"But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
Matthew 6:33
In the past several years I have been fortunate enough to make several wise investments. The first two paved the way for the third and fourth which has paid for my school tuition and traveling on ministry trips all over the world the past 2 years. However, those investments pale in comparison to this most recent investment I have found. In the past 3 days I feel like I have experienced an abundance of God's goodness. No, I wasn't given a Ferrari or a mansion on the beach in Hawaii. I have seen His love poured out on my life and the lives of those around me. I have felt His presence before and I have seen people get healed before, but these past 3 days have just been amazing. His presence has been with me all day, every day for several weeks. In the Healing Rooms, the past 3 weeks have been the best I have ever experienced corporately. Then, in the past 3 days I have been able to minister healing to people who are either poor, forgotten, unloved, homeless, or all of the above.
Coincidence or not, at the same time when God's presence increased, I made a point to set myself apart for God. I decided that there were things in my life that I didn't like being there. These aren't even things that other people would criticize. Except by the harshest standards I would have been considered set apart already. However, I finally listened to my conscience and at the same time made the step of running hard after God and setting aside more time for Him. I decided to make a sacrifice to invest my time in the presence of God.
After having what seems to have been our most fruitful weeks ever in the Healing Rooms (we meet every Saturday) I had the opportunity to hang out with a man who has been abandoned for years. He is someone who needs a second chance. He is ridiculed, given dirty looks, yelled at, and not given a chance all because of something that happened around the time I was born. I spent time with God before I saw him and thankfully was at peace about going because I had not been earlier in the day. After just hanging out for a while I get a word of knowledge for his right wrist. He hadn't complained about it and I just met him, so he was pretty blown away by it. I prayed for him but he said that he couldn't test it out just yet. I then felt like God was going to heal his scalp (he has bad psoriasis) and he allowed me to pray for him. Later on as we ate he checked his wrist and he realized that it didn't hurt anymore. He had been in constant pain for years and Jesus completely healed him. Later on I was praying for him again and the power and love of God just hit him. He was weeping for probably 10 minutes as I just hugged him and prayed for him. Because I was willing to love, he is now willing to open up to our church, even though it has been churches that have been his biggest tormenter for many years.
Yesterday, I went to a place on the south side of town where many homeless people go for lunch on Sunday. I wasn't really wanting to go, but told my friend I would meet him there so that he wasn't there alone. Before I left I was spending time with the Lord again when He gave me a word for deafness in the left ear. Then, on my way there I get words for the left side of the jaw and also the knees. After my friend preaches I go up and share these words. He prays corporately over the people for just a minute and then asks the people to test it out. I watch as a lady in the second row tests out her ears and then looks up at me and says, "my ear just opened up!" She said that recently her ear had gone from bad to worse but now it was loud and clear. Then we dismissed the crowd to lunch as some people came forward for us to pray for them. A man came forward with a jaw problem on the left side. I prayed for him and asked him to test it out. He said that he mumbled because his jaw wouldn't open. He began talking and asked the women behind him if they could understand what he was saying. They responded, "we couldn't understand you all week, but we can hear you clearly now." The next lady was healed of a headache, back pain, and knee pain. The lady after that was healed of back pain, neck pain, and problems with her ear. She didn't tell me about her ear problems though. God told me and I told her. She told me that she never knew that she could just ask God to take away the pain like that. That evening at church I was about to sit down after worship when I felt like the guy next to me had hearing loss. I sat down and asked the two guys. One of them did and I prayed around his friend for just a moment, trying not to draw any attention by just having my hand on his shoulder. I asked him if he noticed any difference and he said that everything just became louder and was suddenly clear. Praise God!
Today, a man asked me if I could take him to the bank. He needed to deposit money for an elderly friend of his to avoid overdrawing her account. He was thrilled that I gave him a ride, but as I took him home God showed me that he had a problem with his left ear. He was amazed. He asked if I thought it was because he was talking loud. I didn't think he was talking loud anyway, but I still told him the truth, that it was God who told me. After praying for his ear I felt a pain in my abdomen. Immediately after I mentioned it to him he couldn't believe what he was hearing. "How did you know that? I have had problems with my pancreas for years because I used to drink too much." He asked me to also pray for his ribs and also that he would have time to rest. I spoke to him for a few minutes and just encouraged him about how great a heart he has to help others, but that it is ok to say no so that he can have time to relax. After praying for him I looked back at his face and he was crying. He was so touched that he didn't know what to say other than, "please call me soon." He was just in complete shock, yet carrying so much more peace than he had been previously.
God has been speaking to me recently about Romans 4, specifically verses 18-22. God has highlighted, "this is why 'it was credited to him as righteousness.'" I just now remembered a prophetic word I received years ago about not just seeking the Kingdom, but also the righteousness of God. Sometimes it seems like people only seek first the Kingdom and not His righteousness. It might be because we tend to shorten that verse by saying, "seek first the Kingdom, brother." Come to think of it, a lot of people don't do that either. Anyway, God has been speaking to me about righteousness. Abraham was credited with righteousness when he believed that God could do the impossible. Most Christians in America don't even believe God can do what is humanly possible. Proverbs 19:1 says, "The wicked man flees though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion." The righteous are bold because they believe that God has the power to do the impossible. James 5:16 says, "the prayers of a righteous man are powerful and effective." So, those who are righteous will have effective and powerful prayers. That means, when they pray, God answers. Furthermore, when you seek His Kingdom and His righteousness, you receive the things you ask for. Now that is a wise investment.

Every once in a while I remember just how thankful I am that God has allowed me to see the things that I have seen. Before I realized that God was still healing people on a regular basis in America I was simply doing the best I could with what I knew about God. However, now that I know more, I have greater responsibility to be faithful with what I now know. When I moved to Redding in 2006 I had a conviction to see developmental disabilities such as Down Syndrome, Autism, and Cerebral Palsy healed. I felt like I was supposed to pursue seeing them healed because that was something that I was not aware of the Church having breakthrough over. However, over time it is easy to lose your passion for something when you aren't seeing the desired results. Recently I had a dream in which I had just one sentence that I could preach to a crowd. In the dream I said, "Christians must stay focused if they want to fulfill their destinies."
That couldn't be more true! It is easy to be distracted from the things that you need to do, especially when the end result that you want seems out of reach. Especially difficult is to continue to pursue something that has never been done before or something that is impossible to do. Fortunately, we serve a God who has no limits and has the power to do all things. However, it is still very important for us to stay focused on what God has put in our hearts to do. If you have a desire to intimately know God, it is imperative that you learn to spend time with Him. If you desire to have Bible verses memorized it probably won't happen without you actually opening your Bible and reading it over and over again. Although it is possible to put a dream on the shelf and then pick it up and run after it later in your life, the most likely path to fulfilling your dreams is to devote time every day to pursuing the final goal.
Sometimes it is difficult to have faith that you can fulfill your dreams. It is so important to have something to go back on that will serve as a faith builder when your circumstances only bring in doubt. This could be a prophetic word that someone has given you, a dream or vision that God gave you, or just a thought that you had that was confirmed by someone else. In Mark 8:18 Jesus asks the disciples, "Do you have eyes but fail to see, and ears but fail to hear? And don't you remember?" This was after Jesus fed crowds of 5,000 and 4,000 people with only enough food for a few people. If we lose our ability to see it is important that we are able to hear. And if we lose our ability to hear God it is important to remember what He has said and done in the past. I believe that Jesus gave the disciples a key here to having great faith in the midst of impossible circumstances. He seems to imply that if all you can do is remember what God has done, then that is enough faith for it to happen again.
That is why the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophesy (Revelation 19:10). When we remember the things that Jesus did, it releases a grace for them to happen again! When we remember God healing someone of the same condition that the person in front of us has, it gives us faith to believe that God will do it again. Testimonies aren't worthless stories, they are fuel for the impossible! When we focus on the testimony of Jesus we keep our tanks full of fuel for the impossible. Just as a car with a full tank of fuel will keep going and going, a Christian who is loaded with the fuel provided by the testimony of Jesus will never lose the faith to keep going. Hebrews 11:1 says that faith is the evidence of things that can't be seen. Whatever your dreams are, it is important to focus on the things God is doing and has done. Having this focus will allow the impossible to become clear and then materialize into reality before you know it.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to share a few of the things that God has done in the past few days. Each week there seems to be more and more that is going on.
Last week a shared a story about praying for a girl with an abscess on her head. The girl's mother found me on Thursday and said that the infection is COMPLETELY GONE! Hallelujah!
I heard on Thursday from some of the first year students that 2 deaf ears opened up at one of the local grocery stores that afternoon. Praise God that you can get your ears healed on the cereal aisle!
Last night I was praying for a man with heart burn. He felt the pain almost completely leave his body.
A little while later I was praying for a woman who was responded to some of the things mentioned during the sermon. Then she mentioned that she also needed healing in her body. When she said that, I heard the Lord say, "breast cancer" and so I asked her if that was the case. She responded that it was and how encouraged she was that the Lord knows her case. The Lord was visibly touching her with His presence. Today I got to see her again and I felt the Lord saying she had problems with her left collarbone. She had broken it as a child and the bones did not set right. After prayer she was able to lift it straight up over head without any pain. Praise God!
Also last night I prayed for a woman with no cartilage in her right hip. While praying before the service I felt like God wanted to heal someone's right hip. I shared this with her and she was also very encouraged. Although she was being touched by God as I prayed, her condition was not improving. Then, a friend of mine came over and began to pray with me. She prayed for her hips to be aligned. Then when the woman tested it out by walking down the aisle she had an excited look on her face as most of the pain was gone. She then tested it more by walking up and down some stairs. This really blew her away as she had barely been able to get up and down stairs at all before and now she was able to do it quickly and with little pain. Praise God!
This morning as I prayed I felt the Lord touch my lower back on the spine. I honestly don't know where certain vertebrae are, but I had the thought, "L4 and L5". That is a common one that a pastor calls out, so I didn't think much of it. However one man I prayed for this morning said that he had pain in his lower back. I explained to him what had happened a few hours earlier and he said that it is his L5 and S1. I knew God wanted to heal him at that point. After a few minutes all of the pain in his back, hip, and leg were gone completely and he had all of the feeling back in the foot that had been numb due to this injury. Hallelujah!
A woman who has suffered from TMJ for 20 years also came for prayer. She immediately noticed that she could open her mouth much wider and had no pain in doing so. Praise God!
A married couple came in for prayer as well. The woman was having severe abdominal pain for the past several days. However, first God was wanting to heal the hearing of one of them. I asked who it was and the man said that it was him. I prayed for his ear and it immediately opened up. He started to weep tears of joy because Jesus just healed his ear that had been partially deaf for 50 years! Then God showed me that he also had pain on his shin. He showed me what it was that he couldn't do because of the pain and I said a short prayer before having him test it out again and this time there was no pain! I then prayed for his wife and all the pain in her abdomen left. Thank you Jesus!
I prayed for another man who has had severe ringing in his ears for a "long time". After praying it was now just a whisper. Praise God!
There were so many other things that God did as well. A person with fibromyalgia no longer had any pain in their body. Another deaf ear opened up. People with pain in their backs were healed. Others with emotional trauma were set free. I've got a news flash, God is in a good mood!

Today I was not really excited to get out of bed. Although I haven't been having trouble sleeping at night, I have been sleeping longer than normal since getting back from Australia. So, even though I didn't have to go in this morning, I decided to still go in to pray for folks in the Healing Rooms. I sure am glad I did. Not counting what God did through others on our team, here is a glimpse of just what I saw:
A woman with herniated discs in her neck that caused pain and loss of feeling in her fingers had less pain and regained the feeling in her fingers.
A woman felt God doing something in her ear, but wasn't noticing any improvement in her hearing. Then I asked if she had pain in her ankle (I think) and she didn't, but she did have problems with her knee. I waved my hand and said, "knee be healed in Jesus name," and told her to test it out. When she did, there was no more pain.
A man came in who was losing the vision in his left eye. He was noticing improvement and was very pleased when I told him that I had a dream about calling out "hearing aids" when saying what I wanted to see God heal in the Healing Rooms. For some reason I said that instead of "hearing loss" or "deafness" in the dream. He had two hearing aids and he said that they didn't help him so we began to pray. After going after it a few times he happily said that he came in for his eye and ended up getting more for his ears. He then put the hearing aids in his coat pocket and left. Yay God!
A man came in who was told his brain had shrunk. He lacked balance and had other dexterity issues including hearing loss. We prayed for his ears and I'll admit that I was a little surprised that he said that they were better! We then prayed more for his brain and he again happily said that he felt better again after feeling no change the first time we had prayed. He then tried to walk again and had much better balance. Before he needed to sit on the edge of the seat in order to stand up, but this time he slid to the back of the seat before standing straight up with no hesitation. Praise Jesus!
In the waiting room I shared a few testimonies of what God had done in Australia when Tyson had everyone with hearing loss get prayed for. One woman in the corner had her ears open up as the people around her prayed. These were the other people in the waiting room praying for her!
Again in the waiting room I asked everyone with a degenerative condition to stand and the people who were waiting for prayer gathered around those with the condition. In just a minute one group started laughing. When we went over to see what had happened, she showed us how this morning she had barely been able to bend forward just a little bit from vertical but how now she could bend over and touch the floor. Praise God!
A man came up to me in the waiting room and said that he felt sharp pain on his back on the right side. I shouted out if anyone had that condition and one man did. So I sent the man with the word over to pray for him. A few minutes later they were getting really happy because the man with the pain was getting much better. A few minutes after that he was completely healed from an accident that happened 30 years ago. He had a scar in the exact location of where the man felt the word of knowledge. He had blown out 4 discs in his lower back, had 2 bulging discs in his middle back, and had blown out 4 discs in his neck. Now he had no pain! The more he moved, the more he loosened up! Later, when I brought him into the prayer room I asked him to share what had happened. Just after he started I felt God wanted to heal his ears, so I interrupted and found out he has had ringing in his ears since the accident as well. After praying 3 times in just a few minutes all of the ringing had stopped. Praise God! This man is now completely healed from the accident!
In the waiting room I prayed for a man with ringing in his ears. Although it didn't go completely, the ringing did decrease. Praise God! Some improvement is something to be happy about. It is much better than what doctors have been able to do for him.
I prayed for a woman who had torn the meniscus in her knee. Although she could tell when walking up the stairs that she was not fully healed, she did notice that some of the stiffness was gone as she walked around the room. Praise Jesus!
Also in the waiting room I felt something on the right side of my head. I didn't know what it was, so I just started calling out headaches, tumors, or something else on the right side of the head. After no response for at least a minute a woman said that she was standing in for a girl who had a large abscess on the right side of her head. I went over and just prayed for the girl over this woman and then asked if she could call. I was thinking she would call just to see if there was improvement, but she told me a few minutes later that the mother was bringing the girl in for prayer. When she got in I began to pray for her and I just knew that God would show up like he did for William Branham no matter what the case was. I prayed and asked if she felt God. She did. I prayed again and then I asked the mother if we could look at it. She did and noticed that it was doing a lot better. I prayed again and was convinced that God did something special for this girl. I asked the mom to look at it again and she was ecstatic with how much better it was. Then she touched it and the girl had no pain at all. The mother and daughter both began to cry as they hugged and erupted in praise to Christ the Healer. Others around noticed what was going on and began to give glory to God as well. The mother said that she had never been so impacted by a word of knowledge in her life. The gift is only to build faith and to point to the one who does the healing. Jesus is the Healer.
God is here to heal anyone who is reading this right now. Receive your healing in Jesus name. Believe His word that He paid for not only your sins, but also your sicknesses. He is the same today as He was 2,000 years ago. Take a moment to become aware of His presence. Thank Him for healing you and then test it out. If there is no difference right away, continue to thank Him. Please leave a comment when God heals you.

On my recent trip to Australia with Bill Johnson I was quickly reminded that exposure to the sun will leave me with a sun burn. We rode a boat down the river into Sydney Harbor and I had to go inside because I could feel the sun making me into toast. Before we had boarded the boat we met a young man who was in a wheelchair due to being in a car accident many years earlier. When I first noticed him I knew that we would end up speaking to him. Within just a minute or two of being near him, he rolled over to our group and began speaking to us. Not much time had passed before he asked us if we were Christians and then we began to pray for him. Although he didn't notice any change from our prayer, I knew that the encounter would have an impact on me. Little did I know just how profound it would be.
Later that day in a very busy part of the city I noticed a man who had a severe limp and also a shriveled arm. His attempt at walking through the crowd was like a game of Frogger - he just had to wait until it was clear and then make it as far as he could and hope that he wouldn't get run over. I was paralyzed. I had sunglasses on, but all I could do was focus on his disability and how much he needed God. When I finally came to my senses and convinced myself to go after him to at least talk, he was out of my sight. People were everywhere. It was like loosing your parent as a kid in a busy store. I was then overwhelmed by the need presented by the people within a block of where I was standing who didn't know that God loves them.
It was hard for me to enjoy my lunch that afternoon as I couldn't help but think about that man who could barely walk. We then walked back to catch the train to where we had left our cars that morning. I felt God's presence strongly at one of our stops underground and as we disembarked and continued to walk towards our cars I continued to just focus on God's presence. Then something caught my eye. It was short, black, and had three wheels. I couldn't figure out what it was until right as I was walking by it a man was lifted out of a car and put on it. This man had no legs. That was it for me. I was so stunned by what I had just caught a glimpse of that I couldn't get myself to stop. I'll admit, I was scared probably more in that instance than I have been in about 2 years. Why? Isn't God the one who is the Healer? Isn't He the one who nothing is impossible for? Yes and yes. Wasn't I commissioned to heal the sick? Isn't Jesus the same yesterday, today, and forever? Yes and yes again. I don't know why I didn't pray for this man. Maybe it was fear that nothing would happen. Maybe it was fear that something would happen and not knowing what to do next. Maybe I was overwhelmed with the feeling of not being ready to handle the situation. Whatever it was, I was getting so wrecked by God over the next 5 hours that someone could just mention the name Jesus and I would cry.
Just as I am prone to sun burn, I am also prone to compassion burn. When I have too much exposure to people who need to be touched by God yet I don't act, I wind up a mess and need time to recover. Seeing those three men who needed Christ the Healer within just a few hours of each other spiked my desire to see God move in healing. A few days later we were off to another city which meant I had more time to read books about the life of William Branham, who was a prominent healing revivalist in the 1940s and 50s. The miracles Branham saw were so profound. My faith was again sparked that nothing is impossible with God and that all we must do is believe.
We were in our last meeting before coming back to Redding when I felt that there was a man in the back of the room on the right side who was deaf in the left ear. I thought it was 100% deaf, so I called that out but nobody responded to the word. Knowing that I was at least certain that there was someone back there I was to pray for I paid close attention while the rest of the team called out words of knowledge. Pastor Bill called out cancer and said that we need to be like David when he ran out to attack Goliath who had been taunting the armies of God. I noticed a man in the back on the right side whose face was severely disfigured raise his hand acknowledging that he had cancer. I all but ran back to him to find out his situation. I knew that he was the person I had gotten the word of knowledge for. It turns out that he is mostly deaf in his left ear, but not 100%. However, that wasn't the reason why I tell this story. As I was listening to Bill preach it seemed like an angel pulled my right ear to look to the back of the auditorium right after I remembered the testimony of a man the night before who was 100% deaf in his left ear. It was as though God was drawing my attention to the one person who needed to be touched by Him, just as I had experienced out in the city a few days earlier. Yet instead of allowing the impossible to taunt me, I was reminded that our God invades the impossible and that David ran out to kill Goliath before he was made King. God had touched me in such a way that I quickly acted rather than allowing myself to be burned again. David also had that place with God that when he heard about the Philistines and Goliath he was moved to action while all those who should have been courageous were in fear. It doesn't matter how well trained you are for battle if you don't have the courage to fight. Having a burning love for God produces in you the compassion that will run out to defeat the enemy no matter how impossible the circumstance may seem.

Throughout my travels and even at home a common theme is trying to figure out what we can do in order to get what we want from God. Somehow in the midst of our desire for more we have missed the promises in the Bible where we are told that God is good and gives us good things. When we get to the place of needing more we suddenly become irrational in our requests and ask for things that God has already given us. Why does this matter? If we ask for what God has already given us we deny His goodness and the reality that Christ died for us. We replace our victorious Christ with a weak God that has lost control of the universe.
The other day two people from another religion came to my friend's house while I was there. As they were talking my friend stated how she doesn't watch the news because it is so full of bad reports. The young man at the door stated that there is only bad news in the world. Just as I would have, my friend quickly said that lots of good things happen but that most people don't focus on the good, but only on the bad. The young man at the door quickly changed his argument to agree with my friend. These people at the door believe that healing today is from the devil. Since when did the devil and God change job descriptions? In the Bible the devil came to steal, kill and destroy and many demonic spirits were the cause of sickness while Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil and to give life to the full. For most people it is easier to believe the bad news than the good news. In that sense it is easier to believe that we are not fully equipped by God than to believe that He has already given us everything we need.
In Ephesians 1:18-20, Paul says, "I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead..." Paul was telling us to pray so that we will eventually be given something of value, he was praying that our eyes would be opened to the hope that God has called us to. He is also praying that we would understand God's great inheritance in us and that we would understand that we have His incomparably great power, the same power that raised Jesus from the dead!
In 2 Corinthians 12:9, Jesus speaks to Paul and says, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Many people interpret this passage to say that it is God's for us to be sick. I disagree. It is God's will for us to be in complete surrender to Him. That means that He is the Lord of my life. The Lord over everything. The words that Jesus spoke to Paul show that Paul already has all he needs. Even though he feels weak, Jesus has made him strong. My own experience with this has shown me that when I am in a tender place of relying on God and not on my own strength, that is when I am strong. When I grab the wheel to take control of my life I am choosing to allow His grace to be lifted off of me. When my hands are off the wheel I am allowing Him to do what He wants, yet I might not understand where I am going. That is a place of weakness in the natural because I don't have control. Yet in the spirit that is my place of greatest strength because He is in complete control of every circumstance.
Many people have a strange mindset about healing in that they actually have something to do with the person being healed. There very well may be truth to this, however let me reassure you that we don't heal people, God does. God can still heal people even if you don't fast the first three days of each week. Most people I have come across are entrenched in a mindset that they must do things to earn a healing anointing. My bible says that Jesus gave His disciples authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every disease and sickness (Matthew 10:1). Not only that but then He gives them instructions to heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy and drive out demons (Matthew 10:8). Then, in the frequently quoted great commission He tells the disciples to go and make disciples, teaching them to obey everything He has commanded them (Matthew 28:18-20). Why do some Christians chose to believe some things but not others when then read that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8)? If He is the same, then when great crowds come bringing the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute, and others afflicted by disease then He will still today heal them all (Matthew 15:30, 14:35-36, 12:13, 12:22, 9:33, 9:22-25, 9:6-8, 8:13-16, 8:2-3, 17:18, 20:31-34).
So why contend for grace? When we understand His goodness and grace we will learn to flow with what He is doing, while giving thanks for what He is doing, and not focusing on what He hasn't done. When I first realized that God would do miracles through me I was so concerned about not being anointed enough to do the stuff. After seeing many miracles in Brazil I suddenly became concerned about what it would look like if people I prayed for weren't healed when I was the person who was preaching. God doesn't give us fear, but rather His will is for us to be joyful always, to pray continually, and to give thanks in all circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18). When I was praying for people that night I had so much fear and unbelief. A few people did get healed, but because I was focusing on what I can't do and not on what He can do my expectation was for each person to walk away without being healed. Our expectation should be that Jesus loves even the worst of sinners and will heal every person. Until we believe the fullness of who Jesus is and see it manifest through our lives we have reason to contend for understanding that results in experience.
How do we contend for grace? Reading the bible is a great place to start. Prayer that is focused on declaring things that align with Heaven is another great way. Jesus taught His disciples to pray on earth as it is in Heaven (Matthew 6:10). Are there things around you that don't exist in Heaven? Reinforce in your mind that God is good and that He is love. Romans 12:2 says, "do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - His good, pleasing and perfect will." When we renew our minds to think about what God thinks, our lives are transformed. When we fully believe that God will heal every person we pray for it is impossible for more people to not be healed. When we pursue a relationship with God we will know His attributes. Knowing these attributes transforms us into being like Christ, who lived in right relationship with God and healed every person who came to Him.

Here is one amazing testimony out of many from yesterday in Medford, OR.
I spoke out a word of knowledge that a lady gave me for problems with the right wrist and a guy close to me raised his hand. Josh went over to him and just tells him to move it around and the man finds out that he is completely healed. Josh found out later that this man was working on a construction site 19 years ago when he fell 45 feet onto cement and just crushed his body. He was in a coma for a month but then had amnesia and couldn’t remember anything for the next three years. God has restored him from that. The man was only able to rotate his arm just a little bit and couldn’t have his palm facing up. He got full mobility back. Josh asked if there was anything else wrong and the man’s neck was hurting from the accident. Josh touched it and told the man to test it out and he was completely healed!

We went up and began to share testimonies of what God has done recently. We then went into words of knowledge. I went first and called out tailbone. I was confident that God would heal these women right away (as He did Sunday night at Bethel) and so I had then stand up and just sit down. Four women were healed right away without receiving prayer! Praise God! Then I called out hearing loss. Not knowing exactly how we were wanted to minister I handed the mic off to the leader of the meeting (Richard who is a pastor at the church), to which he handed it back to me to just pray over them corporately. So I prayed for 20-30 seconds and asked people to raise their hand if they were already healed and four more people were healed just that fast. Interestingly, they were all right up front in the section I was standing closest to. I didn’t lay hands on anyone though and was still about 10 feet away from them. Praise God!
Richard then called out a specific location on the back and had the four women with that to come forward. After we prayed once, one was completely healed. She had a tumor removed several years ago but she lost all the feeling in the area where it was. All the pain left and the feeling came back! The next woman said her pain went down just a one (zero being no pain and ten being the worst). The next woman had a pinched nerve in her back that shot pain all the way down to her feet. After praying a second time she was completely healed. The last lady also had a titanium plate in her neck. When I went over to pray for her the Lord showed me she had problems with her knee and then also the location of the titanium plate in her neck. So I prayed for her neck and when she tested it out there was no pain and it no longer made the noise that it had made before due to the plate. Her back also was completely healed with no more pain! Praise God!
We then sat back down and Richard began to preach on the Goodness of God. We were all enjoying God’s presence. After his message he gave an altar call and 10 people gave their lives to Jesus. We then went into worship and it was so good! God’s presence was all over the place. After worshipping for a bit we transitioned into praying for people again. Here are some of those testimonies.
A woman came to the front at the very end because she couldn’t stand for very long. As I prayed for her she must have been standing for 30 minutes. Almost immediately her legs felt stronger as she stood. She had really bad arthritis in the hips and knees and then also a lot of pain in her arches and no feeling in the toes on her left foot. Soon all of the pain in her knees left, then all the pain in her arches left, then her feet started to get warmer (she had bad circulation). She was getting so excited by all of these things that God was doing. Then all the pain in her hips left and I got a word of knowledge about her not having flexibility on her right side. She is unable to move laterally to the right and God began to touch her there too. When she was testing out her hips she bent down and nearly touched her toes. She told me that she hasn’t been able to tie her own shoes in over two years. Praise God!
There was a woman with cancer who had such severe pain in her knee that she couldn’t wear clothes that would touch it. All the pain left. Before she was healed it would hurt for someone to even touch her knee. Praise God! Both Sarah and Josh had words of knowledge for her. She had swelling and pain in her liver for three years. She was about to be put on a morphine drip for the pain. However after prayer all the swelling and pain was gone! Praise Jesus!
There were some others that I might post later but I don’t have time to write down at this time. Bless God! The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand in Medford, OR!

God is in a good mood. Although it has been nearly two months since the last time I wrote, God has actually been doing much in my life. He has been teaching me many things about His goodness, grace, and love. I want to share some specific things that He has done in the past two months before I forget them. His goodness endures forever!
In Hawaii when the team was up giving words of knowledge I gave a word for hearing loss. When it came time to pray for everyone who had the various things that we called out a woman came forward wanting me to pray for her ears. Nothing was happening. I felt that I should encourage her to not lose faith that God would heal her because I could feel God’s love for her. When asking the crowd how many were healed of hearing loss 22 people raised their hands. Praise God! The next morning the woman came up to me and with much enthusiasm told me that when she went home the previous night she discovered that her ears had in fact opened and she was completely healed!
Last week in the Healing Rooms a pastor from Mexico came in for impartation. After praying for a minute or two that he would take back to Mexico what we experience in Redding God showed me that he had pain in his right elbow. It turned out that he had pain up and down his right side: ankle, knee, hip, elbow, shoulder, and neck. After just a few minutes of prayer he was completely healed and even felt the hand of an angel on his back where my hand had previously been. He wrote me this message several days later:
"I’m still enjoying the wonderful experience I had in healing rooms at Bethel last Saturday when you prayed for me. I’m sure there was an angel behind me laying hands on my back. It was awesome!! Pain is gone!! I had gone to healing rooms looking for seeing a miracle. I never expected to experience it in my self."
Today in the Healing Rooms just a few seconds into praying for the first person, I felt a word of knowledge in my left ear. There was a woman just a few feet away who was a visitor from out of state who came to observe what we do. I thought that it might have been her, but I thought that it was silly to get a word of knowledge for someone other than the person I was praying for so I asked the woman who we were praying for. Quickly after she said she didn’t have any problems with her ears, the woman who was observing raised her hand and said she did have problems hearing in her left ear. I didn’t want to leave the other woman behind, so as my team kept praying for her, I left one hand on her shoulder while I put my other hand on the woman’s ear. After praying for her for a minute or two her ear completely opened up! Then I went back to praying for the first woman and we quickly saw breakthrough in the healing of both her knee and hip which had not been getting better previously. While I was praying for the woman’s ear, my team was praying for the other woman’s eye which had a cataract. She reported that her sight was clearing up!
When praying for another woman I felt some problem near the left shoulder in the chest. I actually asked her if she had problems in her chest under her armpit. Knowing from experience that God will heal people even when the word of knowledge doesn’t appear to be accurate I went ahead and let her talk about having problems with the left shoulder blade. After a quick prayer she starts moving her shoulder around saying that she hadn’t been able to move it in 3 weeks. We were so shocked by how quickly God healed her that she was worried we didn’t believe her. We were laughing at how easy it was for God and she was afraid we thought she was lying. It is amazing how quickly God moves when we have faith!
There are so many other testimonies. Hopefully these will encourage you and take you to a deeper revelation of God’s goodness.
