarot reader and amazingly talented visual artist. Christoph Mueller http://www.muellersjournal.com (Germany) artist for the Deep Blues Festival. Charles Parker Boggs http://www.charlesparkerboggs.com (Hazzard, KY) and I'm creating a Mojo Peddlar's trunk of Hoodoo bottles, Voodoo icons and other Soutehrn Gothic delights for the show. More to come -
